Based on this initial first impression I de identify to move forward with my property viewing, Chris took the time to fully go through the property, nothing was to much trouble I was suitably impressed. My wife and I are now in the property, no hiccups, all paperwork was ready for signing and again fully explained, 3rd day in the property we had a issue with the washing machine, call and explained issue to Chris and within 24 hours , the old one was out and a new machine installed. What more can I say, Chris of Wright & Co, is a credit to the company, for his attention to detail and professionally approach. I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Wright & Co Estate Agents in Sawbridgeworth. I was told my application for a property in North Weald had been accepted by the landlord, but after that I was repeatedly fobbed off for almost two weeks. My emails were ignored, and I was given no clear updates. It was only when I happened to pass by the property and saw someone else inside that I realised it had been let to another tenant—without any communication to me. As a professional who has been searching for a suitable home for a long time, this treatment has been incredibly disheartening. At the very least, I expected honesty and timely communication. I feel other prospective tenants should be aware of this experience and approach with caution.
