WSK

I took the *Bagels & Schmears* class and had a great time. Each of us mixed the dough, shaped and boiled our own bagels, and it was all much easier than I expected. The class was relaxed and well‑paced — while the dough rose, we learned about boiling and garnishing the bagels; while they baked, we made flavored cream cheese. I left with fresh bagels, two schmears, and some salt‑cured salmon. Madison (WSK cofounder) and the chef (Alex) kept it fun, organized, and very hands‑on.

We had a super time at this event ! People are so nice and love the artistic efforts in all the details.

I have taken two classes at WSK and have nothing but wonderful things to say! Not only were the classes fun and stress free, but somehow the WSK instructors managed to send me home with scones and bagels that were not only edible (which in and of itself is shocking based on my skill set), but also delicious. I feel super grateful to have this resource in my town and cannot wait to take more classes! Oh and P.S., their holiday market in the winter was unbelievable, so mark your calendars (I am drooling just thinking about it...)

I have been to two events at WSK, a sourdough class and a high tea luncheon and demonstration. Both were excellent. It's a great space, and they bring in quality instructors. An all around great experience, and I intend to keep taking classes there. We are lucky to have them in Holliston.

I took their first bagel making class. Alex, the instructor was entertaining and well prepared. The class was fun and informative and ended with a tasty lunch. I highly recommend WSK, they do a great job.

We had a wonderful Valentines dinner at WSK. The chef prepared some very nice dishes - we will definitely keep our eyes open for some other interest culinary experiences!!

The 6-course dinner with Chef Paul was superb. Each dish was better than the last. Looking forward to many more visits to WSK.

As always, it was an evening are learning and fun at WSK. Kudos to both Jeanne Barry from the Black Harp who was a very patient teacher and to WSK for hosting this class in their gorgeous facility!
