I took the *Bagels & Schmears* class and had a great time. Each of us mixed the dough, shaped and boiled our own bagels, and it was all much easier than I expected. The class was relaxed and well‑paced — while the dough rose, we learned about boiling and garnishing the bagels; while they baked, we made flavored cream cheese. I left with fresh bagels, two schmears, and some salt‑cured salmon. Madison (WSK cofounder) and the chef (Alex) kept it fun, organized, and very hands‑on.
