Best Restaurants in Plano | Eater Dallas

"Fast expanding xiao long bao go-to restaurant Wu Wei Din has its roots in Plano. Go straight to the dumpling and wonton section of the menu and take your pick. Other Taiwanese favorites, such as the national dish, beef noodle soup, and street food snacks, like popcorn chicken and scallion pancakes, are also solid choices. The interiors are a step up from the typical Chinese restaurant, and it can get packed in here, so prepare to wait during peak hours. Or skip the wait and order online." - Didi Paterno

Google
This is my new favorite spot. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the glass area that lets you watch employees make dumplings by hand and its fantastic. The dining area is neat, clean and open. We ordered the cucumber salad, Pork soup dumplings, spicy pork wontons, and Taiwanese braised beef soup. Every item has its own unique flavor and with how varied the menu is, you're bound to find something you enjoy. Our server was fast, helpful, and attentive. The menu clearly states allergens and our server made sure our dishes were safe and made no contact. We were really happy with our food, the service, the affordability, and the experience overall. I recommend you come with atleast 2 others to sample as much as possible!

Google
the food was great !! the beef flat noodles were so flavorful and delicious, cucumber salad was refreshing and had good flavor and the soup dumplings were good. we wished that the portion for price for the soup dumplings was bigger, since they were a bit pricey but they were still very good nevertheless. we will definitely return here for special occasions :)

Google
The cucumber salad and golden kimchi is must try appetizers perfect to start of the meal, very refreshing. Scallion pancake was really crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Soup dumpling was delicious and the sauce it came with was really good as well, it had sliced ginger in the sauce. Every dish was good and definitely will come back for more food.

Google
The preserved egg and tofu was light and refreshing. The sauce was missing a little tang for me. The pork soup dumplings were mad fresh. They were soupy and the skin was thin. The golden garlic beef was very good. The pork chop on the pork chop rice was tender but not crispy like what I’m use to. It’s still very good with a 5 spice flavor. Everything was good and I’ll be back.

Google
The beef noodle soup has always been a favorite of mine since I started coming eight years ago. Wu Wei Din consistently serves excellent Taiwanese dishes, and while the flavors are definitely enjoyable, they don’t always feel the most authentic compared to other spots around. Still, it’s a solid go-to for a satisfying meal.

Google
Been a "regular" since old location. Finally been to the new location and I think the quality of food, hygiene, service, and the restaurant vibe has been all upgraded! My favorite dish here is always the flat rice noodle with beef. But most of the dishes served at this restaurant are so good. They even have separate menu, called American's favorite dishes. This time we ordered pork&shrimp Xiaolongbao, pork chop fried rice, fried rice w/ fried chicken, and Taiwanese basil chicken. All food came out fresh and warm. (TBH, you can't really go wrong with these menu) Of course all tasted very great. Especially, the pork chop fried rice was beyond my expectation. We will definitely come back soon as we always do.

Google
We enjoyed a fun get together with friends. The food was tastey. The drinks were good. Their menu doesn't label gluten free food, and they don't cater to special diets. I don't recommend eating here unless you research ahead of time. All the drinks are $10 with no happy hour. I found a manager who was able to help me navigate the items without wheat.

Google
Excellent experience all around!! I was excited to try their new location. It’s nice inside and well lit. The menu has so many great options it was hard to choose. We especially w joyed the Xiao Long Bao and the flat beef noodles. I wish I could eat here every day low key!

Yelp
Was very impressed with this dining experience! Restaurant is super clean and welcoming with a calm comforting vibe. Service was fast and attentive. Everything we got was absolutely delicious. Some of the soupiest dumplings i've found. We also got the Chicken Udon Noodles which was a great flavorful dish. I had a Lychee Martini that was good. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Yelp
Amazing food. This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in DFW. It had a casual atmosphere and quick service (the food is made to order so while the wait can be long, they do a great job bringing out items as they become ready) You can taste the quality in every bite. The orange chicken is fresh from the kitchen, leaving it still crispy with every bite. The housemate noodles are chewy and do an amazing job at soaking up all of the flavors. The dumplings were fresh, chewy, and amazing. The fried rice and cucumbers were okay, nothing some chili oil can't fix. This is a family style restaurant, you'll have a hard time trying everything if you come with less than 4 people. Overall I will definitely be coming back and bringing more people. This restaurant lives up to the hype.

Yelp
This was a pretty solid spot! They have dishes that would cater to western and eastern tastes, and the food was pretty good quality. I LOVED the beef flat noodle here as well as the salt and pepper shrimp. It was relatively busy when I visited on a weeknight, however there is a lot of seating inside that can accommodate for larger groups and the food came out pretty quickly. There are large portion sizes here and the food is a good bang for your buck.

Yelp
Really delicious authentic Chinese dishes! We for the green beans, cucumbers, spicy pork wontons, and salt and pepper fish fillets. Everything was delicious. Service was quick and we were in and lot. I like that the restaurant was spacious and there is booth seating. Can't wait to be back to the other dishes.

Yelp
Dumplings galore we love Wu Wei Din!!!! We introduced my father in law to xiao long bao (pork filled soup dumplings) and it was fun watching his reaction to the deliciousness. Pick up was quick and easy. We had tons of food in our order and it was hot and ready waiting for me as soon as I arrived. The new location I believe is in a tough intersection though. Right off the 75 service road in Plano where it's difficult to get back on the highway since there's only one ways. I highly recommend getting their sweet and sour chicken, low mein, and sesame pan-fried pork buns as well.

Yelp
We struggle to find decent Chinese food options in the DFW area, but Wu Wei Din is a great choice. They did not disappoint! Service was fast and our waitress was helpful with describing the dishes. The aesthetic and vibe is modern and clean. We tried veggie fried rice and Kung Pao shrimp. Both were prepared well. Not the best we've ever had, but not disappointing by any means. Our only disappointment is that they don't offer a non pork egg roll and they don't have a veggie or shrimp only dumpling. Not a deal breaker through! We will return.
google avatar

Khoa N.

Yelp
When my friend says Wu Wei Din is the only Chinese restaurant she likes in the DFW Metroplex, I had to check it out! The Xiao Long Bao and Wonton are very good. I also enjoyed the Dan Dan Noodles as well. I didn't care too much for the Stewed Combo. I thought it needed more flavor. The service was good and the food came out quickly.

Yelp
Upon walking into the restaurant we got a whiff of walnut shrimp which came as a surprise because they don't have this on the menu. It's my favorite thing to order from Chinese restaurants so bummer we didn't get to have it here. The restaurant is very large and we didn't have to wait at all, service was quick we got seated immediately to our table. Definitely gave a family owned typical Chinese restaurant vibe which I loved. Sesame noodles lacked flavor so I don't know if I would order these again 6/10 Fried rice had zero flavor at all, I don't even think they put soy sauce in it 5/10 Beef noodles were also subpar but the best out of the carb heavy dishes, the tender meat carried it and the homemade noodles 6.5/10 Sautéed Bokchoy tasted exactly how you would expect but we definitely needed some veggies and they were fresh! 7/10 Truffle Xiao Long Baos were such a disappointment to me, everything here just lacked flavor overall for me, this also goes for all the xiao long baos we got (minus the shrimp one) 5/10 Spicy wontons is something I would definitely get again and again! Perfect flavor and the sauce was yummy. 8/10 Overall, I don't think I'd be returning as nothing stood out to me at all esp for a place that's known for their xiao long baos

Yelp
While visiting my sister in Dallas, we decided to check out this place as it's supposedly been referred to as a Din Tai Fung dupe online. Although I've never had DTF, this was really good and I definitely recommend it. Orange chicken - amazing, 10/10. I didn't originally order this but the table next to us had it and it looked really good and we got it and did not regret it. Mongolian beef - 6/10. Some pieces were chewy and there was barely any beef overall. Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) - 8/10. Juicy and tasty. Cucumber salad - 8/10. Good flavor and crisp. String beans - 8/10. Not the best I've had but definitely a great version. Chili oil wontons - 7/10. The wontons were good but the sauce was too much on the sour side. Noodles in spicy sauce - 6/10. The noodles were alright but again, the spicy sauce was lacking for me. Wish it was more savory and spicy than sour. Overall the food was pretty good. If I'm in the area, I would go back.

Yelp
Went here on date night. It was Sunday and we didn't have to wait at all. Don't bother with signing in for a table they didn't use it. You just go to host like normal. They were very busy with to go orders at the front which made it crowded. We ordered traditional bao soup dumplings, the 3 colors variety of dumplings and crab rangoons. The bao and dumplings I would give a solid 7 out of 10. The creasing on the dumplings was great which shows skills. They were beautiful. Very thin though so they fell apart picking them up so that was disappointing. The rangoons were Uber sweet and not my thing. Id give them a 2 out of 10. Overall I would go back but would try different things next time.

Yelp
Pan Fried Pork Buns, Chicken Udon Noodles The pork buns were fantastic! Yummy and steamy and carried well in the delivery. But small and relatively on the pricey side, but worth it imo to have it done right. The chicken udon noodles were sort of bland. They perked up a bit after I mixed in my dad's homemade chili oil though!

Yelp
We've heard a ton of great things about Wu Wei Din, and it's safe to say that our expectations were met - everything we ate here was delicious. Especially the pork chop fried rice! Absolutely better than the one from Din Tai Fung, everything was so flavorful and came out incredibly fast. The menu is HUGE so it'll take a few visits to try more amazing food!

Yelp
They updated their policy and it has not been an enjoyable experience ordering lunch. I work 15 mins away and want to save time by ordering first then drive there to pick up my food. Their online ordering system on their website after filling in all the info, gave me an error message. I called in and the lady asked for my cc number. I'm at work and will not be calling out my cc number out loud. So I drive there and now waiting for my food adding an additional 15 mins. Takes another 15 mins to drive so I now have 15 mins to scarf down my food. I guess I won't be back for lunch and give myself an hour and half next time or they could just fix their online ordering system. Tad bit annoyed

Yelp
Not sure why they opened another location six minutes away on the same street but decided to give this new location a try! Right off the bat this location is a lot bigger and has the same ambiance as their Lewisville location. I think the two locations off 15th street have very different vibes, this one is more fancy looking whereas the other location is more of a casual vibe. The food was pretty consistent with the other locations. I tried their new beef pancake and it was great - the cucumber adds a nice crunch to it. Service here was great, we were in and out of the restaurant within an hour and the food came out hot every time. Definitely recommend stopping by if you haven't yet!

Yelp
Always enjoy our meals here. Love the spicy pork and shrimp wontons, the garlic green beans w pork and the special pork buns. These are just a few of my favorites here. Great service too. The new location in Plano is great.

Yelp
Service has gone down hill. Everytime I come, I get even more disappointed. They take your order and usually never check up on you ever again unless you flag them down. Additionally, my biggest beef with this place is the consistency on how often they bring your order out of wack. We always order Chili Wontons, Soup Dumplings, and two entrees. Never have I ever gotten my orders out with my appetizers prior to my entrees. This most recent time, within 2 minutes I kid you not, our orange chicken came out. That was suspicious itself - and of course, it wasn't hot. Room temp - probably a messed up order and they handed it to us conveniently. 10 minutes pass, then the chili wontons come out. Another 10 minutes, our second entree.. then when we are done with everything, Soup Dumplings. Even the last time I was here, they gave the soup dumplings last when we finished all our meals. It's hard to rave about this place when the dining experience isn't pleasant. It's awkward watching one person eat an entree at a time because the food doesn't come out at the same time, and it's even worse when your appetizers come out when you're done with your meals. I'll have to say I'm done with this place as the hype isn't worth the experience.

Yelp
Love the new location! Food was delicious as always, the Dan Dan Noodles with pork are definitely my new favorite.

Yelp
Came to this spot on a Saturday evening for date night around 7 PM. There was about 15ish people ahead of us on the list but luckily (for us at least) they got scared of the wait and almost half of them left. We got seated in less than 15 minutes despite the crowded restaurant. We ordered a variety of food and were pleasantly surprised at the portion size and the quality of food! Our favorites in order were the pork xiao long bao, chicken flat noodles, orange chicken, and then the dan dan noodles. All of the food was super flavorful and came out quick! The dan dan noodles had a great peanut sauce but did have a subtle heat to the back end which was really nice on a cold evening. The xiao long bao were honestly some of the best soup dumplings that we've had in the area! The orange chicken were fried to perfection and not over sweet. The side of rice served with the orange chicken seemed like it had been sitting out but since it's just a side of white rice I won't hold it against them. The flat noodles were also delicious with the perfect cook. This was definitely the biggest entree. We also got a taro milk tea and a thai tea, which were both delicious as well. Since it was just the two of us we definitely took home some left overs for dinner the next day. With one order of the xiao long bao and maybe 1-2 entrees you would have PLENTY of food. We may have found our new spot in the area for chinese food and will definitely be back to try more things on the menu!

Yelp
I have to come here each visit to Dallas because they make solid beef Noodle soup and Xiao long Bao. The soup is delicious, beef so tender, and the noodles have good chew. XLB is super juicy and has tasty pork filling. No issues with service.
google avatar

Mrittika G.

Yelp
Fast service and quiet inside. The dumpling were so yummy. Came piping hot and they were generous with the filling. The noodles were one note and needed another element to really elevate it. I liked it more with the black vinegar and chili oil. We also got a pot of oolong tea which was great with the meal.

Yelp
Came here at the recommendation of many. This formerly was an On The Border and they remodeled it slightly. But the restaurant was clean, service was very attentive. Ordered egg rolls, kimchi and pork potstickers, fried chicken fried rice, sesame chicken and shrimp/pork soup dumplings. Everything tasted great and the food was actually served rather quickly. Spent about $72 with a fountain drink and trip. Will definitely be returning!
google avatar

Yelp
I am a fan of the other Plano location and rated it 5 star...sadly, the same cannot be said of this new location. This was the absolute worst meal I have had in years. Inedible. Tasted like no name Chinese food at the mall that had been sitting out for hours. Thai Basil Chicken - the chicken was simultaneously rubbery and tasteless. I was excited to have a closer location but no.
google avatar

Yelp
My friends and I decided to order to-go from Wu Wei Din, and I've been wanting to try it for a while. Here's what we ordered: - Beef Braised Noodle Soup: It was good! (Back when I attended TXST, there was a restaurant in San Antonio with beef noodle soup that I absolutely loved, and I've been trying to find something comparable ever since. I do think Wu Wei Din did well, not as good as my favorite, but definitely met the standards). - Spicy Pork Wontons: Absolutely amazing! These were the standout dish for me. The sauce was spectacular - Sautéed Fried String Beans: Very tasty and well-seasoned. - Pork Chop Fried Rice: Unique and enjoyable. - Beef Flat Rice Noodles: good flavor and texture, pretty mediocre. Overall, everything we had was pretty great! The meal was very enjoyable, and I'd definitely come back to explore more of the menu. Wu Wei Din is a solid option for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Yelp
The beef noodle soup has always been a favorite of mine since I started coming eight years ago. Wu Wei Din consistently serves excellent Taiwanese dishes, and while the flavors are definitely enjoyable, they don't always feel the most authentic compared to other spots around. Still, it's a solid go-to for a satisfying meal.

Yelp
Came here for the first time in a couple years, and they're not here.... we'll they are, but they've moved. Brothers still own it, same chef, just a new location. The inside is a lot larger, and the open kitchen like Din Tai Fung. Congrats on the new location. Had the house special wonton, some hot/sour soup, truffle xiaolongbao, and for dessert had sesame balls and had to try the taro xiaolongbao. I've been craving chocolate Xiaolongbao for a while. The house flavor for the wonton is what keeps me coming back. It's like no other sauce I've had. Then the cutlet. Didn't have the stomach for the cutlet tonight though. The hot and sour soup is no joke. Us white people that love it at American Chinese places are in for a jolt. This is waaaaay hotter and a great spicy flavor. Wife loves it. Truffle xiaolongbao is expensive, but definitely something to try. Very "truffley". Not just some powder or oil sprinkled on. Wifey said it's very good, so it must be!!!

Yelp
New favorite restaurant, so good! Have been a few times the last couple of weeks, that's how much we enjoy it. I have tried the crab rangoon, potstickers, orange chicken, mongolian beef, noodles, and fried rice. Everything has been delicious, esp the mongolian beef! Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food.
google avatar

Kathy C.

Yelp
We've been to Wu Wei Din a few times and I just realized I never wrote a review. I think I kind of take it for granted. When we visit our friends in Dallas area, this is a restaurant that we have to go at least once during our trip. I don't think I have ordered anything that I didn't like at Wu Wei Din. We've tried several things like beef noodle soup, dry pot, lazi chicken, little lamb skewers (on toothpicks), three cup chicken, scallion pancakes, and many others. And we always walked away full and satisfied. The service was always prompt and staff friendly. We'll continue to have this as our go-to restaurant when in the area.
google avatar

Tia R.

Yelp
I'm honestly not sure. I will have to go back one more time. I walked in with din tai fung expectations since so many compare the two. Either way the string beans stole the show. Kung pao shrimp was decent and the rest was just okay... including the drink. I think I need to try it again
google avatar

Jacquelyn C.

Yelp
Super yummy and super filling! I got the dan dan noodles and the spicy pork and shrimp wontons. The dan dan noodles had a slight kick and the sauce was peanuty, umami, and super flavorful. The sauce is thinner in consistency than what I'm used to with dan dan noodles, but still delicious. The noodles had a nice chew to them. As for the wontons, I wish the chili oil was a bit spicier, but they do have extra chili on the side if you want to add some. The waitress convinced me to get the pork and shrimp wontons rather than just the pork and that was definitely the move. The shrimp added a little bit of extra flavor. Would love to return and try other things!

Yelp
Service is quick seating is available for small and large parties. The food is a wide variety and family sized portions haven't been disappointed in any dish I have ordered in my experiences here. Staff is attentive and quick check out service.

Vania F.

Yelp
Ambiance was good. Food was awful. We ordered soup dumplings, a beed wonton soup and orange chicken. The beef soup was so bitter that it was inedible. The soup dumplings just tasted like vinegar. And the orange chicken was okay, the only reason why this review is a 2. The waitress was awful. She was not helpful, walked away as we asked questions about the menu. She was rude and had 0 patience. She never smiled and made this first time a terrible experience. We will never come back and do not recommend it
google avatar

Tracy N.

Yelp
I must have ordered wrong this place is absolutely not 4 1/2 stars!!!! The chicken fried rice was so dry and bland Uggg. The taiwanese popcorn fried chicken. I have NO clue what the main spice is that they put but I'm positive they used a whole bottle of it on our order it was so overwhelming I couldn't even stand the smell of it. The texture was like rubber. I do NOT recommend this place.
google avatar

Kurt V.

Yelp
Tried them because some neighbors have been raving about them. I had to go check them out for myself! We tried the Vegetable Fried Rice, Mongolian Chicken, and Egg Rolls. Everything was very good, but far from the best I have had as some neighbors had said was their opinion. I was not disappointed though by any means. Service was good, but very difficult to understand with the questions we had. Other than that, no complaints about the service at all. There was nothing fancy hear about the ambience everything was pretty basic.
google avatar

Kasey Z.

Yelp
For someone who is Taiwanese/Chinese, I rarely am super impressed by Chinese restaurants, but this one was sooo delicious! I came here with friends so we were able to order a lot of dishes to try, and every one of them were really authentic and super flavorful. The service was also very fast, and there were lots of seating inside the restaurant.
google avatar

Amanda R.

Yelp
We wanted to love this place, but it wasn't our fav. We spent $90 on uber eats, so we could try all the things. Most of things we tried lacked flavor. Spicy shrimp and pork wontons were fresh! We enjoyed them. Orange Chicken was okay. Beef turnover, Beef flat noodle, and xiao long bao were disappointing. I don't think we will order from here again.
google avatar

Kelsey K.

Yelp
Came in here yesterday with some friends. Wa super excited to try because I've seen posts that it's comparable to din tai fung! We started with the jumbo egg rolls which were really good! The flat beef noodles were okay I though they lacked flavor a bit. Same with the pork chop fried rice, the pork was great but I thought the rice could use a bit more flavor. The beef noodle soup was amazing! The flavor of the broth was wonderful, the meat was tasty! If love to try more on the menu
google avatar

Katrina D.

Yelp
AMAZING chinese food! I love little dumpling houses like this because there's always a variety of small dishes you can order. Everything we had so delicious and I can't name a favorite one because truly they were all equally flavorful and yummy. The xiao long bao and pan fried pork buns both had so much soup and juice burst out of the buns. The scallion pancake was very flaky and not too greasy! The potstickers were also very good and it came with a soy ginger dipping sauce. I also got a mango green milk tea that was alright but what do you expect getting boba at restaurants like these. Total came out to around $60 for everything + tip. Service was incredibly fast and all the food came out so quick!!
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
A welcome addition to downtown Plano, Wu Wei offers a la carte dim sum in a modern chic setting. Full bar, great cocktails. I highly recommend the Xiao Long Bao - soup dumplings! Very tasty. Our engaging and entertaining server Yang made it a fun night. Couldn't photograph the food - it was so good we just enjoyed it!
google avatar

Yelp
A must try simply for their soup dumplings and wontons!! Absolutely exquisite! Busy place and common to have a wait. Pro tip: there's a counter with 3 or 4 stools overlooking the tea station and kitchen that they don't automatically seat people at and even with 20 people waiting we usually can be immediately seated here. Service can be iffy... so often they are packed and the waiters are hustling. Many a time where we've had to wave our sever down to order, refill water and request the check. We've tried a few of the entrees like chicken in garlic sauce, general tsos and Dan Dan noodles. Entrees are pretty good. Wontons and dumplings are the stars. And do NOT sleep on their boba teas!! Some of the best around. 5 stars: Wontons/dumplings 5 stars: Boba teas 4 stars: their other food 3 stars: Service

Yelp
My wife and I were wanting to try this place after all of the gleaming reviews. We got our babysitter and set off for date night here! We were extremely excited to give it a go. Parking was great and we had no issues. We walked in and were immediately seated by the hostess. Our waitress comes to the table and we were greeted with "we close in 30 minutes". Well, Hello to you too. We go ahead and start ordering anyway. We weren't going to let her bring us down! We did see another couple get seated after us and she had the same interaction and that couple got up and left. Could be from her comment but could be because they wanted more time - their faces let us know it was the comment. At one point in the dinner I asked for lemonade to which this waitress brought out some clear liquid. I didn't think it was lemonade but of course tried it - I was right. It tasted like soda water. I saw the waitress walking by and said "excuse me" to which she visibly was upset and rolled her eyes. The food here is amazing. I know a lot of reviews rave on the service. We got terrible service. I won't write the entire place off but services is a big deal for me and I'm basing my rating off of it. The food was delicious and memorable but the service left a much more lasting impression on us.

Yelp
I enjoy grabbing dinner to go here. Parking nearby, quick efficient and yummy good. My go to are the shrimp and pork dumplings.

Yelp
Not sure if it was on off day, but my experience felt like it could have been better. Entered the restaurant and noticed that it was unusually warm in there. Asked if we could sit outside (because it was considerably cooler) and said we couldn't because they didn't have the staff. Off to a great start... We decided to order a bunch of small dishes to try out a bunch of stuff. I asked for the Taiwanese Fish Cakes- nope, not available (I think it was marked as a new item too, which either means its very popular or they need to stock more). Luckily everything else we asked for was available. Overall, the food was ok, some felt a little bland- ex. the kimchi fried potstickers, wasn't much kimchi flavor to it. Their scallion pancakes are ok, but I've definitely had better at other establishments. Ordered a couple desserts to finish things off. The deserts themselves were pretty good (taro dumplings and donkey rice rolls) but they never gave us any additional dishes or silverware after taking away everything before desert. So we made plates out of napkins and ate with our hands. Luckily none of our desserts had ice cream or a liquid component to it or else it would have been awkward. Will I come back? Maybe, but not to this location.

Yelp
Ambience and service may be slightly above average for a Dallas chain restaurant, but that's not why you're here. Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) are good (although not Din Tai Fung good) and all of the other dishes I've tried have been solid. Beef noodle soup reminds me of Taipei and is close to par with what I had at DTF in Taipei last year. I don't think you can get better Chinese food in DFW.

Yelp
This is the new Wu Wei Din location and it is pretty awesome. They first of all have excellent soup dumplings / Xiao long Bao ("XLB") and even a window where you can look into to see them being made. Great boba milk tea offerings as well. Excellent service where they are prompt and attentive even with water refills. The interior dining environs are also very spacious, with a bar space and many tables. Video displays also showcase their latest menu items. Highly recommended overall and make sure to check out their new (second) Plano location!

Yelp
Wu Wei Din Chinese offers a delightful culinary adventure. The restaurant boasts a vibrant atmosphere with a focus on fresh, flavorful dim sum. We ordered the Mapo Tofu and Vegetable Lo Mein. The Mapo Tofu was savory and delicious, while the Lo Mein featured perfectly cooked vegetables and delicious, fat noodles. The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of steamed and fried dumplings, buns, and rolls. Each dish is carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. The service is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Whether you're a dim sum aficionado or new to this cuisine, Wu Wei is a must-try.

Yelp
I heard about Wu Wei Din in D magazine, and wow did it align with the recommendation. Truly delicious, and a real treat when we go for a fun family dinner.

Yelp
This place is incredible. We came for dinner, and it was clean and smelled heavenly. They are known for their Xian soup dumplings, so we had to order those, as well as their Dan Dan noodles. Both were unctuous with wonderful texture. We also got the fried chicken thigh fried rice. Their batter on the chicken is seasoned to perfection, and has a great crunch! Service was also great! Staff were attentive and brought our food quickly. While we no longer live in the area, we visit as often as possible and I still dream of their Cantonese dishes! Don't sleep on this place!

Yelp
I would give them 10 stars if I could! Amazing every single time! Soup dumplings and pork buns are to die for! Every noodle dish we've had is outstanding! Top of restaurant list! Sooo good!

Yelp
Well, Plano sure has a plethora of Chinese restaurants and I've been to quite a few, but this place takes first place by far. Huge portions, fair prices, excellent quality. Waitresses always sweet with smiles on their faces. Huge selection of items on the menu. Everything I've seen come out of the kitchen has looked delectable. I personally love a good flat noodle dish and this is the best chicken flat noodle I've found in the Dallas metroplex. Nice quiet ambiance. Family friendly. They have my heart. :)
