This Wushiland location is a decent size with seating inside. There is free WiFi and comfortable seats, so it makes it a decent spot for studying. There is plenty of parking available, since it’s shared in the large plaza and even a basement level parking. For my order, I got the Earl Grey Milk Tea with boba. This is a refreshing drink that isn’t overwhelming. They are also generous with the boba portion. I can see why this is labeled as a signature drink here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received today at Wushiland Boba was too good not to mention. The manager, Christian Kim, went above and beyond during a busy rush. Even with a long line, he made sure every customer was taken care of with genuine attention and kindness. The drinks came out fresh, cold, and perfect, and it was clear he was keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You could tell Christian really cared about both the quality and the customer experience. He stayed calm, professional, and efficient the entire time — so much so that I had to ask for his name. This kind of leadership is rare. He definitely deserves a raise for the way he handled everything like a true pro. Wushiland is lucky to have him!

Google
Personal opinion not very authentic and nothing special. Good luck. Sorry about that.

Google
service: the service has been MUCH better since the last time i came here atmosphere: 10/10 drinks: love all the tea drinks and their loyalty point system issue: I could be the only customer in the store and they would not take my order but instead, direct me to a machine, specifically the young, short, tanned lady who wears silver hoop earrings and is extremely slim. The other employees have excellent customer service though.

Drinks are good like always. My daughter love boba here but I forgot to add boba for her drink. The server is very good and friendly. She smiles and ask if we want to added boba she just need to charge 35¢ more. 😁

Google
“Let’s drive 7 hours to LA for Wushiland” she said. “It will be fun!” She said. So guess this is the same taste as Taiwan 50嵐. When will you start a new branch in North Cal? My dear owner?

This western-style pastry and beverage shop is on the first floor on the west side of Quantong Square. The corridor at the entrance can be shaded, and many people will walk from here. The store is large and there are plenty of seats. The decoration is very distinctive and gives a very comfortable feeling. The milk tea tastes delicious, and the waffle products are also delicious. I often go to this store for drinks and snacks.

Google
It's one of the best Bobas in the world! We should open one in Washington State. The boba is good, the tea is fresh, and the service is nice. I cannot complain about anything about this place.

Yelp
First thing I noticed when I walked in was the Ambiance. It is very organized and very family friendly. Love studying here. The environment is safe and they offer lots of good drinks. Service is very fast, probably the fastest I have experienced. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they say they have lots of good food options but when you ask them, they say it is not available. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. I got the Brown sugar boba with mini pearls and it is very delicious and smooth. Perfect amount of sugar and ice. You can tell the boba is of high quality.

Yelp
Good quality tea and one of better GMT around SGV. A good classic and a must order for those who are trying out Wushiland.

Yelp
Tucked inside the busy plaza with Ranch 99 market, this is the only place I know that serves boba drinks with red bean. I ordered a milk tea with 30% sweetness that was blended with red bean and boba. It was insanely good and chock full of boba. It could replace an entire meal. I also love the option of adding vanilla ice cream to your drink. Minus one star for the messy restroom. Head over here for dessert after you have eaten at Marugame Udon next door.

Yelp
This is my TOP 3 BOBA PLACES EVERRRRR!!! I come here everytime I'm back from college. You can add up to triple shots of tea for the milk teas for FREE. And you can request extra topping for free once you add on the initial topping. BEST part is that they literally fill up half your drink with boba. Yes, yes I'm a boba GLUTTON and half my body is probably made of BOBA at this point. It's also a great study spot with free wifi and the drinks come out super quick! LOVE THIS PLACE DOWNNN

Yelp
50 is one of my favorite tea shops in Taiwan so I was excited to try this place! The boba milk tea tasted different in my opinion. The tea needed more milk flavor and the boba needed to be chewier. I tried the 4 seasons green tea which was a lot better than the boba milk tea. Next time I'll try the Yakult milk tea which I heard positive things about!

Yelp
Came here after work to pick up my prescription glasses and was very impressed by this Wushiland. It's HUGE and like a starbucks but a boba starbucks. I love the vibe and the seats are super spacious. Looks almost like a lounge where you can study, work, or just chill and enjoy your drink. I didn't speak with any of the workers because I ordered from the kiosk, but they offer both for ordering. I'll definitely be stopping by here to get a drink and study if I ever need to!

Yelp
I understand the mini boba hype now. I can't believe I hadn't had Wushiland until then, when I said I'd never had Wushiland before and my two friends I was with were practically gasping with shock. 0% sweetness was perfect for the four seasons tea with the mini boba, since the boba itself has sweetness. The tea was also pretty solid and while the quality's not anything like absolutely insane, it is real tea. The ambiance is great for studying, with really big tables and it's not outrageously busy.
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
I've had a friend rave about this place and visited a couple of times with family and it didn't really seem like anything crazy to me. Drinks are adequate for me. They have quite a large space with lots of table space and couch space where you could hang out and chill here to do work or leisurely spend some time. I saw some people playing catan there and it doesn't look like they really care about how long you stay so that's nice.
google avatar

Jeanie L.

Yelp
I love coming to Wushiland for their secret menu drink - the 4 seasons tea with boba, pearl, and coconut jelly. I usually ask for less toppings because they are one of the rare boba shops who are really generous with their portions. I made the mistake of not asking for less toppings once and my drink was like 60% toppings. I recommend getting this drink with 50% sugar since the toppings are pretty sweet.
google avatar

Kasinee N.

Yelp
The boba here is ... fine. I wouldn't say it's the best boba ever. But it will fulfill your craving for boba.

Yelp
So I had an IG suggestion pushed to me about this place so I had to check it out. of course, lately it's been in the 80's so I had to check this place out. I went in to order their specialty drink: Mango Ice Cream Black Tea As I didn't have any expectations when going in, I was definitely surprised by the freshness and taste! When I walked in, the cashiers were super nice and greeted me upon arrival. While driving there, I had noticed a sign for Wushiland opening a couple of blocks prior to arriving and they addressed this on their own which is great! It's a cute spot to go to, however, as someone else mentioned, the parking area is huge so you have to walk around or look for people who have a boba drink in their hand to walk towards the direction. All in all, I'll return when the new location opens up.

Elio C.

Yelp
Drinks are a little pricy for something that's pretty basic. But that hasn't stopped me from coming back. I love doing my homework here and the location is perfect with udon right next door and a supermarket just a few steps away.

Yelp
Wushiland is great. There service could be a slightly bit better but it's still a great place to grab a tasty Boba. They have pearl Boba which is even better than the regular one. Their Boba is fresh and chewy and the drink itself is also delicious. Just wish they had more milk alternatives. Overall the spot is nice, lots of seating.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
I love this place! The mini pearl boba is delicious and always fresh. You can adjust the sweetness level and there are other milk options. There's plenty of seating inside to work/study.

Yelp
Wushiland Boba has been appearing all over southern California. An originally Taiwanese chain, they claim to be the best from Taiwan, but I don't agree. This location is in Focus plaza, within walking distance from 99 Ranch, Daiso, Five Star Seafood Restaurant. There are major renovations and a lot of the neighboring businesses were closed, so we came here almost since they were the only one left within walking distance. There is a lot of seating if you want to come here and hang out with friends. My boyfriend had a Red Bean Milk Tea ($5.74) and I had a Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba ($5.74) half sweetened. They made the drinks rather quickly and they were prepared quickly since we came in the middle of the day on a weekday. I also wonder if my boba was less fresh since it was slow times. My Roasted Oolong Milk Tea was average and the 50% sweetness was perfect but my boba was overly chewy and I ended up drinking the drink and throwing away the boba. Based on my experience I'm not excited to come back to Wushiland. It's not bad and it's fairly affordable, but if I'm going to indulge in sugar, I need it to be worthy.

Anabelle H.

Yelp
Whenever I need my boba fix, Wushiland never disappoints. I've been going to the San Gabriel location for years and have never had any issues. Service is always fast, parking is easy, environment is nice, and they have lots of seating so you can do some work while sipping on your drink. My typical order is a Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Boba (I know, basic). But sometimes, if I have a bigger sweet tooth than normal, I would get the Black Sugar Black Milk Tea, which is also really good.
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
If you like creamy drinks and earl grey, get the ice cream earl grey milk tea!!! SO GOOD with just the right amount of sweetness. I think I could even get less sweet because the sweetness from the ice cream makes up for it once it melts. I will be frequenting the location closer to me in Cerritos. :)

Yelp
Not good service. wait time is long. will not call your number if you're not aware. almost paid extra drink. not a good experience in May 18th 2025 2pm. its a half a guy who got my order. its just miserable. i rather go to starbucks for this one. time wasted.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
This boba place is open late so it's a great night time spot, the workers were a bit interesting however and rolled their eyes at me when I didn't understand their question. Other than that the boba was good, their milk tea here is always solid and I love the mini boba pearls.
google avatar

Yelp
Something has definitely changed recently. My to-go drink is always the roasted oolong milk tea for the past many years and it has always been consistent. The drink itself feels watery and tea flavor has plummeted the past few weeks. Came last time a few weeks ago and now, today they changed to kiosk order only and what a mess that is. Lines of people and when we went to go ask if they can take orders in the front, they said they cannot. You need AT LEAST 2 kiosk especially with some people that has no idea what they want and takes 5 minutes ordering. I remember the days when I would automatically recommend the roasted oolong and now, I'm embarrassed. With 8090 gone, at least keep the quality consistent.
google avatar

Timothy L.

Yelp
Tried their orange grapefruit green tea with coconut jelly and adjust the sweetness to 70%. Drink itself was refreshing and tasty, but will probably not add toppings next time as they fill the cup to about a quarter worth of the topping. I prefer more tea than toppings, but the coconut jelly was good. It made the drink more sweet which is why I adjusted the sweetness. Inside was pretty spacious and has a lot of seatings but it was definitely busy on a weekend.
google avatar

Judy L.

Yelp
The location has ok parking, the place itself was clean and has a large area to sit. The staff told us to order your drinks on the self service machine (just 1 of them) on the left. So we got in line behind 2 other people. Then the line got very long, instead of asking for the next person. All the people behind went to the counter. What the hell? I finally ordered the orange green tea with boba. WOW, I got orange pulp and a billion seeds. Yes, I used the smaller straw but all the seeds got stuck.
google avatar

Yelp
I be love this tea. There boba soft and sweet. I like that it has sugar adjustment . Will come
google avatar

Belle C.

Yelp
We love this place. The oolong milk tea with boba is the best. I normally get 50% sugar with regular ice, the boba brings a bit sweetness too. My husband loves their orange younger drink with 25% sugar. They use Yakult which is kinda sweet for us and real orange juice. You can taste the real orange in the drink.
google avatar

Benny C.

Yelp
My friend recommended this place to me and it was pretty good! I got the 4 season tea macchiato and it was very refreshing and very delicious! The tea was very light and the foam on top was an absolute kicker to the drink overall. I got half sweet with regular ice and it was perfect! The tea flavor was very prevalent and aromatic and the foam had just the right amount of sweetness to it. Overall, I would come back again to try the other teas and drinks! Perhaps the ones with ice cream in them. Those looked fire!
google avatar

Dinora A.

Yelp
Bar none, my favorite place to get boba and that's saying something because I get boba almost every day! lol!
google avatar

Kailyn P.

Yelp
Huge seating area great for hangouts or studying. Solid boba place but i wouldn't make the drive for it. Green MT - not too sweet, just right Earl grey - really strong in spice i couldnt continue to finish it :(
google avatar

Misikga Mina F.

Yelp
I've been to Wushiland Boba a few times, and I've noticed that the staff isn't always the friendliest. Since there are kiosks to order, you don't interact with them much. As for the drinks, the boba itself is good, though, nice and chewy. It's a decent spot if you're craving boba, but don't expect much in terms of service or drink variety.
google avatar

Tiffany L.

Yelp
Pretty disappointing. I got the brown sugar roasted oolong milk tea and I could not taste any hint of oolong because the sweetness took it all away. It didn't taste that much different from a really basic black milk tea. I was expecting something similar to how Sunright Tea Studio does their brown sugar boba series, which is basically a small amount of brown sugar syrup that really elevates the taste of the drink without being too overpowering. That was clearly not the case at Wushiland. A huge letdown because this was supposed to be one of their most popular drinks. They give a generous amount of boba, but it's to a point that it's not enjoyable anymore because it's just too much. Quality and taste is on par with Xing Fu Tang's. Not sure about their other drinks, but I don't know if I care to return again to try something else.

Yelp
I love Wushiland, it's one of my favorite Boba places ! We ordered the Jasmine milk green tea and the 4 seasons tea with ice cream. Service is so fast and very pleasant , the Ambiance is this location is a still fast paced, but there is seating a places to relax and cool down inside . Would highly recommend!
google avatar

Clara C.

Yelp
Roasted oolong milk tea, less ice, 50% sweet, boba + pearl ^^This is my no. 1 order at Wushiland. If you get boba topping and pearl topping separately, it's $1.50. If you choose boba+pearl, it's only $0.75! I have to say I got hooked on this order at the San Diego location in the mall. I decided that both locations make the drink the same way, and I don't have to worry about it coming out badly here! I might be bold enough to say that Wushiland is a top boba spot in my book! The milk tea is delicious, and the boba is perfect. Best of both worlds! Another perk is online ordering. You can avoid the long line! Make sure to choose the correct location though.
google avatar

Anthony C.

Yelp
The area and the boba shop itself was nicely done. It was clean and had plenty of places to relax and to order. However, the drink itself was not good. The jasmine milk tea hurt my stomach for a few hours and did not taste fresh or nicely sweet.
google avatar

Edward Y.

Yelp
Got the orange grapefruit yakult at 30% sweetness but it was still very sweet. Disappointed with the drink and won't return. You can order with the cashier or at the self service kiosk. There are seats available if you want to stay inside
google avatar

Connie L.

Yelp
I love their Jasmine milk tea and add blended red bean. Their drinks are definitely on the sweeter side so 50% sweetness is good mostly if you're also getting boba. They fill like half the cup with boba.
google avatar

Alejandro F.

Yelp
This place is in the center of San Gabriel. Very unique location. I feel like a tourist and I quite enjoy it. The service was great. I tried the ice cream milk boba (nothing revolutionary, kinda like a root beer float, meaning, it's a drink with a scoop of ice cream floating on top, except milk tea boba (thankfully) tastes NOTHING like root beer). They also have Yakult-based drinks and some nice waffles that I didn't get to try this time around but would definitely look forward to trying next time I'm visiting.
google avatar

Leesuh W.

Yelp
This place is always bustling, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order quickly. I frequent this spot specifically for their orange grapefruit green tea--it's my go-to fruit drink. The taste is consistently refreshing, and the service is efficient despite the crowd. I'll definitely keep coming back for my favorite drink!
google avatar

Katherine S.

Yelp
Got here in the evening on a Sunday and the line was short and we got our drinks fairly quickly. I ordered the four seasons tea with no sugar and no ice - the tea tastes very clean and refreshing! I do wish the tea flavor is a little bit stronger though but I love the base tea and I added frothed milk and honey to it the next day. I also love all the customizations that you can get (toppings, sugar level, and ice level) and they have a fairly large selection of drinks. There are some really nice indoor seatings but sometimes it does get crowded if you come at peak hours.
google avatar

Dawla A.

Yelp
My favorite tasting boba place. It's so refreshing and always good. My go tos are the earl grey and the green tea milk boba. I always get it 50% sweetness/light ice and mini boba if it's available. It does get super busy so even if you order ahead of time you might have to wait.
google avatar

Brian F.

Yelp
Wushiland is a boba shop that started in Taiwan and has multiple locations across Southern California. It's located in a plaza with tons of parking. The interior is bigger than other boba shops and there were a good amount of people on their laptops. I got the roasted oolong milk tea ($4.99) with 70% sweetness level and light ice. I liked the stronger and bolder tea flavors and I thought the sweetness level was great for my preference. I also tried the green milk tea which was good too. The only thing was that they gave too much boba in the drink so I had a lot of leftover boba by the time I finished all the liquid. I would ask for less boba next time to hopefully balance out the ratio.
google avatar

Jonathan L.

Yelp
My go to boba spot in this area. I normally just get the black milk tea with boba 70% sweetness. Can taste the black tea, milk, and their boba is sweet and great texture. For about $6 it's pretty hard to beat. I've had chi cha down the street, but this is pretty damn good if you're getting milk tea. Most of the times it's popular with a line, but nowhere longer than like 10-15 min in my experience.
google avatar

Kyle J.

Yelp
Boba here is SO YUM!! They have MINI BOBA!!! Huge cafe, well lit, clean, friendly "bubbly" staff. (Pun intended!) BEST boba tea in a 50 mile radius! If you're looking for a delicious sweet treat "Bet this Boba be POPPIN!"
google avatar

Jie G.

Yelp
A good place to have boba if you are in the Quantong plaza. Due to pandemic, the plaza has become less crowded but this boba place is one of the few that still attracts crowds. I ordered one of the most popular items Grass Jelly green tea milk tea with half sugar. It tastes all right. Still a bit sweet and no wow effect. The ambiance is nice though. You can work there a bit if you like.
google avatar

Rachel T.

Yelp
Came by late after a Laker game around 9:30/10 to grab boba drinks and they were still open. For a Friday night there weren't many options so I was glad about the hours. Once we got in it was a quick order and we got them within a few minutes. The staff though wasn't the friendliest but it was 30-60 mins to closing so that may have been a reason. The bathroom was also closed so that was unfortunate. The drink was good though and I would probably some back to get a drink another another time.
google avatar

Yicheng B.

Yelp
One of my go to Boba spots in the San Gabriel Valley. They are very busy so expect to wait in line. Went in the milk are very delicious and not too sugary which is great! They have a very wide variety of drinks depending on your mood!

Elias D.

Yelp
02/03/2025 21:28pm The Cashier was a girl..had a terrible attitude, providing very perfunctory service and showing no willingness to help with ordering. She looked so unhappy, as if I owed her money. 02/03/2025 21:28pm 左右的女生前台 态度非常的差,非常敷衍的服务完全不想帮人点单,脸臭的我好像欠她的钱一样 就这个态度干什么前台,真搞笑...
google avatar

Phil T.

Yelp
The earl grey milk tea with grass jelly was fairly average. 50 percent sweet. Service was good. interior was fine. The orders come out quick. inside of focus plaza.
google avatar

Nancy T.

Yelp
This is my second visit. I was here 6 years ago on their grand opening. This time, I had the jasmine green milk tea and it tasted like sugar and water. TBH, I did not taste any tea. I adjusted to half sugar but it tasted very sweet. Maybe they should taste test before serving any drink or practice making the drink beforehand. I wanted to like this place but its okay. Sadly, Wushiland ran out of mini boba at 3pm on Sunday and I was okay with the regular boba. At least the boba tasted good.
google avatar

Alexis R.

Yelp
Pretty good stuff! The way they name some of the things areeeee, "interesting". For example I got the Four Seasons Tea Machiatto". Machiatto is basically cheese foam. Also got the brown sugar green tea. Got it at 50% sweetness. Still sweet so I'd go 20%. I'd come back! The place is located on the opposite side of the 99 Ranch Market by the TMobil.
google avatar

Yushan W.

Yelp
My favorite boba shop in town. I love that they have small and big boba options. My go to is black tea latte and signature four season tea with mixed boba. Make sure to adjust the sweetness so it's not overly sweetened.
