I am a newbie to the Weight Watchers program and was unsure of what to expect from the weekly meetings. I showed up and it truly was everyday people sharing their trials and triumphs throughout their weight loss journey. I loved how the participants were so open and honest. No judgment or shaming, just understanding, and support.
Emily is a great facilitator, even sharing some of her personal experiences. It just feels so real and genuine. There is no pressure to reach a certain goal by a certain time. You are given the tools and freedom to make the lifestyle changes at your own pace. WW goodies are also on hand if you want to buy some treats for the week.
The weekly weigh-ins are done discreetly so it is up to you if you want to share whether it was a good or bad week. With such a varying schedule, I can attend a workshop - any day, time, or place. Who doesn't love flexibility? Plus I can join in one or more sessions. I appreciate the willingness of the staff to have one-on-one conversations after the workshop to discuss my own progression in the program.
This location's proximity to public transportation makes it readily accessible. Street parking is scarce. There is a parking garage across the street. It is clean, inviting, and a safe space to feel at ease. See you at the next meeting!
