Amazing service. Rooms are clean and fancy. The huge bed was very confortable Great sheets and big table in the room with 2 chairs. Wilfredo, Valeria, and Geraldo were very polite and professional. There are 5 stars a as well! food was amazing. We had breakfast on Sunday and a romantic dinner on Saturday night !

Overall, the hotel is excellent. The staff is exceptional. Daniel in the restaurant/bar always went above and beyond for us. The reception staff are fantastic, and the rooms, where it all counts, are spacious and exceptionally clean - the only drawback is that not all the rooms have air conditioning - so make sure you ask for one if you want it; otherwise, a fan that they will happily provide did the trick for us. It was a very nice stay in a great location - a 15-minute walk to Plaza de Armas, super helpful staff, an excellent restaurant and bar - on the mark and for the money, a great stay.

We had the greatest time at Costa del Sol Arequipa. Our stay was lovely and incredibly quiet for a hotel that hosted families with children. The staff was beyond helpful at the restaurant, bar, lobby, and front desk. We were particularly fond of Wilfredo at the lobby and Epifanio at the bar and restaurant. The whole staff made our stay top notch and went out of their way to keep us comfortable and to get us transport everywhere. I must add this is the best Costa del Sol I have had the chance to stay at in Peru. We’re definitely coming back to enjoy those gorgeous facilities and comfortable rooms. Thank you very much.

Wow wow wow! This is the perfect place for our family of 4. We have two kids (2, and 4 years old) and this hotel was the highlight of our one month stay in Peru. It was amazing to watch breakfast on the patio, and the boys kids could run to see the turtles, the llamas, playground; and see the garden. Ernesto was our server each breakfast and he was so kind, warm, and memorized our order by the last day. Thank you Ernesto, for making our family feel so welcome and comfortable!

Very clean rooms, good buffet but what makes this a unique hotel are the staff. One of our party had issues with altitude sickness and the hotel staff provided oxygen, blood pressure monitor and could not do enough to help. Very caring. Staff are a tribute to the hotel. Thank you

Great place and great customer service. Walking distance to historic Arequipa. Fiorella and Valeria are awesome. Stayed 8 days and enjoyed every minute.|I will be back with my family. Quiet, clean, family friendly. Highly recommended..
