Just left Wyndham and must praise EVERY single employee. Always friendly, good greeting and very helpful. The front desk, Jill and the girls at the coffee shop made me smile. Great people. Our room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping did a good job. If I made a suggestion it would be to include a larger map of Disney Springs ( the one in the large attractions box is good) so we could navigate the property a little easier. The one included in our packet was a tiny, unreadable joke! Thanks for an outstanding stay. People make a difference!

The hotel was a great location. They offered free shuttle service to the Disney parks. They charge a fee for early check in but our rooms wasn't ready until 330pm we arrived about 1230pm. They have a pool restaurant the food was ok but not worth the price. The pools and hot tub were great and clean. The room was small and out dated. The beds were hard and our bathroom ceiling leaked. The floor was soaked our first night. We thought it was from the condensation from the hot showers because there wasnt good ventilation in the bathroom where the shower was..The other room shower head was broken and leaked. Everything left in the bathroom area with the leak was moist including the toilet paper towels and wash clothes. The hotel was quick to find us a new room of the same value no upgrades for the inconvenience only offered us a one night refund after I complained about the inconvenience of our morning waking up to wet floors in wet bathroom. The staff were friendly at the hotel lobby and pool restaurant. The hotel was not crowded at all.

We had a great stay at Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista! Check-in was quick and easy, which was a huge plus after a long day of travel. The rooms were clean, neat, and just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location truly can’t be beat — it was perfect for visiting Epcot and just a short, easy walk to Disney Springs. Super convenient if you want to enjoy all the dining and shopping without worrying about transportation.

Google
The location was fantastic and easily walkable to Disney springs, and only 5-10 minutes from the parks. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and up to date. The only complaint we had was right after checking in being called over because we “couldn’t leave without our welcome package” and got pulled into a sales pitch on a time share where the salesperson was persistent where she kept pressing after we’d firmly said no 10 times - didn’t feel like the best “welcome” to the hotel after a 7 hour drive.

Google
We had an exterior room. Excellent, convenient, quiet location. Great pool area. The Door Keepers were great, especially Michael who ran after an Uber when my daughter thought she left her wallet! He also helped us with the shuttle service when I had a glitch with my reservation. The reason for my rating was our room, especially the bathroom was not the cleanest. The tile floors looked like they were rarely scrubbed clean. The room also did not have a microwave, maybe i missed that detail in the description of amenities. All and all great place for price, especially since we were not here that much.

Rooms are a little dated. The pools were nice. Lots of room and not too deep for younger kids. The food was expensive and just mediocre. Stay away from the fish tacos. It's located right next to Disney springs, you could walk there. Location is also near plenty of places to eat, possibly around 10 minute drive to get good food. No smart TV, just basic cable. No water fountains available to refill any water containers you might have. There is an ice machine. Also no free breakfast. They offer breakfast for $25 pp.

Google
The location is excellent, you are just a few steps from Disney Springs. Transportation? No need to worry since you have the perk of the early entry and also the buses are super punctual and very comfortable. Rooms are great and you have a little convenience store in the lobby and a Joffrey’s. Would definitely stay here again for another Disney trip

Google
We only stayed one evening, so only experienced the service at check in and convenient online checkout. The room was clean and the AC was cool, though both were a little loud. If visiting Disney Springs, it is a very short and convenient walk. It is also very close to all the parks, but if you want a shuttle you have to schedule it and it appeared there was a fee.

Yelp
Location, location, location. If you like Disney Springs, this is a really short walk. The hotel lobby is very nice and inviting and smells good. Even though I checked in on-line, we still had to check in at the lobby and get our parking pass. While you are checking in, let the staff update your Disney app so that you can get early access to one of the Disney Parks, which is a plus. Yes they charge for parking and a resort fee, but most places do anymore. We didn't use any amenities, or the restaurants, so I am only rating based on our room. I was concerned because we had a door to an adjoining room, but we didn't hear anyone next door. The room is a bit dreary, but we were just sleeping there so it didn't much matter. There is a refrigerator, but no microwave. The bed was comfortable, and appeared clean, but I woke up with bites on my legs, so apparently some bug was there. The bathroom is fairly small, and our tub had a soft spot that made me feel like it was going to cave in.

Yelp
There are two Wyndham hotels in one building ... the Tower and Garden buildings. Usually the tower is about $10 more but the much, much, much better option. The garden is a stuck in the 1980's dump ... at three hundred billls a night with $40 resort fees and $35 parking fees. Seriously, the room faces a sketchy parking lot ... has exterior corridors like something out of a Vice City game and is just plain nasty. What does one get for a $40 resort fees? A dumpy pool which is barely staffed and scratchy towels. Not even a single bottle of generic water in the room!! ... no food & beverage credit ... and wifi is so sketchy ... it asks for your email or facebook in order to sign in and is run by some weird, third world looking third party site with no encryption. I would not attempt to sign in if you value your data. Its nothing more than a giant 'fuck you' to the guests and something that makes the hotel seem less expensive by $50 than it is. The Drury Hotel nearby has no resort fees and a free breakfast. This place needs to learn from that ... add breakfast at $20 per person at this dump. The rooms here blow. Tiny, low ceilings, box-like and drab. Its basically a motel room ... it is a shorter walk to Disney Springs to the hotel rooms and the elevators are old, rickety and look like something out of a horror movie. Don't let the modern lobby fool you. Popcorn ceilings, step in shower tubs from the 1980s and the worst shower head and water pressure ever. The bar is so depressing ... and the beers are the same price as Disney ... expensive. They have a huge, mostly empty parking lot so why they charge $40 to park there, after taxes, is beyond me beyond nickle and diming. The only good point is that it is walking distance to Disney Springs. Maybe 5 - 10 minutes. If you don't plan to spend time in the room, it's okay. But there are better nearby options. Drury Resort, Hilton, etc. The Hilton Palace is also a better option in the same price category. This would be my last resort unless you can get the tower. There is also zero Disney branding so this feels like a corporate flophouse in Panama City.

Yelp
BED BUGS! We will never stay here again. Our huge group loves to be near Disney Springs, but the "garden" part of the Wyndham costs just as much and is a motel. 4 or 5 of our group's rooms had bed bugs!!! Water was barely warm. Not a good experience at all.

Yelp
It's not often I can give a hotel a five star rating, but I am doing it for this place. Right from the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel made me feel good. I first encountered one of the valet attendants who directed me to the temporary parking and was extremely nice and polite, even though I was not utilizing his services. I then went to the check-in and Jorge was amazing. It was already getting late and I'm sure it was toward the end of his shift, but he was still very patient and answered all of my questions and made sure I knew where I was going and how to get there. The room was just like they pictured it on their website. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything they promised. I only stayed two nights, but I got a very good sleep and had zero complaints, which is rare for me (see some of my other reviews). The room was clean and the cleaning staff came in and kept it that way for me. And probably best of all, the parking was $22 a night (which is high), but I was there to visit Disney and they have a free shuttle, which saved me the $20 parking fee (if I drove my own car) or the ride-share fee if I used one of those services. And the second best is that this hotel is about a five minute walk from Disney Springs, so again, I saved the parking fee and was able to visit one of my favorite places in Orlando. I will definitely be staying here again. I don't know when, because I had a really miserable time at the Magic Kingdom (should be called the Tragic Kingdom, in my opinion), but when I do get back to Orlando, this will be my new go-to hotel. And thank you, Jorge! You definitely made my stay a perfect 10! I hope they give you a raise.

Yelp
With the name Wyndham it really didn't live up to the hype.. Old rooms, small beds.. The bathroom hot water got lukewarm at best.. $25 for self parking and $22 per adult for breakfast a little much with all the other selections that are close by. pool area was nice.. but rooms really need an up-grade. You got a big name "Wyndham" with hefty prices with nothing in return..

Yelp
The staff were very nice upon check in. But when I got to the room I was highly disappointed. My room was out of date. The furniture is worn and there is a big hole in the carpet. In addition to the hotel room rate there is a $34/night resort charge and $22/night for parking. With all the additional charges I could have stayed down the street at a much nicer place.

Yelp
These stars are for the eclipse lounge.. Julio made the best sweet smoked old fashion. Better than the one at the Edison, julia and co. We're the sweetest

Yelp
Standard lobby and a bit run down on the elevators. Had the Garden view and reminded me of Hawaii. They have two photo ops background to take a picture of the 50th Disney theme or Star Wars theme! They have buses to go to Disney Parks and running late to return to the hotel. We got the last bus on our last day there to maximize our time at Disneyworld and the last bus at 12:30am, we were the only ones on it. It made it magical! I like the cucumber melon lotion. It suits Disney fun vibes. The cleaning staff and operations a bit disorganized. They were knocking at 10am on checkout day, and we were still sleeping. They woke me up. I don't think they should be checking at all until checkout time. Other than the rude awakening, it's a solid stay.

Yelp
If you are wanting a hotel that has a free shuttle to the Disney parks and is right next to Disney springs(2-3 minutes walking from Disney springs) this is the place. On top of that you also get early entry access to the Disney parks. On paper this place looks like an absolutely dream they have a beautiful pool, a large variety of snacks, breakfast foods, coffee up at the front hotel store and a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. This sounds awesome right? Wrong because if you want to eat breakfast it's 50 dollars for 2 people with low quality food. the bacon was like chewing crispy plastic, I had diarrhea shortly after from their hash browns as well. the store which they sale food is more expensive then buying food from Disney springs and disneyworld which is absolutely insane. Not worth it at all I promise you will save 200 dollars easily by just going to an actual store and loading up for the week. But the maid service is super slow, I have been finding spiders in my hotel room which I have killed 3 already and I'm not even half way through my stay. My room didn't have a microwave so I had to walk up to the lobby which normally is fine but I'm doing physical therapy for my ankle and walking is just not fun right now. but they don't value the money you spend in order to even set foot in the hotel. The money you spend just in other things for basic necessities u could easily put that money into staying in a nicer hotel with better perks and a better offer for what you spend. But if you want just early access perks, free shuttles to Disney parks then this checks off the boxes.

Yelp
Good hotel for visiting the area I will start off with the positives of staying here. First, the staff is very friendly and the lobby is very welcoming. Not to mention the valet guys out front are super nice even though you may not use valet. After all, you need to park to check in and they look after things. I thought the room was very clean and it had everything we needed. Plus, I/we thought the beds were comfortable...and so were the pillows (which is huge). If you do self-park then please know there is a huge parking lot, so no worries about finding a spot. The pool area is large, with a nice outdoor bar/restaurant, a kid area, and a hot tub! Best of all, if you don't mind walking, Disney Springs is just a short walk away via a few staircases and/or an elevator and a bridge. The price for the room itself is reasonable. Now for the negative...the resort fee is ludicrous! It is basically for transportation to the Disney parks. I realize that most, if not all, of the hotels in this area charge some type of resort fee, but if you aren't visiting the parks, why do you have to pay it? And this goes for all the hotels in this area. The excuse that it covers the internet, the pool, etc. is baloney because outside of an area such as this, it would be included anyway. To me, it's just one more way to get money sadly. Plus, I don't understand why I have to pay extra for parking if I'm not using valet and staying at the hotel...why doesn't the resort fee include self-parking at least? Unlike most Wyndham hotels, and because you are in this area, there is not a free breakfast here either. The room was clean for sure, but we had this gap under our door where there was too much space between the bottom of the door and the floor. Light came in, but we didn't think that was a biggie. However, it is a biggie when you can't get some peace and quiet when you're trying to sleep in. I woke up one morning at 7:50am to a few ladies cackling & talking a few doors down in the walkway (in the outside entry type hall) that seemed to amplify their voices and any noise they were making. I tried to turn down the air for white noise, but it didn't work. I tried to put a pillow in front of the door too to muffle the voices...didn't work. I had just gotten dressed to walk out at 8:25am, when they finally shut up and went into their room. From then on, I could hear every footstep, housekeeping cart, etc. because I became focused on listening. Beware of the gap!!! Next time, I'll bring something with me to set in front of the door just in case the next room has the same issue. This hotel sees a lot of people and a lot of action I am sure. I would stay here again... just not happy about that resort & parking fees. I knew there would be fees before going, but that doesn't stop me from thinking they are crazy, steep, and they could do better! There is a lot to choose from in this area if you are coming this way. So be sure to read reviews to see what suits you. I wish, I wish, I wish they would rethink the "resort fee" and at least include the parking fee with folks staying there. With fees, it turns an affordable room into an expensive room. As for the experience overall, they are a little over average for this type of hotel. But if you're not looking for the bells and whistles, this is a great hotel. If it weren't for the crazy resort & parking fees I would have given them a higher rating even with the loud ladies waking me up from the gap. That said, again, it's a good hotel, but calling it a resort is a stretch. End note: We weren't there to go to the parks, we just wanted to chill and go to Disney Springs, so it was good for what we needed it for. And again, the price for the room itself was reasonable and it made a little getaway possible. We enjoyed our time there, and we probably would go back sooner, or more, but we have to stay cognizant of those fees.

Yelp
I booked a hotel room here via hotels.com. Apparently I booked a mobility room so they they gave me a mobility room right next to a parking lot and echo hallway. I feel sorry for the mobility folks that get stuck with this kind of room at this rate. It's so loud. I asked if they had another room and they said no. Then they told me that could make the change for $95 more per night. My traveling partner is in the tower but got it at the same rate as me. I think they should just help me out and make the change.

Yelp
Stay away from this hotel! Yes is cheap and across from Disney Springs but the service is horrible and there are roaches in the hotel. I booked this hotel for my vacation for 4 nights as I had previously stayed here but this time around it was just a complete fail. For it to be consider a Walt Disney affiliation hotel they sure don't bring any magic to your stay.

Angel C.

Yelp
Read the fine print in your reservation for this hoitel carefully. I discovered at checkout that they had added a "resort fee" of $40.50 per day (including tax) for such things as the use of the hotel swimming pool and other amenities that you would think were included in the room rate. This is a deceptive and fraudulent practice they use to increase their profit and victimize their unaware guests. I will never stay there again.
google avatar

Ryen M.

Yelp
The hotel is within walking distance to Disney springs about four min. The Disney shuttle picks up right out front. The staff is friendly and super accommodating which is nice. The swimming pool has a shallow enough spot for small children beach front walk in which is nice. The garden wings are not the best looking on the outside but nice and comfortable on the inside. The food in the lobby is reasonable baked good 4-6 bucks, cold sandwiches 6-8, salads 9-10, fresh fruit 1.50-2.00. Cold beverages 3-7, alcoholic cocktails 9-15. Average prices. The oasis pool as a awesome mock-tail called the blueberry lemonade( seltzer water, Lemon juice and blueberry) My family and I will be looking to stay to go to Disney. As I'm currently on a work trip.

Yelp
We just finished a week at this Hotel. I would recommend this Hotel but you need to know. 1. The room was cleaned everyday and everything worked as described. The room we stayed in were nothing fancy but we just slept there. 2. Thus is a Disney property and good and drink prices reflect that. The Resort Fee is hight but considering you get free buses to and from, it evens out pretty well. The pool area and gym etc. were great. 3. The breakfast buffet is VERY expensive. $27 it wasn't worth that for us. 4. They put $150 for incidentals on your card. 5. Nick's Transportation is their Wyndham contracted driver. He is Five Star all the way! It cost some to go to Universal but it is less than parking. Again Nick was fantastic. 6. Disney Springs is a five minute walk. I would give it a 8 out of 10.

Yelp
Definitely never staying here again even for one night. The accommodations screamed motor inn. Not sure if that was because we were only there one night before heading to Disney property and it was our treatment. They trick you with talking to a woman for a welcome package but it's just a booklet of Disney springs restaurants and then quickly becomes "please cancel your Disney reservation and stay at our Bonnet Springs location. Also the woman in the checkin said there were no abc/Disney channels because they were too close to Disney and didn't get them. The room was uncomfortable. The sheets were so rough that I got a fabric burn turning over at night. The shower head was below my head and I'm 5'5". Couldn't wait to check out and head to a proper hotel.
google avatar

Mia A.

Yelp
Great lobby. Amazing pool. Popcorn ceilings ‍. It's walking distance from Disney Springs - take the bridge right across the street! Bonus. Stayed for only one night. Rooms were okay. Beds comfy. Can't complain.
google avatar

Lawrence K.

Yelp
Where do I start? Roaches in the room? Or no water pressure? Or the 20+ minute wait for them to send up someone to move us, who never showed up? Or the $35/night upgrade fee to get a room without roaches? If it was not after 10pm I would have gone somewhere else. Emmilyn the "director" would not fix it that night. So I paid the $35 and got a decent room. Of course the keys did not work. So we took another lap around the track. Was I upset? Yep! Was I crash, difficult or unprofessional at the desk, nope. In fact I was very discreet. Will call the home office and go over the details. But Wyndham is off my list at this point. Oh yea. The room had fleas.
google avatar

Krystina M.

Yelp
My friend and I stayed for a week and I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Check in was a disorganized mess, our room had a braces band from a previous guest, the bathroom tile was dirty, our "new towels" had grey spots, AND I got sick from mold exposure. I have a sore throat, congestion, and cough that cleared up when I left. Not only does the air vent have mold outside it but the filter inside isn't properly placed.

Yelp
Old Room , didn't feel clean ... only up side 5 minute walk to Disney springs. Stains on walls , door jam would not seal

Yelp
Affordable location close to all the Disney fun!! The rooms are bare bones but that's not why you are in Orlando. The beds were comfortable and clean. They have a free shuttle every half hour to the parks. It's a really easy walk to Disney Springs. There is a Character Breakfast buffet 3 times per week for just $27 each. The buffet had lots of selection and was really tasty. I got gluten-free Mickey Waffles. Yay!! The pool is fun! It's really big and doesn't get too deep so you don't have to worry about your kiddos too much. They have a splash area, waterfall and hot tub. The pool side bar offers cocktails and snacks. This is basically like staying on property without all the cost. There is a Disney gift shop in the lobby. And you can get access to Magic Hours. We loved this great, convenient and clean hotel.

Yelp
Tried to pick a place in walking distance to The Springs and this is just a quick walk. I have stayed here a couple of times. The first when I still lived out of state years ago and came for a conference but it has been renovated since that time. It is a good size place and has a nice pool area. The fees are a bit overwhelming but its Lake Buena Vi$ta. Bring your drinks as a small bottle of water is $3. Parking is $15 self or valet. We wanted to catch the character breakfast for my grandson but came on one of the few days they didnt offer it but it may be something to check into if you bring kids. Our room was noticably a older room but it was clean and had a nice view. Overall we enjoyed our stay and especially the location. It worked for us for this quick trip.
google avatar

Chris F.

Yelp
Hotel is nice, and close to Disney Springs but that $61 resort fee is NOT WORTH IT!! Especially when there is rain and you are paying the "resort fee" for the pool and WiFi and you can't use both... the WiFi was not working. Don't suggest, find somewhere else.
google avatar

Joanne D.

Yelp
Location is good you're right next to the entrance of Disney springs (opposite of the garage) price was good for spring break (we used our military discount) but when you're using the discounted rate you'll be in the buildings off to the sides not the main one. The room always felt muggy and wet. It had a musty smell and feel. They don't clean daily unless you ask. Same goes for fresh towels. Our bathroom shower always dripped no matter what you did. The pool was ok, the kid's loved it. It has a splash pad and pool area (it's not monitored so kids run ramped throwing rocks into the pool from the little gardens they have around the pool. The pool area has a bar and grill. Price is decent but I recommend that you order as soon as you get there. They are short staffed and the two ladies are doing everything. I felt bad bc ppl were getting upset at them when it's poor planning on the managements part, but they were doing it all !! They deserve 5 stars !! In a nutshell- cheap , close to parks. You get what you pay for.

Yelp
My pregnant wife and I were spattered by falling bleach as we were leaving for Magic Kingdom. It ruined my clothing and left spots on our car. I called the hotel as soon as I noticed the stains. They could've cared less. I was hung up on once (by an operator who acknowledged that they were indeed using bleach to clean) and then had to wait on hold for 45 minutes just to hear the operator tell me he couldn't reach anyone. Once we got back to the hotel the front desk staff were quick to dismiss me by saying they'd call the head of housekeeping. I left my information hoping they'd find a solution. They never followed up. Additionally, both our sink and shower didn't drain correctly. We had to call to get them unclogged. The rooms are cramped and noisy. I've had bigger shower space on a cruise ship. We heard our next door neighbors cussing out their children through the wall and suite door. Alternately though, we got new towels upon request fairly quick.

David W.

Yelp
This place was ok to look at. The people looked a little shady. They did $300 fraud on my credit card but I got it reversed. The room was muggy. They need to service their hvac. I tried to get our park entry early access and the lady at guest services didn't understand what accommodations the place she worked for offered. Wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
I wish I had checked the reviews before staying here, but my mother was the one responsible for making the reservation. We arrived in the evening, and we were immediately impressed with the lobby. It was decorated beautifully, and it had a nice scent. The front desk hostess spoke really fast and not loud enough. My mom explained she couldn't understand her, but she didn't change her volume or slow down. When it came time to let us know our room number, she verbally said the room number, which has always been known as a huge "no no". They're supposed to write the room number down and point to it. Our room was "ok". It served its purpose, and we got what we paid for. The bathroom faucet took some elbow grease to turn on. And the bathroom light switched worked 25% of the time. The bath towels were hard and stiff. Our iron didn't work, and it took several calls to front desk to even reach a person. They said they'd bring it right up, but no one ever showed. We eventually asked the housekeeper working in a nearby room, and she took care of us. Once you add the resort fee and on-site parking, you might has well stay on Disney property at a value resort. Some positives, though: Bell services was kind and knowledgeable Right next to Disney Springs, so about a 5 minute walk The zero-entry pool is a decent size, and the waterfall in the middle was a nice feature. But the music was super loud. The room has a very large TV. The shop in the lobby has a great selection of breakfast sandwiches. Overall, I would definitely not choose this hotel again.
google avatar

Donna B.

Yelp
The hotel was nice and our bed was very comfortable and the staff is overly nice. But I thought there was a restaurant and a bar. Instead, the restaurant only serves a buffett breakfast ($58.00 for 2), and the bar closes at 9 every night. If you're hungry, you'll have to settle for bar food. And I think it's a little ridiculous they charged us $20.00 a day for parking, like where else are we gonna park if we're staying there?! When I reported to the front desk that our room's deadbolt lock wouldn't work, and our safe in our room wouldn't work, they didn't seem too concerned. We won't be staying there again.

Yelp
This is an AWFUL hotel for the price. I have stayed here against my own will for years now on business amd every experience has been terrible. This hotel is the equivalent of lipstick on a pig. It looks nice amd renovated, but the bones are old and run down. Rooms with no hot water, broken faucets, BUGS, self park that's oversold, overpriced everything, slow check in.....you name it and I've experienced it. Not worth the location at all. My latest stay was the last straw. I'm absolutely refusing to stay here again.

Yelp
Benefits: - Extra Magic Hours - Walkable to Disney Springs - Rooms are cheaper than the non-Garden hotel. As seen by my photos, rooms are decent and recently renovated. Though the room walls seem to be made out of low material? You can easily hear people above you and next door of you. If people walk loud or make loud noises on the outside walkway, you can easily hear them. The beds are comfy, the A/C lowest temperature that it can be set at is 68 degrees, Samsung HD flatscreen TV's with HBO, etc. The sheets are a bit thin, so if you easily get cold at night I suggest bringing blankets. The shower head is a low for taller people, so if you're above 5 feet and 10 inches, you're gonna have a tough time (i.e, crouching under the shower head to shower). Parking is $20 a night. Room service is bit pricey, so I suggest ordering online at a local restaurant that delivers. For breakfast, it will be in the $$ range, a good $15 - 20 per person, and more money if you want to have breakfast with the Disney characters. I give the general hotel 3 stars (due to the parking fees), but the rooms itself 4 stars.

Yelp
I truly don't understand the bad reviews on this resort. We booked a last minute trip to spend NYE in Orlando and after seeing so many horrible reviews I still I figured "as long as I have a clean bed and shower I'm happy." I can say I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. Tom and Felipe at the front desk were more than nice and accommodating at check in. Marly and Bonnie at the pool bar are my new best friends. Our room was clean, quiet, newly renovated, and more than comfortable. We did stay on the Garden side of the hotel and I did not feel "less than" any other part of the hotel. There's plenty of space while also not feeling like we had to hike to the lobby or pool area. We did not specify any room type, and got a room with an adjoining door. We did not hear anyone or anything at all from the room next door. The walk to Disney Springs was less than 5 minutes and incredibly convenient. We especially loved the 24/7 market downstairs as we tend to be night owls on vacation. Snacks and drinks at all hours was a GREAT perk. I genuinely do not understand the complaints so many people have left. We will stay here again and again.

Yelp
Horrible !!!! Hidden resort fees ! Parking fees ! Total fiasco had to move rooms spent 5 hours trying to get help with a freezing room ! They could care less about the inconvenience!!! Didn't even offer a complimentary cup of coffee. Very disappointing! Resort fee for nothing !

Yelp
Copying and pasting my husbands review: I was coming to Orlando for a business meeting so decided to bring the family along to enjoy a day or two in a resort while there. I called ahead of time to be sure that there was a pool and there was late check out available. I was told there was a pool and that late check out was $25 at 2pm and $50 at 4 pm. We got there at 8:20 pm and was told the pool was only open until 9 pm. This is an official Disney resort, why would they close the pool at the time everyone would be coming back from the parks? We were considering adding a day on to our stay and there were rooms available to book on the website but the man my wife spoke to at the front desk was rude to my wife, so we decided not to stay. Then when she asked for late check out they told her no, they were fully booked. We had already checked to see if we could book another room online and there were rooms available, so he lied to my wife. Also while my wife and children were at the pool they were told they couldn't have water at the poolside unless it was purchased from the snack stand. I also booked a lake view room and was given a parking lot view. I will never stay at this resort again. I am also planning on posting this review on Yelp and TripAdvisor advisor.

Yelp
We booked one night through hotels.com for a concert at house of blues in Disney springs. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to the concert, and honestly a great price for July in Orlando. Check in was terrible, we arrived at 4 (the set check in time) and were told we could opt for a double bed room to get into immediately, or wait for the king room we'd requested. After 45 minutes of waiting we asked for an update, and were told the kings had been overbooked and we would have to take a double bed room anyway. It was upsetting for the clear waste or 45 minutes and lack of communication. We would have been completely okay had that been addressed right off the bat. Rooms are slightly outdated but cleaned pretty decently. Overall, wasn't a horrible experience, but I'd more recommend this for families spending a week at Disney. Could work in a pinch for what we needed. Front desk needs to do better, valet guys had the best customer service in the place! Kind, friendly, and attentive. Put those guys on the front desk.

Yelp
This hotel is a fantastic location to visit Disney Springs! We literally walked right over and it was such a fun walk too. The pool area is absolutely magnificent, and we enjoyed the food at the outside bar too! The hotel also had a cute game room and a stunning lobby.

Yelp
We've stayed here a few times and just stayed this past weekend. Rooms are fine, clean, and a place to sleep. "Resort" fee is a bit high for what you get. Great for a quick trip.

Yelp
disgustingly horrible. had 1 person checking people in. took 40 mins to get checked in and then we get to our room (mind you this is all at 11pm) and our sheets are damp and calling guest services. no one answers. I even called the emergency line several times with no answer. so nice to know if there was an emergency they wouldnt help. this place should be shut down. I will be disputing the entire charge. I have never been someone so horrible before.

Yelp
Stayed here for a friends weekend getaway. It was 6 of us- 3 couples so we got 3 rooms. My boyfriend and I arrived one day earlier since check in was at 4pm. Our friends checked in the following day. Let me say that check in is pretty late so I recommend planning accordingly, it's pretty inconvenient. The location is great, close walking distance to Disney springs. The rooms are spacious, since my friends check in was late, all 6 of us were able to shower and get ready for the event we had that evening. The hotel is pretty clean, the pool area also. They have people picking up constantly. The restaurants close pretty early.

Yelp
This is the worst hotel I have stayed so far. Had good experience at another Wyndham. So booked this hotel which is near Disney spring. It's not a cheap hotel. $28 plus tax/day for resort fee. $20/day for parking. On top of the hotel rates. I was mad at myself when I first arrived. I was mad at myself for booking this clumsy hotel. If it's cheap, I would not complain. But I paid so much for this tiny room. No microwave. The bathroom Is so small and dirty. The only window is facing the hallway. Hallway is narrow too. None of the plugs in our room were working. I couldn't charge my phone during the 3 nights of my stay. Called guest services 3 times, nobody answered. The shower head water runs very weak and slow. It's old too. Elevator is slow and very small!!!!!!!! Can only fit 3 persons the most!!! I can't believe this is a hotel! I am still mad! I gave it a 5 stars so hoping people could see my review. Cuz they hide all 1 star reviews.

Yelp
We visited this hotel for a mini stay cation. It was walking distance to Disney springs and not to far drive to Disney world. I think the hotel interior is finished renovating as I have not seen or heard any construction. The room is well decorated for the king size bed room but the bathroom is small. The room we got was a Disney view room so that means it is facing the theme parks in terms of where your window is positioned. Our floor was the 17th level so at around 9 PM we could see the magic kingdom fireworks. Then about 10 pm you will see the illumination ones from Epcot. Its not a bad view. Overall I would say it is more like a 3 star hotel in hotel star wise. There is self parking and valet. The few times I was there self parking was always full. Valet is the same price at 8 dollars for every 24 hours in and out. This is considered a Disney affiliated hotel so there's shuttles that takes you to Disney springs even though it's about a 10 minute walk. I think they do shuttles to Disney too. There's character breakfast if you have kids and are into that. At the price point and the closeness to Disney springs I think it's slightly better than average with out having to spend it on the deluxe disney resorts.

Yelp
I thought my stay here was very excellent. I have no complaints. The rooms does have a motel type feel to it. We only stayed here to sleep because most of the day we are out at the parks from 8am until close to midnight. We didn't experience any problems here. Our room was next to the parking lots level P. The beds are comfortable and clean. The front desk as well as housekeeping were excellent. We did hear our neighbors but they weren't loud, It wasn't a make or break. A lot of conveniences such as a 24/7 convenience type store and a coffee shop in the lobby and buses going to all four parks. We are a bridge away from Disney Springs so if your hungry there's a bunch of options, with earl of sandwich thats closest to us. This is a moderate hotel and great for the price, but don't complain if your expecting the Hilton. That's two hotels over.

Yelp
Decent hotel very close to the Theme Parks and downtown Disney. Right next door to Disney Springs which has tons of restaurants and shopping. They have shuttles going to the parks every half hour. Large lobby and check in area which helps because it does get busy here. They have a snack shop that's open 24 hours that has a decent selection of drinks and snacks. Some of it is a bit pricey but that's the norm. They have pre made sandwiches, fruit cups, microwaveable food, drinks, snacks, wine, beer, coffee, etc. There's also A microwave there and they have a decent amount of seating too. There's a bar opposite as well. The rooms are a little old and definitely need an update or at least some modernization. They were clean though and the air conditioning was working great. No desk either though there was a couch and coffee table.

Yelp
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Prepare to be treated like cattle being herded down the shute to Disney. Just one example: The fire alarm in my section of the hotel went off at 2:30AM. on the morning of April 7. (It later turned out to be a completely false alarm.) The first thing that happened was that the staff disappeared and all communication to/from the hotel stopped. Nobody answered the phone, hotel channel on the TV went off the air, etc. I.e., no word on what was happening. The second thing that happened was that parents, left to their own devices, bundled up their children and herded them to the parking lot for an hour to wait out the alarm. The last straw happened the next morning at the front desk: NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FROM WYNDAM. The staff didn't seem to know or care that their "guests" had just spent a sleepless and terrifying night. STAY AT THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Yelp
We stayed here during a recent extended family vacation. The hotel is huge, and finding your room can be challenging at first if you're not in the "main" building. Rooms are large, but do look like they could use an update soon. Tubs are stained, water leaks apparent, grout needs cleaned, etc. But the room was clean and it served our needs for our stay. Rooms come equipped with a refrigerator, which we always appreciate. Request for extra towels and pillows was handled quickly. They do have transportation to and from the Disney Parks (and maybe others), as well as valet parking. The resort and parking fee seem somewhat ridiculous considering what we paid per night for the room, it tacked on an additional $35 per day. One of the reasons for a 3-star review is even though there are clear no smoking signs posted in the front of the main entrance and yet people were smoking right in front of the door and no employee ever stopped them. I did ask the concierge and he just said, "It happens." Clearly this is not enforced which did not make for a pleasant entrance into the lobby. All in all it's an okay hotel in a great location for Disney visits. It was nice to be able to use the new walkways to hop over to Disney Springs for lunch or shopping without having to worry about parking. If we find a good deal on the room rate we possibly would stay again.

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in December. This hotel is getting 3 stars for simply being a average hotel. All the staff were amazing no matter the position!!! The only thing is that the rooms are average. It would be nice if they were redone not just paint the walls. The best thing about the hotel is location. You are across the street from Disney Spings and a $10 or less Uber ride to any 4 Disney Parks. Would I stay here again of course. Would I spend $50 more a night to stay somewhere else. Sure would. Ps the lobby is nicer then the rooms.

Yelp
I would not let my dog stay at this hotel!!!! I have stay at every hotel in this area and my preferred hotel was booked. From the filthy disgusting room down to the customer service. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Yelp
You get what you pay for. This was a quick one night visit to Disney that we booked on Hotwire. The room WAS CHEAP! You can tell the property is OLD and the rooms in tower seem to have been remodeled recently. Walls are thin! Room was clean, AC worked, hot water, comfortable beds. For what we paid, I'm satisfied. Convenient quick walk to Disney Springs.

Yelp
The hotel itself is good The problem is then trying to sell their timeshares Understandable , coming to a Wyndham resort they try to sell you When they say it's 5 minutes away (15minutes) That the tour and free breakfast will take 45 minutes (the line itself was over an hour wait) They act like there's a designated time frame Meanwhile there's 100 people there. If you didn't come down here to buy a time share Tell them "you don't want their "free breakfast and 100$ gift card to limited places"

Yelp
3.5 star but based on price I went to 4 star. I'm so surprised by how low the rating is on the hotel. The rooms generally $90 per night with a daily resort fee (a common add-on fee hotels have just to make more $) and a small valet or parking fee (reasonably priced). In the end a guest pays around $120 a night. I have seen prices much worse, so at this price I think it is a good deal. Free wifi. I like the pool view room but away from elevators because otherwise there will be a lot of foot traffic. Remember, it's family galore so no zen-like stay if you're paying for a base rate room. Some random noises from kids here and there. Most hotels in Disney are 'worn in' because how many guests they serve. With that said people are passing by the rooms, there are little things that need repairs (curtains, bathroom area, ....) but nonetheless this is a good spot for average families. I stay for business and like it. They have a great pool, 24 hour food pick up and restaurant. Free shuttle. Rooms have a mini fridge as well. Are you here for: Swanky hotel? Keep searching Saving money? Reserve a room Wonderful service? It's average, I've had great and I've had 'don't bother me'. Close to downtown Disney (good for rainy days)? Walking distance, stay. Great pool? Stay Run and go type of stay? Good choice The best of the best? Keep searching.
