I had an amazing stay at the Wyndham Grand Krakow! The first thing that stood out was the room size—it was incredibly spacious, especially compared to the typical hotel rooms in Europe. The breakfast was top-notch with a great variety, and the staff provided excellent, professional service throughout my stay. To top it all off, the location is simply perfect. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. Room spotless. Well appointed Reception staff very good. Ideally located to explore old town. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast very good. Lots of choice. Staff very attentive. Hotel restaurant food outstanding but service very poor. Had to ask twice for a menu. Wanted to order another drink after meal. No one came near to ask so went over to ask but was very firmly told to sit back down until someone available. There were several staff just standing around but still took a while for someone take our order. Very disappointing when everything else so good

Lovely hotel in a great location. ||We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast included. ||The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection of hot and cold items, plus a menu of freshly-cooked hot options. I would very much recommend including the breakfast in your room rate if you can. ||The restaurant attached to the hotel and bar serves delicious food - again, a visit is recommended. ||Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely return here.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town. |Spotlessly clean hotel. |Great facilities. |Beautiful spa, very much needed after a long day of sightseeing. |Friendly and attentive staff. |Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.|The Italian restaurant onsite was fantastic. Great ambience and delicious food and drinks. |Overall an amazing hotel that I highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit Krakow. We will definitely be returning to Krakow and will be staying at the Wyndham|Grande Hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making making our stay that extra special x

First choice of hotel in the middle of the old town. We have been here 3 times and are very satisfied :-) The staff does everything to satisfy your wishes. We were now a group of 12 people. Some used the spa area. The hotel did its best for us in advance and was helpful in reserving tables at good restaurants nearby. We will go here again.

Stayed for 3 nights . Beautifully presented hotel , very clean with excellent reception staff. Our room was perfect with excellent amenities. Hotel location is fantastic just a couple of hundred metres from the main square/Christmas market . Hotel organised airport transfers both ways for us which were spot on .

Rooms were very nice; however, the bathroom is very loud/echoes with no counter space. Didn’t need much besides additional bottles of water and the occasional taxi- but when I did, the front desk folks were competent and helpful. The location is superb- near Florian’s Gate and just a quick walk from market square with St Mary’s Basilica. Loved the location. The parks in Krakow are amazing, and this hotel is a fast stroll through Florian’s Gate and you are in the park. A little further and you can be at the Galleria shopping mall if that is your vibe. I wasn’t out a lot after dark, but I always felt safe in the Old Town.

Excellent modern luxurious hotel. The spa was a treat. The breakfast experience was one of the best I have had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very central; close to all of the sites and main square.
