Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town

We stayed 4 nights here at Wyndham Grand. It was indeed the best choice we could have made. The hotel located in midst of old town main street, among shops eatery and major vista points. Everywhere you turned was a photo spot. Major square plaza were all within walking distance and there was a large shopping mall very close by. The ladies and young men at the reception were exceptional attentive and polite. Staffs were very helpful in our dining arrangements, train reservations printing, questions we had. There were two eatery in the hotel in additions to breakfast hall. We didn’t try any of them but they looked pleasant and popular. Our room was very large, new and nicely decor, the bed was extra comfortable; and the bathroom was adequate. The shower was the best!! I would totally stay here again

This hotel is ideally located near Old Town Kraków´s main square, Rynek Glowny, the largest medieval square in Europe. Very charming. Our room was lovely. It would have been a better experience if the TV included CNN and WiFi streaming so we could have watched Wimbledon. The adjoining restaurant, Trattoria Degusti, was excellent. The other restaurant, where we had breakfast, was beautiful, but the service was mediocre. It was annoying that it didn´t have a toaster. We do have to compliment Katarzyna, the reception manager. We missed our return flight, and she made a commendable and successful effort in rebooking our return flight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our wonderful time in Krakow, an incredible gem of a city.

Hotel is close to the main square. We had a Comfortable 4 night stay after busy day exploring the beautiful city and other excursions. We Had 2 Rooms booked and both rooms, very quiet, everything needed to hand. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, very nice. Breakfast had a varied choice for everyone and the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever tasted, even had Prosecco for breakfast. |Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Amazing experience, our room with balcony we asked for was stunning (big and comfy bed, clean bathroom). Parking - a little tricky but staff was very helpful. Breakfast - no words needed, large selection, great taste ❤️ Staff - fresh, young collective. Everyone was really kind. Thank You guys for make our weekend unforgettable ❤️

The location of this hotel can't be beat - it was walkable to literally everything we wanted to do in Krakow. It's on a very touristy street with tons of shops and eateries steps away. Our room was quite sizable with nice tall ceilings, but the only windows were on the side of an interior courtyard, so there was no natural light. I also didn't like that we had to walk by the very busy restaurant to get to the pool or spa. For the price, I would probably look at different options next time we are in Krakow.

I booked 3 rooms at Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town from 31/07 -> 02/08. I drove to and gave the key at the reception desk on 31/07 at 13:00. The valet helped me into the parking lot, then we received the key and stayed until the morning of 02/08 at 9:00 am to complete the room return procedure. until I got the car back at 9:35 am on 02/08. I drove home and found that the car had a very large new scratch on the side and the rim on the left side of the driver's seat. I then contacted the hotel to complain about this issue, asking why the valet did not inform me of the problem with an apology at that time, but chose to remain silent. But instead they no contacted the valet and checked the camera to give me an explanation or apology. Then they forced me to send an email to the booking website, send the license plate number. Then wait for their reply. I am very upset and unhappy about this. You take customers' money with a smile, but when a problem occurs, you force them to do everything and wait for an answer. I advise customers to check the car carefully before the staff hands over the car. Thank you!

From the very first moment we step in, we felt very welcomed, Monika (if I don’t remember wrong) at the check in and checkout was very helpful as the whole team at the desk, for example in occasion to book our excursion to the salt mines. Room was spotless and very fresh and clean during all our stay. Thanks to the ladies we’re taking care of it. We also enjoyed a lot the SPA. A nice relaxing moment after walking around in the beautiful city of Krakow. We have had also the chance to try out the restaurant Trattoria De Gusti, which was really good and in terms of quality/$ was a nice good surprise. Service there was friendly and still very professional. Ambient is cozy and relaxed but with nice style. All in all I would recommend the hotel 10/10 and I will not hesitate to go back with my family there. Thanks again to the all team there.

Our stay at the Wyndham was fantastic from start to finish. The staff are polite and exceptionally attentive. My wife had a dental emergency during our stay and their local knowledge and help was invaluable. ||The pool/spa is lovely and the meals and breakfast delicious. Centrally located in the old town with its own underground parking makes it perfect for exploring at your own pace.||Credit where it is due!
