Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town

First choice of hotel in the middle of the old town. We have been here 3 times and are very satisfied :-) The staff does everything to satisfy your wishes. We were now a group of 12 people. Some used the spa area. The hotel did its best for us in advance and was helpful in reserving tables at good restaurants nearby. We will go here again.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it. The Decor of our suite was just WOWSER upon on entry with a gorgeous bathroom and big comfy bed. The Spa was very luxurious, and gave us the perfect opportunity to relax after a day of sightseeing. Location is ideal for the main square, which has a hub of restaurants, bars, street entertainment and of course shopping! Staff were helpful in organising a local Buggy tour of the city as well as a taxi to the castle. We ordered room service for breakfast - It wasn't to our taste buds but mainly because we are typically British and prefer Meaty Sausages, Bacon and heinz Beans! This was though offered as a full English so disappointed. ||We would stay here again though .

We came in July as a couple for a few day.||Great location, in the centre of everything, so really easy to get to popular tourist attractions and restaurants. Staff were efficient and resolved any issues. We rang for a shuttle taxi to pick us up from the airport which was excellent, and friendly. My wife used the spa , which was small but nice. ||We did not try breakfast as there are many options near to the hotel. There is no area for working within the hotel, they use the attached restaurant as an area to wait for taxis etc .||Room was clean and well equipped, so a very nice stay

The hotel isn’t cheap but it os worth the money. The quality of service and amenities provided are excellent. The staff are polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.||The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and had everything you could want .||The location is fantastic situated near many of the Old Town’s main square, making it easy to explore the city.||I highly recommend the Wyndham Grand Krakow.

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Krakow for four nights (two adults) and had an excellent experience. The service was exceptional throughout, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel very welcome. The hotel is clean, modern, and offers impressive leisure facilities for a city hotel — the pool and wellness area were a real highlight. The location is superb, with easy access to Krakow’s main attractions. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a great variety on offer — definitely worth including in your stay. A special mention to the duty manager, Blazej, who was outstanding in his communication and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. From the very first moment we step in, we felt very welcomed, Monika (if I don’t remember wrong) at the check in and checkout was very helpful as the whole team at the desk, for example in occasion to book our excursion to the salt mines. Room was spotless and very fresh and clean during all our stay. Thanks to the ladies we’re taking care of it. We also enjoyed a lot the SPA. A nice relaxing moment after walking around in the beautiful city of Krakow. We have had also the chance to try out the restaurant Trattoria De Gusti, which was really good and in terms of quality/$ was a nice good surprise. Service there was friendly and still very professional. Ambient is cozy and relaxed but with nice style. All in all I would recommend the hotel 10/10 and I will not hesitate to go back with my family there. Thanks again to the all team there.

Great hotel with excellent food at breakfast and meals in the restaurant. Very nice room with lovely bathroom. Very polite and helpful staff. The whole hotel experience was great, can definitely recommend Wyndham Grand Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Krakow. The location, services, food and room details are excellent. I wish we could have this amazing experience at every hotel we stay in when traveling. The food was so exceptional that we ate 2 lunches and 2 dinners in the hotel.
