Thomas Keller plans to bring New York’s TAK Room to Wynn Las Vegas this fall - Eater Vegas

"Wynn allocated an estimated $3.8 million to cover the construction budget alone, replacing the Country Cub’s tartan carpet and wood-paneled steakhouse with a sophisticated interior, described in Manhattan as serving Continental cuisine in an atmosphere of throwback style and glamour." - Bradley Martin

Google
The best place to play poker in Vegas, maybe in the country. They're so far ahead of other rooms in the efficiency and professionalism with which they run tournaments. Elite dealers as well.

Table service was mediocre at best. Waited 45 for a food runner, 30 minutes for a coffee (both during tournamens when you can't leave the table and it was not a busy day by any means), and security was very uncooperative when I tried to locate a missing item. (the floor was incredibly helpful, but I had to double back to them after security basically told me to get lost). I didn't feel welcome, but they weren't kicking me out the door either. (Brian deserves 5 stars, but everyone else brought it down)

Floor personnel encourage rules on a whim. No consistency. Food service is not good. Choices are too limited. Seats are comfortable. Only reason to go to that room. Bellagio or Venetian are much better.

I think the issue is not the poker room. It's some of locals who play. 50% are nice or just playing and that's awesome. But there's others that let the tourist that come to Vegas often like me know they are not welcomed. I live in California and I'm female. I had a local on my last visit yell Infront of the whole table "you're a racist" "don't be a racist" over and over. I never said anything that should have given him that impression. But The dealer said nothing. But that's a very serious and publicly damaging claim to make in public not just once but over and over he said "you're a racist... don't be a racist and your a racist" and It wasn't as if I won money from him, if anything I lost $200 to him! It was just completely unprovoked. He's not the only unprovoked issue either. There was another local... who told at 5am when there was only one table and a short table that... "the seat would be better filled, by just about any one else than you" ( because I don't go into many hands). & other things before I shut down the interaction & again this is unprovoked I didn't win any money from him & I wasn't rude and out of no where & also never met the player before but learned he was a local. These are just the most recent incidents...honestly the "racist" incident is so jarring to be ridiculed in public like that sitting next to a woman whose never met me before. She quickly got up after that outburst. Didn't just make me uncomfortable but made people who don't know me maybe think that statements were from some prior interaction. & can quicky become something other people believe. The way he said it was as if he really meant it and believed it himself. So I don't know if one of the other locals are spreading a huge rumor like that. but it's *huge problem your team need to make sure locals don't feel encouraged or emboldened to treat people who are visitors with verbal abuse when unprovoked. Locals just be held to a higher courtesy standards towards visitors or pay money to stay at wynn and who are only in town for a few days. Racism is very real, very serious and not something that a old man... should be accusing a 30 year old white Californian, who's in a inter racial relationship of 10 years! It's CRAZY! & heartbreaking because even long before BLM and the news coverage. I've stood up for all people... all my life. & I was raised in my middle school- high school years in a black mother, white father house with my mixed best friend. It's gross to be called racist by some old guy who is more racist of me being white. and I cried after this guy said that to me over and over. Truly wynn room team needs to know your locals are going to far trying to get someone to tilt. The tilting strategies don't work. Some people won't play if they get provoked by being called racist. & now I know there's evil hate filled regulars who play and who are capable of anything who can't keep in their evil energy inside, while playing a game in public. I used to recommend this poker room to everyone. I think I might have to just stop telling people it's a fun relaxing room. Because some (not all of the locals) are people to avoid at all cost.

One of the best poker rooms in Vegas! Fantastic staff and great ambiance! The players are pros here though! Enjoy the vibe!

Google
This is the best poker room in Las Vegas. I always love to play here when I am in town. It is clean, the drinks are great, and the staff is phenomenal, especially the supervisor Mattel that keeps everything running smoothly. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

Yelp
Clean room, lots of space and the service is top. Games ranging from No limit to limit to pot limit. Love the ambiance and how crisp the room looks.

Yelp
I have to say one of the best poker rooms in Las Vegas. Very classy and good service. The action is always good here. I only play 1/3 and the buy in is $100-$500 so the game plays almost like a 2/5. The poker players most of them that play here always have money so they do multiple buy in's if they get stacked. They do have a good comp $1.50 an hour of play which is better than the average $1 at most casinos. The staff that works here the floor to dealers are all friendly and nice. I haven't yet ran into any unfriendly staff they'll always take care of you. You can also eat at the tables and order food from wazuzu next door, they do have a food runner.

Yelp
I have been living in Las Vegas for about almost 25 years now. This is the best poker room in Las Vegas. The dealers and the floors are so so friendly and know what they are doing. They do not just hire anyone off from the street like some of the poker rooms in town. You can tell that these are well trained quality staffs. I play poker tournaments there regularly and just cannot say enough about the floors and the dealers there. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Give them a try and you will fall in love with them and the place.
google avatar

Yelp
Crazy how without facts they randomly give penalties to people . I just witnessed a friend of mine get a ridiculous penalty . No doubt unless you are a regulars at the tourneys don't expect good service.

Jason M.

Yelp
Poker room is bomb. Clean. Lot of tables. Big room. Parking validated by poker room. Balanced mix of fish and sharks
google avatar

Yelp
Used to not like the Wynn poker room but I've decided I like them a lot now. Played a few tournaments on the Encore side and they really run a good tournament. Much more appreciative of their customers than Venetian/Palazzo, at least to me. No crazy "no eating" rule or "don't even look at your phone" rule. The tournament series I just played has a cooler of ice cold water for tournament players. Dealing and floor staff were excellent. My new home.

David K.

Yelp
I used to love the room, but they no longer allow you to call in to get in list to play and aren't listed on Bravo. I'm not sure the reason for the change, but what a pain. Require you to sign up for google play and have some app. Silly extra steps to put your name on a list. . . Aria here I come.

Yelp
Absolutely one of my favorite poker rooms in Vegas. Venue, tables, chips, service are all top tier! Thank you -Anthonyxibarrax

Yelp
Watch out for swindlers in this poker room. On a very coordinated board on the evenng of July 4th with 200 in the pot, seat 3 put a stack of 60 dollars over the line. He said nothing to me. The dealer turned to him and they had some low hushed statements I did not hear, but I decided to call the 60 w one pair and no kicker and said call. I was in seat 9. Then seat 3 flipped over the nut straight and pushed forward 375 in chips and said I called the all-in. The floor came over and agreed with seat 3 that it was my responsibility to clarify his bet even though not a single player at the table said they heard all-in. Just the dealer who said nothing to me. I argued in vain, pushed my 375 over and asked to speak to a manager who said it was too late since I obeyed the floor person. Somehow I was supposed to know to escalate it above the floor person. Clearly, it is the responsibility of the dealer and betting person to make sure the bet is clear when only a small chip stack is put over the line. Beware! What an operation. Beware. Oh, the manager gave me some food vouchers to help lessen the "sting".

Yelp
Las Vegas offers the most poker action anywhere in the world. 30ish different poker rooms all within 25 miles of each other. Most within only a few hundred feet from each other. Of course, no two are exactly alike, but for all intents and purposes, you can break down all poker rooms into 3 major categories: Destination rooms, tourist rooms, and locals' rooms. Destination rooms, the top echelon of the Vegas poker scene include Wynn, Bellagio, Aria, and Venetian (for purposes of this review, I'm excluding the WSOP as it it seasonal). These top four rooms differentiate themselves from the tourist and locals' rooms by taking themselves more seriously. They do not drop a jackpot rake, so no bad beat jackpots or high hand jackpots are awarded. For lack of a better phrase these rooms are simply where serious poker is played. The Wynn takes the idea of pampering the player to an entirely new level. USB ports at every seat; spacious layout with no concern of bumping into players when entering or exiting your seat; private bathrooms exclusively for poker players in the poker room itself; sports betting counter; Genesis Bravo list management software; $2/hour comps; extremely comfortable adjustable chairs; and finally, an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable staff of floors and dealers that truly make you feel at home. In closing, I have lived in Vegas since 2004. Been playing poker since before then. I play to win and to enjoy the atmosphere. The Wynn provides great action in a beautiful setting. To me, it's the perfect poker room.

Andrew B.

Yelp
Best dealers, best floor staff, beautiful room altogether. Great location on the Encore casino floor. This room has some pretty amazing tournaments throughout the year
google avatar

Yelp
The Wynn has a nice room but the 1/3 game here is one of the tightest games I've ever had the displeasure of playing in. I don't even understand why some people choose to sit down with 500 dollars in their stack when the pots rarely get above 50 bucks. Covering someone and effective stacks sizes doesn't matter if the money never goes in. Anytime stacks go in, it's a huge cooler like nuts vs. 2nd nuts type of situation. There's definitely a decent number of tight locals trying to grind out their rent money.

Yelp
Bright, lively poker room with decent action. Played a couple hours with a friend who had just moved down. He raved about this place but we were both card dead. I literally got blinded out for few hours while missing flops when I did play.
google avatar

Tom B.

Yelp
I played a lot when the poker room was at the Wynn and you parked on the parking garage and walked right in but the room was dark and small. It's a longer walk to the encore but the room is really bright and a lot larger. Plus the tables are spread out so your move on top of each other also thru bathrooms in the room so you don't have to walk out in the crowded casino. It's my favorite poker room second only to the Venetian. You can also order food to be delivered from a couple restaurants.
google avatar

Philip M.

Yelp
Cute little poker room, but the lack of chip runners here is a problem. Both times I have played here, I have had to head to the cage to get chips for myself because the runners are either super busy or nowhere in sight. Players at the 1/3 NL game are friendly, whether they are European tourists or locals. This is a great place if you just want to kill a couple hours and de-stress. If you want to make money, I suggest you trek out to Planet Hollywood or Caesars for good action.
google avatar

Jason S.

Yelp
Probably my 2nd favorite poker room in Las Vegas. A little on the smaller side, but when the games are good here, they are great. It can be hit or miss though, so either you have to have friends here letting you know about the games, or have connections with the staff to know when those particular players arrived. At first I thought their poker chips looked and felt like wsop tournament chips, but I've grown accustomed to them and like how they feel. The tables are nice and the overall ambiance of the place is elegant. The 2/5 NL is $200-1500 max buy in which is nice, and the 5/10 NL is uncapped! They also have higher stakes PLO running when other places don't. I also like the fact that self parking lot is literally right next to the poker room, so that I don't have to walk through the whole casino to get to the poker area. They do the standard $2 dollar a hour poker comp that you can use for the room service, Asian restaurant, and pizza place and deli.

Yelp
Clean, bright, well run, teeming with opportunity...what more can you say. -- It's a pretty serious poker crowd, not a lot of dead fish. -- If you want cheap suckers there's lower-end poker rooms. -- Actually decent people that can play cards and have a little conversation. -- Wonderful wait staff, very fast and attentive, and easy to look at. I sat here a few hours during my recent Vegas weekend...just to relax and see some cards. Ended up leaving a few hundred to the good from a $1-$2 NL table. Good experiences ALWAYS at the Wynn and Encore. Shuffle up and deal! ENJOY!!!
google avatar

Yelp
This is hands-down the best poker room in town. The staff is always professional, and they treat the players well. Yet they are also very good at protecting the game when someone is out of line. It's important for dealers and staff to enforce rules and codes of behavior, yet do so in a friendly way. It's not easy to accomplish both those things, but The Wynn Poker room does it with ease. That is why it is considered the best poker room in town.
google avatar

Nikki L.

Yelp
The new room is so light bright and amazing! Very accommodating for players bringing a friend to watch or someone in a wheelchair. The dealers are very professional. Try food from Wazuzu and Allegro right to the room.
google avatar

Sunny Z.

Yelp
My favorite poker room in vegas, great staffs and dealers. 5/10 no cap buy in always full of actions. Room is well designed and service is top notch.
google avatar

Amber J.

Yelp
I don't play poker, blackjack is more my thing, but after witnessing how my friend was hipped out of his winning pot.... I'm furious. We've all played at a table where someone sits down and has no idea on how to play and they most likely ruin the table for everyone. That situation is horrible yet common. However, when the dealer makes mistakes and it ends up costing you thousands!!!! Cmon! Encore/Wynn is suppose to be one of the top resorts and casinos in the world and this is how we repay our high-stakes poker players??? It's opening weekend for the NEW poker room and you have inexperienced dealers and unfair floor managers setting the vibe? Sounds like a novice move especially since WSOP is almost upon us and knowing that it brings in poker players from everywhere to play everywhere. I suggest you stay away from Wynn's incompetence and stay with Bellagio or Aria!
google avatar

Reza V.

Yelp
The worst you can ever play at , staff are horrible people are just not friendly, I can't believe they didn't want to pay me for hand that I won finally got the upper management and got my money and left . Never coming to this place again , stay away way away.
google avatar

Robert R.

Yelp
I was so disappointed in the new Wynn Poker room. The dealers made an obvious mistake every hour, the incompetence of the dealers and floor management cost me a massive pot (they took away my winning hand and redrew)....then smirked and acted like it was the players fault. I ordered food to the poker table and only 1/2 the order came, I couldn't access wifi for the 8 hrs playing. It's a nicely decorated room, but if you value competency, performance by staff, floor rulings that are fair and friendliness/fun/fair gambling stay with Bellagio and Aria poker rooms. I've never heard or seen anything close to the clown show Wynn Poker provided in 8 hrs versus over 10 yr's at the real Poker rooms!!!

Yelp
MONEY always on point always evolving the wynn properties in vegas though still very young have already began another evolution in the casino game new and imaginative colors new and brighter lighting with a more modern feel and yes the cash games as well as the tournament structures are still tip top ps: during these next few weeks they have a series of quality tournaments running, check them out for quality poker and payouts *though very clean and spacious, to date the most well designed poker table was at the old mgm poker room, the table not only had a clear bet line as well as space for action, it had a flat marble ring surface to allow for truly balanced stacking of chips as well as a cup holder..quality is always remembered and that was over a two decades of interactions with poker tables

Brian P.

Yelp
I played many times at the Wynn poker room and recommend STAY AWAY! Why? Because in my opinion, based on playing well over 500,000 live and online hands, there is a lot of collusion against tourists and out of towners in the Wynn Poker room. There are a LOT of locals, regulars, dealers etc. who play at the Wynn poker room. And after having read two books on poker collusion, cheats and angle shoots, my opinion was that the games I played there were regularly rampant with collusion and soft play between them. They targeted the tourists. I did not sense the same at the Aria where I really enjoyed the PLO and NLH. However, even at the Aria, players told me that cheating and collusion were happening there, but at the higher stakes tables. I would still trust the low limit games at the Aria, but the Wynn is simply out and I'd NOT recommend it's poker room to anyone. It's a shame because it's a physically nicer poker room than Aria. It's beautiful. Now here is my disclaimer: this is my opinion only based on 35 years of playing poker live and online; this is based on playing occasionally over the course of at least 3 years; the last time I played there was in 2018 (after which I swore I'd never play there again. Have things changed there since 2018? Well ask around and find out if it's still a favorite of locals and dealers. If yes, stay away. Go to their buffet lol, because it's the best buffet in Vegas instead. It's a beautiful hotel (nicer than Aria), with great restaurants and a very nice atmosphere. After the Mandarin Oriental closed, I think the rooms are amongst the best in Vegas.
google avatar

Sean J.

Yelp
The newly opened poker room at the encore is beautiful, and now my favorite poker room. Spacious room, comfortable chairs and well run tournaments.
google avatar

Lawrence C.

Yelp
This is a really nice poker room which has taken a back seat to Venetian and Aria. The atmosphere is great and I've come to find more fishies here but I can only speak to the lower limit/nl and low 200 and under tournies that they have. They spread a lot of high limit games such as 5-10nl. If you're there during a tournament series you'll find more action. My advice is to call in advance to see what games they have. I'm a sucker for their drinks - they make the best complimentary strawberry julius and I have no shame in ordering a fruity drink!

Yelp
As Always Great 2/5 NLH at the Wynn . the danger is always a concern with the Virus but the Injections are almost here Now . The room "open "is back at the Wynn not the Encore Room and I like the location better right by the Pit where the stray Money rolls By and falls into the room more then The Encore of course the Encore is a bigger nicer Room but more removed from the Pit IE Craps / Blackjack that sort of thing exactly what a Make Money Poker Player wants as it = a live Money Game rather then a lot of " regulars " Stagnating the Game thus creating a Money Pit for the house without Much action . Vegas Players seem to like the Flashy Rooms until they realize that soon they well be broke if they don't find Great action where they Can win The 1/3 NLH has a lot of action to much for me kind of a crap shoot in my book more like a crap game . The 5/10 NLH is more of a Play For Show Type of game I feel and not a place to pick up some Easy $$$,$$$ But more for show offs . I would feel more at home I a larger Game then a 5/10 Myself like a say 25/50 Blind game and then you well have Action again for sure . You well not find that game at the Wynn to bad about that . is a 9 Handed Game and large table the perfect Game
google avatar

Me M.

Yelp
This game is full of professional grinders and angle shooting locals. The dealers are very rude and the floor personel were not interested in fairly mediating disputes. I saw a dealer flashing the bottom of the deck before he cut. There are plenty of places to play poker in Vegas where the staff dosent put you on tilt. Im going there.
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
In my opinion this room is easily in the top 3 if not the best poker room in Vegas for mid stakes action. 2/5-5/10 runs daily, there's an optional button straddle which most people don't take advantage of and the buy ins for every game are quite deep(usually 200-300 BBs). Very good floormen and service as well. It's also pretty awesome that the parking is only a few seconds away from the poker room itself.
google avatar

Cody F.

Yelp
I played here several times and the action can be really good, the room is very nice and well attended. Omar's review concerns me and I agree with him that copying the DL is unnecessary. Guess I will be careful to cash out if I step away. Back to the action...as much as you want. I played low stakes NLH and found them as good as any games in town, very nicely appointed room, a bit small but service so close that your drink is always full. Wifey really liked the Casino because it's new and elegant and had some ridiculously expensive shopping available. I think there was a Ferrari store or something just down the hall from the poker room too.
google avatar

Resoleros E.

Yelp
Best place to play in Vegas. I preferred the Aria until this week because the rake was lower at the Aria. Aria raised their rake to $5 this week which is the same as the Wynn's rake. Given that the Wynn poker room is nicer, roomier, cleaner, and generally of higher quality, and the parking is easier to get in and out of, and there is no charge, the Wynn poker room is THE place to play in Vegas.
google avatar

Peter S.

Yelp
I love staying at Wynn resort. So obviously playing at their poker room makes sense. They have recently totally redesigned the poker room and moved it into Encore. I give the new room solid 5 stars for design and tables. Usually player mix is pretty solid , definitely not much fish there for easy picking; but if you want to challenge yourself and play with really good player , this is the place to be. The reason why I give the room only 2 stars is because of the dealers and especially the support stuff and liquor girls. You can read the general " I don't give a s-t about you" attitude on the faces of 90% of people that work there. The liqueur service is totally disgusting. You can sit there literally for hours and not have anyone come to your table. A request to the manager usually meet with the shrug of shoulders and the look saying "leave me along". And I am talking about 2-5 and 5-10 NL, with the average pot in hundreds of dollars !!!!! This service is so disgusting , it's shocking to me that whoever is managing the place still has a job at Wynn. So sad
google avatar

Lynn S.

Yelp
Didn't get as lucky as I did in the Aria but the atmosphere was cool the other players were patient with me as a beginner. The buy in of course was more than others but still affordable. It was a pleasant experience.
google avatar

Anubis F.

Yelp
Haven't played there for a year because iy's very uncomfortable. Lots of sharks brazenly looking for you. Mgt couldn't care less. I(.m stuck @ Bellagio-Aria where intermittently, one gets treated properly.
google avatar

Vivian L.

Yelp
New poker room: Wow....this is the best poker room I've ever been to. Beautiful bright room, very happy place. Restrooms attached, which is AMAZING that for once you don't have to go up or downstairs or across the casino. Drinks are good. Waitresses are super nice and wear pretty uniforms. Dealers are nice as well and very appreciative. The front desk staff is very quick and coordinated. I love this place!

Yelp
On Wednesday, January 8th I was playing poker at the Wynn Poker Room and I got up to have dinner at the buffet (where I spent $344.17 for dinner) with some friends. I came back about an hour-and-a-half later and they had picked up my chips and my jacket that was hanging on the back of my seat. Christopher Dannevik, the shift manager, asked for my ID and I showed him my driver's license. We went over to the cashier where I was to get my money back. Christopher asked my to sign a receipt form, which I did, and then he said he would not give me my money back unless he could make and keep a copy of my driver's license. With all of the identity theft going on I don't like having unnecessary copies of my driver's license floating around and I did not allow this. Christopher acknowledged that it was my money but said that they would not give me it back unless they photocopied my driver's license, which I would not allow him to do. In my book, this is theft, plain and simple. Interestingly, they then gave me my jacket back--making it difficult to argue that they had any doubt that they money and jacket belonged to me. I pointed out that the same dealers were in the poker room and even several of the same players were still playing at the table--all of whom could identify me. They also have numerous cameras so they were literally a dozen ways they could have verified my identity, if needed, though Christopher never disputed that it was my money. As of this writing they still will not give me back my money. If you don't mind the poker room unnecessarily photocopying personal information or you don't mind having your money stolen, then by all means, go play at the Wynn Poker Room. Otherwise consider other, better choices, like the Bellagio Poker Room.
google avatar

Taylor W.

Yelp
I had a blast gambling at the Wynn last weekend. I am not a big gambler, so I was nervous that the table attendants wouldn't want to help me or would get frustrated at my lack of knowledge. Thankfully, I encountered the exact opposite! I sat down at three card poker, roulette and let it ride with 0% clue how to play. The table attendants- Russell, Chris and Kaye, were patient with me and even helped me bet. I had a blast! The cocktail waitresses are a little slow and the wine is definitely not the best (but it is free so you can't really complaint). However, I still had a blast. My friend won $2,000 playing Wheel of Fortune. I can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Kelly C.

Yelp
Beautiful room! Tons of space between tables, very bright and clean, and a fantastic staff. Best poker room in Vegas!
google avatar

Zachary H.

Yelp
The room is not very spacious and seems to be dying overall. Mostly regs. They do run some decent tourney series now and then.
google avatar

Marcus L.

Yelp
Been here quite a few times. When considering overall atmosphere, service and action. Along with the Aria and Venetian, they make in my opinion the top 3 poker rooms in Vegas.
google avatar

Vincent T.

Yelp
I don't really rate poker rooms. Obviously, you will have your tight and loose players. The drunker they are the more action you will get like everywhere else. the room itself is nice and there is always a game going on. On busy nights, you may have to wait a while just to get in a game, but that's pretty much anywhere you go on the strip.
google avatar

Dolly M.

Yelp
Very nice poker room with friendly service as well. A good mix of seasoned locals who you see every night but the best cash games are on late night ... And you hear the best stories :)
google avatar

Angela D.

Yelp
My favorite poker room in Vegas, I like the fact that valet is just around the corner, talk about convenience. It's a very masculine decorated poker room but I enjoy the atmosphere, the dealers are nice and friendly. Kem cards & Paulson chips are the best combination when it comes to a great poker game, some people might think I'm crazy, it's just chips and cards right? If you play poker a lot like I do, you'll know that having the best cards & chips in the industry makes a world of difference. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.
google avatar

Robert K.

Yelp
This poker room is another place that I like to play NLH when I am in town. Depending on the crowd, it can be easy pickings or one has to really grind things out. The staff offer great service as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Great room, Great drink service and lots of action. This room is intimate, comfortable seats and management was very fair and didn't get too involved. Only thing is be cautious of the sharks,,,,,,

Super room, especially upstairs. 5/10 runs most days and a good mix of 1/3 and 2/5 games. Staff is great. Coffee sucks but it's the only bad part about the room.

Yelp
So Encore Casino/Wynn open up a NEW Poker room for the new year this 2016 witch is great! Specialty with this new year finally here and all the new gambling tournaments for 2016 must be a really good thing. But unfortunately after witnessing how my great friend Just got dishonestly, and unfairly treated with his winnings! It's really discouraging and disappointing and I'm truly really mad for my friend....!!!!! With that said our "Fabulous" City Las Vegas is at #1 in the top 10 cities and the most popular city in the USA where to go gaming and gambling. Specially at the Wynn/Encore one of the top Casino's and Star in the world! It shows lack of management and thought and poor training of the employees at Wynn/Encore. Unfortunately loyal regular gamblers like my great friend have to take the Lost for it. ! I suggest you consider many other Casinos throughout the strip which we have many casinos to pick from luckily ! Before you get unfairly get treated especially when winning big wins! Not fair!!!!!!  Shaking my head.... #Wynn #Encore #Poker #2016

Yelp
My overall experience in this room has been positive. although I'm surprised that the poker room of such a big-name hotel on the strip seemed so disappointing. I guess I expected more (since it is THE Wynn), but it felt smaller than what I expected and there are hardly any games that run (compared to places like Aria or the Venetian).
