Never been here before. It was my first time. It was interesting how you can order from a bunch of different restaurants in one place. My homie and I ordered Frtality Loaded Fries, and it was delivered to a locker. The only way to access your food was with your phone, via the message they sent you notifying you that your food was ready. The food was delicious, and I definitely will go back

Jon Smith Sub in Wynwood Eatery will end up owning the place! These subs! 🥙🥪🥖Bowls and salads are way beyond what you will ever expect! First of all, let’s start with the bread. All Miami locals know how hard it is to find fresh bread in Miami, well John Smith subs knows where it is. It is so soft and perfectly baked that you will be surprised how it holds all the ingredients in the interior. I picked The Cuban, Chicken Cajun & Meat Bomb Bowl (with all ingredients: 🧅onions, pickles 🥒, tomato 🍅, mushrooms 🍄‍🟫) everything seemed sourced from a side garden! The sauces and toppings made the flavors explode in your mouth. I picked the 1000 islands 🏝️ for The Cuban 🇨🇺and the Cajun 🌶️Seasoning Cajun Chicken Bowl! The chicken 🐓and meat 🥩were perfectly cooked and seasoned, blending perfectly with all the add-ons. The Cuban honestly deserves a special mention as it stands up to any of the versions you will find in Little Havanna! And the fries, of course, you can’t miss the fries, crunchy, perfect cut, and deliciously spiced, the perfect pairing to your dream sandwich or bowl! 🍟 John Smith Subs is located in Wynwood Eatery, so there is only pick-up available, but the service is so fast and convenient that you will be able to enjoy it anywhere you would like to. We love strip cheese their food never disappoints. There’s always something for everyone and being a large family we love the diversity of options. The kimchi sauce is to die for, a dip for literally everything and anything it’s that good. The flamin hot Cheeto grilled cheese and bacon jam are amazing. Excited to try the pastrami on our next visit. If you love cheese as much as we do you will not regret eating here. The food is always made with love and packed with flavor. Sorry about the pictures we couldn’t wait to eat 😂

Not terrible, but disgusting service. Placed an order the day before for pick up at 5:45pm. I called at 5:30 to say I was on my way and ensure the order would be ready. I got hung up on and had to call back at which point I got attitude from the girl that the order wasn't going be ready until 6 since it was a large order. No kidding, thus me ordering from the day before as I knew I was on a tight schedule. I arrived at 5:45 nonetheless and waited outside until 6. When I went in at 6, no one is there to address you. A young man finally comes over and after getting my name says the order is not ready and wouldn't be ready until 6:15. This time came and went and I didn't get the order until about 6:25. As all the bags finally came out, no apologies or anything, just children accompanying the order, one giggling (I'm sure the one the hung up on me) as though something was funny about this situation. Never again is an understatement of when I'll be returning. I worked in restaurant management for almost 20 years and would be ashamed to have any guest of mine experience such a poor display.

The quality of the wings was more than just good. First I ordered three chilly wings / 10-10 delicious, juicy. I also added three lemon pepper wings, tasted good but didn’t have enough lemon pepper, seemed to be a little plain for lemon pepper wings. The fries were great, just the right amount of crunch and seasoning 🤤 I do love that you can mix and match when it comes to the wings. It was economically comfortable , the tab came up to $15.88 that’s only because I used Uber eats, if we deduct the delivery fee and the service tax it would have Been only $11.55 . All this is not including the tip, please be generous with delivery personnel Did not rate the atmosphere or service because it was a delivery but I’m excited to rate them in person one of these days and try their oxtail.

This place is the absolute worst. We ordered $80 of food for a terrible burger, soggy fries, and ramen that was clearly ramen noodles. We waited over 40 minutes for our food at 4am. No one at the window I had to bang on it for someone to come out and grab our tickets to check on the status of our order. Will never return. Do not recommend. Waste of time / waste of space / terrible service / avoid at all costs.

They are a huge food court with cuisines to suit all tastes, but only for delivery or pickup. It's definitely worth trying. They have a modern concept of service and contemporary food.

Clean, quick, delicious 🤤 Their grilled cheeses always hit the spot. And I love how easy and effortless it is to grab ur takeout from here. If you haven’t tried it yet do yourself a favor, there’s something here for everyone. And when in doubt get that comfort grilled cheese. I suggest the pepperoni one. Best of pizza and warm grilled cheese in one. 🤤🍕🧀

Terrible service and didn't even get my order because the restaurant wasn't even open and couldn't get my refund

What a great grab and go concept for a local working professional!? No long lines. Quick ordering service, quick pick up, and over 25 different restaurant options in ONE place! I stumbled into the Wynwood Eatery because it was so close to my job. I knew there was a Panera Bread in the building, but I didn't know where were so many other options as well. I simply ordered on my phone, waited for 10 minutes, got my food and left. No line, no hassle, order, pick up, go. While waiting I was also able to see how easy the pick up process is for food delivery drivers. Check in , pick up, go! Not to mention, the restaurant owner personally came down to speak with me and explain the menu. Super personal, thank you Fat Dumpling! I will definitely frequent and recommend this eatery to everyone in the neighborhood. Great design, even better find!

Horrible place the customer service was the worst I've experienced in my life the girl working the counter closed the gate on me after they messed up my order not once but twice I ordered my food here around 9:10 and it's now 12:15 no one from the establishment could help but over 8 people came up asked my problem and I simply would've taken the food multiple people acted like they didn't speak English but I also speak Spanish then people completely stopped coming to the front do not come here I see why they have low ratings not to mention people found it funny when I simply and politely asked to just get what I ordered for a third time

Yess I did I didn't take picture but I did however out the wings and the Philly cheesesteak both were good I like they way they seasoned the wings with a hint of salt and pepper to balance the spice the Philly was delicious and packed with me

Shawarma was made of white chopped chicken, no flavors/spices, and it was cold. Falafel was oily and cold as well. $25 for an oily tasteless meal.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IN HERE. The service is horrible and rude. I have been waiting over one hour for one item and a water bottle I have a allergy and clearly stated that on my notes order and they canceled it instead of contacting me to confirm exactly what I was allergic to first there is no help at the front desk at all. The workers are on there phoned and the place is dirty. The lady in the front should be fired for her attitude when someone had a food allergy it should not be penalized against them, and I should have not been told in the rudest way "your food has been canceled bc they can't make it" if she were to elaborate exactly what the allergy was and I would have told her that would be proper customer service she should not be working in a industry with humans if she is going to speak to and act the way she does by the counter so because of her I won't be ever returning to any of the future locations!

A very inconvenient way to get your food onsite. Never anyone upfront to help, Uber drivers are all chaotic in and out. One of my favorites moved to here and don't think I'll be ordering there anymore due to the setup.
