An incredible shop and an incredible couple who run it. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. The espresso martini is absolutely the best dessert cocktail I’ve ever had. The “I can’t believe it’s not cheesecake” is crazy good! The product is worth the visit but the people behind the product are worth supporting. Love the energy in this place. Open until 2am!!! Wrap me up in a warm blanket and take me home after this cocktail kind of vibes here.

Such a fabulous experience! The drinks are well balanced and the ambiance is calm, chic, and welcoming. Highly recommend! Had their boozy milkshake and the You Can't See Me - best twist on a Marg I've ever had! Will be back to check out their brunch and $3 mimosas 😃

Love this multi-purpose ice cream location. By far the best experience in ice creams location in the Austin, TX. Thank you to the Team and Owners for creating a safe, fun, chill, and enjoyable environment for all to enjoy. Come through during this summer weather for some cool drinks and sweet treat with Lilly the Bar tender, she is amazing.

Yum! Friendly little ice cream shop. I got the Blue Panda in a Waffle bowl and it was delicious! The texture of the Waffle is really nice, though on the sweeter side. My boyfriend got mint chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake and really enjoyed it as well. Highly recommend!

Obsessed. I keep going back for the lil blue panda which is like cookies and cream meets sugar cookie dough swirls. I recommend. I have never had Hershey ice cream (not affiliated with the chocolate company), but it is sooooo good and the cones come in a lot of delicious varieties. Lavender actually tastes like lavender.

Came to X crem today Thursday at 9:45PM. Google shows that they close at 11PM on Thursdays. Upon arrival the doors were locked and lights were off. Very disappointed, please update your business hours if you’re closing earlier. Thank you

It was one of the best servings of strawberry ice cream I have ever had it was soft and perfect. Staff was super friendly, I will be returning and sending more of my family and friends, my children also enjoyed themselves. No one was disappointed they had what everyone wanted one of my children took a picture of their ice cream SUPER AWESOME PLACE

I saw X Crem's glowing reviews so I decided to check it out. It's a compact space with great music and mellow lounge vibes, but the experience and product fell a bit short for me. I ordered a cone and was excited to see the worker pour batter into the press for a fresh one. After a short time she let me know they couldn't make cones now after all which was disappointing. The 'high quality crem' being served is Hershey's ice cream. That's totally fine but the price is not justified. The lil blue panda was the best flavor of the bunch.

Good ice cream, great cocktails, love music, what else you need from Saturday night post dinner dessert . Service is good. Limited but good ice creams options.

A new little ice cream shop, the kitchen area looks like a kitchen at home, so a very homey vibe! Lots of fun flavors and good vegan options. The guy working was so nice, tons of samples to try and when my friend and I stayed in the shop to eat our ice cream he asked us for music recs. Tried the cookies n cream sundae and lemon sorbet. Both were really tasty and flavorful. Pretty pricey for both though.

Austin needs more ice cream places, and X Crem fills that void. It's chic enough to fit in near downtown, but not overly pretentious. The only thing keeping me from coming back here a ton is self-discipline, because believe me, I want to stop here every day!

I got the milkshake with the caramel brown butter bourbon ice and WOW. It was amazingly delicious. The people working there were super nice and friendly. This place has good vibes and I'll def be a regular for my ice cream fixes. Highly recommend

I absolutely loved this place! The milkshakes are tasty, the drinks are fantastic, and the ambiance is incredible! I am so happy I happened upon this place. I highly recommend checking this place out. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

PROS: they make their own ingredients and created their own shakes from scratch. The owner works along side his workers, which shows he leads by example. There's a nice lounge area too CONS: easy to miss when driving by and it's small inside. Most of the staff were very snippy towards me and ignored us, including the owner. The worker took FOREVER to make a simple milkshake too OVERALL: it's a unique place so if you're walking on by then sure, stop in, but I wouldn't make it a primary destination

Ice cream was awesome! Inside was really small, with no lights on. The bartender was super chill, I just wish they made it more of a restaurant vibe instead of a trap house vibe

Stopped by for a sweet treat and enjoyed some delicious dessert and great conversation with the two owners. Both were incredibly friendly and personable. They have great plans for this place and I have no doubts they'll do something amazing!

This is such a good ice cream place! They opened up back in July, so I'm glad I found out about them. The vibes inside are chill and good for hangouts/dates - low lighting and music playing. Person at the counter was also extremely nice and made conversation, and seemed unbiased and genuine when helping me decide between flavors. I ended up choosing the red velvet and cappuccino crunch. If you like creamy, thick ice cream like I do, this is perfect. I hate when ice cream is too icey or they don't put enough substance in the flavors, but this place did not disappoint. The cake chunks in the red velvet were really good and plentiful - it also has chocolate syrup/fudge? which I personally didn't like that much but it was still good. Cappuccino crunch was such a good flavor and great for coffee- and sweet-lovers, I'm definitely going back for it. They're also constructing a bar in the shop with drinks with their ice cream, so it will definitely be a must-hit for late night crawling.

PLEASE stop in this bar, their drinks are amazing and they roped us in by their espresso martinis. spoil alert, they are amazing!!! their espresso martinis are the best in austin.

Super yummy and the service is wonderful. My daughter and I had a lovely time today and were just there for a bit. The waffle cones are made to order and my daughter loved it. The place has great artwork and a cool feel for a small place.

We were walking home after dinner at Il Brutto (where we had skipped dessert actually) when we noticed a new shop across the street with a funny name. A young man outside the door waved at us and, out of curiosity, I decided to look for it on Yelp. Originally, between the name and the vibe, I thought it was a boozy ice cream joint but it turned out to be a perfectly wholesome non-boozy ice cream parlor. The staff seemed genuinely excited about the ice cream they were serving, including some vegan options on offer. I asked to try the raspberry swirl, and they took care to make sure the sample had the perfect mix of raspberry sauce, chocolate cup, and vanilla ice cream. I was impressed by how seriously the staff took even the simple act of putting a sample together; I used to run a small coffee chain so I appreciate folks in F&B who take service seriously. It also didn't hurt that the ice cream was delicious. (Incidentally, that's also why I forgot to take photos.) We ordered a single scoop for $5 plus tip. There were a lot of other toppings available but we were rather full from dinner, which is why we hadn't ordered dessert in the first place! I don't eat that much ice cream but, when I do, I'll remember to drop by here.

This place just doesn't seem to have it's act together. Feels like walking into someone's apartment rather than a business. The ice cream is convenience store quality at best. Hoped for more.

Absolutely loved this place. My friend & I are in visiting from California. We explored the places down the street, this had to be one of our favorites! The workers are extremely sweet! They offered us samples. They made conversation with all of us & as we were leaving, they were so kind as to give us a free ice cream with a bunch of toppings. Great customer service aside, the ice cream was incredible! So rich in flavor. Strawberry cheesecake, marshmallow overload & Cinnamon Toast Crunch were extremely good flavors. Have to say, that's the best ice cream I've had in a long while and while California has so many places to offer, this has to got to be a top tier place for me here in Austin!

I had this delivered from Doordash... The pints I got were half-full and looked eaten out of.. I got the "full waffle" but it was in pieces and definitely not a "full waffle". There wasn't even any sugar or graham crackers on it, just chocolate and 1 singular strawberry... Perhaps getting this as delivery was just the worst mistake ever because of the rest of the good reviews... But if you're going to offer delivery, PLEASE make good seals or SOMETHING to prevent food tampering - tying the bag isn't enough... Maybe have the dasher take a photo of the order bag BEFORE leaving the resturant (and send it to the customer) to make sure that the bag isn't tampered and looks the same when it gets to the customer. Just some ideas because this was truly the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery/resturant order.

This is my favorite place to have a boozy drink and eats whenever I visit Austin! The atmosphere is great, the customer service is on point, and the food is freaking awesome especially the boozy drinks they offer. I love the variety of ice cream and drink options they serve. This place has class inside and out, very clean and upscale. This is a must try! You will NOT be disappointed!

Super awesome staff, R&B culture vibe (I honestly don't know how to describe it but I was VIBIN' in there), and great flavors. My girl went with her go to- mint chocolate, and I went for the Lil Blue Panda. Try that flavor and you'll thank me later.

The staff was so friendly! Walked by and got pulled in for samples and ended up getting the mint chip. It was good and cozy inside, so I really enjoyed it for a local spot!

Love this place! When you walk inside the smell of ice cream cones is intoxicating. There's cool local art on the walls. The staff is super nice and let us sample a lot of flavors, which were all delicious. My husband and I decided to share a cup of cappuccino crunch since we were still pretty stuffed from dinner, but couldn't resist dessert. Would highly recommend X Crem.

Came in last night after for a nightcap and sweet snack. Walked in and was greeted very nicely by the owner apparently (this is minority owned so I'm definitely here for that). I ordered the Salty Bourbon milkshake (boozy +$5) to go. I never asked what made it boozy, I assumed it was going to be bourbon (from the name) but I think they added Bailey's based on the taste. The shake was overall very good. They use Hershey's Ice Cream for the base (so no "artisanal" flavors like a Jenni's type place) but the descriptions of the sundaes and shakes look like they make them unique with all the add ins. My only issue was the lighting. It was hard to see the ice cream flavors and I saw a couple of guest having to use their cell phones to read the flavors. But the music and lounge aspect (the reason why it was dark) was a nice touch. Will definitely be back and bring some friends next time we are in the area.

Bring back the cinnamon roll ice cream! And ideally Lu the menu closer to the ice cream when you walk in. It's very confusing to bring people and tell them what you offer bc the sign is after ordering and it's so "busy"

i went there last night the guy and the girl was so sweet to me i was picking up for a doordash order they gave me the chocolate mint one it was so yummy i would come here and eat ice cream with my friends they have lots of good selections too and music was poppin in there you can eat and dance in in they're :)

Visiting from California, my buddy and I ducked in for the ice cream. Dubious that a vegan ice cream would satisfy us, I'm happy to report it was excellent. I appreciated the service and engagement of the women serving it up.

Alexander is a pretty cool guy! He treats the ice cream as if it was gold. He makes the place feel that you are in a night club but at the same time a fancy restaurant. This spot is the spot for a good date hang out after a sunny day walking around East Austin.

Sooo yummy and the service was great!!! Friendly workers and one of the best ice creams I've had. Would recommend!
