This is a wonderful modern rendition of traditional Vietnamese food with a bit of upscaled fusion. The venue is classy, the food was delicious. The service was great but at times it feels like they are short staffed because they can get pretty busy. We had lunch here, and would love to come back again for dinner.

Nice ambience with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Nice selection of cocktails. My mojito was blah, margarita was better. Food is presented very well but average taste. Excellent service, very attentive and helpful. Allergy aware with a separate gluten free menu with a decent amount of choice - plenty of rolls and entrees.

We had a corporate event there and it was really easy to get seating for a large group. The food was amazing and came out very quickly. Our team favorite is the garlic noodles - must try. The grilled shrimps were a close second. The raspberry cake and chocolate temptation desserts were also delicious!

Upmarket, funky Asian fusion restaurant. Well positioned near the bottom of Castro Street. Outdoor seating on the footpath and indoor seating with atmospheric lighting inside. Decent variety in the menu with rolls, mains with fish, chicken, beef, etc, noodle dishes and more. Staff are friendly and courteous. Recommended the rolls.

I’m a great fan of Vietnamese food and this place didn’t disappoint me. Had the classic Pho, summer roll and Thai iced tea. All these were just too good, excellent on flavour, portion size and aromas. The Pho is too big to finish by one, but it was so good, that I almost finished it. Summer roll was super fresh and they did a half portion on special request. Will come back for sure.

Went to Xanh inn Friday afternoon, it was not crowded and we were the only group. Ordered papaya salad as the starter. The sweet syrup was overpowering the taste and missed the natural flavor of fruits. Ordered shitake fried mushroom udon as an entree, which was tasting good (compared to the vegetarian pho that my friends ordered which was just ok). Also the king oyster mushroom felt like a starter rather than an entree. The dishes are a bit pricey for the taste although the quantity was pretty decent.

Food is overpriced. Everything is way too sweet. Noodle seems over cooked. The shrimp on noodle is salty and the stir sauce is overwhelming. I feel like they marinated the shrimp in thick salty sauce for a year! Green papaya tastes like sweet pickle, it already became a bowl of wilted raddish!$90 for two and super disappointing! 巨tm甜。

We had dinner on a weekend. Good colorful ambience with soft calming waterfall. Didnt have to wait much to be served both starters and entrees. Staff were friendly and helpful. Their Shaking Beef was excellent as usual - the meat and the salads. Went well with Blue Moon Belgian beer. Their seafood starters and entrees are also very tasty.
