If you’re looking for a luxurious atmosphere to impress your friends, this is a great choice, though it may not be the best option if value is your priority. The seafood was incredibly fresh—likely prepared just moments before being served. The attention to detail in presentation was impressive, from the spotless utensils to the beautifully matched plates and bowls with gold trim. Even the mini sausages were meticulously cut, enhancing both their appearance and taste. That said, while the refined touches were appreciated, they felt a bit excessive for my personal preference. I was hoping for a more traditional Asian dining experience with a stronger emphasis on value rather than presentation. However, I recognize that this is a matter of personal taste rather than a flaw in the restaurant itself. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, just not exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve visited about six hotpot restaurants in Duluth, and this one is by far the best! I’ve been here three times now, and each visit has been fantastic. The Tom Yum soup base is way too good, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. The last time I ate here, I came alone for a solo date night while my husband was on a business trip. It was a personal challenge to work on my social anxiety, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The staff made me feel comfortable, they even gave me a free tea and I had plenty of leftovers to take home. The variety of ingredients and the quality of the food are outstanding. Without a doubt, a 10/10 from me!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with friends, and we enjoyed the food. We tried three different dishes from the same pot, and both the meat and veggies were great. However, it seems like the restaurant may be in the process of renovating because some areas looked unfinished. The space felt quite empty, including the sauce-making bar and the dessert bar.

Great food, broth was great! Ideally I feel like this place isn’t in the right location, surprise it wasn’t busy, inside interior was nice.

I used to live in Sichuan so I was so excited to try this place! It felt like we were back in China! Amazing service. We got medium spicy and bone broth half and half because we love spicy, but needed a non spicy option for our kids. Our kids loved the food. It was delicious. I loved the tofu skin and frozen tofu, the tripe and the goose intestines were delicious. The broth flavor is perfect. I cannot wait to come back!

It was definitely an experience that I enjoyed. I enjoyed the selection of self served sauces. The broth plus the meats were quite pricey so we ended up getting plain broth and getting 2 meats and our total was approx $20. The broth itself was more expensive than the meat. The meat down below is priced at approximately $10 per plate. I would recommend this place to people who have quite a bit more flexibility with money.

I recently visited with a party of four and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was somewhat disappointing, with none of the staff being fluent in English. They didn't bother to ask if it was our first time, leaving us clueless about the setup and where to find the sauces. The hygiene was also questionable, with one of our water cups clearly used and not cleared out. The price was an extortion for what we received. A small side of vegetables (kimchi cabbage) for $4 felt like a rip-off, and 2 plates of beef priced at $17 each were mostly fat. Despite our complaint and request for a replacement, we were told that was all they had, without even an apology. To add to this, the service was horrendous, with different servers approaching us each time, leaving us confused about who was actually serving our table. When we asked about the returned dishes not being removed from the bill, the response was dismissive and lacked any apology or accountability. Shared my experience with coworkers revealed that I wasn't alone in my dissatisfaction, particularly concerning the crazy overpriced menu. Overall, this place failed miserably in providing a satisfactory dining experience, and we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Such a pretty and aesthetic restaurant paired with unmatched quality. Their food quality might be good, but for the amount of selections, and lack of trained staffs. Kinda feel bad tbh. I mean who goes to work with cargo pants, and loose shirt?
