Xi Mian Hand-Pulled Noodles

We tried this Biang Biang place and honestly, the noodles were really tasty — finally a restaurant in Berlin that feels on par with Wen Chen. I had the Biang Biang noodles, which were properly flavorful and satisfying. My partner had the Lanzhou noodles — also really nice, just a bit on the salty side. We also ordered the chicken dumplings, and they were genuinely delicious. I’ve never had dumplings like that before: the dough isn’t the typical gyoza-style wrapper, it’s more bready in a really good way, and the chicken filling was super tasty (again, maybe a tad salty, but nothing crazy). One thing to note: portions are a bit smaller than Wen Chen, but it’s also cheaper, so you just have to bear that in mind. Plenty of seating, staff were nice, and you can pay by card. Overall, a very decent spot — 5 stars for me.

The best hand pulled noodles in Berlin! The food arrived super quickly and you could see them prepare it. They have vegan and vegetarian options. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was super friendly.

Very good noodles here. Very tasty, always freshly made. The Jaozi dumplings are excellent! The real hidden gem on their menu. It's much better than their nearby competitor ahem. Highly recommend stopping by for noodles anytime of the day.

Visited 01/12/25. The staff were super friendly, quick service as well. Our food was perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the beef biang biang beef noodles, the beef was probably the nicest beef I have ever eaten.

The noodle dish is outstanding, truly authentic and full of flavor. The appetizers are equally delicious and beautifully executed. My compliments to the chef Kang Jun for such excellent work!

Surprised how much I enjoyed eating here. The biang biang noodles (at least at the weekly lunch time price) was great value for the price. Not too oily, but still great flavor. Beef cuts were so juicy and tender. Was hard to pick up with a chopstick because the just fell apart and melted in the mouth. That's always a great sign of quality for a restaurant in my books. Didn't quite meet my spice level expectations but my heat level is extremely high so that's an unfair standard to hold it too. Great service and overall vibes--would come back!

It was rainy so my friend and I went in for some noodles. We saw that it was busy around the same time another night (8pm). We ordered the biang biang beef and it was SOOO tasty. Kudos to the chefs who prepared the noodles ~ it was very delicious! Would go again 10/10
