The food is tasty and the service is prompt and respectful. We usually get our food pretty fast. Would recommend the space cumin lamb noodles. I had another review written up that disappeared and the food was so good that I forgot what it said.

What a lovely place. I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was really really good. Not sure why other people are marking this place down, there is nothing wrong nor with the atmosphere (was clean and comfy), nor with the service (waiter was very friendly and proactive). In my opinion it’s a perfect casual spot to grab a nice bite.

First try of Xian biang biang noodles since we saw the chefs table episode. Really pleased! In Belgate Plaza with parking behind Key Bank. We ordered our noodles in spicy oil no soup and added braised pork. Ordering is on a kiosk as you enter and has options to hold things like cilantro and to choose a spice level. the counter lady answered a few questions kindly. From the appearance and how I imagined the flavor and texture I feel like it was a good comparison to the show. Delicious first introduction. Extremely clean but not a ton of charm but fine for a strip mall restaurant. we also enjoyed an order of wontons in chili sauce and were glad to have the vinegar to add at the table. Wish we lived closer.

I called this restaurant order to go. They advised that I must order directly from their online system or order at the location. It was not too complicated to order online as long as you have a credit or debit card. Later I found they use self order system while you walk in. They packed the food very well. My family all enjoyed their Pork bun and lamb Biang biang noodles. My husband said the Pork bun tastes just like the bun we had in XI’AN . I will definitely come back to try other dishes. Recommend this place if you like XI’AN food.

Got the Stewed Pork Biang Biang Noodle dish without bean sprouts and they were absolutely marvelous! Dined Al fresco on the benches they have outside because we had the dog with us and they brought the food out to us (selected “dine in” on the order screen inside as instructed when I asked). I will be back again at the first opportunity, which sadly won’t be until next year due to not living in the area anymore and rarely visiting. I had to try this place since the Biang Biang place I used to eat at in Edmonds burnt down. These people here are doing a marvelous job and it is a rare noodle to find in the US. I’m so glad I was able to enjoy a wonderful meal here and wholeheartedly recommend it.

A friend was craving noodles so we went over to this place. I didn't order the noodles myself but instead I ordered the lamb skewers and chicken skewers. It was so juicy and tasty. The seasoning on the skewers was solid too and didn't taste dry. It's not going to fill you up but it's an amazing appetizer! Lamb skewers were near perfect. The place itself was very small but cosy and the staff was nice. Highly recommend even if you're not going for noodles.

It's a wide full body noodle. Serving size was very generous. With the beef and spiciness of the soup base it was a very satisfying meal. Easily could have made two servings if you wanted to share. Plenty of parking. Seating was limited. Because of the automation of the ordering process the services interaction limited. You order and the food is served at your table, simple.

The soup was really good. The lamb & beef skewers were very dry & just luke warm in temperature. The inside of the restaurant is too dang cold. I won’t be coming back.

Love this spot! Food is delicious, interior is clean and service is quick and efficient My husband and I came here for dinner. They have a small little lot with limited parking. We ordered on their kiosk, grabbed a seat and placed our receipt on the table. Food: They also give complimentary sweet tea which is pretty tasty! - pork dumplings - their dumplings were very tasty! 10/10! - tingly beef noodle soup had a nice flavor and we loved the noodles! - beef skewers - meat was really flavorful Everything we had here was pretty good and we would definitely come back again to try their other items!

Boiling Point was boarded up and closed so we defaulted to try Xian Noodles next door and the food is OK. Service was great and it was clean but I rather get ygf malatang or BP.

Always consistent, good, spicy noodles here! It can get crowded during peak times and there's usually only one server scrambling to clear tables, so there's only a tiny bit of a wait. The to-go ordering screen is huge at the front, making the choice easy for you if you don't wanna wait to sit in. But their service is always reachable, it's not a problem communicating what you need with them! It can get lively due to the big groups that come here for a nice time, but on off hours, it's a quiet, cozy space to enjoy spicy, authentic Chinese noodles on a cold winter afternoon! Parking lot is a bit small since there's a huge crowd from boiling point and the dessert place next door, recommend parking further away and walking to the plaza!

Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodle Soup: I really enjoyed the cumin lamb flavor. The texture of the noodles was chewy and great. Overall, it was a great bowl of noodles. After entering, I ordered on a self-service kiosk. While waiting for my dine-in order, I found a table to sit and wait at. A server will come around with the orders, so make sure you are paying attention when they walk around saying your order number.

What a good find. Stumbled upon this place today and so glad I took a chance. Great hand pulled noodles, the right amount of chewiness. I'm vegetarian and got the spicy noodles with tofu and vegetables. Service was great too. Definitely coming back to this place.

Was excited for biang biang noodles coming to the eastside but this one isn't as good as the Biang Biang noodles on CapHill. We tried :: Spicy Beef Biang Noodles (OK but portions are small and not that much beef) Shrimp, Pork, Chive Dumplings (it's boiled and they still messed it up with 2 dumplings stuck together and possibly undercooked??) Lots of space, easy order on the tablet and utensils etc readily available for you to grab.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, so I was excited when I knew we were going to be in the area. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and there were quite a few patrons. We ordered the Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodle Soup since that is one of their signature dishes. The broth was very flavorful and spiced just right. The lamb and noodles were surprisingly not too heavy. It was such a well rounded and comforting meal. Perfect for a chilly winter day.

I always skip over this place for Boiling Point, partially because the restaurant seems to be empty all the time. Was pleasantly surprised that the Xi'an food was pretty close to the one I've eaten in Vancouver BC. The portion sizes are decent and the food is quite filling.

Not sure if I would recommend this place outright, but it's a decent option if you're in the area for a casual bite. Dishes have a lot of flavor and balance of spice. You order at the counter and seat yourself, and the staff will bring your order. Our experience was unfortunately diminished by our server, who somehow seemed very begrudging to our table when bringing out dishes (maybe I got the wrong impression?). Despite trying to get her attention multiple times throughout our meal (and this was not a very busy night by any means), wouldn't refill our waters until the very end - and she only refilled one person's at our table even though we all raised our glasses. Because of the spice level of the food, we were all running pretty thirsty... Also, for the price, the portions felt on the small side, especially the side dishes like the skewers.

Great spot on the east side for hand pulled noodles! I ordered the cumin lamb biang biang noodles with normal spice levels and the flavors were well balanced. The noodles also had the right amount of thickness and chewiness. The place is not very big, but we were able to get seated right away on a late Saturday afternoon. You order at a kiosk and the staff bring you tea along with your order. The restaurant is brightly lit and located in a small plaza so there's lots of parking available.

The initial positive point of this establishment was the minimal and clean look to the restaurant. When we first arrived, it was pretty empty. Later on there were a couple parties that joined up. Note that you'll get to "exercise" your fingers on a giant screen (I think my fingers get plenty of exercise from tapping on my phone already). I liked the big screen though, since I feel like I am partially blind. So, a nice big screen was perfect. I ordered the lamb noodles and pig intestines. The food didn't take too long to come and the bathroom was pretty clean. Although what's interesting is the bathroom is shared between another cafe. But I guess you're here to learn about the food intake and not where to extract your food. I thought the lamb noodles was ok. But this could also be because be that I was hungry. But I didn't really enjoy the pig intestines too much. I can't really explain why it wasn't good. Maybe because it was warm and mushy, I apologize if that's how it's supposed to be but it wasn't my cup of tea. I feel like from my past experience, from other restaurants, it is a usually cold dish. It should also have more resistance when you but into it as in it shouldn't be soft and mushy. I think this was the main gripe I had. Although I still finished most of the intestines since I didn't want to waste my money, haha. If I come back again, I would probably only order the noodles. :)

Best biang biang noodles I've ever had. I liked that the broth was not overpowering like other places. I also enjoyed the variety of skewers and the shrimp/pork/chive dumplings. Food is simple yet tasty.

Ambience. B Service. B Food. A Price. A Found in heart of downtown Bellevue in the back corner of a strip mall. Busy parking lot. Door was hard to open. Thought was closed. And sign was off wasn't sure it was open. Once in woman directed to order in touchscreens. Bright clean dining area albeit lots of staff equipment out in open and. An get loud and clattery. Airconditioned. I feel like I'm in the streets of XI'AN. Heh. Food cooked to order. Looking forward to my first Biang Biang Soup NO HoT tea. Water and sodas. Server is very matter of fact and to the point. Lackluster on the friendly side. Albeit very efficient. When the soup came out she just plopped it loudly down. NOW. The Biang Biang tingly spicy beef is so delicious. Delicate hand pulled long wide noodles with various levels of heat in soup. The beef is thinly sliced and delicate and flavorful to chew . You can add more chili oil , if needed. Come for the FOOD...not the service. Heh So, far I'm a fan for handpicked noodles in Bellevue.

When I was a student at the University of Washington Seattle, I would eat at Xi'an Noodles located on The Ave frequently. I didn't realize that they had other locations until my friends, and I decided to get lunch together at the Bellevue location. You can order with the cashier at the front, are able to self-checkout at this location, which is convenient if you don't want to hold up the line looking over the menu. So, yes, you have to pay before you receive your order. This is the same with the location at UW. This location is more modern in comparison and has a very welcoming-clean aesthetic to the interior. This time around I ordered the Spicy & Tingly Beef Biang Noodle Soup. Sometimes I would get it without the soup, but either way it is good. I just LOVE the noodles so much.

the service was quick and ordering was quick and easy. food was good, however as you can see in this picture, it's quite oily. there are good ratios of beef to noodle though and prices are fair. overall, great place to eat!

They give you a yummy sweet tea drink instead of regular water. Overall the food was delicious and perfect for the cold weather.

This noodles place is amazing! We stop here almost every time we go to Bellevue. The hand pulled noodles here are so delicious, and the staff is wonderful! We always eat here and there is almost never a line and always a place to sit. The food and restaurant are a no-frills type of location, but frills are not needed at a place like this where the food speaks for itself. The food is always very fresh and the noodles are some of the best hand pulled noodles I have ever had. Along with the hand pulled noodles, we have also had the delicious dumplings, soup noodles and more. When eating in, they also served us some sort of tea/juice drink was sweet and tasty. If you are near Bellevue and looking for some delicious noodles, look no further!

When I think of the word "Xi'an" I think of NYC's famous Xi'an Famous Foods and their spicy hot oil seared hand ripped noodles. It was a little odd stumbling upon this because I thought it was from the same franchise, but it's a similar concept with different dishes. We ordered via their big touch screen: N1 Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodles N5 Stir Fried Tomato & Egg Biang Noodles Both were reasonably priced at $13.99 however I would've preferred if N5's noodles were tossed in the spicy sauce, but an employee let me know this sauce can be found on the table. While we were seated, they also brought us sweet Chinese Herbal Tea which complemented the food and tasted even more refreshing after we asked for a cup of ice. The space is actually connected to Snowy Village, so when you're heading back to the bathroom don't be surprised by the sight of shaved ice. The mom and son duo working together were very attentive and hard working so I would definitely recommend anyone craving spicy hand ripped noodles to stop by!

Self order kiosk at the entrance where you order before you sit down. Modern and minimal decor. We came in Saturday noon time and there was only one other table taken. Plenty of room and no waiting. We ordered the biang biang noodles with beef and numbing spice,Lamb skewers, beef skewers, broccoli, and the pork intestine. They serve a sweet refreshing plum tea ( I think) for drinks instead of water which was a nice plus! We really enjoyed the biang biang noodles- perfectly chewy and right thickness! The broccoli was flavored so well: spicy yet perfect vinegar soy sauce ratio! Enjoyed both skewers.. there was a little far but not too much compared to other places!! The pork intestine was alright, I thought it was going to be on the crispy side. Wish they served liang pi here also but all in all really enjoyed the place! Would definitely come again!

This is the old Facing East location. The parking is much easier these days. We ordered from the digital display right at the door. The service was providing you the food. Not much additional interaction. The experience is much different from the location at the university district. There's no hustle and bustle, no students, and not much life. The food was just as bland as the service and location.

Utterly disappointing to how far this establishment has fallen. My last review of this place should have actually been lower but I was overrating based on the nostalgia from the good old days when it was just one location at the U district. Even that location has lost its luster. It's natural though once expansion happens quality and the original taste takes a hit unless you're DTF. Decided to give this place another chance today. Checked hours to be sure and it was 8:30 closing. Today, April 18th 2023 Arrived 8:06pm. First off grandpa employee about 3 ft from door smoking. Seriously? I look at him and he knows I was disgusted. Upon entry Grandma employee sitting was nice and greeted me. I get to the order screens they're all blacked out, off. Young guy behind desk just says "Closed.". No smile greeting, no "sorry we're closed," nothing just CLOSED. I look at the time again and he just says "sold out." Boy.....somebody need to teach you how to act. I exit and now employee smoker is right at the door acting like he was tough or something. These 2 guys with this type of behavior give Chinese restaurants a bad name. Closing 30 minutes early also terrible. I rarely give 1 star reviews but in this case after another chance given, they deserve 0 stars and should be negative stars to be honest. The food isn't even anywhere as good as it used to be, they should know that and also have a focus on customer service. Absolutely terrible.

Quick & Delicious Meal! Very convenient ordering. I got the lamb bang noodles, with extra lamb. The service is fast and the owners are very kind. The restaurant is clean!

I visited the original U District Xi'an Noodles years ago and remembered really enjoying it so I decided to try the Bellevue location when I was in the neighborhood. It's tucked into a strip mall with parking, which was a good way to start. Upon entering, we immediately noticed the clean, stylish decor and were directed to enter our order through a large touch screen, which not everyone likes, but I do! It's easy and you get exactly what you want. We ordered cucumber salad, beef skewers, Qishan Pork Biang Noodles and Shrimp, Pork & Chive Dumplings. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Cucumber salad and Pork Noodles were ordered at regular spicy levels, which was plenty spicy for my taste! The pork was tender and the noodles had great texture and chew. The boiled dumplings were a nice contrast to the spicy oil in the other dishes. Bonus points for the complimentary pear ice tea, which was very good. The counter staff was lovely in the delivery of food to the table and helping with packing up leftovers. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

The food was great! Ordering is easy with the big touch screen they have up front. And the food came out pretty fast (I had a Togo order) it really hit the spot.

Their Biang Biang noodles are the best! The texture is unlike any other noodle, and both the soup and dry noodles have really great flavor. I really appreciate that when you order mild it really is mild but still has a little spice. I've also had their dumplings (also great) and the little sandwiches (which really do taste like the ones I had in Xi'an). I also like that they have a free drink, and the staff is always friendly. I like this location the best because afterwards I can go next door and get dessert. Highly recommend it!

I am also not a fan of their chairs and tables there.. they aren't very comfortable to sit imo. I'd recommend take out. Price: 4 stars We ordered NS1 spicy cumin lamb biang noodle ($14.99) and R4 intestines rice noodles in clay pot($13.99). The price is fine since I got tons of intestines. There is also a small sauce bar and you can get green onion, cilantro and other spices such as white pepper powder (which is a must for congee). Taste: 4 stars Their hand pulled biang noodles are delicious. I also like they don't put spices in your soup so you can make the soup as spicy as you want. We think this place is on par with taste of xi'an. Service: 4 stars It's a mostly help-yourself place but they gave you sweet tea and the waitress will tell you to try the sauce. I thought that was nice. Overall: 3.75 stars It's a good spot if you are craving some good noodles, but I think boiling point is better for hanging out with friends or date night for the ambiance.

Xian noodles is tucked in a strip behind keybank in Bellevue. Some parking available, and parking in general isn't too hard to come by in the area. Next to snowy village bingsoo so there's that. Once inside, you can order at the kiosk and the service is quick and polite and helpful. We ordered cumin biang biang noodles, pork (not spicy) biang biang noodles, tomato and egg noodles, dumplings, wood ear mushrooms. We liked everything and it was all made to order (correctly) - we had our 1 year old with us (hence the less spicy orders) and she loved it!!!! Servers got us some extra place setting and napkins and were super kind. We ordered way too much, but that's what leftovers are for right?

We must have come to Xi'an Noodles on a very, very, very bad day compared to everyone else. I've always heard such good things about Xi'an Noodles and was excited to try them at their new Bellevue location. The food was sadly well below bar. The place was spacious and new. The service was fast enough. Then again, we were the only customers when we had arrived at 5:30pm. The Food: Garlic Cucumber Salad - 2 Stars This was basic. The cucumber pieces were cut too large, so the marinade wasn't well absorbed. I definitely have had better. Stewed Pork Biang Noodles - 1 Star The noodles were stuck together in one big clump. The meat was fatty and lacked flavor. This was a huge disappointment. Spicy Steamed Chicken Biang Noodles - 0 Star Same thing! The noodles were stuck in one big clump and far too doughy. The chicken is boned chicken which would be fine if the chicken was good, but it was chewy and tested my jaw muscles. I gave up about 2/3 through and decided it's just not worth the effort. Pork Wontons in Chili Sauce - 2.5 Stars These were ok. Also very standard. I have had better, but theirs weren't bad. It was strangely soupy, though. (See photo) Lamb Burger - 1 Star If a mama bird had eaten food and then regurgitated the food to baby bird to swallow, this meat would be about like that that texture. There's no discernible texture to the meat. Nope. Everyone else still gushes about this place, so I might trick my husband into returning with me and try again. It can't possibly be this peculiar. Located in a strip mall this is a good find. We ordered at the door on the self order kiosk. Easy and quick. We sat down and quickly sweet tea was brought to the table. They were quite busy with many take out orders being prepared. The potstickers were great. I had the beef rice noodles in clay pot and it was served hot and savory. Lots of noodles and a good amount of meat. I chose less spicy and it was perfect for me. Prices are fair for the amount you get.

Walked in there on Monday for lunch. It's not crowded like the one by UW. I had the noodles in Xian before. They called it the belt noodles. We ordered the pork noodles in spicy sauce with extra sliced lamb. The lamb has very strong taste. My friend loved it but I'm so so on it. The noodles are soooooo good. They have spicy sauce, salt and raw garlic on each table as condiments. I can really used up all the garlic on the noodles.

Service is fast, food comes out fast, and the prices are very reasonable. What more could you expect? I would definitely recommend a visit. Cumin lamn noodle soup: this portion size was really good for $15. The noodles were thick and delicious, the lamb portion was not skimpy, and the broth was amazing. I finished the entire bowl (soup included) in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend, especially if you like spicy food. Cumin lamb burger: this was also fantastic. It's a great on the go snack or meal, and I would definitely get this again.

Xi'an Noodles in the University District has been popular for years, so I was ecstatic to see it expand to Bellevue. After all, I can't think of a time when I wasn't in the mood for noodles. Xi'an specializes in Biang Biang hand-pulled noodles served either with or without soup. They also have a variety of starters and sides. Whether you are doing takeout or dining in, all customers need to order on the large touch screen at the entrance. The staff appears to remain in the back except when serving food, so there was no employee at the front counter to greet people or answer questions. Service was minimal to say the least. Once our order was ready, one woman handed it to us with just a little nod and we were on our way. The three of us shared a couple Biang Biang dishes (no soup) with the type of meat differentiating each one. The noodles were thick and had some spring to them. You could tell they were hand-pulled as they were not uniform, but sized similarly enough so that they were cooked consistently. As expected, the noodles taste best hot, so I recommend throwing them in the microwave for a bit if doing takeout. Once cooled down, they all stick together. + Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles ($13.99): Even though this didn't contain much meat, it was still my favorite dish. The shredded lamb was flavorful, tender and had a perfect amount of heat. It tasted hearty and the warm spices gave it some depth. Sliced onion and cabbage added a nice crunch. + Tingly Beef Noodles ($13.99): Based on the name, I thought this one would excite my taste buds with every bite. Perhaps I had too high of expectations, but it wasn't that tingly.... the heat was pretty mild and this one just didn't have much flavor. Maybe just a slight dull heat, but that's about it. + Stewed Pork Noodles ($13.99): The pork was super succulent and fell apart with the touch of a fork. It was perfectly salted and I could have eaten a full side of just the meat. I wish this one came with a sauce though. The noodles themselves are pretty bland as they are not mixed with anything. It was just a container of plain noodles with the pork and cabbage placed on top. We also ordered the Garlic Broccoli Salad ($5.99) & Garlic Cucumber Salad ($5.99). I enjoyed the crisp fresh vegetables and the potent chili garlic sauce packed quite a punch. It seemed like the broccoli tasted more garlicky than the cucumbers although I'm not sure why since the sauce was supposedly the same for both. Overall, I was not wowed, but would return again specifically for the Spicy Cumin Lamb dish. 3.25 stars.

We were looking for a quick bite and a clean place and Xi'an Noodles fit the bill as it was close by to our late brother's place and we didn't want to have a meal too far away. There is a free parking lot near the restaurant but spaces are tight and we happen to have a big gunboat of a rental car, an suv. Anyway, they have two kiosks to order your food. It's the new wave of ordering and without cash. So it took me a few minutes to figure out how to order but it's pretty simple. No fuss, no muss and our food came out in a few minutes! We ordered 3 items to share, N3 stewed pork biang noodles, D3 Shrimp Chives Pork Dumplings, and D5 Chicken Pot Stickers. All were tasty and delicious! The noodle and pork were very tender.

This marks our first visit here. I took my children to the neighboring class and thought we'd give it a try. We arrived around 3 pm, finding the restaurant relatively quiet. Two chefs served us; although they were on their lunch break, they swiftly attended to us upon noticing our presence. Despite their lack of English proficiency, their hospitality shone through at a commendable level. We loved the food and will definitely be back.

If you are looking for Xi'an cuisine than Xi'an Noodles is a delightful spot for you. Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with the convenience of ordering your food on a screen, streamlining the process and allowing you to customize your meal to your liking. One standout feature of Xi'an Noodles is the refreshing sweet tea that accompanies the meal. It's a nice touch and adds a touch of sweetness to complement the savory & spicy dishes. I opted for the beef Biang Biang noodles without the soup, and I was thoroughly impressed. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the flavor of the dish was outstanding. I chose a medium level of spiciness, which provided just the right amount of heat without overpowering the other flavors. It was a satisfying and delicious choice. The shrimp chive pork dumplings were enjoyable, although not the best I have ever had. They were tasty and well-prepared, but perhaps lacked a bit of that extra wow factor. Nevertheless, they made for a delightful addition to the meal. The lamb burger was a true standout. The meat was moist and flavorful, and the bread was a perfect accompaniment for dipping into the rich Biang Biang noodle sauce. It was a unique and enjoyable combination that I would highly recommend trying.

I've been to the UW location a while back and really liked it so I was excited to see they opened a new location in Bellevue, where Facing East used to be. For dine-in, you order on a giant screen at the front and they bring the food to your table. I got the cumin lamb dry biang biang noodle because I feel like that is a classic, and it was quite good. The noodles are thick and chewy, a bit hard but not starchy and it had that hand-torn texture. The lamb and sauce were quite good. If anything, I wish there was more because in my memory the flavor was stronger. Nonetheless, it was a satisfying meal. I got regular spice level and could hardly tell that it was spicy, so I wish the sauce was spicier. They also have a build-your-own bowl for the biang biang noodles and a sauce bar which looks interesting, so I may want to come back and try that sometime. That and the meat burgers, which are one of my favorites from Xi'an cuisine.

We ordered 2 varieties of beef soup noodle dishes and they were delicious! I loved the flavorful soup and the noodles were perfect. We had speedy & fantastic service and received a refreshing tea drink. I wish my stomach was bigger so I could eat more. Thank you for the meal, Xi'an Noodles!

As good as the NY locations. Came in 15 mins after they opened and we were met with great service; super attentive, helpful and friendly. Ordered Shredded Potatoes Salad, Spicy Tingly Beef Biang Noodles, Cold Noodles and Pork Wontons In Chili Sauce. Everything was good, not like overwhelmingly spicy but definitely a slap in the face hot that wears off. We actually ordered the beef extra spicy and I didn't think it was at all (and I don't do spicy too well). The hand pulled noodles were chewy, the beef was nice and sort of like a ground/shredded combo, flavorful, super delicious. Cold noodles were a little sweet, the texture was a little softer but still super yummy. Wontons were more delicate/softer (I prefer a chewier wonton personally) but still flavorful. Shredded potato was super delicious, crunchy, spicy. Everything had a ton of chili sauce and cilantro.

I've been wanting to try Xian Noodles in UW forever but never got a chance. So I was super excited to hear they were taking over Facing East's old location. Overall this place is pretty good and I'd come back if I wanted xian noodle. It's not the best xian noodles I've tasted- my tomato and egg noodles were yummy but the stewed pork one was really lacking in flavor. Portions are big and store was really clean. The service was also really friendly- the worker handling my order made sure to let me know how long it would take and was really respectful and seemed really apologetic that I had to wait (I think I waited 10min which is fine lol). I like how there's outdoor seating and it's right next to a shaved ice place. Yum!!!

I was happy to learn that Xi'an Noodles opened a spot in Bellevue, as I'm a fan of the University District location. You can't go wrong with hand-pulled noodles, so my friend and I had to check out this eastside spot just for that. We visited Xi'an Noodles on a Saturday right when it opened at 11am, and had no problem getting a table. I will say though that the parking lot quickly filled because people were going to neighboring Boiling Point, which also opened right at 11. By the time my friend and I left, the place was packed; and as soon as we stood up to leave our table, someone snatched it up. It's poppin'! Ordering was very simple. You can order on the touchscreen and pay through there, but there was also staff that can take your order and answer questions and so forth. The menu was straightforward, with more than a handful of hand-pulled noodles dishes, dry or in a soup, as well as other items, like dumplings. There was also a a sauce bar. I ordered the spicy cumin lamb noodle soup, which was solid. I ordered it at normal spicy level, and personally didn't think it was that spicy. If you like spice, amp up that spice level, which you can easily do when you order. The noodles were cooked perfectly, with a good amount of lamb. I enjoyed the broth too. Although we will miss dining in at Facing East (since I think they're only takeout now), it's nice to have Xi'an Noodles in my neighborhood. Come here for a casual dining experience where the hand-pulled noodles are a must.

I was super excited when I heard that this place was opened on the Eastside as the UW location was really good. It looks like they shared the space with SNowy Village next door replacing the old Facing East location. Parking is a pain as the spaces are super small and it's crowded place. Ordering is pretty simple as you place your order through a machine up front and then you go sit and they will bring out food for you. There's also a BYO noodle bowl bar which I'm very interested in for next time. Service is good too. It seem liek there is only one lady managing everything and she was on top of things. We got the following: lamb burger and pork burger --- i definitely like the lamb burger better as there was more flavor to it. THe pork burger was ok but just not as flavorful. the bread was crispy. Wonton in hot sauce ---- this was more of like wonton in hot chili soup. There was tons of sauce, almost like soup, but definitely didn't want to slurp it. The wonton was good though, plump and juicy. Chives and pork dumpling --- i actually like this more than I thought I would. The skin is on the thicker side but it's quite juicy inside and the flavor is pretty spot on. Pork Biang Biang noodle --- the noodle is good and thick and chewy, the pork is tender and flavorful. I did wish they put this in a bowl rather than a plate as it was definitely a little hard to scoop up the pork and sauce. Lotus root salad --- eh, kinda standard. OVerall, it's a pretty good place. I definitely would be back since it's closer, but I do think the UW location is better :)

I am a fan of Xi'an style biang biang noodles, and upon hearing that new Xi'an Noodle place opened in Bellevue, I knew that I wanted to swing by this place to give it a try! I've been to Xi'an Noodles a couple of times at various times throughout the day and the service here is fast (usually about a 5-10 minute wait for you food to arrive) Ordering is done through a touch screen digital menu at the entrance, and once you have paid for your order, you take your ticket with your number and are brought to an available table for you to seat yourself. I've tried the Spicy Cumin Lamb hand ripped noodles and the Stewed Pork Burger, and I'll review both down below: Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand Ripped Noodles ($14): These are some delicious saucy noodles! The noodles are thin and have a nice and filling slight doughy chew, they do get well covered by the sauce and lamb chunks and give off a nice texture. The lamb is more on the flaky side, making it easier to spread throughout the dish, and they do have a good cumin and chili flavor. There are small slices of bell pepper also scattered throughout the dish - giving a spots of crunchy texture to the overall doughy and meaty bites. The dish itself isn't really spicy (at least to me), and I personally enjoyed how saucy this dish was. Stewed Pork Burger ($6.50): The buns are nice and crispy, and do give a sort of a dry cracker texture. I guess a critique I have is that it can get a bit on the dry side, I definitely thought it was better paired with a noodle dish as the saucy/soupiness can help combat the dryness. They do give you a good amount of pork throughout the bun, and the pork filling is nice and meaty! Overall, I spent mostly on the range of $14 - $22 per meal when I visit Xi'an Noodles - which is a decent price given the amount and quality of food you get. I would personally come back to try the various other options on the menu - feel free to swing by and give this place a try!

Came here for dinner on the first day of their soft opening. Space: Very casual and brightly lit space. They share a space with the dessert place Snowy Village next door. They have two rows of bar seating (about 8 seats each) as well as 3 dedicated group tables with bench seating that's on the Snowy Village side. Each of the group tables can probably seat 6 comfortably. Food: They have a diy sauce bar with cilantro, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame paste, and sesame oil. This came in handy for my noodles! Spicy Tingly Beef Biang Noodles (4/5) - Overall pretty good. Noodles were handmade and great chewiness, good flavor and decent amount of beef. Stewed Pork Burger (4/5) - really wish this just had more pork inside, everything else about it was well executed. Bun had great crunch. Garlic cucumber salad (3/5) - not really used to this style / rendition of the very common garlic cucumber dish. It lacked flavor and did not have any of the tangy vinegar flavor I expected. Service: They have self serve ordering on an iPad which was effective when I went since no one else was ordering. They did bring our food to us with utensils. Parking: Private share lot is free and easy.

Staff were all great. The main man doing the hosting and waiting was on point and seemed to have long term regulars and repoire with alot of the customers and the chefs even came out when they thought we may need assistance on his break. Food was straight fuego and up there with main competitor we love biang biang for this style of hand pulled noodles. I had semi dry noodles with pulled pork biang biang, my wife had a beef noodle claypot, and we shared shrimp and pork dumplings. Everything was amazing.

I ordered the cashew chicken meal and it was very good! The flavor was great, the portion was very good (I was not hungry when I left the restaurant), and the spice was just right...I went with 4 star for the spice. This place was pretty busy, which is always a good sign, but my food came out pretty fast. If you are in the mood for some Thai I would recommend giving this place a try.

When small businesses expand beyond their humble beginnings, I am always afraid that they will lose the spark that made them great at the expense of profit. Fortunately, as far as I have seen and eaten, that does not seem to be the case. This location's food has lived up to the original location's in UDistrict while maintaining the compact but varied menu, which means it's hard to choose wrong (at least I have not ordered anything I have not enjoyed). The only thing to be wary of, is if you're ordering online, to make sure you send your order to the right location. It is impossible to change once placed, and this location does not pick up their phone.

A place for a quick but hearty meal. Heard about the hand- pulled noodles and yes, you can tell they were hand-pulled. Reminded me of my mom's noodles when she used to make them by hand. Ordering is easy, through a touch screen at the entrance. And I don't know what the drink they serve but instead of water, they gave us this sweet drink on the side that we all liked. Food came out fairly quickly and it was solid effort, with freshness and flavor.

Great food, excellent service. first time trying biang biang noodles, Love the texture and the size of it. Mala Beef skewers were great too
