The Highlights: The beef is incredibly fresh and tender, and the broth is flavorful yet clean. It’s the kind of meal that wakes up your soul. The owners and staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They make you feel right at home, which adds a lot to the experience. They have a vending machine for ordering, but keep in mind it generally requires local digital payment systems. If you don't have those,just order directly with the staff at the front, and they’ll take care of you. The Vibe: There is some seating in the back, though the space isn't huge. Because it’s a popular local spot, be prepared to share a table with others during peak hours. It’s all part of the bustling, communal charm of a traditional Tainan breakfast spot.

Such a wonderful experience! The owner was very nice and the staffs were so polite and friendly. I was really impressed by the service — one of the staff kindly showed us how to enjoy the dish properly and how to mix the sauce for the best flavor. The beef soup was incredibly tasty, rich, and comforting. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic and heartwarming beef soup! 🥣✨🥩

This dish is told as a must-try food in Tainan, but it’s not really impressive (in my opinions only) The soup is quite plain. The sauce with ginger is indeed a star, it does help to enhance the taste. The most impressed factor of this shop is providing bilingual menus for different nationalities. As observed, they do have menu in Korean too.

As a local from Tainan, I can confidently say that this is one of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had. The beef soup is cooked to perfection, featuring exceptionally tender meat in a clear and richly flavored broth. The braised pork with rice, offered as a complimentary side dish, pairs wonderfully with the beef soup. Additionally, I ordered the braised beef tripe and tendon, both of which were succulent and tender. This establishment is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Tainan.

Perfect meal for lunch. We’re very satisfied with with restaurant. Highly recommend for tourist. They also have english menu for tourist. You can ask the chef for this.

***My favorite beef soup*** Everything at the store is made with care. The broth for the beef soup is made from brisket meat. I suggest the mixed soup. You will get many pieces of different meat. The stir fried liver is also very good. The pork rice is average. Visit: 1

The beef soup was highly recommended by locals. I guess it's overhyped. The prices are jacked up because of its popularity (200NTD for soup and a tiny amount of rice). I liked it but was not really impressed. It is basically a rich beef bouillon with beef cuts in it. Service was awesome and super attentive. Keep up your standards. Clean and good food should be everyone's pleasure to enjoy.

Ordered takeout back to the hotel as the dining in area was crowded. Bought a small portion of the mixed soup and a small portion of the stir-fried kailan with a free side of rice. The soup was really very good and definitely deserving of its Michelin bib. Kailan was nice too, but I personally liked the soup more. Was quite full from breakfast and considered not getting the free side of braised pork rice, but so glad I didn't do that. The braised pork rice was really good too, maybe even better than quite a number of stores which specialise in selling it.
