Was recommended this place by someone at Rosa's Malaysian place as I was looking for fresh frozen grated coconut and it was not available in any of the other chinese supermarkets. Was delighted to find not only grated coconut but frozen coconut milk!!! Nothing like using the real thing in cooking and my Sri Lankan jackfruit aembula came out perfect! They have a section for South East Asian food. It was on lower ground floor. Highly recommend

Great selection of Asian groceries, from sauces to beehoon to frozen items, there’s even small clay pots and hotpot for those looking for some simple cook wares 👍🏻

Just came back today. The lady at the door was super helpful. I was so happy. I was so pleased when she showed me to the freezer section revealing a big bag of my favourite item i.e exactly what I was looking for. They stock the best of the best. I felt like saying to the cashier "it feels like Christmas" because it honestly did, but then I thought, no...no. You're weird enough :)

Nearly had a heart attack when I looked up this supermarket on Google Maps and it said "permanently closed" 😨 This venue is the same venue as the old New Loon Moon, different name. It is a fantastic supermarket and unique in that it sells fresh coriander root - essential for making traditional Thai red curry paste. Great Thai fresh veg section, as well as all Chinese cooking essentials you'd expect.

Bought a red pomelo and the cashier weighed it and charged me £4.50. At the time I thought was weird as they are usually sold per item not by weight and it was much more expensive than usual, I even commented at the time. Should have not bought it as was obviously bring ripped off, they're probably used to ripping off tourists. Loon Fung across the road, were selling them for £2.89 each so was kicking myself afterwards. Will avoid that supermarket in future. Shame as I've been going there since I was a kid (realised that it is not owned by the same people, used to be New Loon Moon Supermarket) I have read the reply by the owner. I was hoping the red pomelo was going to be superior in taste due to its price but it was dry and not sweet. The one I bought from Loon Fung straight after was far better.
