We stop by here after hearing that they have some free samples (we like to try things before buying if possible). Sol food nuggets were amazingly delicious. So was the vegan egg nog. The store has tons of stuff - from frozen fake meat to sauces and powders. The prices are reasonable. For example I saw a big bag of choco protein mix for the same price as Amazon. Why bother getting it online? (Unless you want to get it in bulk). Street parking if you are lucky.

amazing!! the first time i went, the gentleman that helped me was so kind and attentive. it immediately felt like such a safe space. i was picking out artisanal cheeses to make a charcuterie board to ask the woman i’m seeing to be my girlfriend! we are both vegans and i wanted her to feel special. she not only said yes, but loved the cheeses he picked out!! the next time i brought her with for maple cinnamon oat milk lattes and the most delicious breakfast sandwich in the world. could not be happier!! i also bought a plant the woman helping was kind enough to make sure i knew’s name and that it was ready for a good water. (-: what a lovely, bright place on an otherwise bad day!!

Very friendly staff and super helpful. Great juice selection and juice bar in store. Solid selection for everything healthy, would come back if I lived in the area for a daily juice. The one in the picture is probably one of the best juices I’ve had (bottled)

I happened to be just visiting San Diego for a couple of days and stumbled across this place while waiting for my boyfriend to be finished with work-related stuff. The minute I saw "plant-based", I became ecstatic, as I am allergic to dairy, so any possibility of vegan cheese is exciting. I was more than blown away by this cute little store. It was well-lit with a very cute and modern coffee-shop vibe. The options for vegan foods and products was endless. The selection of vegan cheese was vast. I had never even seen vegan brie or any sort of fancy vegan cheese before. I grabbed an assortment. The market has a counter with vegan baked goods and coffee options. I selected a vegan chocolate lavendar donut and found it very delicious! The vegan croissants looked amazing and I have a feeling I am going to be coming back here before I head back to Florida. All I have to say is this shop is something I wish I had access to on a daily basis - it's almost impossible to find a place where I can have any of the foods, let alone have a wide selection of dairy-free options to choose from. Thank you. And thank you to the employees who were so kind and helpful.

What an amazing, quaint vegan market right in the middle of Hillcrest! Love the Snackrelig sandwiches that were toasted to perfection.

Very quaint market with specialized organic and whole foods, body products, pet products and baby products, with a side fresh food counter. Prices were not readily visible on market grocery or not there altogether. Selection of vegan products is good. Parking is an issue on 5th. Hope the market expands a bit as to make the trip to the location for everyday items worth it. Good luck and hope business goes well.

Great selection of spices and vegan cheeses. Great location with bikes lanes nearby and a very walkable location. Every time I walk in there are more choices and options. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

I would rate 5 stars, but they don’t accept EBT. Every person deserves access to vegan food, including poor people. If my neighborhood corner liquor store can accept EBT for their chips and snacks, so can a grocery store. I love this place and I’m not trying to be annoying, but this is important. Please prioritize this and make it happen soon.
