XO is a five-week-old, one room, vinyl-spinning, Japanese inspired cocktail and small bites bar in the eclectic Westside neighborhood that we found to be delightfully unpretentious and full of flavor. After a 25% tip the two of us spent ~$143 on two Pork Katsu sandwiches (delicious), one Salmon Bowl (delicious), and four cocktails (delicious). That said, between the HH menu and reasonable prices one could spend much less. SADE and Boz Scaggs were among the many artists in the rotation the evening we visited. The music was just the right volume, the servers were quick, precise (in their food prep), super-friendly and accommodating, and the street parking was easy to find. We're already looking forward to returning.
