The XO team is awesome. Their projects and implementation group is second to none. The support team is great - quick, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Whenever there's a big problem, they work overtime to fix it, even if it's on the weekend, overnight, or a holiday. Joel, Nik, Greg, Irving, Ross, Saad, Robert, Mahender, and others are all all-stars. Highly recommend them for managed services in Los Angeles or Toronto (where their main offices are) or anywhere else. They're also great with new store/office installations, audits/consultations, cybersecurity, and Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

For the several years that our company has been using GeekTek, I have found Eric and his staff to be consistently professional, prompt and effective. They are very good at what they do and resolve all of our situations with care, even though we have a seemingly endless variety of IT issues, equipment and staff. In business one of the scariest things to do is entrust a new IT team with all your private documents. From the second we met the CEO, Eric Schlissel, we were put at ease. Eric’s entire team is quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and has exceptional follow up! I actually enjoy calling although it’s rare since their preventative maintenance is unparalleled. “On Boarding” process is simple and very straightforward. Mostly importantly Eric doesn’t disappear once you sign a contract, he is always available for discussions from new projects to billing. This may seem too good to be true, I know, but just call and see for yourself… I guarantee whoever answers will be helpful and friendly. Lastly, just as an FYI – I found GeekTek via a quick google search! I had no existing relationship with them prior to that. I certainly got lucky!
