XOXO Dining Room in Dallas definitely has the vibe and the potential. The pink aesthetic and Instagram-worthy photo spots are fun and eye-catching, and I can see why people are drawn to it. However, the experience didn’t live up to the visuals. You can already notice interior wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms, which were poorly maintained and took away from the overall atmosphere. For the price point, I expected a much higher standard. The food was just okay—not bad, but far from memorable—and certainly not worth the premium pricing. The drinks were decent as well, but again, not worth what you’re paying. What surprised me most is that the restaurant advertises being open until 2 AM, but the kitchen actually closes at 9 PM. That’s a major detail guests should know ahead of time. Overall, I’m giving this place 2 stars. It has great potential, but it needs significant updates, better maintenance, and pricing that matches the quality of the experience.

3 of us went for a bday on a Saturday night. It was a ton of fun! Perfect for girls of all ages! Make sure to get dressed up. Everyone served too be wearing pink, white or black. Hummus was excellent. Drinks were excellent. Food was good- not great. And service was lousy. Ended up waiting 25 min for our waitress to appear. I'd go again for a girls brunch.

Ok this is my first visit here and I absolutely LOVE it. The vibe is real good and so is my meal. Try their salmon! The service is top notch... Miguel is my new friend, ask for him and Marisol.

The exterior of the restaurant is very unassuming. But I gasped at the beauty of the restaurant when I opened the front door. The entire restaurant is filled with wonderful feminine photo opportunities but that is just about where the positives end. We were not greeted when we walked in despite there being a large staff around and only 2 occupied tables- as our reservations were earlier in the evening. We sat of over 15mins before I got up and asked for water to be delivered to our table. Mind you, all of the servers were standing in the back corner talking. Then we get out water but did not receive the citrus we requested or straws. We sat for 15 more mins before I got up and asked for that. Again, the restaurant was nearly empty and all the staff was just standing around. Waiting for service while the wait staff stood around remained the theme the entire night. If you’re charging me a guaranteed 20% gratuity, the least you can be is mediocre at service… this was worse than mediocre. I actually thought my waitress was sweet and would probably be a good waitress in a restaurant that has a culture for service. I typically pay 30% or better but I could not tip beyond what was required of me here. They need serious service training. The food was mid. Not too bad but nothing to write home about. Parmesan truffle fries were the best part of the meal. The front of the house manager comes over to wish my sister a happy birthday and asks “Is this mom?” I’m not even 4yrs older than her. Even if he thought I was mom (which he clearly did) why would you say that? 🤣 Well we got great photos and went out and had a great time afterwards.

I know my experience may differ from others, but I personally thought the food was good. Everything had flavor, and our dishes were prepared well. We ordered the salmon and swapped the asparagus for mixed veggies with mashed potatoes — all of it tasted great, and the portion was more than enough to fill me up. We also tried the chicken, which came with two large pieces, and it was really good too. My daughter and her friend both raved about the Mac & Cheese — and she’s extremely picky about her Mac & Cheese — so that says a lot. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fun and lively. I do think the brunch setup feels more geared toward younger teens or children, but it wasn’t a bad experience at all. My biggest disappointment was the garden area. That was what I was most looking forward to, but since it was cold outside, it was cold in the garden as well. They had a few propane heaters, but none were turned on. There were some photo ops, but it was difficult to get good pictures because it was so dark, and there weren’t as many photo spots as I expected. The girls still enjoyed it, though. Overall, I do think the experience is overpriced, but for a birthday celebration it was fun, memorable, and I wasn’t disappointed.

This place is way over hyped up and advertised. Ok its pink... but its kinda raggity when youre actually there. 1st, you have to pay valet parking to legit have them park your car 10ft from when you pull up. Its not an option lol that's a wild rip off. The place looks like it had good design but its not been maintained well or properly. The drinks are ok and overpriced for what they are. The food was just ok. Not great and also too overpriced. The food wasnt bad tasting but it was bland and not great. The waiter we had wasnt great. He hardly seen him and when we did he didnt seem to care much and didnt know much. Im sure he wasnt doing a great job because he knows gratuity was automatically included. Thats trashy of him lol but whatever. This place isn't worth any of it. Sure go check it out but you'll most likely be disappointed and its definitely not worth a return.

Saw this place on YouTube and loved the aesthetic, wanted to try it, was extremely disappointed by the food as I ordered a medium rare steak and received a char broiled steak. The server Miguel was nice, but let me tell you I was extremely appalled by the hostess named, Melanie who ran after me and my daughter outside to ask if we paid for our food. I cannot tell you how embarrassed I was and extremely disappointed by her behavior . I am a 50 year old nurse and daughter is a doctor. Melanie, your behavior was extremely unprofessional and in my opinion highly racist. How dare you chase me outside after I paid $117 for a mediocre brunch. I am highly disappointed.

Marisol was great for our group! The food was amazing as well as the drinks. The atmosphere was probably my favorite including the table celebrations! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
