Thirsty Monk Now Pouring Belgian Drafts on 17th Avenue | Eater Denver

"In Steamboat I learned a mountain-roaming food truck in the form of a snowmobile — Taco Beast — will serve asada and al pastor tacos, street corn, Mexican beers, and breakfast burritos slope-side; the mobile vendor debuts this summer and is planned to continue for next winter’s ski season." - Josie Sexton

Drove up to Ski Time Square today to pick up my equipment from getting tuned and saw this little food truck chilling up there so I thought ide give it a try. Let me tell you about the good word. Y-Not Wagon will be my apres ski place for the rest of the season at the very least. This truck blew my taste buds away with some amazing philly cheesestakes. The people running the Wagon are very friendly and you can taste the love they have put in their food. Ignore all the resort food places and hike over to Y-Not Wagon you will not be disappointed.

Came by the Subaru dealership for car maintenance and grabbed a cheese steak sandwich and fries from Y-Not food truck. Great people and good food. Stop by and try them.

I got lunch from the Y-Not Wagon as it was parked in the Farm and Feed parking lot. We ordered the Classic Beef Cheese Steak with onions and jalapeños, a small Pulled Pork Sandwich, one Chicken and one Beef Street Taco, the Chicken Skewers (which were substituted with Chicken Bites and we choose all three sauces available) and two Hash Brown Cakes. All the food was very good, in particular the Chicken Bites which were like the bits of chicken left in the pan after sautéing it in a pan, but bigger pieces. They were scrumptious. Dipping sauces were a peanut sauce, a Buffalo sauce, and a mustard. The Buffalo was really yummy! The Hash Brown Patties looked exactly like and tasted very similar to McDonalds hash browns (this is a compliment!), the street tacos came with an adobo sauce which was excellent but the tacos needed it since they were a bit bland. I never eat Cheese Steaks but loved this one! I recommend giving them a try—was a very good lunch!

Legit cheese steak. The food tastes even better then it looks like it does in the pictures. Def hit this spot up. Side note. They are currently parked near the 2 hour spots by slopeside grill
