Google
What a stunning place! It's beautiful inside and out. If you're looking for a restaurant in the Las Olas area where you can eat good food and take great pictures, this is it! I had a drink (the name escapes me) that was pink and had lavender stalks in it. It was really tasty. The menu had more variety than I was expecting, and as a vegetarian, I had plenty of choices. The service was excellent and quick too. I can't wait to go back.

My daughter made reservations for us and this turned out to be an amazing spot. Super cute and the food was amazing. I forgot the music, we were singing and eating. What an amazing Mother’s Day we had. I can’t remember the name of our waitress, but she was so professional and attentive. Will definitely revisit!!!

Took my mother here for dinner. The restaurant is just beautiful. The bar is big. The tables are sized well. When the restaurant is packed you don’t feel it bc it’s spaced out nicely. Bathrooms are super clean and the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu and how everything is prepared. Ok to the food! We started out with the Greek salad and the saganaki. Amazing. So fresh and delicious. We asked for bread for the saganaki and the waiter brought out warm pita. Perfect! We both shared the lamb and sausage rigatoni and the zucchini as a side dish. Can I talk about the flavor!! It was absolutely amazing. The sauce was perfect with a little kick, which I loved and didn’t expect! The rigatoni was cooked perfectly. You could really taste the ricotta mixed in the sauce but not over powering. It definitely compliments the sauce. Zucchini was just delicious. We ended our meal with the pistachio ice cream. It was so delicious and creamy. You can tell it was freshly made bc the taste was incredible. I highly recommend all the food we ate. It was definitely enough for 2 people. We were content and not overly stuffed. The portions were on point. The waiter steered us in the right direction. I highly recommend this restaurant for an incredible relaxing dinner. This restaurant is a VIBE !! I will definitely be back. This place brought back so many memories of my time in Greece. Truly a beautiful restaurant.

Had a great dinner with friends last night. It was ladies night and they offer free house wine which was pretty good! We got the “taste of the mediterranean” shareable experience for two people and we had more than enough food! Everything was very tasty. Didn’t get a chance to try dessert since we were so full but will definitely come back to try their brunch.

Google
I really wanted to love this place, but instead our party of 7 left disappointed. To begin, if you’re looking to come here, you need a reservation because this place does not have many tables and it’s crowded! They take a $25 deposit, give you a 15min grace period to arrive (which you will need because you will have to park and walk there), and there’s a 2hr limit per table. When we made our rsvp it was noted that it was for a birthday. Upon checking in, it was also repeated by the host that we had a bday celebration. One star for the cute, friendly, bubbly girls that greeted and seated us. We sat at the booth/table area next to the Dj and under the leaking air conditioner. They apparently have been having this issue and had a lady walking around with a stick wiping the condensation from the ac vents. Our waiter Ricky was quick and friendly. He got our orders right away and one more star for him. The food was not impressive at all. It looked like the kitchen put zero efforts in making our dishes. The drinks were alright and eye candy. We noticed there were a couple of girls sitting at the bar and one was celebrating a birthday as well. The staff came out singing happy birthday with sparklers and everyone joined in. One more star for the fun ambiance. However, it appears they may be selective with the treatment because at no point did our table receive any birthday acknowledgments. Sad. We ended up leaving and redoing the birthday celebration at another location on las olas where we felt less rushed and more appreciated. We won’t be returning and I would recommend this place for MAYBE a GNO, but that’s about it. Don’t come as a crowd because the accommodations aren’t that great.

Rustic Bites & Botanical Forward Sips. The tapas style dinner menu reflects Mediterranean flavors showcasing classic dishes and modern interpretations from Turkey, Greece and Israel. Small, medium and large plates are designed for sharing family-style. The cocktail program is inspired by summers on the Med, with flavors crafted from the kitchen, including an array of spritzes served individual and for sharing.

Google
Yum. The ambiance is spectacular. Greek wine was sooooo good. Too bad upper management makes them wear masks. The whipped feta was bomb. Falafel was a bit dry. Pita was perfect. Service was on point. Wish there were more menu options. Shrimp? Steak kabobs? 🙏🏼

Google
Follow eatzwithsweetz on ig and fb for more! Such a cute spot! I came in with a large group. Ladies night is Thursday with unlimited wine when you purchase an entree! The Rosé was refreshing. I loved the dips and pita. The tzatziki was very delicious. I loved the saxophone performance and the dim lighting. Such a nice vibe.

Yelp
We had good service and tasty food for HH. We went at 6pm and there were 6 seats left at the bar on a Friday night in September. We be ordered $5 cocktails and $7 apps. HH is until 7pm. The food was amazing. The meatballs are flavorful and I ate all the red sauce. The tzatziki is served with a warm pita. The mushroom pizza tasted like they made the crust. The staff was friendly and attentive. The music was at a low level so you could have a conversation.

Anna T.

Yelp
The atmosphere here is absolutely beautiful, elegant and great music. Service was also exceptional and I really appreciate the hostess extending our reservation even though we were quite late. The portions for food are quite large, so keep that in mind when ordering. My only complaint was my chicken was a bit too spicy, but otherwise great experience.

Alexandra H.

Yelp
Ya Mas is one of best spots for brunch!! Ya Mas has some of the best food also. We ordered the French toast and chicken gyro. The potatoes that came with the gyro were superb! On Saturdays in the afternoon, Ya Mas has a DJ and has a brunch parade. They throw one big party during the weekend. It's such a great vibe for bachelorettes, birthday parties and other special occasions! But make sure you make a reservation in advance for brunch!

KayAnna A.

Yelp
A beautifully designed restaurant with exceptional modern inspired Greek food. Great place for brunch and even great for large groups! The decor is so cute and the stylistic choices and functionality flow together perfectly. Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We were seated and quickly introduced to our wonderful server, and honestly we received our meal quickly after ordering. Fun DJ on the weekend and for events as well! Parking lot next to the restaurant fills easily but there are plenty of lots behind the restaurant off of 2nd Ct. I had the French toast and my boyfriend had the buttermilk vanilla waffles. I don't usually order sweet breakfast items, but this was hands down the best French toast I've had. The orange Creme anglaise is addictive. The toast wasn't brick style which made it less heavy as a meal and was perfectly portioned. Just sweet enough without it feeling sickly so. The blueberry compote with the buttermilk vanilla waffles was an incredible combination. The waffles were a little dry themselves, but the compote and vanilla totally made up for it. Absolutely loved both, but the French toast will still be my go to.

Yelp
Best restaurant in Ft. Laudy!! Especially if celebrating a birthday or bachelorette during the weekend. The staff knows how to keep the crowd going and hyped. In the weekend they stop serving food at 2pm and the party starts! The drinks are great and even offer group drinks for big parties. The DJ is playing music while you eat and after 2pm he cranks it up with the lights, fog machine, and shots served into your mouth. The big long center table is used for people to dance on the floor. It's just overall. Good old time. On Thursdays it's ladies night and drink for free. I haven't gone, but definitely interested in checking out. The food is tasty!! Customer service great! Pretty decor, they have outside seating but in the weekend you want to sit inside. The only negative is parking, either way if you're drinking it's best to Uber.

Yelp
Came in for a celebratory brunch. It was a cute little spot and we sat right around opening so it wasn't too busy. The service could have been better as we never received an drink we ordered and we were also told we couldn't order a side of fries despite it being on the menu. It seems perhaps our server was new to the restaurant and unfamiliar with everything. We did easily get fries when we asked another server. The food was great, and my gin and tonic was very refreshing. The only thing I'd "complain" about is that we were a party of 7 and with our hummus app we received 2 pieces of naan..... when we asked for more we received another 2 pieces so we didn't feel like that was enough. The dips themselves were wonderful. Eggs benny had deep flavor. The french toast was awesome but very very sweet.

Yelp
We threw a bridal event here and I could not recommend it more! This is a fantastic place for any girly event. The staff went above and beyond to make our event special. From the beginning management was very communicative, kind and transparent. Everything from the food, the atmosphere, the hospitality was amazing. They had the meals pre-set for us and everything tasted delicious. We stayed about an hour past the agreed upon time and they were happy to continue hosting us.

Yelp
We went to dine at Ya Mas for the first time with a group of friends for a birthday celebration but the experience was really disappointing. Very poor planning as it is a small place but definitely understaffed for Saturday night. You can tell our server was working more tables that what he could actually handle and had very delay response time to customers. We waited a long time for the server to come and take our orders just for him to let us know that 60% of the entrees were sold out including all meats and fishes. Only option available was a couple of Pastas and a $70 Ribeye special. Very incomprehensible inventory miscalculation. After 1 hour of waiting to receive out food, we only got half of the plates and had to wait 10 more minutes for everybody to get their food. Hard to believe as we all order Pastas because it was the only thing available. Personally I was not looking forward to dinning in a greek restaurant and having Pasta. They did try to make up for all the inconveniences and gave us a complimentary very small key lime pie cup to sing happy birthday which would never feed a party of 6, maybe for a couple it would've made more sense. Unfortunate as we were all exited for last night

Yelp
I visited my daughter and her boyfriend and we went to this really swanky spot! It has a sexy vibe and would be perfect for a date night. I was the 3rd wheel but whatever! There were of cocktail choices, the menu has great options that were outside the norm. I had the lavish indulgence which was good, not too sweet. We had the dip trio with tzatziki, hummus and a sweet version of hummus. The black snapper was delicious, the butter sauce poured over the top just made it a 10/10. I tried my daughters pasta which was good and her boyfriend's lamb chops, they were good as well. They had a dj playing an assortment of music. I like to chair dance while I eat good food, so this was perfect! Lol I would definitely recommend this place and return when I'm in town!

Vancy S.

Yelp
What a party we had for my girlfriend's bridal shower! The drinks were great and so was the different items that were brought out for the party. The chicken and waffles was delicious and so were the dips and pita bread! It was a full house of ladies celebrating bridal and birthdays. I love how the place transformed into us dancing on tables and getting shots poured and napkins thrown all over the place. This is definitely a great place for the party vibe after eating.

Yelp
We always pass this cute little restaurant when we're in Las Olas, but we finally went for a friend's going away brunch. We did brunch on a Sunday, but we heard from our favorite waitress Nicol, that Saturday is the day to go for brunch! Both days have a DJ, so we had a grand time nonetheless. We would definitely recommend making reservations way ahead of time. When we went, there was a bridal shower going on inside! I ordered the G&T which came with actual juniper berries in the drink. It was really refreshing and I'm loving the sizes of the drinks. It's a Greek restaurant, so we started with 3 different hummus appetizers with bread. As our main, I shared the Chicken Souvlaki between two people and it was fulfilling. It's like 2 large shish kabobs with chicken and veggies with an amazing paired sauce. I could've totally used a side of rice but also to soak up some of the alcohol (lol). I would love to come back for a regular dinner to really assess the situation! The DJ was really good at setting the vibes that I wasn't really focused on eating.

Yelp
Such a cute spot for date night or girls' night. Came here on a Friday night and sat outside. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Not once did we feel rushed to order or finish our meals so that the table could be turned for the next party. Here's what my table ordered to share: Tableside sangria (1 pitcher rendered at least 6-9 servings) Ya Mas Meze which allows you to to choose 3 dips. Comes with warm pita bread and veggies - decided on classic hummus, classic tzatziki and muhammara Greek salad (enough for 3 people) Short rib Lamb meatballs - 3 large meatballs per order Wild mushroom pappardelle - the truffle cream sauce on this was incredible! Creme brûlée - made with tahini and chocolate Easter bread pudding Everything was delicious. The spacing time of the food could've been planned out a little better as we were running out of table space and trying to enjoy all the dishes; however, this definitely did not take away from the wonderful evening I had. Ya Mas is being added to my "return soon" list. Opa!

Yelp
This was our first time here and I really wanted to try this place. The style is very Mediterranean, they even have a communal table which was nice for a change after so much social distancing these past few years. The music was amazing and the staff was very friendly and casual. The food comes out FAST. Like so fast you almost believe it was just there waiting for your order. We decided to try different options to share and experience the most of this place. The signature cocktails were pretty but not my favorite. The dips were amazing, you could really taste their unique flavors. The feta and lambeh was out of this world, I totally recommend that one. The octopus was the star of the show for sure! It was perfectly cooked and deliciously prepared. Baklava was okay, didn't blow my mind. Now for the not so good part. The food is expensive once you see the size. For example $24 for two chicken skewers!? Just the skewers, no sides, nada. We also ordered 4 dips, and our party of 3 only received a small bowl of pita bread. Obviously not enough to eat the dips! Unless you don't dip anything in them and then what's the point? We obviously asked for more, yo later realize each time we ordered it was charged as an extra side dish or something. You can imagine it went up quickly. Overall, this is a cute place for dates, I would probably come back for tapas and sharing with friends. But nothing else.

Avesta S.

Yelp
Cheers to an amazing addition to Las Olas! Mediterranean vibes and an ambience that welcomes anyone looking for a unique dining experience. The service was unmatched. From the host to the server, the attention to detail was consistent throughout the evening. Adam and Will ensured we had a wonderful first experience. Cocktails are a specialty here. The martini and old fashioned were the best we've had. We were also big fans of the apps. The dip trio and whipped feta are an absolute must. Looking forward to returning.

Christmas A.

Yelp
Love Love Love!!! I want to tell you what to order but anything you order will be delightful! The Greek cheesecake (espresso martini) is so darn good! It isn't too sweet like other dessert cocktails. And they have FROZEN COCKTAILS that I want to devour. Light, fresh and delicious. Sit outside to people watch or sit inside for a "lean in" kind of date

Yelp
Finally came here for brunch after walking by this cute restaurant many times while browsing the busy main street of Las Olas. The eye-catching exterior of the restaurant, decorated by pink flower trellises, definitely lured me in. While the restaurant does not take reservations, we had no problem securing seats at the bar. The interior is just as cute--with pink wall paper and soft-lit light cage chandeliers. We ordered French toast and chicken gyro, both of which were delicious, beautifully plated, and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed this casual, Instagram-worthy eatery and would love to come back to try some of the dinner specials.

Ayesha R.

Yelp
This restaurant gave me all the Greece vibes. Right out the door the staff was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were popping. The food was on point nothing we had was off. The French toast was a little bit over cooked but we don't like to return food so that's was on us. Everyone energy were great and energetic. Our waiter was busy but still helpful and informative. I would recommend doing brunch here for a birthday for a special event or even just for a girls day. I loved the esthetics of the place it was small but very quaint and nice.

Lauren T.

Yelp
We made a reservation for my friend's birthday. The staff were so incredibly friendly and attentive and the manager made sure she made her rounds to offer shots and make sure everyone was having a great time. The drinks were delicious and the food was great as well. We were just in time for the party and the dj and the vibe was perfect. The music wasn't so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation but it was still definitely a party vibe. The staff brought out sparklers and sang happy birthday to my friend and she was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be coming just because of the service and ambiance alone.

Julliana H.

Yelp
Food and service were superb! There were a few hiccups but the manager was quick to respond and set solutions. It's also a very Instagramable place.

Chef U.

Yelp
Absolutely scrumptious food!! Service was lagging, I had to ask for my server. Ambiance is fabulous. The one thing that really made me cringe was how tight the tables are to each other and watching a server being out a flambé dessert and being SO CLOSE to the the guests. I was so scared someone was going to get burned. Otherwise, will definitely be returning to this restaurant but won't be getting the flambé dessert.

Matthew C.

Yelp
this place would honestly get a solid 4.5, but they don't let you do partial stars. The food is delicious, albeit a little bit small, at least on the happy hour. Happy hour is pretty awesome, good drinks, tasty food, and the atmosphere and ambience is amazing. They have a pink and white motif complete with flowers and the whole look is pretty well put together. we will definitely be frequenting their Happy hour for sure. in the past three days We were there twice! We came here once for brunch and once for the happy hour. The brunch was pretty good. My partner had the spec Benedict. It was pretty tasty, just wish it came with a little something on the side. The plate looked a little bit lacking on presentation. I had the Giro, that was pretty tasty. The fries are also amazing. The only reason this didn't get a perfect five is the service which is good, but it could do it with a little bit of polishing. We will be back soon!

Anthony W.

Yelp
Well where do I begin!! We came here as kind of a homework assignment of sorts. We are preparing for a trip to Greece and wanted to sample some Greek wines. We came in on a Friday night in the middle of Las Olas food and wine and had no issues getting a spot at the bar. The bartender George was very nice and even introduced himself to my wife while I was dealing with parking. We saw many oh beautiful people in here all drinking some sort of Spritzer. We followed George's lead and let him work his magic. We both got 2 different ones to try and loved both. Very light and refreshing and nice on the eyes. We caught the last ten minutes of happy hour which was a nice little surprise. We followed those up with an octopus dish and a bottle of white Greek wine from the Santorini region. Both the octopus and wine were tasty. We love octopus but not to be a downer but I have had better! It was really good but not great! Then we tried whipped feta and lebneh which George also said he loved . It was paired with a hot pita that was amazing. Our last dish was the lamb meatballs. Let me tell ya , extremely tasty and unique. They had a marinara sauce that had chopped peppers and lentils. Very unique and very good. Eat them while they are hot and make sure the marinara is on it because they can dry out . This place is a real score and I am so happy we came here. I felt like I was already in Greece! If this food was this good I anxiously await the real deal! Live laugh and OPA!

Lisa M.

Yelp
We have been wanting to try this place out for brunch and we finally made it. Overall our food was flavorful and large portion which I was surprised. I ordered the Lamb Burger and add the egg for an additional $3 dollars. The lamb burger was delicious. It was flavorful, tender and juicy. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Gyro and that was also very good. The chicken was nice and juicy with flavor. I was tore between the two lol! So we tried each other food lol. Overall we were happy with our food choice. The only downside was they didn't have unlimited Mimosa.

Alyana S.

Yelp
I came here for my bachelorette brunch and highly recommend making a reservation because it gets packed with the DJ and it's not a very big space. I love the vibe here plus the food and drinks were delicious! They do various specials for drinks for big groups and it comes out with sparklers that the servers bring plus a shot for the bride or birthday celebrant. I'm only docking one star because our server never checked on us and their pita for the 3 dips that come with only came with 2 pitas that barely made a dent in the dip. That was a disappointment considering the other bachelorette groups were getting great service.

Danielle D.

Yelp
O M G !! i was dying to go here since it's so cute via instagram but THE. FOOD. was out of this world. i love greek food & this was the best i've ever had. the dining style is different which is explained by your server. the drinks were great, apps were incredible i could bathe in the tzatziki & pita, the greek salad was also 10/10. dinner was tasty but i think the apps is really where it's at. dreaming of my next visit!

Talisha M.

Yelp
Food was a 4 but the service a 3. Made a brunch reservation & showed up before time but it was a monsoon & I couldn't find parking. I replied to the text to confirm I was there and I tried calling and nobody answered to tell them I was stuck trying find parking in the downpour. They tried telling me I didn't have a rsvp then tried to blame that i probably booked the one in Amsterdam or somewhere until I showed my receipts. Then they said my only choice was the bar. Fine whatever. The octopus was amazing and loved the speck Benedict. Their strawberry tequila drink was phenomenal. That fire cheesy was average. The presentation was better than the taste. The most annoying part of it all is we told her we would be ordering more food. She didn't tell us the kitchen was closing. So rude. So when I went to order more she said the kitchen closed 28 mins ago and in 2 mins the whole place is closing. Basically telling us to down the drinks we just ordered & needed to leave our fun brunch. Cute place, great dj, good food...just need way better customer service.

Jessica W.

Yelp
Don't miss the brunch here! Nothing else like it on Las Olas. It's totally turned up and an absolute blast. They also have a bomb happy hour! Always full of beautiful people and fantastic atmosphere! My fave dishes: Whipped Feta Greek Salad Tomahawk St. Tropez cocktail

Jenn B.

Yelp
THE FOOD AND DRINKS We had the lamb burger, falafel pita, and broccolini! All of the dishes were delicious. They were fresh and tasted very authentic. THE STAFF The staff was super nice- we had Ricky as a server and he was awesome! He had lots of suggestions from the menu and also encouraged us to return for brunch (which we never would've known was an option had it not been for his suggestion)! THE LOCATION I would definitely return! It's in a cute location with a cute patio for people and car watching!

Maribel T.

Yelp
One of a kind experience! Friendly and quick service. Fun environment, cute patio, great food and drinks, And did I say DJ they pay great music, you must experience and stay for their parade and party! If you're here for vacation or are from Ft Lauderdale you must come have a fun brunch experience!

Renee K.

Yelp
Great service, food was refreshing and a bit of variance of the traditional but in a good way. The ambiance was perfect, the cutest setting and decor with outdoor seating, cozy and perfect for a date night.

Kyla R.

Yelp
I REALLY wanted to love this place, it's been on my list of brunch places for awhile now, The instagram & Tik tok's make this place look like a blast. I was ready for the crazy brunch experience I kept seeing online & reading about on yelp. Instead I left here extremely dissapointed and not wanting to return. My cousin was in town and we decided to check it out for their Saturday brunch party which starts at 2pm. So we made a 12pm reservation we figured we could eat/drink & not have to worry about the chaos we anticipated. I also want to mention we were a party of 3, we made a reservation for 12PM INSIDE but when we arrived they said we could only sit outside or at the bar, while there were probably only 7-10 people occupying the dining area. The host kind of made it seem like we didn't even have a reservation to begin with... so we opted for outside since the bar would have been awkward with 3 people. The table was way too small & too close to the table next to us. We looked at the menu and I was instantly unimpressed but decided to give it a try since I had been itching to try this place. One thing that really rubbed me the wrong way being at a greek restaurant, the server didn't even pronounce the dishes correctly. Guy-ro?? Strike 1. We tried the 3 dip appetizer, for the amount of dip you get you only get 2 pieces of pita bread and have to pay for additional pieces (I believe it was $5 for 2 pieces.) The dips were lacking flavor & nothing special. For main dishes; I ordered the lamb burger but subbed pickled onions for raw onions, my cousin got the chicken gyro (not pictured,) and my bf got the short rib hash. The dishes were inconsistently brought out, the gyro first, then the burger like 20 minutes later & finally the hash probably another 30 minutes after the burger. It took almost an hour after we ordered our food to begin with. Also, the table next to us ordered AFTER us recieved 2 plates of hash before we did, Strike 2 in my book. The burger was sad looking & TINY, like slightly bigger than a slider, and I was given warm wilted romain lettuce in place of arugula (which I didn't notice until 1/2 way through.) There was also "burger sauce" on the burger which was not listed on the menu, it was an extremely disspointing burger for $19. The hash was seriously laaaacking flavor especially for how long it took to come out - it plated nicely, but nothing to write home about. When we asked for the check the server said we were unable to put some items on one bill and the remaining items on another. I know that's pretty standard for restaurants to do this with parties of 5-6 but we were a party of 3 paying with 2 cards.... Don't get me wrong though, the staff were all really nice but this place is just a hot mess. Overall; We were seated for a little over 2 hours, our server clearly forgot about us multiple times. The drinks were decent (STRONG but not worth the mark-up) now if you plan to go here for the saturday brunch and get faded just know going in that you will be spending a lot of money and getting mediocre food that takes forever to come out. I left here extremely disapointed and even contemplating saying "I don't like this" which I never do! This place was a huge let down & I regret spending money here.

Yelp
Walked by a few times and wanted to try it out. Made a resi through their site a little inconvenient they are not on OpenTable, but was available so was fine. We wanted to sit outside and they told us to wait by the bar and can order food and eat while we wait on a table. I ordered various menu items they were all very small and simple. - they didn't have tajin or casamigos reposado. Which I understands bc they are greek but this is Miami. We got a Greek wine bottle (not a great recommendation- very light no body) and a Recomended tequila. When the table we wanted and waited for outside got taken the hostess asked us if we were fine by the bar of course we were not and she asked us to close our tab for liquor - the bar tender also closed our tab for food which we didn't realize would be an issue. That was a mistake bc later I wanted to order other mezes and bc they had us close our tab they made us pay full price and order more dips. They also accidentally threw out a glass of our wine that I had to request back which I thought was rude- they did bring us a new glass. Given the separation of the bill - they charged us more every item we ordered bc you get a discount when you order a quantity of dips. We paid $9 for a hummus and then when we were seated we had to order 3 - couldn't order 2 dips so we got charged another full price. They even charged us $5 for extra bread for our dip - I've never had that happen in my life was a joke. But we happily paid even though I communicated with our waitress bc I don't like to argue it was just a note to myself as bad customer care. I noticed they brought us someone else's hummus and charged us for it aswell, when I told the waitress she brushed it off and laughed. It was back to back mistakes. Very inconvenient and bad customer service given this was a $3-400 on apps and wine we were spending I think we deserve better care. We were going to eat dinner but given all of the mishaps we decided to eat elsewhere. Another annoying thing was that as we were eating they kept trying to take the dips we were still eating from the table, I had to ask a couple times for them to stop. It was really rude- and clear they just wanted to turn the table. I would say that the ambience was the best part about the whole experience it's a charming small restraunt. The drinks are decent and I would be back for a Meze trio of dips. The ceviche was pretty good but tiny- I still would recommend it if your okay with that more for 1- the Greek salad was okay, but too chunky they needed to chop the vegetables smaller and put some lemon or oil. I liked the labneh that was my favorite dip. The grape leaves were basic I would say a waste to order- tasted like the ones out of a can. Nothing was extraordinary- I wouldn't be back except for drinks. Management needs to help this place.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our early dinner at this cute restaurant on las olas! Service was EXCELLENT, the vibes were immaculate, and food was pretty good (though a bit overpriced). Starting off, it's a super pretty interior with relaxing music and comfy seating. We went for an early dinner on a Sunday and it was pretty empty though got busier by the time we left. We started with the Octopus which was alright though nothing to write home about. We also got the MUERTA DE LA NOCHE cocktail and it was very good and strong enough for $17! Highly rec that cocktail! For dinner, we shared the pappardelle and the sea bass which was the evening's fish special. Both were beautifully plated and very good. Fish was cooked perfectly and served with a very interesting saffron rice. My only complaint was $52 was a bit steep for it! And the mushroom pappardelle was delish though not quite as interesting. Both were definitely enough to share for two people. And for dessert, we shared the bread pudding which was VERY TASTY and highly recommend! All in all, a really lovely time with quality food and GREAT service. Just know that it's super easy to drop $100/a person here all in! Luckily we had a $25 discount using the inkind app which the restaurant allows you to pay on. Use my referral code 1ECVUILB for another 25 off!

Yelp
This is an upscale taverna serving modern med and it works well. Service on Saturday night was spotty but friendly. Make sure you have a reservation or you will probably get the bar area or outside if that's even available. Sitting outside is a lot of fun as you get to people watch everything that is going on on Las Olas. I was actually going to rate this a 3 star because of some issues but then decided the food really is that good. I feel that it's a bit pricey on some items. They are part of the InKind food network, so if you don't now what that is look it up as it's a great way to save money and try new restaurants. Being out of two meat options on a busy night felt like a bait and switch tactic. Also bringing out appetizers with the main meal felt a bit novice. The restaurant is elegant and they have another location in WPB. Really enjoyed the grilled artichokes and my friend had no complaints about the rib eye. Street and garage parking only in this area. Ice tea was very good. Now you know....

Yelp
I was really excited to try this place once it opened. The decor is really beautiful. The place itself is small so you definitely need a reservation. They have outdoor seating, indoor, a communal table and bar seating. We ended up sitting at the bar and the bartenders service was great. The drinks were good. The food was good but not as good as I was hoping for. We tried a bunch of different small plates to get a taste of everything. My group was really excited to try the saganaki but it was not very good unfortunately. They do a nice job of celebrating birthdays when you're there. Some parties were able to break plates which is fun but we were told you need to pay $100 for it which doesn't seem worth it.

Yelp
Location + decor + ambiance ?? Can't say because my 2 friends & I were the ONLY ones there 1- because of the weather. 2- their kitchen was closed because they had no gas to cook. It was our first time there. I had been following them on IG for awhile & had been dying to go. Well....the 3 of us are at the bar the male waiter attending us his attitude was "could not be bothered" I said "so is a drink on the house since it's our first time & we came to eat?" He was serious & said "no". I said "so do we get a come back again voucher discount?" He was again serious & said " no!" I thought oh wow. I said "anything to eat?" He said "hummus but no pita I have vegetables". I ordered an espresso martini & asked for the hummus & carrots. My 2 friends had their drinks because they arrived 20 mins prior. Got my drink never saw him again because he went to the end of the bar to chat with another employee. You think I got my hummus?? Nope! U think he came back to ask if we wanted another drink?? Nope! My friend had to walk over & get his attention to ask for the bill. You think we will be back??? NOPE!!! On the way out the host told me "not sure why we are open. We should close." I said "i agree tell your co worker who could not be bothered thanks for a bad service & it was just us inside I cannot imagine when it's full!" We went Nextdoor to B Square and could not have been happier with the food, drinks & service!

Yelp
I've been patiently awaiting the opening of Ya Mas, so excited to finally have a Mediterranean restaurant in the area! I went with 3 girlfriends on a Tuesday evening and all of us agreed it was a wonderful experience. First of all, let's talk about the ambiance and vibe of the place. It is so inviting and lovely inside and out. It isn't a very big space but they've done an excellent job with what they have. It's very clean and polished, the pink floral decor is beautiful. I ordered the lavish indulgence and I was informed it's one of the more popular cocktails on the menu. It was refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. For food we decided to share 3 dips (classic hummus, roasted beet hummus, and muhammara) and my personal favorite the whipped feta and labneh (feta, with honey, pistachios and pickled onions on top!) From the large plates we ordered the chicken souvlaki. The service was wonderful, Adam and Will were so welcoming. I'd love to go back to try out other menu items. Great new spot!

Yelp
Ya Mas is such a perfect and unique addition to Las Olas! The vibe and atmosphere is unmatched by any other restaurant on the strip, and the food is sophisticated and delicious. The lamb meatballs were a personal favorite - full of flavor and a good portion. While they were out of two types of tzatziki when we dined there, the classic tzatziki proved to be refreshing and flavorful. I'd love to try all three next time! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the outside seating was so comfortable and cute! I highly recommend Ya Mas for your next dinner on Las Olas! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
First impressions are amazing. I came to this place before it was YA MAS! What a makeover. Friendly staff (Adam) as we asked to be seated. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar. First round of drinks came quick and strong. So I'm already liking this. I asked for them to order for me. Few apps and and an main course to split. Tatiana ( bartender, working hard and fully attentive to us) 10/10 First app. Saganaki (Cast iron cheese). Melted to perfection.. just the perfect crisp on the bottom. Little salty. But who can complain.. Second app. (Whipped feta & Labneh) Classic Greek bread and cheese hummus type spread.. tangy, fun... delightful. You could fill up on it! I'm Holding out! (Mind you great music in the background, some type of smooth deep house.. but upbeat. Ambiance is romantic but fun.. 10/10 ) Third app. Meatballs (lamb). I would come back for this.. the perfect blend! I would come back for this alone at this point. Do not pass go, do not collect 200$ go straight to meatballs. Main course... skipped.. we ate a lot and little tipsy... (They have a large table in the middle of the dining room.. it's a mix and match of people. I wish we would have sat across from Each other at that table.. I feel like that center table really encompasses the whole vibe of this place.. "eat good, eat as a family, leave happy.. come back ready for more" .. Desert.. crème Beulah with chocolate... Different.. amazing.. Come here open minded and go get excited. I am more than impressed! I'll be back!! To my Yelpers... Correct me if I am wrong!

Yelp
Ya mas is a beautiful restaurant for Las Olas patrons who are looking for something fun, new and adventurous. The whipped feta and labneh is to die for. There's a perfect balance of sweet, creamy and savory. And the grilled octopus with zhoug chimichurri adds a great spice component to this medium plate, probably the best octopus I ever had! I can't forget to mention the muhammara, I've never had anything like it! You must try this dip with the pomegranate molasses on top. If you're looking for a place that's not pretentious, great ambiance, with an innovative menu please check this taverna out. It's what Las Olas has been missing.

Yelp
Incredible! The best Ztaziki I've had in my life. They claim to make everything with fresh ingredients made in-house, and I believe them 100%. The ambiance is great and so versatile. The decor is beautiful both inside and outside. I would recommend them to get the plastic covers that roll down for rainy season, since the rain does splatter onto your back. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. I def will be back!

Yelp
Underwhelmed!! This is Las Olas, the most popular street in Fort Lauderdale. If you are going to open a restaurant here and have it be successful you better bring your A game. Considering all the restaurants we have see come and go, specifically in this exact location. It would be wise to make sure all parts of the restaurant are working at their full potential. Ya Mas had been opened for 2 weeks and is still in "soft opening" phase. Or maybe that was just the excuse they told us for being out of a bunch of items on the menu. Either way the whole experience was just not good. Let's start off in the beginning... it was a Tuesday night so as you can imagine the restaurant was not operating at full capacity. 2 people arrived and were told they couldn't be seated until the other 2 from the party arrived. That's a bit advantageous of a rule for a new restaurant, and here is why... They sat us at a very very larger community table. Why make a party wait to sit if you are just going to sit them at a table where if the rest of party doesn't show you can just sit more people? Anyways this community table is the absolute worst community table for a restaurant I have ever seen. It's got to be 3-4' wide and you are so far from the people you are with you have to shout to hear them. They had couples sitting on the same side of the table and no one sitting across from them which is such a loss for seating capacity plus they had to remove seats from the rounded bar where the it got too tight between the bar and table. To add to the shouting the music was turned up so loud I was still speaking way to loud to the person sitting next to me. I love a loud upbeat restaurant but this was like club loud and way too early on a Tuesday night to have it like that. Now let's talk about the food.. Not good. To be exact, Over priced Greek food that isn't good with really small portions. Also the very large table makes sharing very hard. If you know Greek food you know Greeks do lamb chops amazingly. Well not this place. We ordered them medium and they came out rare. There was no seasonings at all except for some strange salsa of cucumber and mint but no mint jelly like the menu said and oh boy were they gross. Lamb chops are typically small and delicate. These were huge hunks of raw meat. It was just gross and the ceviche was awful as well. The best thing was the falafel . They were yummy ! If you're still reading and want to try this place out I'll have to say my server was very nice. Clueless as heck but really nice. But back to the not being able to hear.. the servers are made to wear mask so you can't hear anything they say. As he was telling us everything they were out of we were all just looking at each other lost and he couldn't hear us either. It was pathetic. We asked him to take off his mask but and he did to talk to us finally but said he could get in trouble from his manager . This is FL not NY ! No mandates here ! I could see at least 3 managers and or owners loitering around the kitchen entrance blocking the path of the servers running food. They were just hanging around the end of the bar watching everyone. Never touching a table or being part of the experience which was very sorry to see. Looked like a bunch of egos to me ‍. All in all I will pray they turn some things around before their "Grand Opening" !

Yelp
Didn't eat there yet but my friends have and liked it. Plus I went in and spoke to manager about seating options and he told me I could find seating at the bar. The dining room is very pretty with a beautiful carved table in the middle of the room. The menu looks great

Yelp
I went on Thursday night with some friends and had a wonderful early dinner but as we were about to close our bill and go bar hopping DJ Anamá started spinning and the music was so good that we stayed until closing time! she made our night! Ya Más! please bring her back ASAP!!!!! our night was such a vibe between the food, service and music I high recommend Ya Mas!

Yelp
As a true greek from Astoria, I had some high hopes for this place. The vibe was great, loved the decor, the music and the drinks- but the most important thing, the food, left something to be desired. The dips were great, but the food was not great. It didn't feel or taste like traditional Greek food. Sadly, I wouldn't go back.

Yelp
Ya Mas is a break from the ordinary in Fort Lauderdale. A fresh and fun twist on brunch. The atmosphere is electric and the bartenders have great imagination and creativity, devolving new and enjoyable cocktails. Come for a drink or for a meal, either way you'll leave with a smile on your face. I would recommend Ya Mas for engine wanting a break from boring.

Yelp
Visited this establishment to celebrate a friends birthday and have brunch on a Sunday. The restaurant is intimate but has a lot of energy. There was a DJ playing music and the staff were very energetic and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed working there. We ordered off of the brunch menu. The prices were very reasonable and portions were great. For the table we ordered the whipped feta which came with pistachio nuts and honey, 10 out of 10. It was served with pita bread. This was my first time trying this and I was pleasantly surprised. The feta was whipped smooth and the contrast with the sharp feta cheese, sweet honey and crunch from the nuts was phenomenal. The drinks were very good and had just the right amount of alcohol. I ordered the lamb burger with fried egg at an additional cost. My burger was juicy, seasoned well and was served with fries or lemon potatoes. My friends all enjoyed their meal. There were no complaints. For dessert, we shared the banana bread pudding with white raspberry chocolate compote and ice cream and chocolate crème brûlée. My friends raved about the banana bread pudding. The chocolate crème brûlée tasted more like chocolate mousse than custard but was good. 10 out of 10 experience.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place for a while and was worried it was going to be a tourist trap because the location. First off the inside is super cute, I love the atmosphere. The menu prices are on the higher side but you can expect that since you're at the center of it all. The service was great. Every menu item was delish (hummus, chicken pita, sagnoki, octopus). I would definitely recommend! For more follow me on insta @kristythefloridafoodie

Yelp
Excellent food and service. I had the pasta special and it was fantastic.... Great flavor and with the perfect amount of tasty sauce..!

Yelp
The ambiance here is great. It takes you to another place and is an Instagram heaven. The food is unique and flavorful. It's unique in a way that doesn't want you to lick your plate clean. The falafel was a shame to falafel. For the price.. you are going to have to order a lot of food or leave hungry. There are a ton of other great Mediterranean places, I'd check out one of those instead. Service was okay, a little MIA. Is it cute for a picture of a drink? Yes, but I'd make dinner plans elsewhere.
