"Sri Lankan dishes like cocunut oil infused chicken wings and king fish curry are available to order here, here, and here from Yaalu Yaalu on Green Lanes. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

Couldn’t recommend Yaalu Yaalu enough! It’s the perfect new addition to Haringey. All of the food we tried was exquisite - especially the salmon and the lamb. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The perfect date night spot!

I've been here few days ago eating some vegetarian plates, and there are surprisingly a lot of choices! Very tasty, fast service and friendly stuff! Fall in Love expecially with the mushroom and the dessert. Good price too!! Highly recommend :)

Interia was nicely refurbished. Staff was very attentive and lovely. When I read the menu, I was looking forward to it, as it looks fun, someone with a sense if humour must had wrote it. But food... sadly, overall average and unimaginative. I felt the chefs are shy with the flavour, it being SriLankan restaurant, I expected more... overall small portions, for the price tag. We ordered salmon starter, which we send back at first, sadly it was way too salty. Attentive staff listened and genuinely thanked us for the feedback. We got the new portion of salmon, which was much better. A prawn starter was nice, probably best from the whole meal, tbh. The main was the lotus root curry and prawn curry. Well, that's where the biggest disappointment came. The sauce was very light, thin, not much flavour at at, in either of them. Red rice felt overcooked and as if was reheated in the microwave. I wasn't a big fan of coconut roti, stodgy and poorly executed. Nothing like mauritian rotis. Anyway, I am aware this is a new restaurant and needs to improve, but I can't wholeheartedly reccomend and won't be going back any time soon. Has nothing to compete on other middle eastern restaurants in the area, that I had been discovering as a local for over a decade.

Amazing Sri Lankan dishes at very reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and service. Loved the fact that dishes were served with a banana leave. Such little thing makes my day 💁🏻‍♂️

One of the best restaurants in London. Loved the food, great service and beautiful place. One tip for the owners: replace the plastic straw to paper or no straw would be perfect :)

Had lunch there last week with two friends. We had three starters (prawns, beef and salmon) and three mains (sea bass, goat stew and venison). Everything was delicious and perfectly spiced, the atmosphere was bright, warm and welcoming and the service was attentive! A wonderful addition to the neighbourhood and I highly recommend you try Yaalu Yaalu!

Good food. The string hoppers and the fried beef starters (boss) were the highlight. Very friendly staff and great ambience as well.

My partner and I tried the brunch (hopper and yoghurt) and it's was delicious! Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely come back and try the dinner.
