Yaamava' Resort & Casino

Although I have not stayed here, i have been to a handful of concerts here, and I absolutely love it. It's always clean and orderly. It's fresh clean air make it and inviting location. Let's not forget the staffs demeanor and / or interactions are top tier. Everyone is greeted with a smile, even the security and police. There is no lack of cleanliness there. I drove over 3 hours for a concert and would do it again.

You guys need to have a board meeting. Have you looked there is multiple one-star reviews on your page for a reason. The place is nice. The room is nice. Some of the food is OK but honestly, you guys are not paying out especially if we are blowing a lot of money meaning one day I will spend 5000 the next day 13,000 8000 is still no luck not good anymore and it’s ridiculous. Honestly, starting this year you will see less of me and a few of my friends also.

This review is for the casino only, I have not stayed in the resort. I have gone to this casino many times over about 10 years, most recently today. Pros: clean air inside, love that its non smoking inside now, generally clean, nice bar sports bar area, most staff are friendly. Cons: slots are too tight. Seems like we win less and less here, especially compared to Vegas or other countries. The bets on slots have gone up and up yet the wins have gone lower and lower. Today I got 3 "bonus games" on three different machine and they payed around $3 for the bonus!? Lame. I understand that the casino is there for profit but its not fun if you never win. Also sad that they closed Rock N Brews restaurant. Many familiar slot machines were gone today; that was odd. Next time, Im going somewhere else, even if its farther to drive.

Fellow native of this area I actually grew up in highland. I go to all casinos in the inland empire and this casino is one of the tightest I've been to not many hand pays here unless you're of the Asian race and yes I gamble often and have been coming here for years. I pay well and that's all I see that wins and I'm confused on why that is. They say it's random but I beg to differ and I'm not the only one who has seen this. Hopefully they look into it because it's really unfair when I can go to other casinos and the wins are more diverse. Something has to change. I challenge anyone to go and sit back and see who mainly wins at this casino.

The best casino ever. We always hit at the slots. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I love all the bartenders. The theater is impressive and the performers are A listers. The cabanas and pool area is so relaxing.

Haven't been here for years. Decided to try it again last month. Major uphaul. Casino is now almost all non-smoking. Clean with new machines. Parking is plenty though still confusing. Definitely will go back.

Came for a concert. The staff was very helpful and kind to my mother who was in a different suite than I while at the concert. Complimentary drinks and food were great, and the seats were awesome. Good sound and light production at the theater. Had a good time, did not walk away counting 100's, more like a couple of singles. But then you have to remember it's a CASINO.

Can't avoid traffics. Big casino for sure but when you playing there always hold your bag and Do Not leave machine when your money in. I went there with friends. One got good bonus game and quick watching and come back my machine unfortunately my play money over $200 someone pushed button and cash out and runaway. Casino manager and police came check camera and machine history. I report my lost to the police and casino. Unfortunately they Never give me any feedback. I had to call them but they said nothing they can do. I talked other players. I am surprised so many people had similar experiences. So many thieves there, nobody care about that. Yaamava Casino doesn't care what happens inside casino. So whatever you do always protect your money and machine you playing. Someone could watching your money, wallet and smartphone. Easy target, once you lose forget about take it back. Security and customer service is worst place. Good luck No one will protect you or help you.

Absolutely loved my experience at Yaamava Casino! I've been coming here with my girlfriends for a while, and I always heard mixed reviews about the memberships. I also thought the whole membership thing was a bit of a scam, but after spending some time at the slots last night and hearing a gentleman boast about his Diamond status, I decided to check it out for myself. I was prepared for a typical pitch where the employee repeats the same thing over and over without really explaining much. The first employee I spoke to was a little rude and dismissive, which honestly made me hesitant. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Jasmine, and she completely changed my experience. She took the time to walk me through every detail, explaining the different membership levels and all the benefits with patience and clarity. I felt like I was talking to a girlfriend, not an employee trying to make a sale. Her warm and welcoming personality made me feel so comfortable, and she gave me honest recommendations without any pressure. Jasmine's pitch was great, but the no-pressure vibe she gave me was the real selling point. I'm officially a member now and can't wait to return! I truly hope Jasmine is working when I come back--she was such a treat, and I can't thank her enough for making my visit so memorable. Highly recommend Yaamava, especially if you get to experience it with someone like Jasmine!

I didn't come here for the resort. My friends and I had a concert at the theatre, but we got to tour the casino and eating areas before and after the show. There are some card tables with specific games played. I don't really gamble so I can't tell you much of the experience. The theatre is really nice and you can't bring in food at all. They have their own bar inside. On average it was about $16 a drink and its cute because they name the drinks after the theme/songs of whoever is performing. I would love to come back here for a show in the future.

Not quite understanding how they have a smoking section with signage specifically stating you have to be playing to be in that area. The walls get lined with people, others are just sitting and not playing the games, and others just stand behind watching...all smoking and not playing. It's definitely an issue that the casino isn't willing to address and makes it an unpleasant experience for those actually playing. 12/15/24 Well, nothing has changed here whatsoever. They continue to allow people to sit at machines, not playing, in the smoking area. They have also raised their atm fees. One more thing. If I didn't have rewards there is no way I would pay to eat here $8 for 3 pieces of meat that is advertised as "burnt ends" and is more like stray pieces of brisket.

This casino has so much to offer!Come for the entertainment or book a stay-cation in their luxurious hotel. I have friends who like to gamble and earn rewards and points. Recently they got free concert tickets to see Chris Issac. We joined them for dinner and the show. Upon entering I fell in love with the upscale decor, beautiful art on display, marble floors, fresh bouquets of flowers throughout the complex. There was a good selection of eateries from quick grab and go to buffet or restaurants with table service. As you walk about, there are slot machines and gaming tables to keep you busy and try your luck on winning. They have special promotions to win grand prizes like cars or cash! The concert venue had plush seats and in each section, you get a good view of the stage. It was a fun night out with friends. Plan your day or night and don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary sent ya!!

I used to come here weekly when I worked nearby (before their expansion); and used to pick up the weekly gift, redeem free play and comped meal at George Lopez's Chingon Kitchen! Came back recently with my husband to see Tesla. The concert venue itself was nice, in which there isn't a bad seat and is fairly small. I would definitely be back to see another show! The casino is HUGE and easy to get lost in. There's tons of slots machines on the casino floor, a lot of people just sitting at machines AND not gambling, and it was a little too crowded for my liking. A couple good things, however, is that the resort & casino is non-smoking and they have ample security and staff who are very helpful & knowledgeable.

My first time visiting the Yaamava Casino & Resort with some friends. I have heard of this place from other friends who have come here to attend music concerts and dine at their handful of great restaurants. I had parked on the roof top of their parking structure. I parked at the one attached to the casino. It would be nice if they have the red light green light to indicate parking spot availability, but they don't at this time. Perhaps it can be an enhancement in the future. There were alot of people here. It felt like I was in Las Vegas. I don't gamble so it's not a place you'll see me at often if at all. However, I am a foodie so you may see me enjoying a wonderful meal at one of its restaurants. They also have live music playing at various venues. I have yet to experience a music concert here... it's on the books for me to check out. I'll definitely have to come back to explore a bit more in the near future.

I'm here often at the 909 with some friends on game night, cheering on our favorite sport teams on their many huge TV screens. or at Bar Bar Bar as a spectator and hoping for my lucky day to win a free car . ( fingers crossed) Yaamava is not just a place to gamble , They hosts so many different events , the Yaamava theater has the latest and most popular celebrity performed here . I saw Chris Isaak , Chelsea Handler , pantatonix and Matute . Their most recent free event I was thrilled to see was a three day Pow Wow event . What a spectacular experience for me to be part of . Download the Yaamava app to stay connected to many of the events they host . Most of it is free in Rock n Brew and Tukut Lounge Sheila , bathroom attendant on the second floor greeted me a welcoming smile,in between her cleaning the stalls .

When you hear about gambling and the sound of money, of course Las Vegas comes to mind. But there is a casino who can compete with the big leagues in California too, The Yamava Casino and Resort in San Bernardino. So, we decided to come and see Andrea Boccelli's Concert and also enjoy the casino atmosphere here and there. The traffic is a killer but if you really want to experience a little of Las Vegas in San Bernardino, burn the time to get to this place. Yea, the casino was busier than we thought, lots of people just having fun, the rollers are all over the place and staff were extremely very helpful. They were very nice and polite despite us getting lost in riding this popular casino; the guards pointed and helped us get to our destination. The niceties of staff was equally similar inside, whether they were in uniforms or just serving food, here and there. We entered the Yamava Theater to see Andrea Boccelli. The concert was outstanding, orchestra was a A+, our only observation was that, the acoustic of the building could be better. Another observation is that if you walk around the theater, those sitting on the balcony does not have a similar sound and acoustic experience as those in the orchestra down below. Family and friends had the same experience about the acoustics and hope that the casino will do something about it? Organizational protocols was excellent and again, staff were extremely knowledgeable about the building exits and super kind. However, we observed that this building is NOT ADA compliant. If you're a senior who gruels about waking the stairs or has a mobility issue/s, they don't have elevators that take you to your seat up in the higher parts of the balconies. We tried to help some of the seniors but there just a lot of them that needed a hand, PLEASE FIX this challenge. Andrea Boccelli Concert is an outstanding event for opera lovers; a blend of voice, art, history, dances and orchestra will satiate your starving soul. Food is available all over the casino, you just have to be patient in waiting in line and immerse yourself in a swarm of people wanting to enjoy themselves, in a desert of social starvation on a Friday night. LOL. Parking was sufficient, elevators were available if you come in late and lighting was great, safety was perfect too. There was a lot of police and other security personnel inside and around the casino and even on the streets so I'd say, they're way better and safer than Las Vegas, really.

What I love about this casino is the staff! The High Limits bar staff, which includes venues like The Overlook, The Enclave, The Vault and High Limit Slot rooms has the most wonderful daytime bar and waitstaff. The bartenders Carlos, Angel, Luis, Anyssa, Jeff, Mason, Theresa, Janet, and both Davids are all amazing as are the lovely cocktail servers knows as TPMs like Becky, Alex, Diana, Kareen, Sarah, Jen, Ashley, Bella, and Bri. Food runners Odyssey and Adriana won't forget your order while Barback Trinity keeps the bars fully stocked along with Omar, Destiny, Justin, Delany, Thomas, Melissa and Christian. I also enjoy daytime management including Jesus, Ky, Sandy, Taylor Flor, Lasandra, Thomas, Roman, and Jaime! All of these people are a joy to see whenever I go! I love them!

Yaamava' Resort & Casino, formerly known as San Manuel Casino, after some renovations became more modern. It is located in a pretty urban area, Its facilities are huge including their parking. They have many bars, as well as restaurants like the one of George Lopez. The casino part is pretty big, with all kinds of games, personally I never have won but I know people who have won specifically in the slot machines. During the weekends the place is packed and parking can be difficult. But still is a fun place to go.

It is always good times at this casino. The best and biggest casino you can imagine. This place is HUGE!! Very clean, music playing overhead on the sound system is always great especially Saturday nights where they play old school disco (my favorite), security is great, so many machines and other games to chose from make it top notch, the parking structure is HUGE, the restrooms are very clean and I can go on and on but you I think you get it Machines are usually pretty loose. Good choices from numerous restaurants and the food court are plenty and the theme and promotions they run on a monthly basis are always exciting and fun Great place to visit if you want to have fun and simply get away from the hectic reality of, "life" for a few hours

I love coming here. I came here two days in a row. So much to do here! A couple days ago I was able to attend a cool event in the pool area up on the third floor with a friend. As a result of having a blast, we decided to come back the next day. We tried to check out each restaurant they had here, especially the five that were part of the event. It is so neat walking around seeing so many people playing the many light decorated slot machines. We walked alot on the two levels finding four of the five places we were looking for. We visited Radiance Café, Serrano Vista Café, George Lopez's Chingon Kitchen, and Tutu's Food Court. The only one that we could not get to is the Y Lounge because it's located on the 17th floor of the hotel and apparently it's only accessible to Diamond & Turquoise Serrano Card club members. We also located the Serrano Buffet and The Pines restaurants. These are two places we will also eat at in the future. While walking around, we saw so many big screen tv's. It was Sunday so there were so many sports on. My friend had a beer and I just drank water. It was nice seeing the sports store which sells all the items for the sports teams that Yaamava sponsors. I am so glad they sponsor the Los Angeles Kings, Dallas Cowboys, and the Los Angeles Dodgers!!! For such a hot day, it's so nice to walk around in this air-conditioned casino. They have many places that you can just sit and chat with friends or even meet new people. It's also wonderful to walk around and see the beautiful decors in different areas. It was sad to hear that Rock & Brews restaurant will be closing within the week. Even the parking structure is nice, we'll organized, and has good signage as you drive around. Overall, I can't wait to come back here again very soon! My friends and I are waiting for the winner of the contest we saw the other day for the five restaurants to put the winning taco on their menus! We will be back to definitely watch some sporting events on TV and get some good food! Please come check this place out. It's off the 210 around Highland Avenue in San Bernardino. All guests must be 21 and over.

I had a good experience at the Yaamava Casino. It was my first time at a casino and it was a pleasant visit. Inside they have plenty of bar areas and a good amount of restaurants. There are also workers with drink carts offering hot coffee and water. They do have some club floors and a club inside a restaurant on the same floor as the casino. I would recommend people to come if it's their first time (like mine) as it was not as imitating and actually lots of fun.

I come every once in a while, I don't play too much since it seems like I just donate to this place and rarely see others win but it's a huge place with plenty of bar areas to relax at. It is pricey since you pay to withdraw money, and the drinks aren't cheap but can't act surprised... overall it's cool

As a baby gambler, I love that this casino offers a lot of comps to keep me coming back. There are a large variety of food options so you always have choices. Casinos are well maintained as workers are constantly coming by to clean / wipe down machines. My favorite is the hotel- friendly staff w/ warm smiles & comfortable bedding in the rooms (highlight). Each visit, it's never crowded in the hotel so you're never feeling cramped or overwhelmed. What I love most is staff is beyond friendly and willing to help when you ask for it. The workers go above and beyond customer service

Last time I was here, it was called San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino. In 2021, the name changed to Yaamava' Resort and Casino at San Manuel and the place is looking great! It seems a lot of renovation work happened. Smoking is allowed in a small (crowded) room of slot machines, and at the outdoor gaming & smoking patio located on the first floor next to the Puuhia't gift shop. We gambled a little, but our main reason for going was because we bought tickets to a concert playing at Yaamava' Theater. THE FOOD. Plenty of casual and upscale dining options. I really wanted to try out The Pines Modern Steakhouse which in 2023, was the #1 Best Casino Restaurant in USA TODAY Readers' Choice Award. However, we opted for a more casual dining experience (Rock & Brews) and decided the fancier restaurant would be for another time. I do a whole review of Rock & Brews on their Yelp page but overall, the food was good; nothing really stood out. THE PARKING. Their free parking structure can be quite crowded and confusing to navigate. At some point, it shot us out to the exit and we had to circle back into the structure. Weird. Also, there's an ATM machine in the parking structure walkway, about a hundred feet before you reach the casino entrance. Double weird. And highly amusing. THE RETURN QUANDARY. With all the upgrades to the casino floor, restaurants, hotel, and new theater (that thing is mesmerizing), I am 100% coming back to explore more of what they have to offer.

The husb and I stayed at Yaamava. I didn't play, but the husb did. He had a great time playing on the slots. He even made some money. For the most part I just enjoyed the room. We had a great view. The room was nice and spacious, very clean as well. The hotel staff was friendly at every turn, from the valet, the door people, the concierge and room attendants. The husb also got the room for free for a night due to his player status. We will be back and experience Yaamava!

Relaxation time. My first time trying the food court and the burger was delicious. I truly enjoyed every bite. The fries weren't greasy and give a good portion. The pizza the other folks were eating looked good. I sure will be trying it. My friend and I enjoyed the burgers so much I had to go and thank the chef personally and let her know that it was amazing.

I actually like this Casino! It was my first time here and I was very pleased! My aunt bought me tickets for Valentine's Day to see Eddie griffin. The casino was very nice and clean! Many eateries and machines to play and much more. This is the new spot for most of concerts and shows. It's local and not that far from LA county at all. Easy to find parking and very big and nice size casino. Two level casino I highly recommend. Make sure to bring your good walking shoes!

Great first experience visiting for the casino & buffet. The buffet had a good selection and variation of food the was pretty good it might have been a bit overpriced compared to just eating out, but I guess that depends on how much you can eat. The table games were similar to the ones in Vegas, but there's a few that were missing like I love suits/ flush rush. Ended up settling for Ultimate Texas hold em and three card poker. The minimum was about $20-25 for the most, I only saw two tables that had a minimum of two 10-15. If they could've expanded more that would've been nice. It might have been because of it being the weekend they increased the prices. Another good thing is that when I went there were not many people smoking during the tables. Parking was full and we had to park on the rooftop where it was mostly empty. Also getting to the casino we had to go through a specific entrance - Victoria. Other entrances weren't accessible. Also when cashing out there was a huge line that took about 30 mins due to the amount of people.

1 1/2 minute read: It's been awhile since San Manuel had its rebirth and is now known as YAAMAVA RESORT & CASINO. Nice big, some 700 rooms hotel, Restaurants, Bars, Fast Food, and several Gift Shops. As you may know, by now, Jocelyn (my wife) and I, have been Customers WAY before San Manuel was renovated and the word YAAMAVA was added. Yesterday, we went to their "ALL YOU CAN EAT" Serrano Buffet. As usual, it was a feast for hungry stomachs. They had delicious LOBSTERS which (normally) is offered on Wednesdays & Thursdays. They also had Prime Rib and other goodies. We haven't stayed at their newly built hotel, so I can't tell you much about it. But when it comes to food, the photos I post can give you an idea of what you can expect. I tried to purchase 2 tickets today for the Diana Ross concert in February. As a diamond card holder, I could have purchased them early. As it turns out, wheel chair and wheel chair accessible tickets can not be purchased through the app. I was told by one employee that I would have to come down to purchase my ticket. Why? You would think that it would be easier to purchase tickets if you're disabled. Why do I have to hire a driver to drive me down to the casino, then push me to the box office to purchase my ticket. It's bad enough that the theater does not have one single stand alone/gender neutral bathroom. I have to have a stranger (female) roll me in to the rest room because my husband can not push me in a woman's bathroom. You have 7400 slot machines but 7 single access rest rooms in the entire building.

I love Yaamava! The rooms are all amazing, from the regular rooms to the suites. Everyone who works here has a great attitude and are always helpful. Lots of perks for members as well, but takes awhile for you to get to the point of earning these perks (and loosing quite a bit of money in the process), but well worth it! Food is a hit and miss, but normally a hit. The Chinese restaurant is probably my only definite NO when I go there, the buffet is usually ok at best (lobster night is always amazing!), the steakhouse is usually a hit but their side dishes are usually lacking, and the other random bars and eateries are usually pretty good! Free parking!! Always a plus! I saw someone complain of the homeless encampments when you exit the freeway, but Yaamava has no control over this so how can it play into reviewing the establishment? It's plenty far away enough from the resort that it doesn't affect your stay. There is a lot of security and police on the premise so you are very safe! Also, as a mother of three I say this with love, but it's so nice to be in an adult (21+) only resort! And to note this as well, as someone who grew up around "ratchet" and disrespectful types of people I also say this with love.. because it's always nice that the crowd is mature and doesn't disrespect or disregard others around them in the name of "having a good time". Weekends are very busy here so be prepared if you come during those days, Mondays can also be busy due to it being the typical day they give away gifts to members as well as providing free play. I've attended a few concerts and comedy shows and always have a great time! I will definitely keep coming here for many years to come.

I had an incredible experience at Yaamava' Resort & Casino! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and hospitality offered by the staff. The shuttle drivers were friendly and punctual, making the transition from parking to the casino smooth and hassle-free. Inside the casino, the atmosphere was lively and exciting. The variety of games and the overall ambiance made for an enjoyable time. The restaurant staff were equally impressive. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. The food was delicious and the service was prompt, which added to the overall positive experience. Every staff member, from the shuttle drivers to the restaurant servers, contributed to making my visit memorable. I highly recommend Yaamava' Resort & Casino for anyone looking for a great time with exceptional service. I can't wait to visit again!

Their Customer Service team made it so I would still return back. We played a little of phone tag, but eventually we were able to get my problem resolved. Very thankful

Horrible service don't even think about eating at their bufe you make a reservation for a time and then they make you wait an hour more they are rude and have no common cense when they talk really not profesional at all don't come not at all

I sipped going to buffets because of the lack of freshness of the food sitting out all day. However, I tried the buffet at Thus casino because there was no more reservations at The steakhouse. It was surprisingly good The food was fresh maybe because it moves quickly. The crab legs were very fresh and not dried out. You have a selection of cold or hot crab legs. My ultimate dish was the baked salmon. So tender and tasty. We will be returning with more of our family in January.

First time at this hotel and wow!! They really know how to take care of their guests! From the moment we pulled up to valet to walking in the lobby to getting in the elevator to getting our bags from bell service, there was someone to greet us with a big welcoming smile and a warm hello! When we checked our car in at valet, the parking attendant noticed my car was low on charge and asked if I wanted my Tesla to get charged! That really blew me away! Then when we went to the pool, we were taken to our seats and the pool attendant set up our towels and chatted with us like he knew us! Both days we were at the pool, we had complimentary ice cream to cool us off and we were also given eucalyptus cooling towels! Such a nice touch! And their drinks were very good too! They didn't miss a beat with the top notch customer service and hospitality! It was amazing!! Our hotel room was very luxurious and clean. Everything was modern and such a nice touch of elegance and charm. We asked for ice and they asked if we needed anything else and just made us feel so special! Service at the buffet was also great! My only complaint is that the lobster for the all you can eat lobster dinner was overcooked! Such a shame! Every else was delicious! Thanks for making our stay memorable and perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jasmine G. in guest services, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience she provided. From the moment I walked up, Jasmine greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her knowledge of the casino and its amenities was impressive, and she patiently answered all my questions with a level of professionalism and kindness that's hard to find. Jasmine handled my requests efficiently and even anticipated my needs before I had to ask. She showed me how to obtain and utilize my free play on the kiosk and machines. It's clear that she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her work. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. I would highly recommend seeking her out if you need any assistance--Jasmine is a true asset to the team and made my visit one to remember. The Cashier Rachelle also assisted me with my winnings! Rachelle was fantastic! Friendly, efficient, and made me feel like a won a million bucks not just 100, lol. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my experience at the casino so much better. Came here for a Ricky Martin concert and did not disappoint! It's a more intimate venue so I feel like I really enjoyed the performance I saw. Drinks were good and you could bring them to your seat. Because I bought the tix from the original source (AXS) I also got free play money to use after the concert! I'd definitely come back for another concert.

What a blessing to be invited by best friends to eat at the Buffet. The resort has the spirit of the winter season. By the main escalators and grandiose stairway are decorated with and overhead archway with gold and white glittered garland. And at the base of the stair and escalators are displays of Glittering Christmas trees in snowy white and sparkling gold ornaments that make a majestic and joyful impression of the resort to represent thd holidays. Busy busy busy Black Friday tonight at the resort ! They have raffles going on for Diamond Level lucky winners.

Everything is fantastic except the restrooms, i mean they are super clean , but the cleaning ladies are just literally waiting for you to get out to clean it i cant even go comfortably shes staring right at me when im done , its just weird ‍

It's so farrrrr from Los Angeles, why celebrity (yes, Terry Lin) even hold their shows here and labeled as "Los Angeles" stop, and not mention you even need an ID to watch the show. No non-adult should be held here.

First time coming here. We had a date night with friends and we decided to come to Yaamava for a few hours. What a busy place. The casino is gigantic. So many slot machines so much happening. There are many restaurants, a buffet and ice cream shop. We gambled for an hour, had cocktails at the bar and then had late night meal before driving back home. We had a lovely time. It really is a nice casino and hotel. The ambiance is great.

I lost my car keys at the casino on Saturday 2/10.I had the house keys in the car and was in great confusion, looking for a way out.When I explained the situation to the lost and found center, they told me to come back in 30-40 minutes.A female member of the team found the key and gave it to me.We were so happy that we cheered and thanked you so much. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the casino staff who are friendly and accurate in their work. Thank you so much, staff

I'm not a professional gambler, my review is based on solely having a good time. My boyfriend and I came for a spontaneous trip and we had so much fun! We were unaware that they start serving alcohol at 5:00 P.M. Monday- Friday so we walked around to explore the casino. We came during Chinese New Year festivities so there was art with facts throughout the casino which was informative. We also ate dinner at Rock & Brews. The music videos were entertaining and the food and service phenomenal. The four stars is only because the room rates are outrageous.

Awesome place! Everyone is friendly & trying to do a good job be it a dealer, pit boss, waitresses, 909 Eatery! Want to shout out to Steve (909 Eatery manager) for being so helpful & a well run food court!

Two days in a row the hotel has failed us. I had back to back reservations and added my husband TWICE & they still need me to walk down and add him AGAIN. What is going on????!!!! People can't get their stuff straight. This is the worst hotel to add a guest to the room. They make things so complicated.. And management please don't comment back "we are sorry for the inconvenience " like you did for the birthday review for the drawing in June. Don't lie on here and say you supply enough drinks and snacks for the drawings when that's a complete lie. You guys ran out of food when you told us 8pm to 10pm But 9 you had nothing. So stop lying to make yourself look good on yelp and have better customer service

The decor is amazing here! The feel of fall is on point! The hotel room is super comfy to stay in. The beds and sheets are super soft and fluffy. Can't wait to come back.

WOW, factor! When we enter these beautiful two bedrooms , they have a half restroom, then the right door is the first had 2 queen bedrooms with a full bathroom with handicapped accessories. Then, a nook with 3 stool small sink with mini refrigerator coffee maker. The only thing that is missing a small microwave is to be able to warm up the to go food from downstairs. Then, an open concept of living room, dining room with a beautiful view. On the right side had a balcony. Then, another room with a king-size bed and a beautiful bathroom with a tub, a private toilet, a double sink, and a roomy shower. Both bedrooms have a huge TV and living space outside rooms had another two huge TV. We thank my little sister for inviting all my family and I to these special birthday weekends for my husband. My whole family enjoyed our experience staying in this beautiful suite. Whoever created these suites utilizes all the space perfectly. Shout out to our housekeeper yesterday Maria on the 12th floor who was attentive to our needs. Especially provided us water and amenities. Again, thank you to my little sister and her host. Yolanda, who made it possible for us to enjoy this weekend. And to YAAMAVA for offering these beautiful suites to their Diamond members like my sister for us to experience and enjoy. Now my family and I are thinking twice, not going to another casino/hotel after being here and seeing my sister benefit being a Diamond Member at YAAMAVA. The RESPECT and attention she receives here are worth coming back.THANK you again :)

I would put zero but it is not an option, I am a diamond member at this casino and multiple times they have. Messed up my room reservations and gave me no resolve to this issue. You would think they would treat their high dollar players would be treated a little better than they treat us . I will definitely be spending my money at a different casino from now on that know what customer service is . At 5 am they resolved this issue by checking me into a room with a slight upgrade so I wasn't sitting around for 5 more hours but I had to leave for work at 6 am so hopefully I make it back there hours away to actually enjoy the room

My husband and I decided to spend our anniversary here. Instead of driving to Vegas we decided somewhere closer to home. The idea was to spend a night or two eat some good food. Go to the spa play some slots. However, This place is worst hotel casino I've ever been to. Parking was a disaster. Cones and parking attendants everywhere leading us to the other floors when there were ample spots open for no reason. Security is an absolute joke. As we were walking in the lady security was rude and made me open my anniversary gift that was wrapped in front of everyone. meanwhile there's a line behind me as I'm trying to open the box . I asked her do you want me to open my luggage too ? It's ridiculous . She wanted to ruin our celebration. Right at the start this place is straight up ghetto. That should have been the time we turned around and went elsewhere we would've even driven to Vegas had it not been later in the evening . The casino is crowded. Slots are mid not interesting. There was literally not a single sit down restaurant or lounge available to us even though many tables were empty . We ended up getting a pizza to take back to the room which took an hour to get. And when we get to the room there was construction going on that lasted until midnight. The tv couldn't even drown out the construction noise. The only positive is the rooms are nice and clean. I appreciate the robe and slippers. Overall terrible experience. Don't come here. I will never be back. Hell, I will never go to their sister casino, The Palms in Las Vegas . Spend your time and money elsewhere. You've been warned .

It is a beautiful casino with plenty of modern updated machines and decor. They have a lot of nice eateries to choose from and the place is clean. I did not smell a lot of smoke when walking around which was regarding. Great place to visit or see a concert.

One of my favorite casinos to visit. I'm here at least once a week. Adore all the friendly and welcoming staff. I come here to play slot machines and to eat the chicken pho from the restaurant inside Lotus 8 room. Deliciousness in my mouth, it's a party every time. Can't forget the weekly gifts. I think one of the best things I love about this place is I can bring my dog and they do not hassle me about my service dog. He is a rockstar, and everyone loves him. People will remember how you make them feel and thank you for always making us feel welcome and also for having a little dog park in front for me to walk him and use the bathroom. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be back for more. Good luck to everyone who stops at *Yamaavva*.

Best casino ever! Jam-packed on a Saturday night, but I was riding a hot streak. Hit my first jackpot in under 5 minutes--WHAAWHOOO! Just a heads up, getting paid took about 30 minutes since they were swamped. Totally worth it!

On a separate visit, recently, I experienced lack of accommodations (disabled), poor service when eating, and had to wait over an hr for a table when there were over 10 available. Still, on the way to Yaamava, homeless encampments as soon as your exit. It did take away the excitement we had especially for our visting relatives. The highlight of the night was leaving. Previous: We went to Yaamava this weekend, and, as we exited the freeway, we saw a bunch of homeless people greeting us. we entered into the casino and we're not greeted by anyone. We gambled for about an hour and no one offered us anything to drink. We also eat at the food court, which was not all you can eat. Now we are heading to Morango.

Is bad casino. Restroom dirty Offer even programs are stupid none sense , got vouchers for ticket but said waiting list, is is no point to make customer when twice and did give any ticket this a bad

I never win, but I love coming here. Nice clean hotel. Clean bathrooms. Good food, Good Buffet. Nice lounges and restaurants. Beautiful resort.
