I used to leave only an enthusiastic review about the delicious steak here, but unfortunately, I now have to add my disappointment with the service.
One evening I left my hat with the waiter, but at the end of dinner he forgot to bring it back. The restaurant had my phone number from the reservation, yet nobody thought to call me about it. I came back myself the following week, only to be surprised that the hat was nowhere to be found. The hostess took my number and promised to call me back — but of course, I never received a single call or even a text.
This is how loyal customers are lost.
