I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The cuisine was a beautiful mix of Israeli and Arab flavors, and the food was absolutely amazing. The chicken was so rich in flavor – slightly spicy, but in the best way, where you don’t really feel the heat, just the taste. I also ordered a dish with meat, and it was so, so, so delicious – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Everything was full of taste and clearly made with care. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves flavorful food and wants to enjoy a unique culinary experience. I’ll definitely be going back!

Really great place for mediterranean food and vibes. Loved how our waiter explained every dish to us. It’s all about food, sharing and having a great evening with friends. Food was delicious with lots of veggies options and the hummus is exceptional.

Very good Mediterranean food with lots of vegetarian options. The cocktails were also great. Nice cozy atmosphere and good service, definitely recommend.

Lovely restaurant, really like the styling! And on such a surprising spot. The food and wines were amazing!! The waiters are really kind and helpful. One of them had also great humor and gave us a home made shot. We had a great time.

Booking at Yafo was a little difficult - the restaurant cancelled/changed the date/time twice but were very nice about it and organised a nice goodwill gesture on the finally organised date. But once we got there, the restaurant was excellent - casual, chatty service and the server knew the menu inside out. I'd definitely suggest that if you're used to UK sized 'sharing plates' to order fewer dishes - the portions for sharing were pretty big! The servers can help and advise. Loved the experience, sitting in the square and the delicious Wedding Houmous. Very much recommended for a Berlin trip and for vegetarians particularly.

Overall Rating: 4.3 / 5 I went there with a friend. It had been recommended to us, so we wanted to give it a try. We didn’t make a reservation in advance, but since we arrived early, it wasn’t necessary. Food: We started with a selection of appetizers: hummus, feta cheese with some kind of grilled paprika, a tomato-based sauce, bread, and a yogurt-like dip. • Hummus & Feta with Paprika: Tasty, but not extraordinary. The hummus could have been better with more olive oil. The feta with paprika was quite ordinary. • Bread: We really liked the bread — it was served piping hot, just the way we like it. • Tomato Sauce: It was fresh, with a nice hint of garlic, which we enjoyed. • Main Course (Chicken): The chicken was very tasty, and we loved it. Highly recommended. The portion size was more than enough for one person. • Turkish Coffee: As someone from Turkey, we didn’t really like it — the grind of the coffee seemed too coarse. But it didn’t matter much to us at the end. Service: The staff were very kind and attentive. Atmosphere: The place had a cozy and pleasant vibe. However, when the place got crowded, the noise level rose significantly, and after a while, the music also became a bit disturbing. Price: €81 in total, without alcohol.

We had a wonderful evening at YAFO with great food and lovely service. We enjoyed trying different dishes with remarkable combinations of herbs and spices. The hummus was to die for 😋
