Yahman's Authentic Jamaican Jerk Shack

I just received my order from Uber eats and currently eating as I am writing this review. This is my first time trying Jamaican food and I am kicking myself for not trying this sooner! I got the jerk pork plate and a side of jerk chicken. Great flavor, portion and price! This should be one of your stops in KW!

Yahman's Authentic Jamaican Jerk Shack gives you the full island experience at a fraction of the cost. Plus, the food is absolutely amazing!!! If you are in the mood for Jerk, Curry, Stew, Burgers, and Seafood with all the trimming (Rice and beans, cabbage, and plantain) and don't forget about their homemade bread pudding and drinks. Also they provide Catering Services and Sweetest Knights variety of different types of fudges. The aroma alone will draw you like a moth to a flame 🔥 consumed by the desire to taste everything on their menu.

I was in the Keys for business and ordered the jerk chicken dinner from Yahman's Authentic Jamaican because of the ratings online. Boy was I disappointed! The food was delivered OLD! Like last week old...chicken was dried to the bone! Rice overcooked and cabbage undercooked. Wasted $26 including tax, tip and delivery fee.

We've stopped by a number of times at their previous location and am so existing that they are back!! Some of the best food and folks you'll find no matter where you are! 2023: Awesome seeing you folks again!! The food was amazing once again!! BBQ Ribs and Jerk Pork OMG good!!! The place is small. It's not really a spot for dine in eating. The fried fish was really good and made right there on the spot. My daughter loved their BBQ ribs. The jerk chicken was ok but not what I was used to having.

I stumbled upon this place by accident and loved the selection of dishes and seemed like a very family friendly establishment. Now I will come back every time I’m in town. Thank you.

The jerk chicken was good, not much of the jerk flavoring I was expecting but it was edible. It was also the first time I had a steam cabbage mix 🤌🏽 absolutely delicious food!! The sorrel was magnificent! The ginger in it helped rid the congestion I had. Im so glad I had the pleasure in supporting this business. I will be back to try other items.

Beef patty, ginger beer, sorrel (even the homemade ranch salad dressing) were really good. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu!
