Yakitori Abe

Great food and service. I had about 5 -6 skewers and cost 4100 jpy with a drink. The quail egg was the best. The chicken was soft n also juicy

Very good quality and nice enough wine. Admittedly it is less affordable than a normal yakitori (3 times as much). The reason for this might be that it is not normal. The concept of the restaurant is to leave everything to the choice of the chef. In other words you will find an "omakase" menu where the yakitori-oni-san will give you brochettes that suit your taste and mood. The wine list is not pricey though I would wish for more variety. They make up for this allowing BYO. For 2,000 JPY a bottle you can bring whatever you want to drink that night.

Great yakitori in Meguro. All Omakase style with a reasonable price. Cozy but authentic atmosphere with good selection of wine. Price not too expensive. 600yen for the glass of beer is great for this quality and location.

English notation is also below!! 食べるの大好き🦍です！ 🦍 loves to eat! おまかせでいただく焼鳥。 それに加えて、一品、〆、甘味を選択する。 今回は、おまかせでしっかりと食べながら以下も注文。 ・比内地鶏たたき ・チキンカツサンド ・鶏そば 焼鳥はもちろん美味しいが、中々のペースで焼かれてくるので、火入れが少し甘め。個人的な好みとしては、もう少し火入れがあると嬉しい。 少し困惑したのが、ストップと言うまで焼かれるとのことだったが、時間でストップされたこと。仕方ないかもしれないが、最初に案内してほしかった。 〆ものが串の合間に出てくるのも。。 一品、〆も美味しいからこそ残念でした。 ご馳走様でした。 We ordered the chef's choice of yakitori. In addition to that, we chose a side dish, a final dish, and a dessert. This time, we ate the chef's choice and also ordered the following. ・Hinaichidori Tataki ・Chicken Cutlet Sandwich ・Chicken Soba The yakitori was delicious, of course, but it was cooked at a moderate pace, so it was a little on the lighter side. Personally, I would have preferred it if it was cooked a little more. I was a little confused because they said they would cook it until we said stop, but they stopped when the time was up. It may be unavoidable, but I wish they had informed us at the beginning. The final dish came out between the skewers. It was a shame because the first dish and the final dish were delicious. Gochisōsamadeshita!!

在米其林一星燒鳥名店鳥しき附近，為米其林必比登推薦，也是東京米其林指南所推薦的燒鳥的少數店家之一(整個東京的米其林推薦燒鳥店家不超過10間)。店門面雅致，以吧台為主的內裡環境簡練而不過度鋪張，或許表示了主廚阿部直球對決、以料理取勝的意念，而這燒鳥真是讓人驚艷！這次所點的omakase從第一道的雞胸到最後一道的雞翅每一樣要說「極度滿意」可能還是個understatement，我想其美味應來自以高品質的火源和高超的火候手法搭配精妙地施用米其林指南描述的「鹽、醬汁、醬油」等調味來料理優質雞肉(伊達雞)。阿部的燒鳥每一口咬下去可感受到醬香、肉甜香、和/或烤香等和因不同部位與火候所帶來的幾種變化的口感纏繞在一起所迸發的美味。例如那雞心，不過熟的火候和薄醬帶出美好的本味，類似的路線在雞肝上也可嚐到，而雞肉球則是以烤香和帶彈的口感為主，為米其林指南特別點名的雞翅則同時包含了雞皮的酥香、內裡肉和脂肪的甜香、還有最後啃雞骨及其旁所黏附的肉時讓人吮指的美味，真是不得了。此外如果以為阿部是以肉類為美味的主宰那就大錯特錯，這次套餐中的兩樣烤野菜也是讓人驚艷，不過重的手法充份帶出兩種蔬菜各自美好的風味，若再訪定要多加點幾道烤野菜。 拿來搭配的啤酒白穗乃香又是一絕，偏醇厚的風味和燒鳥真是絕配。 無保留推薦 Ps. 主廚阿部先生態度親切
