The staff were kind with me, the service was fast and they have several dishes, the installations are big and clean, the food has good taste, the location is good.

I’ve always looked forward to eating at Yakoyo, and they’ve never disappointed. Their food is consistently flavorful and satisfying. One scoop of Amala is ₦300, assorted beef is ₦300, Ponmo Ijebu is ₦1000, and bottled water is ₦400. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the Gbegiri—it wasn’t bad, just not my favorite. That said, the overall quality and taste of their food remain excellent.

if you are looking for locally made food with a touch of model space and environment... I bet this is the place where you will see it all. the Ac is 100 over 100 the food is so tasty 😋 yet affordable lighting is 100 with 6k to 10k, you will be full beautiful place to snap or do small content after you have eaten... next is to chill with your phone to take some beautiful photos... their waiters are neat and well organised... i enjoyed my 3hours stay here before we head out ...

Their food here is quite cheap and affordable. Though there was a crowd, I still love the clean and spacious atmosphere.

I had heard so much about this place so had to try it. Yakoyo has moved to a new building right across from the old location. Looks much more bigger, with a VIP section upstairs. I had the Amala, with gbegiri and ewedu with Ijebu pomo and goat meat. The food was very bland, nothing special. The Pomo was very soft Amala was average but enough portion of the sauces to finish my 4 servings of Amala. Parking was a bit difficult as we had to park on a side street. Servers were adequate and as with most Nigerian Buka’s too many people behind the counter. We were welcomed by 3 waiters sitting down doing nothing, asking if we wanted to pay 1000 for VIP service ( you tell them what you want and they bring your food to you) we declined. Wanted to see what we were being served and pick our own pice of meat. Part of the experience. Probably won’t go back except for convenience.

A nice spot for both yoruba cuisine and contemporary food. I enjoyed the amala and goat meat I got here

This restaurant in Surulere is a popular spot for both dining in and ordering out, the atmosphere and design are inviting, creating a warm and welcoming environment. However, it's worth noting that the space isn't particularly kid-friendly. The staff are friendly and do their best to provide good service, though it's evident that they are overworked, the food was neatly plated and the hygiene standards is commendable. To improve the overall experience, the management could consider hiring additional staff, this would not only make operations smoother but also enhance customer satisfaction, allowing the business to build stronger relationships.

They changed locations to across the street. It’s much more upscale now. Delicious taste and good environment.
