This is a Japanese-Mexican fusion food truck, so their approach might not appeal to everyone. Personally, it didn't quite work for me compared to authentic Japanese food. However, their portions are generous, so sharing is a good idea unless you want to leave feeling stuffed!
Crab Tacos ($9.45): You get two large tacos filled with a hefty portion of imitation crab, almost too much. They use hard taco shells, which is unique, but the combination didn't quite work for me. The fresh avocado slices were good though and my favorite part of the appetizer.
Tiger Roll ($15.96): My husband and I agreed this roll was better than expected and a definite step up from the crab tacos. I could only eat two pieces, but my husband happily enjoyed the rest.
