The Udon here is fresh and delicious, and to my ignorant tourist ways, just as good as those trendy Udonya with a two hour line out front. It’s a bit far from Shibuya, on the southeast side (pretty much the opposite of the Crossing), so it’s very affordable.
While they have an English menu, the staff will have a bit of trouble. I didn’t think they were as used to tourists. That said, Google Translate does wonders….
The Curry Udon is fantastic. I also really like the Zaru Udon (dipped) in the summer.
