Raise a Toast to Bartenders With Tequila Cocktails at These North Carolina Bars | Eater

"In the North Hills Neighborhood of Raleigh is a restaurant franchise, Yard House, with locations dotted around the United States, and beers from around the world. Beer serves as the muse for the dozens of rock playlists Yard House plays for visitors. For the non-beer drinkers, the Teremana Blanco paloma is citrusy and spritzy with grapefruit soda. To pair, Yard House takes bar food to the next level with ahi tuna sashimi, a whiskey-glazed salmon, and shiitake garlic noodles, but does so while still honoring bar food’s roots: onion ring towers, and a wide variety of pizza and burgers. Get half off most appetizers and pizzas during the weekday happy hour." - Vox Creative

The food was beyond amazing and the presentation of food was the best I have ever seen so far. Our server Andrew was beyond phenomenal! If I could clone him I would. He define customer service beyond the definition! The ambiance of the restaurant would approve any sports fan out there. The setting was nice and the restaurant was very spacious! The bar was really big as well. The developer who made this business did an amazing job from beginning to end. This is definitely on my favorite list.

Google
The pricing was decent. However, my server didn't seem very interested in our table, which meant he missed the opportunity to sell drink upgrades and earn a generous tip. The manager ended up assisting us with our checkout and even cleared our plates. On a positive note, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We didn’t have to wait long on a Saturday night. I came here using a gift card.

Google
Wonderful spot for a meal with something for everyone! The menu has so many tasty options—especially the Caesar salad, which is one of our favorites in the area. The drinks are both affordable and varied, which is always a plus. The manager was incredibly kind and thoughtful, which really stood out during our visit. Our son loved the coloring pages they provided and enjoyed his generously sized meal. Paying at the table via tablet made checkout super easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Google
The food was absolutely delicious. The calamari was so tasty and the grilled chicken sandwich was so juicy. Our server was a little slow, however, it was completely packed out on a Saturday night. The food did arrive pretty quickly. I really enjoyed the location and I will definitely visit again.

Google
The place was spacious and quite busy when we arrived, but we were accommodated well by the staff. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. All our orders came out at the same time, which we really appreciated. We especially loved the Orange Chicken with Spicy Rice, Miguel's Queso Dip, Fried Calamari, Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds, and the Parmesan Truffle Fries — all highly recommended! We were also happy that they granted our request for a small cake to celebrate, which made the experience even more special. The only downside was the comfort room, which could have been cleaner. Other than that, we had a great overall experience and would definitely come back!

We visited Yard House on a Monday around 4:30 PM. Parking in the surrounding area is limited, but the building where the restaurant is located has its own parking garage, which was free — a nice surprise. When we arrived, we were seated right away, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself is beautiful — spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a full bar and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the setting. We ordered several dishes: Ahi Poke Nachos: Okay presentation, but the sauce was extremely spicy — so spicy that I had to pick around certain areas without sauce just to be able to eat some of it. Sliders & Fries: The sliders were fine, but the fries were way too greasy. We ate maybe three fries total and left the rest. Boneless Wings: These were good (a bit too sweet but ok) . We tried both the BBQ and the Korean chili garlic sauce. Maui Chicken: This one wasn’t for us. The grilled chicken was overly salty, and the pineapple didn’t blend well with the other flavors. Calamari: Very disappointing. It looked like calamari, but it just didn’t taste like it. I’ve had calamari in many restaurants and usually love it, but this one had no flavor. The texture was fine — it wasn’t spoiled or anything like that — it just didn’t taste like calamari at all. The service was friendly and the presentation was okay, but overall, the food just didn’t deliver. The place looks better than it tastes. The total came to about $54–$57 plus tip, and honestly, we were just glad it was during Happy Hour, so we didn’t have to pay full price — because it definitely wasn’t worth it. Wouldn't go back.

Google
People make the experience! Nevoda our server was a complete joy! She made the already great food much better! When I'm in town again, I will definitely visit and ask to sit in her section if she is working. The burger looked like the picture, and tasted as good if not better than what my mind was anticipating!

Google
First time on a Friday night and it wasn’t crazy packed! Cozy atmosphere with rock music, not too loud. Lots of different options for drinks and food! Food was great, will definitely be back for more.

Yelp
While visiting family in this fine state. My cousins raved about this place. We came in the tail end of happy hour! I'm proud to say we ordered 5 appetizers in 4 minutes. I'm sure it's a record somewhere. Our server handled it all in stride. We ordered : poke nachos ( gotta be a fan of poke FYI- my table was not‍), chicken nachos, ( looked good, tasted meh-like it was sitting for a minute or two) fried calamari( exceptionally fried well!), boneless wings and roasted Brussels sprouts ( nice and spicy with a slight crunch) It's a nice place to chill, it reminds me of a bar in battery park city or Williamsburg . Sorry for the no pics, we were kinda hungry! Another reason to visit and try the entrees next!

Yelp
I've been here 3 times and the food is never to disappoint. Personally, a go to dish is the Korean ribeye. It's a bit pricey but it puts fusion into a classy dish and creates a palate of umami and savory flavors. The staff here are quick with orders and are accommodating to any requests or changes to orders. This place has a sporty but classy vibe. There's a big variety of drinks and beers on the menu. Would come here again to celebrate a birthday or watch the game with some buds.

Yelp
I'm typically disappointed with restaurant food and rightfully so?!? I usually relegate restaurants to the weekends, meltdown days, or social events. Either myself or a family member cooks during the week. After having a near meltdown, I settled on Yard House. I've eaten here 8++ years ago and wasn't necessarily impressed. This particular Friday must have been graduation celebration day, as it was pretty packed with large groups for a 3pm Friday dining time. I'm dubbing this best restaurant meal of the week, maybe month! Weekday between 3-5 selected apps are 50% off. Late lunch partner opted for calamari and Brussels sprouts appetizers. I opted for the Asian inspired pork chop with cauliflower, quinoa, veggie medley. The apps were solid. Calamari light flour dredge, not too chewy, faint "fishy" smell. Brussel sprouts coated in Korean inspired savory & sweet glaze (slight bitter taste). Both appetizers accompanied by a dipping sauce(s). Generous portions. I opted for a bone in Asian inspired pork chop. Meat moist and not too salty with a good sear. I was concerned about cauliflower rice, not to fear. Minimal cauliflower rice and the soy based sauce gave the veggie medley plenty of flavor. Finally, there was a sweet and sour dipping sauce that balanced the meal well. Service was fine. If I had to guess they were short staffed on our visit. Our server checked on us several times, but we did have to request drink refills. Atmosphere is dark and could possibly be loud. We had no problem hearing each other. Good for groups with a reservation, solos, friends, girl nights, etc. Menu is expansive and price point large enough that MOST people should find something they like. I found it easier to navigate the online menu vs in person menu. Maybe all the stars aligned and this was a very, very good one off. Looking forward to trying again! Chain restaurant: 4.6

Yelp
I get the same thing every time because it's my favorite dish from here! The orange chicken. Despite me getting the same dish I love how extensive their menu is here. I consider this upscale bar food. The service is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience.

Yelp
Another bummer for girls' weekend. I went as a recommendation from a friend. Friday evening is a busy time for this spot. The atmosphere was NOISY. I mean we were practically shouting to hear each other, so if you want a quiet spot for an evening out, this is not it. The menu is extensive which always makes me a bit leery. I ordered the birria tacos with rice and beans. Although it was a soft taco, it was soggy. The dipping sauce was warm and unflavored, not hot. The rice was overcooked and the beans unseasoned. One of my friends enjoyed her burger. The other said her food was ok, nothing to brag about. The whole experience was like sitting in a fast food restaurant while children play in the ball pit. ‍. I wanted this place to be good, but I'm not likely to return. My friend said lunch time is better. The service was good the waiter was helpful and friendly. There's plenty of seating and free parking in the garage. Cooking at home is looking better every day.

Yelp
Very delicious meals, my girlfriend and i love to come here to eat it's one of our favorite places to go. The service is amazing and super friendly!

Yelp
I never even heard of Yard House until my son who was stationed in San Diego called me up and told me this place was soon to become my favorite. Well he was 100% correct. We went on a crazy busy Saturday evening, although super crowded, we only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Our waitress Miaa, who was one of the nicest servers I've experienced in a few years, was extremely helpful with the extensive beer list, and menu offerings. We ordered apps, Including the cheese curds which were next level. The menu is so large you'll want to order several items. Both the Vampire Tacos, and Kurobuta Pork Burger were to die for ! I could go on forever, and probably have, but this place was A+ in all categories !

Yelp
Went for an early dinner on a Sunday, arriving around 4:45 pm. There was no wait for a table and we chose to eat outside. The inside is quite large and there is a decent amount of outdoor seating as well. Ordered the pretzel appetizer which was just okay - I love a soft pretzel and have had better at other restaurants. It was just bland and the beer cheese had a weird taste IMO. The menu had many options, which is always good (as long as it's not so many that they don't do anything that well - looking at you CF). My mom enjoyed the onion ring tower. My husband enjoyed the birria tacos. I had the poke salad which was decent. Good house margarita. We will probably go back for the weekday happy hour.

Yelp
Had dinner at Yard House last night with my family and had a great time overall. I would say the service was a bit slow in the beginning but it got better once our server took our orders. We shared the chicken nachos appetizer which was amazing! I had the truffle burger which was outstanding I did enjoy it! I would definitely come back to Yard House.

Yelp
10/10 overall. I can't speak on the inside of the place but we ate on the outside which wasn't bad at all they have heaters if you get cold. We had the spinach dip to start and it was very very very good, my first time having spinach dip and it was amazing. The tortilla chips are on the salty side but not to the point where it is unbearable. My boyfriend got the Korean BBQ steak and said it described perfectly (so if you are not 100% certain then do not get it) he had it medium rare and loved the char-ness and texture of his steak and stated it was the best steak he has had in NC and I think it had an amazing sweet BBQ flavor and his Korean fries were sweet as well, I thought it was mayo on the fries but it did not taste like mayo. I had the Honey Salmon. Words can't explain how good the salmon is, it was perfectly cooked, the extra sauce really ties it all together. The carrots and broccoli are a little under seasoned but the dipping it into the sauce helps a lot and adding pepper (sorry) and the mashed potatoes are the best mashed potatoes I have ever had. So flavorful, so fluffy, so smooth. We had 4 drinks total, with 2 each and I will say I feel like I should lol. 3 drinks and I would have to be carried to the car. I had a Passionfruit spritz which was a wonderful experience fruity, sweet, and spicy. I also had something cosmo which was amazing it comes with a cute edible picture and it was perfectly tart. I loved our server Malik he was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to wait too long and he was always around when we needed him.

Shibu I.

Yelp
Customer experience terrible. They would not accommodate my son's request to change a tv channel to the nfl game he wanted on Sunday as the booths in front of us were empty so there would be no inconvenience to other customers. Additionally, there were many TV's around but they have strict rule to not change channels on Sunday. His team was playing outside and with a small baby we could not sit outside. Also one of the reasons we came to yardhouse was to watch multiple games plus the team of our interest. Ohh, by the way for a time my family and I were weekly customers. Not the first time we have poor customer experience here, but it will probably be the last. Unfortunately , been going to yard houses in Florida for a long time. It suck's to see the Raleigh location mess up the experience.

Yelp
Went here for a graduation celebration on a Wednesday night and it was a super cool vibe. We had a reservation because we had a big party with the drinks and food came out fairly quickly. I had a lobster pasta and my other half had the pasta with shrimp reminded me of an Asian dish he said it was very good. We also had the Brussel sprouts as the appetizer and they were amazing!
google avatar

David D.

Yelp
I always enjoy the Mediterranean Salmon at Yard House as well as the lively atmosphere--all the TV's. That's what keeps me coming back--get the Med Salmon. I tried my friends Chicken and Vegetables and it was very good too. The table service here was outstanding! I wish I could take that waitress with me all over. Parking is free and easy on the street in front--it's in an area with nice stores and restaurants and we walked around afterwards. The food at Yard House is not the absolute best you will have anywhere--but combined with the atmosphere--late hours, and great service--it's a 5 with 4 of 5 food. The food is just too salty for my taste!

Yelp
Was here for a weekday dinner and it was quite busy when we arrived. Didn't have a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes or so to be seated. Service was the highlight here. Our waitress was friendly and even split our check across quite a few people which we really appreciated. Food was in line with other Yard Houses I've been to. Ordered several plates to share among the group and the highlight for me was the taco. Nice size and the chips had a nice crisp. The ambiance was your typical (busy) American bar chain restaurant.

Yelp
The food was good and our server was very nice. The ambiance was clean and welcoming.

Yelp
Went here for the first time on 12/7/24 the atmosphere was nice and good music. Waitress Brittany was friendly and smiled the whole time. We ran out of water a few times so I suggest you just leave the pitcher on the table. As soon as I ate the chicken nachos my stomach started turning and twisting in a knot. I went to the bathroom twice. My brother steak was bland he told the waitress he would season and recook it when he got home. The chicken nachos presentation is just sloppy.
google avatar

Niq C.

Yelp
It was a good time. Waiter was very attentive and nice to us. Food was good and there was not a long wait. This is not my first time eating at this location and I can say the same for my last experience as well.

Yelp
I absolutely love yard house and going to this location wasn't any different. The staff was extremely friendly and definitely made sure my family had a nice time. The food came out quickly for a busy Sunday lunch rush, and our server was extremely attentive to anything we needed. My niece loved all the food and made sure we didn't leave without ordering the brookie which was filled with so much chocolate richness in every bite!

Vehrenica R.

Yelp
They have good foods The chicken wings is recommended for starter It taste different!! Just the server some of them not good Girls server they need to put a little smile on their face .. didn't feel comfortable with the girls server But foods are good tho ..

Yelp
I typically don't go for restaurants with an overall rating of 4.0 or lower but my friends insisted we try this place. We went right before happy hour was over and had the chicken nachos, calamari, gardein boneless wings and chicken fingers. The star of the show was for sure the chicken nachos. You get a ton of nachos and everything was pretty fresh. I am not vegan but the vegan wings were pretty good! For entrees we had the beef noodles, vodka pasta, orange gardein chicken and Cobb salad. The vodka pasta was amazing and I also really enjoyed the Cobb salad. For drinks we had the watermelon margarita and passion fruit mojito. The margarita was not that great whereas the passion fruit mojito was on the sweeter side but better than the margarita. The one thing that would make me return to Yard House is their happy hour and the service.

Yelp
My partner and I came on a weekend evening for dinner. It was not very crowded, but we had a reservation just in case. The ambiance was very laid back and perfect for drinking beer while watching basketball. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was delicious - I love calamari in general and this dish didn't disappoint! I ordered the cheddar bacon burger with a side of onion rings instead of fries - the burger was very tasty and I loved the onion rings! We ended the meal with a brookie which was really yummy - I'm actually craving one as I write this! Overall, we had a great experience and I'll definitely be back for the brookie!

Yelp
Very enjoyable all the way around. Great atmosphere, artsy with great music videos projected on several screens around the place, comfy seating, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Great deals on appetizers during happy hour.
google avatar

Adam B.

Yelp
I've been to several Yard Houses across America and this one is as good as any of them. It's a good thing that standards are pretty consistent throughout the nation. The best chicken nachos in existence, period. Fresh veggies, great guac, good quality chicken. Huuuuuuuuge portion size. I could probably eat the whole thing if I was depressed enough. And during happy hour, M-F, they're half off. Friendly staff, they let me try several of their many beers before I made my decision.
google avatar

Tee C.

Yelp
I came to YardHouse for an executive Board Meeting for one of the Professional networks I am a member of. We had a party of about 11 people. We were able to get a table but before they would seat us I had to sign a document agreeing to a guaranteed tip amount (I selected 18%), and they ended up charging us 20%. I found that to be deceptive. We paid without making a fuss, but it also made me wonder if this was a standard practice. I saw other large groups come in to get seated as well but they didn't ask them to sign this document. Our server was Jake. He was awesome! He gets 5 stars for his impeccable service. As for my meal. I had the penne vodka with chicken fontina. It was super salty. The taste was mediocre at best. I will say the chicken was tender and flavorful but again super salty. The vibe of the space is pretty chill. I am on the fence on whether or not I would return personally. I doubt I would recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
We went on Mother's Day even though we were told it will be a 45 min to hour wait it only was 35 minutes food was delicious waiter was great! Especially the drunken noodles!
google avatar

Yelp
Food came out fast. Our waitress Camille gave us great food recommendations. We shared 2 appetizers and one entree (poke salad). The food was very yummy. We can't wait to visit again!

Michael T.

Yelp
After finding the parking garage, the location is very accessible. Food and Service were great during my visit.
google avatar

Yelp
This dip was amazing & offers enough for a shaded appetizer of two. It came with both chips & bread. Both were yummy however, I enjoyed the warm chips & the ease of crunch, would recommend! Service was prompt on a busy Friday night.

Katie H.

Yelp
We visited a Yard House in Orlando, FL back in October 2024 and figured we'd try this one in Raleigh. Sad to say it left us with not wanting to ever visit one again (though we would possibly go back to the one in Florida with such great food and service we had). The service was not great in Raleigh when we went on Sunday, May 24, 2025. It wasn't overly busy, very loud atmosphere so you can't really talk to your table members well. We only had 3 of us (myself, my husband, and our son (he was 17 at the time). We waited a bit to receive our drinks and refills and only received them because we asked. When it came to our food it was mediocre at best. The steak I ordered was overcooked when I asked for it to be medium and I try not to ever send food back because I've seen the moving Waiting. But there was no way I was going to eat that. They brought a new order within 10 minutes and that was still well done, but I tried to eat half of it. Flavor was not great, even the homemade sauce was meh, and I'm not bougie at all. It was as though I was eating at your friend's house and you wanted to be polite and not be rude, so I ate half of my dinner. My husband's food was less than to be desired. He ordered tacos and it was cold, not very flavorful, just all around a bad experience. Maybe it was an off day for the restaurant. At least my son's dish was decent but he isn't too picky. I wouldn't recommend this place, nor would we ever come back to this specific Yard House. We were blown away by the food, quality, taste, and service in Florida though. So that one, I can totally recommend (we went to Disney/Universal).
google avatar

Cassie M.

Yelp
I went here for a late night bite with some colleagues after a work event. The service was below average. I felt rushed ordering by our waiter, only to wait a long while to actually receive our food. I got a Hawaiian mule which was alright but I liked the lavender drop martini I liked much better at the Virginia Beach location. I ordered the macaroni which comes with truffle, chicken, & more. I wish I knew there were multiple sizes because I ended up with the large which was way too big especially since I didn't have a microwave at my hotel & about $20.
google avatar

Christina C.

Yelp
I am a YardHouse fan! I was super excited to find that one existed in Raleigh, so of course we had to have our local friends try it out! The place was pretty packed since it was a holiday weekend so we went and grabbed seats at the bar. The ambiance is very similar to the Orlando location where you can see the pipes for the drafts all collecting at the central bar. The menu is pretty similar as well, with the exception being that they highlight beers local to the area. As always having the Parmesan truffle fried is a must for an appetizer! For our meal we split the carnivore pizza. The service was fairly quick considering how mousy it was so were able to get in, eat and get out with no issues! The drinks kept flowing! I'd highly recommend this place for happy hours especially if you want to keep a tight budget or on a weekend out with friends! The quality of food and prices can't be beat!

Yelp
I was so disappointed at our Holiday Christmas dinner for work. We had a party of 11. Although, the hostess staff was kind, we waited way longer than we were told and we had to sit back to back in booths. First, the music and conversation in here makes it SOOO loud that you can barely hear the person beside you. We were also right by the kitchens and it sounded like they were throwing or breaking dishes. Our server, Miaa was probably the worst server that I have had in years. She was no not friendly, and honestly plain out rude. We even complained to the manager. It was always a joke as to how bad she didn't want to be there. The food- queso app was really good, avocado toast was excellent, and Brussels were not that great. I ordered the tuna with broccolini and jasmine rice. They didn't serve it with any sauce at all so I waited 10 minutes for Miaa to come back over to check on us before I got some. The rice was hard and the broccolini looked like chopped frozen spinach. Tuna was cut so thick that it wasn't appetizing. The rest of the table had Mac and cheese, jambalaya and a sandwich. Not one person enjoyed their meals. I also had a smalll house salad which was average but the ranch wasn't the best. I have absolutely no intention to come back here again. There are so many phenomenal restaurants in the area.

Yelp
Visiting North Carolina, quickly visited this establishment. Happy Hour food was good, do yourself a favor and try the Chicken Nacho There is NO parking Ambiance is beautiful, inside & outside. Bon appétit!!
google avatar

Lexi G.

Yelp
I ordered the whiskey and aged white cheddar burger with Parmesan truffle fries to go with it. The burger was sooooo juicy and amazing! The mushrooms were a nice touch. I'm usually not the biggest mushroom fan but they were great. Fries were ehhh. Should've stuck with regular fries. Our waitress was nice and quick in the midst of lunch hour.
google avatar

Santana B.

Yelp
Date night on Friday. I ordered a delicious mock-tail at the bar we also ordered the Carne Asada tacos and a burger with the truffle fries. It was great. The service was great. The atmosphere is always chill and lay back.

Nick C.

Yelp
I like a few of the menu items though it takes spending too much money to wade your way through all the average crap to get to the few things that are actually high quality (pork chop, crispy beef noodles, chicken tenders for the kids). HOWEVER, the absolute worst thing about this place (other than the consistently disorganized servers) is the navigation for the online menu. It is EASILY the worst I have ever seen for any restaurant EVER. No matter what device or platform, it locks up, delays, stalls out, won't load, or jumps everywhere. It is almost impossible to do a basic menu search. It is so bad, that I have literally given up and not ordered takeout several times. Who knows how much revenue they have lost due to this easily fixable shortcoming. For the sake of humanity, figure out how to build a website that navigates like everyone else. My local gas station has better navigation. Pathetic and totally fixable. Stop being cheap asses and fix this bs.

Yelp
Happy hour is from 3-6 I had an amazing time with the bartender Wesley, he worked the bar alone and never missed a beat. He took orders refilled drinks and kept a positive attitude. This was my first time here. The chicken wraps were so good I missed my photo option. The Spanish dip was not my favorite, it tasted like it was missing something. The calamari was flavorful. This a definitely a repeat place for me! Good vibes good food and great people.

Yelp
The low down: The food is good, initially the service was great, but in the end we waited for about 20 minutes to get our check so we could leave . We both kept trying to get someones attention to no avail. Parking sucks, but it is expected in this North Hills area. The price w our coupon was excellent. Big thing for me was the bartender not knowing about Buffalo Trace Screen signage (see photo). If something is being projected on a lit up screen, staff should be able to talk about it. Fun fact: the electricity went out for about 10 min but they didn't skip a beat, a ton of beers on tap. Had a coupon for a free dinner entree that expired in December so we decided to head here in a Monday night. We got there around 6:30pm and althothere were several patrons, there was not a wait. The Yard House does have some parking but most need to park in the parking garage. This is expected for this area but I personally don't like it When entering Yard House you need to walk up to the counter (at least I think), the sign says take out but no one directed us to go elsewhere so after the guy in front picked up his order we walked up and we asked about sitting at the bar, which we were able to go and seat ourselves. The bar is a large, almost u-shaped area in the middle of the restaurant. When we arrived it seemed like there was only one person working the bar, but shortly after I noticed 2 more servers behind the bar. Our order was taken promptly, We ordered a Pepper Jack burger w French fries and Whiskey Glazed Salmon w mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. The food was delicious w generous portions. The fact that we had a coupon made it well worth it. Checking out was a bit of an ordeal, but once it was done we left happy and full with some left overs.

Yelp
It's a staple of North Hills, you might even call it "the spot", good food and good vibes and great service always. Bustling with friends, co-workers and locals. Tons of beers on tap to choose from. A must visit.

Yelp
If you come here for anything, let it be the happy hour. I'm still amazed at how many GREAT menu options they offer for happy hour/50% off. The food was delicious, hot, and served in big portions. They have vegan options on the happy hour menu as well as a very long menu of vegan options on the menu! There is definitely something for everybody. I was actually very surprised at how cheap our bill was because the food was actually good. I really enjoyed the sliders and those would be my go to appetizer from now on but I still have a lot more to try. The inside is nice and big with a huge oval bar in the middle of the restaurant with plenty of bar seats if you can't get a table. They also have a long outdoor seating area that wraps around the restaurant. We sat at the bar but had about 3-4 people always checking on us and making sure we were good so the service was great. The beef and shrimp tacos and vegan burger were delicious entree options too!

Yelp
I have visited other locations, and this is very similar. Several locations and it's a good place to watch sports. Lots of beer options to choose from and the bartenders are good with suggestions. The cheese curds are plentiful, calamari is delicious and the classic cheeseburger is filling and has good taste. Outdoor seating is available and the service was decent.

Yelp
Had a great time at the bar, we even got photo bombed LOL. My brother I really enjoyed the beer selection and great conversations with Jordan the Bartender. Beer was ice cold, crisp and flavorful. I have eaten here many times, tonight was fun BRO time. The food and service is always consistently above average.

Yelp
I stopped into Yard House in North Hills with some friends when I was visiting Raleigh and had a really good experience. Overall it's a really great spot to watch any games at and they have tons of seating with some booths and a bunch of bar seating as well. Parking is a bit funky in north hills so you may have to circle a few times or just park in a nearby deck for a few bucks. I started out with their pink dragon cocktail which had reposado tequila, citrus, pink dragon fruit, and was served Smokey. For my meal I got the sliders with some truffle fries which were delicious and I also tried some of their chicken tenders which were yummy. Overall a great spot with a ton of food and drink options if you're looking for an easy dinner!

Yelp
Plenty of space inside and easy to order off of the kiosks they have on the tables. Nice for happy hour

Yelp
The noodles were good. First time trying. Bar service was quick. Loud/bar environment but good food.

Yelp
The food was fantastic and the service was great. It was loud and made it difficult to have a conversation with someone at the table.

Yelp
I visited with my family on a Friday around the start of happy hour. We've been here before at that time as it allows us to get a booth before the restaurant gets busy after work hours and still enjoy the scenery at North Hills. The wait staff smiled a lot and were very personable. We arrived during a shift change, but there were no issues with delays in getting our drink/food order placed. Our waiter was very attentive in refilling our drinks and checking on us to see if everything was ok. We appreciated that. The main reason we came during happy hour is for the half priced appetizers. They have a decent selection of items for half price during that time. My wife, son andhalf-priced daughter and I all were able to find something that we liked. We just ordered a bunch of appetizers and shared them. We had the calamari, cheese pizza, bbq chicken pizza, Korean boneless wings and the chicken tenders. My wife had to go rouge and get the Firecracker shrimp (not eligible for the happy hour discount). I don't blame her for ordering it, as it is very, very good! My apologies for not providing a detailed description of the shrimp, but it is good and my wife and I would recommend it to anyone who likes some slightly spicy shrimp on a bed of sweet rice cake. The calamari were lightly fried with just the right amount of salt. Crispy and not overcooked. The kids had the cheese pizza and tenders, which was, well... cheese pizza and tenders. Not much to say there. They enjoyed it. The Korean boneless wings were very good. I'm not sure how authentic the flavor was, but I enjoyed them nonethelessin. Crispy chicken breast bites fried and tossed with a sweet chili sauce. Our waiter mentioned the wings would be spicy. She was correct, spicy, but not hot. The sauce was just right, not very sweet, but had a nice chili spice to it. I will definitely get that again. The BBQ chicken pizza was also good. I had that before. The size of the pizza (all of the pizzas) was nice for $8. The chicken was breast pieces were still tender after cooking in the oven. The bbq sauce as the base was good, not too sweet, a bit smokey, and just the right quantitiy on the pizza. Red onion was a nice counter to the sweetness of the sauce and the cilantro provided some brightness to the pizza. Overall, we had a nice time out there. Except for the shrimp, nothing we ordered was over $8. As Bob Barker said, "The price is right!". The TVs were showing various games and the music was not too loud (easy to hold a conversation at the table). We'll be back for sure!

Yelp
Solid place to come if you are looking to watch a sports game, have some cocktails with friends or a date and grab a bite to eat - and the North Hills area is very pleasant. Also, let's be real here you guys - as an "up and coming" area, there isn't an extensive collection of late night dining options in the Triangle, and the kitchen here stays open until 1AM - and they have POKE (my fav). I came in last night with a friend for dinner and drinks after the Carolina Hurricanes vs Pens game at PNC arena - this was one of the only dining options we were aware of that was open after the game (11PM?) on a Friday night. My friend ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken (I am currently doting on gluten free and mainly vegetarian options - but I do eat meat) and I ordered the Poke tuna - gluten free style - which was quality.
