I've been a member for over 5 years! I love it! Kind and friendly staff, clean, & beautiful views. It's high end without it feeling pretentious. I also love the 2 pools. They also organize a ton of charitable events. They're a great part of Conejo Valley community.

I bring my kids to play in the daycare on Saturday mornings while I work out. Super clean and nice atmosphere. They've got a huge pool with classes and a separate warm family pool that we use. Lots of exercise classes to choose from, including yoga several times a week. Love it here, well worth what you pay for.

We have nothing but great things to say about the Westlake YMCA! The front staff, cleaning crew, class instructors and kids club workers are all wonderful! The facility is stunning and very light and bright with floor to ceiling glass. The array of classes are solid and the pool is one of the best in the area. The upholstery on the sofas and the bathroom showers could use a deep clean, but otherwise the facility is very well maintained! We especially love the kids club. Our daughter has been going since she was 3 months old and everyone takes such wonderful care of her. We feel so grateful to be able to get in a solid workout in or get some work done on the patio while she is happily playing at the kids club. Can’t recommend it enough!

I canceled my $105/month membership because the pool rules are a mess. People swim two or three abreast without asking, kids with snorkeling gear are in the main pool, and management ignores complaints. If you want a safe, relaxing swim, this is not the place. YMCA needs to enforce rules and change lane policies immediately.

The trails behind the YMCA are not a dog toilet. YMCA needs to educate those using their facilities to pick up after their dogs on the trails behind the facility. Only close to the buildings are there abnormal quantities of dog feces on the trail left by inconsiderate irresponsible dog owners. This is a shared open space with wildlife and local residents. Leaving dog excrement on the trail in this manner reflects poorly on those who use the YMCA facilities and enter the trails from the Y. Please attend to this matter urgently with adequate education and instructions at trail openings near YMCA and send correspondence to subscribers.

What an amazing facility! When I first heard of this project at the planning stage, I couldn't wait for it to be built. It's in the most supreme location, at Lindero Canyon and TO Blvd, with unbelievable views from....believe it or not...the PARKING lot. Yes, this place has views from everywhere. It's a premier place for the sports minded Westlake and Thousand Oaks residents to hang out. Nothing short of spectacular.

Update:Leadership got back to me. I really wanted to believe you. I did. But after seeing the actual email thread and reading the witness statements, I can’t make sense of it. How can the YMCA claim to be inclusive for everyone, yet completely drop the ball when it comes to supporting a this Black member? All the witness accounts backed him. And they sent them to you all. It’s 2025. This shouldn’t still be happening. I come here with my boyfriend, who plays pickup basketball with a group of guys. One of his Black friends was recently suspended after a white player pushed him, threatened him, and got in his face. He pushed back just to get space. After the incident, he was demonstrating to his friends what happened. Management claimed they saw him on video with no audio, being aggressive and “pushing multiple players.” In reality, he was just illustrating what happened, and the other players even confirmed he wasn’t being threatening. They’ve all played together for years, and still, he was suspended while the white player faced no consequences. Because the white player who started it all, complained. Honestly, it feels like unfair treatment and possible racial bias from management. I hope they fix this mess.

Update: A thorough review should have been the first step. Why wasn’t it? According to emails from your Chief of Operations, the white member did nothing wrong and didn’t engage in "comparable behavior." Yet, witness emails clearly contradict that. So either your COO misrepresented the facts, showing bias against the Black member or this company is actively trying to cover it up. Strong implications of racism. I can't say enough about Oscar. He has been an incredible swim coach for my daughter, and he's truly the reason she's made it to the next level. Oscar's patience and guidance was remarkable. He didn't just teach her the strokes; he instilled in her a love for the water and a sense of confidence that goes far beyond the pool. Oscar has a unique ability to connect with his swimmers. He's firm yet incredibly encouraging, always pushing her to be her best while making sure she's having fun. He's patient and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I tell everyone if you're looking for a coach who truly cares about his swimmers and gets results, Oscar is your guy. Thank you Oscar!

I went to the pool only three times this month, and twice I had issues with people jumping into my lane without asking. Members are clearly emboldened by the poorly enforced rules to feel entitled to encroach on personal space. I've been a long-time member and raised my kids with the YMCA--I never taught them to take someone else's lane or intrude on others. Period! I recently canceled my membership. The pool rules are a mess--people swim two or three abreast, kids with snorkeling gear are in the main pool, and management ignores complaints. On top of that, the pool is often closed or unavailable, and the hours of operation aren't suitable for working members. If you want a safe, relaxing swim, this is not the place. YMCA needs to enforce rules, revise lane policies, and improve access immediately. From the reviews, I see that the other members are clearly frustrated too.

Every time I go to the Yarrow YMCA, the pool is closed. I don't know what is going on over there, but I don't go there that often, because I have an outdoor pool that I prefer to swim at. But every single time I go to the Yarrow YMCA, I find the pool closed. Seriously. This place needs to get their act together.

Awesome staff! Friendly environment great facilities and lovely energy. One of the nicest YMCAs too date.

I belong to another Y which was closed on the 4th so I visited Westlake YMCA. One of the nicest athletic facilities I've ever visited. I swam and the pool was immaculate along with perfect water temperature. The showers were similar to a high end hotel and the locker room sparkled The clown in the café tried ruining the day with his rudeness and incompetence but he was unsuccessful and we grabbed food at the nearby Chikfila Such a phenomenal facility with a friendly skilled staff. Well done.

Update: In response to this situation, I received a full refund of this month's fee from management because of the unprofessional behavior of this desk worker (Tyler White). I appreciate their professionalism in how the situation was handled. Updated my rating to reflect this. Overall, the facilities are nice, but this incident shows that they need to be much more careful about who they hire. I've been a paying member of the YMCA for a few years, and until recently, I have had nothing but positive and professional experiences. Unfortunately that changed after an experience with a part-time front desk employee named Tyler White, who despite not having any kind of managerial authority, attempted to forcibly remove me from the premises under the false belief that I was trespassing. I was extensively harassed by this employee and falsely accused of committing a crime based on suspicion alone. To be clear, I am a current member with a valid membership which I scanned when I arrived. Despite successfully scanning my card and having my check in verbally acknowledged by multiple staff members, Tyler had some personal doubts and suspicions about whether I was a member. However, he did not ask for additional verification in a respectful way. Instead, he profiled me as a trespasser, escalated the situation, repeatedly demanding that I leave and threatened to call the police. He loudly (falsely) accused me of committing a crime in front of other gym members and even imitated law enforcement in the kind of language that he was using. He shouted in front of other gym members in definite terms "you will be arrested" as a mere civilian. These arrest threats were made based on suspicion alone and absolutely no evidence to support them. I seriously do not know anyone of adult age that does not realize that this kind of language is specifically reserved for law enforcement... not for someone who's job title is "membership assistant" at the ymca. After I proved to him that I was a member, no apology was offered. Instead he offered the pathetic excuse that "we've just been having a lot of trespassers lately". I absolutely do not appreciate being falsely accused of crimes from a part time desk worker who has no legal authority whatsoever. Also, if you look at a job listing for his official role (membership assistant)... we read that they are to "Bring unusual or unresolved issues to the attention of the Membership Director". Therefore, it is part of his job to refer issues internally within the company, not to take suspicions into his own hands and recklessly threaten and accuse. While the YMCA is private property it also operates under contractual obligations with its members. Tyler's behavior was not only legally questionable (verging on defamation and violation of California's public accommodations laws (Unruh Act) which prohibits arbitrary discrimination ), it also reflects a serious lack of training and oversight. If someone this inexperienced, immature, unhinged and reactive is being given unchecked authority over member access, then that is a huge liability to the YMCA and its members. This was an huge overreach by a young employee who severely lacks maturity. This experience raises serious questions about Tyler White's employability in a customer service job. The fact of the matter is that he is simply not employable by the widest stretch of the imagination. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The YMCA should be a place of community. Not suspicion, humiliation attempts or power trips from immature staff barely out of high school.

Our grandson's championship flag football game was played here and we were very impressed by the fields, parking availability and outdoor restrooms. My granddaughter occasionally has her club soccer practices here also. I noticed the outdoor pickleball courts were full (at 7 pm on a cool Saturday night!) and there was a very nice playground area on the opposite end of the property. The aquatic center looked amazing as well as the building where I imagine there is a fitness center and other wonderful amenities. What a view! If we lived in the area, we definitely would be "Y" members!

A really nice facility with lots of options for classes and workouts, but once you get in and start trying to use the workout equipment, the experience grows quickly frustrating and not worth the cost. Teenagers using equipment to fool around, people wearing improper footwear (crocs), A/C set too low, and frankly just too little space for the number of people who frequent the fitness room just makes it a miserable experience. The fitness room is clearly not the highlight of this facility so if that's your primary reason for joining the Y, I'd advise against.

After the isolation of 2020, this Y is especially terrific...well, honestly, 2020 aside, this Y is the absolute best! The folks that work here are beyond wonderful, so welcoming. The gym is super clean, was very impressed to see that there are wipes available and signs encouraging folks to wipe off their machines after use. The basketball gym is huge and indoors so we can play despite the heat or I will also say, hopefully rain...The pools are also so clean and well maintained, both the lap pool and warm water pool are available to members with pool schedules posted for easy access. The classes offered are taught by dynamic, knowledgeable personnel encouraging all participants regardless of level to have fun and stay fit. There's a huge parking lot out front, with free parking. Sure glad to have this facility close by!

Great gym, great facilities, nice staff, amazing pool, mediocre members. Everyone here acts stuck up, doesn't smile, refuses to share lanes like entitled children. If you want to act that way go to the equinox a block away rich brats. Other than that best Y on earth

This gym has become impossible to go to on the weekends. They have no parking for gym members and the front desk really does not care. Do not become a member if you are looking for a gym you can workout on weekends.

Literally only here because it's the only place with childcare But how about when you show up with your kids and there is a waiting list in child care and they can't take your children... while three or 4 employees are upfront but they can't call any extra employees to help in child care? Btw if you have a special needs child on the spectrum don't trust that they will be nice to your child because they aren't trained to deal with special needs kids obviously . My child complains about certain staff members here. Micro management isn't this a family non profit gym ? Isn't this a family environment? Nothing but the opposite If your a senior citizen this is your place this is who they want in this gym

So the Y is more of a senior citizen center (no offense). Just took my two little kids to family swim and they were having a senior aerobics class smack in the middle of the pool. Lifeguard yells everyone get out of the pool there's poop in the water. One of the senior citizens in the aerobics class literally let out a turd in the pool and the life guards were trying to fish it out. They close the pool. We just got there and so my kids are mad and crying. Wtf. Funny because a while back when my kids went to grab the float vests a lifeguard stopped us and said it's still senior swim time and family swim is in an hour. I told him it said on their website that it's family swim now, he said those hours are wrong, so we and other families with small kids were just standing around waiting because we weren't aware they didn't update their website. So my question is, how does senior rights override children's rights when this is for the youth? Why can't children swim during senior swim but seniors can have a full aerobics class smack in the middle of family swim? So then I took my kids to play some puck to cheer them up but nope they're all taken by seniors so we left. I canceled my membership because what a waste of time. Their childcare is also a gamble, there are some nice and not so nice ladies that work there.

Nice views from gym, however, machines don't work. Overly expensive membership rates. Gym closes early on weekends!

Joined for the pool but family swim was closed most the summer due to camps being held. Signed up and paid for private training lessons, never heard from anyone. This place was not for me!

Beautiful facility, nice staff. When I joined I let them know it was to take core body classes. Unless you are willing to set an alarm 49 hours in advance of the class to signup (the earliest time signups are allowed) the class and the waiting list will be full. Always! Once I was on the waiting list and received an email 10 minutes before the class was to begin. I cannot get there in 10 minutes, not to mention I'm not going to wait around hoping I get in. When I spoke to the employee at checkin about last minute cancellations, he said they get ~5 before every class. I tried Pilates but both times it was cancelled at the last minute. Very unprofessional and a useless membership if you want classes for $100/month.

The Y takes on the personality of its Administrative Staff, William CEO, is an excellent example. He is always available to us members. He works out daily, thus if any equipment needs repair he is instantly on task. I see him in the mens locker room on a daily basis and if anything needs repair he is instantly on task. He is all over the facility greeting us members and making us feel appreciated. The staff at the front desk is also very friendly and willing to help us older members if we have problems with the Y app on our cell phones. Also pool staff is very respectful and helpful, the same goes for the trainers, maintenance, and all staff. This Y is truly a family oriented facility.

This place is amazing! It is so nice to see such a beautifully designed park bring the community together. I popped in last night to check out some of the facilities and was delighted to find so many people being active in different leagues and sports, something I will absolutely be looking to join. The gym and the facilities inside the YMCA are also great, I just wish they had a pickleball court!

Absolutely best place to take the kids for the day. Swimming, ping-pong, basketball, a smoothie/coffee bar, outdoor patio, and more. That's just the Y itself. Outside of the Y is a gorgeous hiking trail, skate park, basketball field, and soccer field. All of this set on elevated grounds with beautiful views.

I've died and gone to heaven! Like a lot of people, I developed some bad habits and put on a few extra pounds during the pandemic, but was thrilled to re-join the YMCA and get myself on a better track. I had to put my membership on hold, but the membership desk was so helpful. They were able to reactive my account and highlight all of the things they are doing to promote healthy living in the community. I rejoined primarily for the cardio and weights. Since it has been a while since I've used the equipment, I signed up for some personal training (they gave me a plan - and I'm already down 10 pounds!). My wife participates in the early morning spin classes and occasionally uses the pool. They also added a game room for the teenagers. My two boys basically beg me to take them there daily. What an amazing facility.

What a great sports facility! Plenty of cardio equipment plus two huge pools and many class options for the entire family. So glad to have such a wonderful facility in the area.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First off the boss is A DOUCHE BAG and is very rude to kids. Me and my younger brother came here to play basketball and we got reprimanded because we were using volley balls as basketballs. Also the boss had a humunugous attitude. He threatened multiple times to kick us out for no reason. This is not tolerated to be the owner of a big establishment and be a douche bag. If I could leave a 1/2 star I would.The other staff tho are ok. The gym and basketball court are kept in ok condition. The trainers are very nice. It's just the boss or owner of this establishment is a very rude guy. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND COMING!!!!!

Amazing location , friendly staff, excellent services!! Top notch gym equipment and pools . Great classes for my kids and daycare service The bar is also very good , great coffees and smoothies . We just love to come here

This place is absolutely amazing! I'm so glad I found a wonderful place to better myself. The equipment is brand new. The gym is spotless. I can't wait to go and workout again.. which it's been a very long time since I've had that feeling. They have great classes although I haven't taken them. Their monthly rate is reasonable. Staff is friendly. They have an outdoor workout area and also have a cute little restaurant. Highly recommend. The only thing to watch out for is people excessively speeding in the parking lot. I truly have never seen people speed like that in a parking lot - it's scary because so many young children are around.

The worst! They shouldn't call this place a Ymca because we are Ymca members but we are still not allowed to use their facility cause they said we're not members of this one. Also, I agree with the other post about horribly run sports. I even had to pay extra to put my child in a sports activity only to be turned away when we wanted to try another sports activity here. It's probably a blessing in disguise because now I will utilize other sports facilities and program's that are decently run.

I love the gym here. It is clean and there are staff who clean your machines after you're done using them. The views are so nice and the equipment is all new and modern. It is kind of small for a gym but I personally like it. If you go at certain times it is not crowded at all. I mainly just like this gym due to location, equipment and cleanliness. The parking is easy too, there are really wide spaces.

This is my letter to the manager of Yarrow Family YMCA: I am a member of Silver n Fit. It is a program through Medicare that pays participating gyms for my membership. On June 29th at 11:15 a.m. I presented my membership card at the desk. There were no other members at the counter.. no one else was waiting for assistance. She was just chatting with a co-worker. She typed in the Id number and said: "You are not eligible." She tried a couple more times and repeated "YOU are NOT eligible" I asked why would they issue me a membership if I were not elibible. She said "not all locations participate".. I said, why would they give me a membership to a location that does not participate. She snapped at me : "You need to call Silver n Fit". Her demaeanor was rude. She might have said: I am not familiar with this program, let me call my supervisor.. But she did not do anything at all to be helpful.. just rudely dismissed me. What she and I failed to realize is that the membership was not effective until July 1st. The person on the front desk is the face of the business and her attitude leads me to believe that this is the attitude I will find thoughout the staff and teachers. I told her that her demeanor was rude and that I will not be coming to this location. She snapped at me : "I'm sorry you feel that way".. It would have been more polite to say "I am sorry I could not help you, Ma'am". After I left the YMCA, I went to Agoura Fitness where I had gone previously. My membership Id did not work their either. However, the young man on the desk said this: There is a problem but I don't know how to fix it. You need to call Silver n Fit.. He then wrote the number on a piece of paper. He also wrote my Id number on the paper, saying "You will need this number when you call them.:" Then he invited me to stay and use the gym as a guest until the problem could be sorted out. So, I saw the very best and the very worst of front desk staff. I hope that Managment will train the front desk staff in how to deal politely with new members and to ask their supervisor for help when there is a problem they don't know how to solve.

My 6 year Daughter was in the afternoon key academy program. If I could leave a 1/2 star review I would. From the extremely rude counselors to the overall mis management of the place I will never think about sending my daughter here again. We quit after 2 long months and I wanted her out after the first 5 days but unfortunately we didn't have another option at the time. Thanks for nothing but issues Yarrow Westlake Village YMCA. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!! Complete garbage of a place and a total waste!!! #dontsendyourkidshere

Love this place. Joined after Athletic Society shut down abruptly. Happy to have found this place. Never knew a Y could be this nice.

They do not enforce the mask policy. So many people with masks under their chin. I see employees in the upstairs office socializing when they could be circulating the floor. Basketball courts almost no one wears a mask.

The yarrow ymca is amazing! Brand new. Love it! The staff are super friendly, especially the manager there Canann, she is the best! Oh and the spinning instructor Lilly! Such a great place for families.

Fantastic new YMCA, just gorgeous views. All the baseball fields along with huge soccer field is so clean and well maintained.

Incredible facility and staff. Gorgeous views. Nothing better than walking out of spin class to that sunrise! I thought the group classes were great when we joined, but still, they keep getting better and better. Plenty of equipment for all to use. Love spending time here, both on my own and with my family.

I'm so happy I joined! Everytime I go up that hill it's like i'm driving to a resort. The views are beautiful and I love all the windows, makes it feel like a luxury gym. The membership is a bargain! So many fun classes with kind and knowledgeable instructors! Beautiful indoor pool and those windows again, so lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful, I always see them cleaning! Thanks, Y!

My opinion is do not sign your child up for Yarrow Family YMCA sports leagues. Very poorly managed. Almost no oversight. Signed my son up for their flag football league and he is a very good athlete who plays 4 sports a year. The two coaches, who YMCA recruited from the local high school Agoura High (I guess they were trying to get more teams than they had coaches for) barely play my son at all. This is an expensive league (at least $200 for the season) and it's supposed to be recreational and inclusive, but instead these two young coaches treat it like its their varsity high school team and thought they could win better without playing my son so that's what they've done. My son sees the ball about one (maybe two) plays an entire game even though he desperately wants to play more (while the other kids on the team constantly have a chance to throw, catch, run etc the whole game). They've made him feel like he is a poor player when this could not be farther from the truth. The one or two times a game they give him the ball he always shines. The coaches told him that the more he asks the less playing time he will get. To me and my wife these high school kids said that he wasn't coming to enough practices so he didn't know the plays so that's why they weren't playing him. But that was a lie because we then took him to two practices a week for weeks, hiring a babysitter to get him there, and they still don't play him (and we haven't missed a game either). FINAL UPDATE: So the long and short of it is we lodged our complaints on behalf of our son with the Athletic Director of the Y, who did not do much other than ask the coaches nicely, and then the Director of the Y, who also had not much to add, so we complained to the heads of various departments at the Regional Y chapter, and at the end of the day they would do almost nothing about it. They would not refund us our money because we would not quit and take our son out of the season (I felt it would damage his confidence more to do that than to just leave him on the team), would not credit us towards other YMCA services, and would not actively insist that the coaches give my son some playing time, so the season ended with a sigh = my son got almost no playing time the rest of the season either. He got to touch the ball on offense no more than one time in the last two games, and we lost our first playoff game so that was it (maybe if they had played him a little more we would have gone farther...a dad can dream lol). So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your kids sports leagues. This is a poorly run YMCA that does not care any more than the bare minimum about its members, with a sports league division that is barely visible other than to provide their name and fields. At the end of the season, we didn't even get a team photo. If I could gIve this YMCA negative stars I would. They should take the word "FAMILY" off the name of thIs YMCA because they do not treat people like family here.

It's really really clean. The view is amazing and it's overall pretty peaceful. The facilities are top quality with a trainer walking around to assist on the floor, small weight area compared to a "regular" gym but they are quickly expanding and by no means missing anything. The pool is awesome and they have all the other equipment (kickboatds paddles) available (no towel service) but locker rooms have nice showers and soaps! The staff does there best and sometimes lacks experiences but it only opened like a year ago and supplies many members of the community with work. I work customer service, 90% of the other reviewers and goers of the westlake Y have never. typically, the older more obxious "let me speak to the manager" type people are the ones who have made my experience as a go-er suck more than anything the staff does. Tons of classes for everyone with a variety of senior/low impact classes. Yes, FREE childcare is understaffed during rush hour, yes, you have to live within 20 miles or they may have additional questions, yes you may need to call more than once for complaints or specific concerns, but it's 150 a month for a family and 45$ for students with way more than a single gym usually has. Offers Month to month, no contract, student, senior and family rate (one time sign up fee of 50$ but no termination fee or other "hidden" fees). Definitely worth it for any HS student or family. Hate to see so many negative reviews when we are BLESSED to have a facility this nice. I hope more people come to enjoy it!

I am giving this YMCA one star due to how beautiful and well laid out the facility is. For customer service and polite manners, they get an "F". My husband and I went in and inquired at the front desk if they were a part of "Silver Sneakers" for Seniors. The gal at the desk looked at me with a frown and very aggressively said no! Then she turned to talk to another staff member. So I was dismissed. (FYI - both my daughters volunteered for the local Agoura YMCA in multiple positions during the 1990's, great experience for them both, wonderful staff members). Had she told us about membership fees etc. and what they have to offer, we may have joined. I am sure that sales are a big part of maintaining the property. If I was one of the donors, I would be very disappointed. "Each local YMCA is driven by their own mission statement to help them address the unique needs of their communities." Have to ask, is this an elite YMCA??

This was a poor experience. My family and I came in to tour, completed the forms and walked to look around the cafe and the front desk told us that they do not know us yet and we need to be "vetted" first and to stay in front of their area. What does this mean vetted? The westlake village ymca thinks they are high-end country club and do not represent what the Y is about. They should never tell someone that that need to "vet" them first. Talk about customer service and embracing new customers. Sad to see the Y turn into this. Not the YMCA I grew up to appreciate.

Nice looking. New Y. However, staff was very rude today. The front desk reps, susanna and particularly, Brianna harrassed me and my husband when he was trying to have me sign in as his guest. We were told by the front desk reps two weeks ago that I could attend as his guest up to seven times. So, today, Brianna asks me if I lived 20 miles, or more, away. I asked why and then she said something about it's the policy. What policy? I asked. What are you talking about, I asked. Then, it started. Susanna starts in about me needing to get a membership. Still no explanation about the 20 miles. So my husband is aggravated now and so am I. I told Brianna that I was not answering her question and it didnt make any sense and if she didnt like it, please get the manager. Perhaps they would be able to explain what she didnt seem to be able to do, much less understand! Them susanna tells me not to get angry. I advised her not to tell me what to do and she had not seen angry. When the "lead" on duty arrived (derek), I asked if he could explain. He did and then went on to say that he would " allow" me to enter as a guest today. Uh, what!? I will be sending a letter with full details on just how rude, racist and unfriendly the front desk, including the management who said nothing when I called out susanna for being nasty and she said "you're the one being nasty!" He stood there as if she had said nothing me. I guess if you're African American you're not welcome at Yarrow YMCA , especially, if none of the staff knows the rules and gives you the wrong information from one visit to the next. Ugh!

I brought a young man I work with today to work out and after he went to use the facilities, I was told I was not allowed to sit in the lobby. I explained that if I was not going to sit in the lobby, I needed to notify him, and they said that I was not allowed. I then began speaking to someone else who told me I was allowed to stay. I am in shock that this is not a more welcoming place.

Great place, great services for young to old. Clean and new equipment. Staff friendly going out of their way to be helpful.

Sparkling new facility with courteous and professional staff. My son is currently unable to walk so he uses the deep end of the lap pool for his daily pool therapy. We always go at non peak hours but had to go during a busier time slot due to the earlier closure on New Year's Eve. All lanes were taken when we arrived. Within 2 minutes, without us even asking, the head lifeguard approached us to tell us that they were clearing a lane for my son to use. It was a very, very touching gesture, one that I will remember. Thank you, YMCA.
