Yasmak Sultan Hotel

A truly wonderful experience at this hotel, it’s in an incredible location part of the old city. It’s a beautiful, family-run hotel that feels warm and welcoming, while still being spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our Room was clean, beds were comfy and loads of hot water. The restaurant is outstanding! The food was amazing, lovely attentive professional staff, with breathtaking views over the city daytime and evening. Breakfast was exceptional; huge buffet offering fresh fruit, cereals, meats, cheeses, hot and cold options, patisserie, great coffee.. Overall, an unforgettable stay and easily one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve had. I know you can find bigger and more luxury hotels but never beat the atmosphere here, it’s much nicer. Highly recommended.

We traveled from Iran with our family and stayed at Yasmak Sultan Hotel in late December. We booked a Family Room, and our experience was outstanding.||The hotel was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was done daily with great attention to detail.|The breakfast was excellent, offering high-quality food and a fantastic view, which made our mornings very enjoyable.||The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages, easy access to metro and tram, and very close to major historical sights.||The staff were incredibly supportive and professional. They kindly helped us extend our stay for two extra nights and organized our airport taxi, which was a big relief for our family.||We strongly recommend this hotel. It offers great value for money compared to other hotels in the same group, and we are certain we will return on our next trip to Istanbul.

This hotel is a true gem and treasure find amongst Istanbul . Its location is the best because you can walk to every major attraction. The streets and the surrounding areas feel safe, and welcoming . |The hotel itself is very clean from the moment you step into its beautiful lobby, to the great clean room, fresh sheets and great pillows. A/C or heat worked great, the water pressure in the shower was excellent . Turkish towels were the best ! Airy and roomy with a touch of Turkish decor . The staff was amazing from the moment you walk in to reception, to the luggage handler to the staff that makes your room every day. You feel like you are in a cruise with an assigned person taking care of all your needs and greeted every morning as you leave your room . We want to extend a big “thank you” to Umut for helping us with our every details and questions regarding our reservations . Everything went without a flaw due to his impeccable work ethics which reflected in everyone we met at the hotel including Elif as well. She is the guest event person so very helpful beyond words with whatever we needed as far as tickets, itinerary planing, etc. The Turkish bath (haman) was the cherry on the cake . The experience was amazing - this is not a massage - this is royal pampering - their Spa and wellness center gets a 10 review from me. Cleanliness and ambiance were a delight . I highly recommend this hotel for having all the qualities one needs when away from home. The rooftop views of this hotel are of the Bosphorus and Haga Sophia a gift to the eyes . Their rooftop restaurant serve the best array for breakfast and dinner and their room service is an extension of such good service as the restaurant . My best to all the staff we met that made our experience of Istanbul a beautiful memory in our hearts . Susana

Excellent location. Super hotel, great value for money. All staff were extremely helpful, desk staff were brilliant making suggestions and helping us negotiate the public transport. Our rooms (2 deluxe) were spotlessly clean and facilities were very good. Breakfast range was extensive and once again all staff polite and helpful. We ate twice in the restaurant attentive staff, nice ambience and food was delicious. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great location; good breakfast; clean and tidy hotel; very friendly and helpful Reception Desk staff! The breakfast was good, however staff were slow at replenishing food after 10am (breakfast closed at 11am), and crockery and glasses never seemed to be replaced unless requested! Tips: we used the Tram Station (2 minutes walk from hotel) to get to the Cruise Terminal (50 ish pence each (Istanbulkart) or one pound (credit card), much cheaper than a taxi! Recommended restaurants: ‘Incili Mozaik’ and ‘Old Ottoman’, both within 10 minutes walk from hotel

Fantastic staff and outstanding location combined to make our short stay in Istanbul a wonderful and memorable experience. Everything you might need in the Old Town is a short walk from the hotel.||Elif, Orhan and Farkhan were all very welcoming and very helpful. Elif in particular is a gem - meeting us every morning at breakfast and checking in with us. All of the staff have been wonderful and are a credit to the Yasmak group. Highly recommended by us. ||NB|Due to the imminent Istanbul marathon on 02/11/25 we are subject to traffic chaos and road closures preventing us from a smooth exit tomorrow. Elif painstakingly worked out a variety of solutions for our trip back to Istanbul airport and we now have a strategy.

We love this place! Staff is helpful and the rooms are perfect! Cozy beds and great shower pressure no matter what floor you are on! Breakfast is included and they have a great selection of foods!

A perfect venue for a family break to Istanbul.|Great buffet breakfast, superb staff, lovely facilities including a gym and swimming pool. Wonderful central location as well, everything is literally no more than 15 mins or so on foot, tram or train.|Would highly recommend!
