Excellent hotel. My room was very clean. My room was compact, or tight, but I didn’t mind as I was travelling alone. The wifi internet worked well from the main floor lobby and the restaurant, but it did not work at all in my room, unfortunately. The reception and restaurant staff are professional and they speak English. I appreciated the free water bottles and coffee in the room; this is very thoughtful and it recognizes the exhausting experiences of travellers. ||The breakfast was fulsome and delicious. The view from the restaurant was stunning.||Please note that the room did not have an iron for clothing. I recommend this hotel, but I hope the hotel can ensure all rooms have strong wifi access.

This was booked for us by Iglu following a cruise. It is essential that your hotel is in the right past of the city - and this was. It's surrounded by cafes and restaurants and close to the sights you've come to see. The cost of eating is surprisingly high but after a little research we found an excellent place just round the corner which served a delicious soup for 185l. The hotel was great in every respect. Staff exceptionally helpful

I’ve spent my whole life traveling and working in the hotel industry, so I’ve seen my fair share of places. But when I say this hotel was a solid 10/10, I really mean it. From the incredibly kind and attentive staff to the fantastic facilities, everything exceeded expectations. We stayed for 8 nights in two rooms, and every moment was a pleasure. The breakfast was exceptional, and the lobby was just as impressive. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Sure, there were a few minor hiccups, but honestly, that’s to be expected anywhere, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A huge thank you to everyone who works here! We’ll definitely be back one day <3

I received excellent service at the Yasmak Sultan! The staff are so welcoming and know just what to do to orient their guests to the hotel, the neighborhood and the nearby historic sites! The restaurant was good as well and you can tell that the staff were observing to ensure that guests were having a good breakfast! I would happily come back here again!

The room was perfect for the stay and very clean and modern. The location is walking distance to the blue mosque and grand bazaar so could not fault this! Breakfast each morning was delicious with lots and lots of options and a great view. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a gem of a hotel that I find myself not wanting to review so that it remains a secret! It’s located centrally with easy access to places of interest as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We decided based on our experience (rightly or wrongly) that Turkish hospitality needs to be studied by other countries. Everything is provided fresh at the lovely rooftop restaurant, when you go out and come back there’s ice cold water waiting for you at the reception, the rooms are immaculate and the spa section is lovely and serene. Definitely will be visiting again.

The hotel was excellent, location, food and service were all amazing. It is ideally situated for tram and metro. Close by are the favourite tourist attractions. Grand bazaar and spice bazaar are also close enough to walk too.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff at check-in were welcoming and helpful. The hotel’s location was also quite convenient for exploring Istanbul. On the downside, the WiFi was unreliable in my room—sometimes it would connect in certain spots, but often it didn’t work at all, which was frustrating since my cell service in Istanbul wasn’t great either. The room also wasn’t very soundproof, so I’d recommend bringing a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. In summary, a comfortable stay in a good location with friendly staff, but be prepared for some challenges with internet and noise.
