I visited this place last night with my family in hope to create great memory for my parents, but it failed short to my expectations. To begin, the food quality was wonderful, and it did deliver a memorable experience. Especially for my father whom usually had doubts of consuming beef, had a change of heart after trying out the beef dish. Great quality, no doubt. the staff were very helpful and courteous, but perhaps proper training is what lacks amongst the team members. First of all, during the dinner, one of the guests, my 3 year old nephew fell asleep, so he was not able to finish his set. My sister-in-law was offered by the staff for keeping the orange juice for the boy, but my sister-in-law politely declined. Then I asked the staff to still keep the orange juice which perhaps one of us might like to drink it, I was requested by the staff that I would need to put in extra order for the juice. Second, I was given the impression that I would have to bring the check to the front desk to pay by my self. And I thought this is a Michelin restaurant?
As I stated in the beginning, everything was great, except for the service quality. The staff perhaps need more training to ensure the guests receive a true Michelin experience.
