Miami’s New Restaurant Openings

"We’re never mad at another dumpling option in Miami. Yeah Dumpling & Noodle in Coconut Grove makes steamed crab and pork soup dumplings, fried chicken dumplings, and has a variety of non-dumpling items like crispy wontons, braised beef noodles, and mapo tofu. They also have boba tea." - mariana trabanino, virginia otazo

Fast, friendly and great service! If you are looking for real authentic chinese food, this is great! The wood-ear mushroom and cabbage stirfry was delicious, fresh and tasty, very well done. The hot and sour shredded potato is also delicious. We also got a lunch menu of sizzling beef which was great and came with a lot of plump rice:). Lastly we got the spicy fish which had glass noodles in it too, which was very delicious. Not too spicy and salty which was perfect. Thinking to come back soon!

If you’re a fan of authentic Szechuan cuisine, this restaurant is an absolute gem. Hands down the best Szechuan food in South Florida, and honestly, it’s about time we had a spot this good in the area. Before discovering this place, I used to travel to other states—or even Canada—just to get a proper Szechuan meal. Now, I don’t think I need to do that anymore! Everything here is well-made, from the pickled cabbage to the soup dumplings, pickled fish, and spicy beef. Each dish is packed with bold flavors, perfect spice levels, and that signature numbing heat that makes Szechuan food so addictive. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every dish, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite. If you’re in South Florida and craving real Szechuan flavors, you need to check this place out. I’m already looking forward to exploring more of the menu on my next visit!

I live very close to this restaurant and always pass by but never tried it and was craving Asian food so I decided to try it. I ordered for pick up and honestly the costumer service is not the best. The lady just seemed super uninterested and it honestly made me feel like cancelling my order but I really wanted to try it. But thankfully I still got my order and the food was really good. I got the lunch special beef stir fry with fried rice and also the wonton dumpling with chili oil. I would say that everything was made super fresh and it was a good meal. It definitely fixed my craving for Asian food, and I will be ordering again for lunch:) (I would say it’s a little overpriced but still good)

Nice Chinese restaurant with influences from the Northern cuisine relatively hidden in Coconut Grove / Coral Gables. We came looking for dumplings but end up ordering main dishes as if it was a full dinner. The food was overall good and the service was fast. We also noticed many local people speaking in Chinese, which gave us confidence that it had flavor like the real thing.

The food was delicious and the portions were perfect to share. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was super friendly and made up for it. Overall, it’s a really great place to eat!

Google
very bad food, we had diarrhea all 3 people. Beef roll is small one and very oily, beef noodle has very wired taste. And dandan noodle has watery sesame sauce. Steaming pork buns tastes okay.

Delicious food with fresh ingredients for a reasonable price. I went with my colleagues for Friday lunch. Everybody was happy with their meal. Homemade kimchi was fresh and tasty, that was the best kimchi I have ever had. I had salt and pepper crispy cauliflowers and mushrooms for appetizer. It was delicious, crispy but not greasy. I ordered Eight treasures vegetarian noodle soup for my meal. The bowl was bigger than I thought. The noodle was smooth, gooey, and silky. The taste of the noodle shower that it was homemade and fresh, NOT dried noodles in a package. Overall experience was great. Food is exceptional! I would like to suggest the restaurant to also make vegetarian dumplings so vegetarian customers can enjoy homemade dumplings.

Food is authentically Asian and delicious, more like Chinese food that you would get in China. Amazing flavors and unique seasoning that’s not over powering. My daughter gets the noodles and I’ve had Sichuan beef, crispy wings… this time the savory stir fried beef, ramen, and grapefruit slush.

Yelp
Been there twice and really enjoyed it. The space looks great and I love being able to order as we go using the website. The food has been fresh and delicious. The winner this last time was the shrimp fried rice. So much so, that we ordered a second one to go for the next day. The soup dumplings have been spot on and very flavorful. Spring rolls as well. I cannot forget to mention the kimchi. OMG I'm not typically a fan, but this one has changed me for life. So fresh and full of flavors. Trust me, don't skip the kimchi

Yelp
Tasty food but small portions. Photogenic presentation. Clean and had parking in the back. Interesting concept with the whole menu in ChowBus - you basically scan the QR code and order everything from the menu online. They problems there are that the menu is poorly formatted, there are no descriptions to help guide choices and there's very little staff to help with questions, let alone water, utensils, or other basic table needs. Plus you can't pay on the app, so you have to wait to pay, and include a gratuity for a sit down restaurant that basically doesn't have table service? A little confusing, though in theory the ordering should be streamlined and easier, so give server more time for other things, but it just maybe wasn't executed well on our visit.

Yelp
Finally, good soup dumplings in Miami! I am tired of having to drive to Broward for legitimate dumplings lol. Their crab and pork soup dumplings were delicious! Loved their taro bubble tea as well. I want to try more of their menu but little by little. Ordering is very easy with a QR code they have on the tables that keeps track of everything. The restaurant itself is really nice as well and I am excited to back soon enough :)

Yelp
Went for lunch and it was fairly priced. The pork dumplings were delicious and loved the presentation, would have loved a sauce to go with them. I order the ramen and it was ok, not bad not wow either. I would go back and give it another shot, order order items. The place was clean and even it was a causal atmosphere.

Yelp
I've driven by this restaurant several times in the past, but I never stopped to try it out until today. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, a nice calm vibe. The menu has much to offer, so theirs something for everyone. I've had sichuan boiled beef in this style before at one other restaurant, so I had a good idea of what to expect. But wow! I was blown away at how delicious and flavorful it turned out to be. The spice level was just right, and the noodles were fresh and perfectly cooked. The boba teas are also very delicious, and refreshing. My family and I had a fantastic time dining here, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Will gladly come again or order delivery!

Yelp
Hasn't been here too long. We saw it on Instagram. We had the pork wonton. The fire beef it was so good. Soup dumplings were so juicy and fresh. Staff is so kind. Very pretty and clean. Had the pork chop soup. It was divine. Large enough for 2. Such a lovely experience.

Yelp
Pretty solid Chinese spot. Got the beef noodle soup, spicy dumplings, and taro tea. Everything was yummy but there could be some improvements. Firstly, the udon in my soup was over cooked. The spicy dumplings had peanut sauce(which I'm not a fan of and think they should put that in the description), the seasoned egg I ordered on the side would've been great if soft boiled, but the taro boba was great! The beef in the soup was so good and the broth was amazing. I will for sure be ordering again, can't wait to try more of their items.

Yelp
Yeah dumplings was super yummy and fun, their dumplings taste for authentic and the restaurant was so pretty, I really loved the experience!

Yelp
Food is absolutely amazing! Especially the Peking roasted duck, my son rated" Superior"! The soup dumplings were delicious and authentic! Unlike a lot of places make you thirsty after meal. This place all the taste are exquisite and just right flavor! I saw other reviews complained on the service, as it's still new, lots things are progressing. My server was a sweet girl but she was overwhelmed for sure. I would give some time for the service to settle a bit. Definitely will return for the food!

Yelp
Two first timers really enjoyed everything we ordered. The pork soup dumplings were melt in your mouth good. I'd never tried Geleshan Spicy Chicken previously and every last bite of chicken was gone. Although all that was left on the plate were a ton of Sichuan peppercorns and hot peppers, and it definitely had a kick, it was more flavorful than burn-your-mouth hot. My dining partner is a little bit more of a finicky eater and they made him a mild stir fried chicken which was yummy. The free parking in the back is also a bonus. I dinged it a star because they didn't have any wine, beer or other adult beverages. Also, it would be nice if they had descriptions of the dishes, even if they did have photos. It was new and clean and the staff were pleasant. We can't wait to return and try more items off the menu.

Yelp
Food and ambiance is very good. SERVICE was a little slow but not too bad. The parking lot is small and no street parking due to new Target mall.

Yelp
Saw a post on IG about this place & decided to try it. It's a small little place that just opened. The portions are small & I believe it's a little over priced but that's probably due to the location. The food was good but nothing over the top. The service was decent. Again more of a fast casual set up. I don't think we'd be back. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Yelp
I was visiting Coconut Grove area and found this restaurant on Yelp, so wanted to give it a try. I had a mixed experience. Good things: some food were pretty good such as MaPo Tofu, Hot Sour Soup, especially Kimchi in Chili oil, very authentic. Bad things: Beef stew noodle soap was a disappointment, as the beef didn't have much flavor and was too tough to chew. The beef egg tomatoes over rice was way too sweet and beef had a weird taste.

Yelp
Disastrous organization and service. I ordered online because there are very few tables available and didn't want to wait. I showed up when it said my order was ready and they simply said "not ready". No explanation, no timeframe about when the order would be prepared. Just "not ready". After waiting for 30 minutes I left without my food and an empty stomach. I'll make some food myself. I didn't even have the energy to ask for a refund. 1/2 of them don't speak any English. Horrible experience.

Yelp
I went in just for soup and a bun. The soup was a very large serving and both it and the duck bin were very tasty. A Sunday afternoon so quiet, staff is friendly. I will come back to explore the rest of the menu

Yelp
Fantastic restaurant! Easy ordering system using a QR code so you can add more dishes as you go. Loved the soup dumplings. Definitely recommend the Sichuan fish.

Yelp
Been a few time and never a bad meal. Looking forward to next visit. Working my way through the entire menu.

Yelp
My first visit here one of those places, nothing great nothing bad wish we had service at. Understood our English better no not Spanish Japanese or Chinese. Not sure food was OK just OK not sure I will rush back, but you never know. Give it a try. that's all I can say.

Yelp
The food was really delicious and with great presentation. The restaurant is new and CLEAN. Service was a little slow but it was Saturday night and the place was packed.

Yelp
It showed the restaurant is open on internet. I took a Uber in a rainy day and came over. Only to discover the restaurant is not Open! What a disappointment!

Yelp
Found them on Instagram and started following them. They are new and fine tuning everything. Finally made it. On the west side of Groovy Pizza so you can use the same free parking lot. Hallway from back door to restaurant needs to be cleaned up from all the clutter. Same with some claw machine in the corner. The minute we sat down we were served kimchee and water. Great service. The hot and sour soup, the dumplings, calamari (great crunch and lightly salted), and noodle dishes were excellent. We tried the crab and pork soup dumplings and just the pork and we highly recommend. The soup dumplings do not come in soup, there is liquid inside, so peel them off the paper carefully. Music and decor lovely. Staff and owner great as he came over to explain the restaurant. ONLY complaint is that the ragoons and calamari should come with a basic sauce. We had to ask for it and the ones offered did not enlighten the appetizers. Was told it did not come with sauce because they do not know what people like. You need to have a basic one when served. Try a teriyaki or tempera sauce and bring it with the appetizer. We loved the experience and will be back and back and back again. Highly recommend.
