Yealands Estate Winery

The most beautiful vineyard estate in NZ with stunning 360 views and delicious wine. My wife and I did a tasting here while on our honeymoon and had an amazing experience with Katie and Billy! Our experience included a private tasting in a beautifully decorated shipping container turned tasting room at one of the high points on the estate which added an incredible vibe to the whole thing. Both Katie and Billy were very knowledgeable and tasting with them was a blast. I highly recommend stopping here while in the Marlborough region.

What lovely friendly people staff this cellar door! The wines were delicious, and the price is reasonable. Snacks can also be purchased. Take the time to drive the white road circle tour, The views from Lookout Point are fabulous.

We came to the cellar door the day after our elopement and Billy made us feel so special, and honestly made the experience of the winery for us! He is extremely knowledgeable, funny and personable and we could not be happier with the service we received! The drive around the property was very worth it as well!

An amazing place, it's a shame we didn't plan the day to also go there for a meal or something similar, because their entire environment is so beautiful and maintained at a high level, so I'm sure everything is like that with them.

Five stars for the White Road Tour and the generosity of Yealands to let us drive through their estate. Four stars for the charming wine server and the snacks. Three stars for the wine.

We stopped off at the Yealands completely by accident while road tripping along the South Island between Christmas and New Year. Drove out of the little town of Seddon, after stopping for fuel and refreshments, on a road named Seaview road, assuming it was a short drive to a lookout point, but was surprised when driving onto the most beautiful wine estate, with picturesque picnic spots for the public, an incredible lookout point and the chance to sample some fantastic wines! Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in the area! Lovely people working at the cellar and top quality wines!

My wife and I were just passing through the area on our travels around the south island and decided to take a last-minute stop off at Yealands. What a great decision it was! It's such a beautiful drive around the estate and the wine tasting session was amazing. Billy was an absolute legend and really went above and beyond for our first ever tasting. His knowledge and passion for wine were incredible. Thank you for such a great experience that we won't forget!

Had a great visit today. Highly recommend the drive around White Road - beautiful views, informative signs, and cheeky chooks! We ended with a visit to the cellar door.
