Went on a late Saturday afternoon for brunch & they had a beautiful mariachi playing. I sat at the bar & had the best bartender, Zaine! Her drinks are delicious! If she is working, ask her for her signature drink. It is so good!! She provided excellent service from beginning to end. I will definitely be going back.

We had a fantastic time here last weekend for cocktails. We did not try the food, but the complimentary chips and salsa were great. The cocktails were all well made and balanced, and the bartender was very friendly and engaging. We will definitely return when we are back in town!

Have visited twice now. Once for a Selena tribute and just a pop-in visit. Food is delicious! Highly recommend!

We stopped in for a quick drink. The bartender was very friendly and made excellent drinks! We highly enjoyed the fresh pepper in the Spicy Guava Margarita. The La Mera Pera is truly a smoky and savory drink with a super delightful vanilla honey foam.

Another update to my review! Today I got the BEC (bacon egg and cheese) tacos. OMGGG they were so flavorful and even come with refried beans, I got mine on the side. The green salads compliment the tacos so well and the tacos are a great portion. I’d definitely order them again. I ate here today after work. Luckily I went on a Thursday when they also have drink and appetizer specials! I had queso, Rosa Rita, a PicaRita, and Quesabirria tacos 😋! queso- 9.5/ 10, very flavorful, consistency was the only key thing I’d change. Rosa Rita- a nice change from a regular house margarita. Had a touch of hidden sweetness that I liked. PicaRita- if you like spicy yet subtly sweet margaritas, I’d definitely recommend this! Sooo good Quesabirria tacos- 10/10 I’ve had these in other places but these are very flavorful, the onions and cilantro are also a really nice additions to the flavors, and the rice and beans weren’t just there for show. They were also sooo good and complimented the meal.

My friend and I visited Yellow Rosa to see the snow. We were fortunate enough to get bar seats (MAKE RESERVATIONS if you want to eat) and enjoyed several cocktails. The bartenders were fantastic- very attentive and enthusiastic. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the food is mediocre. If you need to eat you can eat here, but there are far better taquerias in Dallas.

Yelp
Caught up with some friends here, and we chose this spot due to a TikTok we saw lol. As it's the holidays, we were in a festive mood, and this restaurant definitely caters to those needs. I was glad to see that this restaurant offers complimentary chips and salas. I don't know if the music was too loud, but our server seemed really distracted. My friend gave him her order first, and then I tried to ask him some questions about the menu, and he didn't really seem to hear me. After I finally was able to order a drink, he turned back to my friend and asked what she wanted. Once we got that together, our drinks arrived, and we were able to place orders for our food. I ordered the birria tacos and the Santa's Flask, which seemed to be a twist on an espresso martini. The cocktail was kind of nasty, but the tacos were cool. The festive drinks also include a bucket style cup that you can keep. The biggest draw of this place is the fake snow that dispenses very so often, and if you're in the main dining room, they give you paper plates to cover your food when it falls. Otherwise, I wouldn't really recommend if you're looking for a good meal and drinks.

Laura H.

Yelp
If you have the opportunity to visit during Christmastime, definitely go! It will put you in the holiday spirit! They go all out decorating. If you can't get a reservation because they book out well in advance during that time of year, go any time for the delicious drinks, food and mariachi band! We visited for Sunday brunch. They have an extensive cocktail menu. I opted for the Cantarito and it was served in a cute terra cotta cup. We started with the queso and I ordered the pozole verde. Hands down the very best pozole I have ever had and I am craving it as I write this review! For brunch, I ordered the Guiso breakfast. It was so authentic and fantastic! My husband had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and thought it was amazing as well. The mariachi band travels throughout the restaurant playing songs that add to the festive fun time!

Christiann R.

Yelp
Want live mariachi brunch?? Do you want an awesome bartender? THIS is the place! We had a great time Sunday Will be back!!

Jenn H.

Yelp
I came here for national margarita day. Great ambiance, drink specials, and staff. The Rosa Rita and Pinky Promise drinks were my favorite. I had the asada tacos which were delicious. I love their neon signs throughout the restaurant as well. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
We been trying to eat at Yellow Rosa for a while now. Between their required reservations and limited hours we finally got to enjoy a pretty damn good meal today. The restaurant is very sheik and beautiful, rustic and modern, feels open like your eating outside even when your inside. Our waiter was also super friendly and attentive but I have to mention as the meal carried on, I felt like we were forgotten about a few times. Btw the spicy margarita is delicious! The Queso appetizer is an absolute must. Just a super flavorful bite of food with that crispy cheese seared on to the bottom of the cast iron skillet. The empanada was also a show stopper. What a huge flavor punch in the mouth from such a small bite. Personally I would pass on the Elote. It's just a cup of corn with cheese in it. Kinda basic. I had high hopes for the salmon ceviche. It wasn't bad at all, but I think there's a reason why most of the world doesn't make ceviche with salmon. It tasted good but for me it was a bit fishy. Also, just a preference, fried avocado, though done really well here, just isn't my thing. Tacos tacos tacos. The mushroom tacos, esp if you don't eat meat, is something you should try. Incredible texture, totally eats like meat. The Al Pastor tacos had a really smoky flavor and the meat was very tender. Kinda felt like it was trying too hard though. Al pastor should be enjoyed off a trompo in a taqueria. When it's done at a high level, you kinda miss the point of it. But if you like Al pastor sure give 'em a try. They're not bad at all, but it's not what I think of when I want Al pastor. But go ahead and get some Birria tacos. Crispy, flavorful, amazing consommé. These are their best tacos. Anyways that's all. We will be back to try more things!

Yelp
I finally got tovisit Yellow Rosa for their Loteria night & I wish I had not put it on my to do list. The game night was fun but the service and experience overall was not. This restaurant was is obviously not aware of safe food handling when it come to patrons with food allergies. I repeatedly informed the server I had a gluten allergy but not even halfway through my meal amd one drink, I began to have an extreme allergic reaction - i literally spend the next almost hour running to their restroom repeatedly throwing up. I spoke to their manager & bar staff & they both said different things than the server did about what was in the drink as well as rhe food. The bartender even went so far as to change her answer of what she put in my drink when the manager spoke to me. No one knew what was in their products and noone took responsibility. So I pretty much paid to be food poisoned and have a horrible experience. All of that to say I do not recommend this restaurant, especially to anyone who may have a food allergy of any sort. This will be my last time patronizing this establishment.

Robert V.

Yelp
Rude host, inviting atmosphere, excellent cocktails! My initial experience was offputting. The entrance is difficult to find, almost like a speakeasy. The host was rude. The atmosphere was very nice, very welcoming. The live mariachi music was pleasant to listen to and participate in the food and drinks were excellent The server did an outstanding job. All in all I was pleased.

Hector F.

Yelp
Cool place to go drink and listen to good mariachi!!! The molletes con asada were pretty good! The guiso plate was good!! The pozole verde is a big no for me!! The food needs to be better . The food wasn't bad at all I was just expecting better from all the reviews and by word-of-mouth and help for this place is all the time.. i will give it another try and order something different.. but this time nothing blew me away! But we did have so much fun, drinking, singing dancing to mariachi

Chelse G.

Yelp
Went with friends for Cinco de Mayo. Music was a vibe, drinks were excellent, our waitress was great!! Would def revisit!

'Lorena B.

Yelp
I really thought the food selection was going to be good but no, their brunch menu is poor. The vibe and music is pretty good, Mariachi is good their prices are kinda high $20 per song or 3 for $50. To visit one time and find out for yourself is good probably not going back at least not for their food maybe for a drink.

Josephine B.

Yelp
Went on November 30th for Christmas pop up. The Interior decor was nice and festive, they even had a back drop for pictures with Christmas music in the background. Got the Borria tacos which was okay, lacked a bit of flavor the rice and beans were ok. The drinks were good but overpriced. Got the special Christmas light up cup souvi. Nice experience overall.

Samuel L.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in Dallas that embraces the Holiday spirit. Snow, Mariachi, good food and delicious drinks. Such a good time!

Moriah D.

Yelp
10/10!!! This is my new fave Mexican spot! Look for the yellow rose on the sidewalk to unlock the best Mexican food and craft cocktails! The owner, Joel, was amazing. He greeted us and gave us great suggestions for ordering. We were there right when brunch was ending but he still allowed my friends to order brunch. The atmosphere was top notch and I loved the ambiance. The decor was so beautiful! I had the steak fajitas and an asada taco and everything was amazing.

Lala B.

Yelp
It was my first visit to this place, and it turned out to be quite disappointing. I requested a mocktail in a festive glass, but the server brought one in a festive cup for my friend instead. Afterward, I eventually received the cup I requested. Following that, when we ordered our food, I asked for birria tacos but received regular tacos. Upon pointing out the obvious difference (as depicted in the pictures), the server insisted that this was how their tacos were served, despite the disparity in appearance. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but instead of offering a replacement, he simply took the plate away. Consequently, I ended up sitting for 30 minutes while my friend ate, as the server avoided our table.

Loralei B.

Yelp
We showed up at yellow Rosa and they told us that we would not be able to get a seat for at least a month. There were two seats open at the back bar so we were able to get in but the back bar did come up to our chins, which made for a very funny eating experience. The bartender was really friendly and we got our food pretty timely. We ate brunch. I would say that the food definitely didn't blow me away and there are much better Mexican food restaurants in Dallas but, overall, it was a fun experience, the mariachi band was by far one of the best I have seen at a Mexican food restaurant. The Christmas decor was also great. We probably would not go back very often.

Just_Julia O.

Yelp
We decided to go check out the Christmas theme decor. And I'm so glad we went. It's small but packs a punch. Reservations are highly recommended. But since we didn't have any, the bar was 1st cime 1st serve. There were only two tables but we sat within 30mins. The food was very good. The mariachi awesome. And atmosphere very welcom7ng. We definitely will be back

Alyssa H.

Yelp
Ok so this place is special. I don't know how else to say it. We were just roaming (per usual) and we stumbled upon this place and by stumbled I mean stumbled. The only way you know you're there is the yellow pained rose on the concrete outside. It has super strong speakeasy vibes which I'm here for. The food and drinks were both fantastic. I ordered the Asada molletes which is basically an epic version of a cheesesteak sandwich. Order it. Just do it. You will not regret it. This place is absolutely worth a stop!

Alex B.

Yelp
Small environment that someone still feels so open and expansive. Very trendy and is great for a brunch or casual date. They had a mariachi band playing which was lovely but a little bit on the loud side for the conversation. As far as their vegan breakfast tacos go, nothing really to write about, they were okay. I'd happily go back with friends for the environment but not to order

LeShea B.

Yelp
Saturday Deep Ellum Reservations made for 2 for 12:30 (2x Brunch) No live music Credit card had to be put on file to book, vía open table. 15 min grace period (you are to call the restaurant if later than this; however, I received no answer when I did- and left a vm). Dress - I wore jeans Parking: if you get lucky, street parking is free until 6pm. You can park and walk about a block. There were limited street spaces across from the restaurant, but all full. I ended up paying $16 (ugh) at a parking lot near. I wouldn't do that Parking lot again; there are cheaper ones. The lot I parked at is in the picture of the bird mural in the left corner. Avoid. Too expensive. The restaurant: it is a speakeasy, soooo it's not very, very easy to find. If you're on the street where "The weed spot" is to your left and the Lebanese restaurant? And you see Federales (a white and black restaurant on the corner on your right? Then you will Turn left on Malcom X and the restaurant is to the right. There's a rose (pictures in review) on the ground in front of the restaurant. I also left Pictures of what you see to your left, right, and directly in front of you (from the perspective of leaving the restaurant) I absolutely love the Decor of the restaurant. I definitely didn't feel like I was in DFW. This alone makes me want to return. Drinks: I ordered "the IV" which was $7. It had kiwi strawberry pedialyte in it (whew, a late night I had) and she ordered grapefruit mimosa- 2 of them, so they were good. We will come back for cocktails. I would not have to have the IV again. Needed more pedialyte for the hangover I had. Lol Food: We didn't order appetizers. She ordered an entree that had steak, eggs, and breakfast potatoes (forgot the name. Maybe Bisket y juevos). Steak was ordered medium rare, but came out cooked incorrectly. They remade it, and who I'm assuming was the chef? Came out and brought her the plate apologetically -- but left before she could cut it open. Although, flavorful, the steak was still cooked incorrectly. Breakfast potatoes were better, temperature-wise the second time around. I had ranch tacos ( something new they were testing out) and I wouldn't have to order them again. $14, potatoes were warm, but I felt they had been sitting for a little while- I don't remember, now that I look at the menu description again, having black beans. Limited avocado-- picture of menu and food attached. This dish had corn tortillas, although our server told us it would be flour and that's what I was expecting. Tortillas were single- not doubled. And they were soggy, so I could not successfully pick them up to eat. I had to use fork and knife. Seasoned "ok" but not much flavor. Nothing special about the entree, to me. I was still hungry afterwards and ended up hitting a drive thru. Upcharges: We ordered extra salsa for our meals... we saw our server go to the computer. I made the comment that it probably wasn't free-- we discussed with him when the bill came that it's always important to explain to the customer any upcharges so there are no surprises. He made a comment about it just being 75 cents (not being rude, or anything) but again, I told him some people may have an attitude about not being told this information beforehand. Service: Brian was our server. He was good. Spoke a little fast, though, so it was hard understanding things he'd try to explain like the 20% gratuity charge that's already added to the bill. I do believe he was trying to tell us that the tip is split between him and the bar tender?? But If I do ever tip over included gratuity, it is ONLY because the service is elite. This was not the case this time. Pablo, the manager/owner, came out and checked on us and made sure everything was okay, which we loved. It's so important to see management and have them come check in with you during your experience. He was receptive to feedback and wants to make the experience better for the customer. He talked about including more information on the menu (like stating the entree is made with corn tortillas, flour on request etc). He's really trying, so I will support this business again. Additional info Saturdays, tables are removed after ten and it turns Into a nightclub. Drinks available only. Bottle service /sections also available. There is a grand opening coming up soon. Check social media for details. Next time: I would park somewhere cheaper I would ask for my water with extra ice so it would be colder-- it melted quickly. I would come on a Thursday for the specials I would order cocktails I would sit in the main room for the aesthetics

Amber B.

Yelp
Food is sub par. They were out of the chimichurri sauce and didn't even tell me when I ordered the steak. The mixed drink menu is disgusting and not thought out by anyone that actually knows Mixology. Do not let the instagram posts make you think this place is worth the money.

Rosa H.

Yelp
This place was so cute! I loved the set up and the food! We sat in the nook area for a better experience ! Tired the tacos: They were out if the relleno, but asada were great abd so was suadero! That was my favorite!! Queso was delisioso and elote! Best thing in the menu were the chicken tinga empanadas!!!!! I would come again apparently it turns into a club and they also have Mariachi during brunch hours! Fun place, great food and social media ready nooks!!

Vivian D.

Yelp
Horrible service. Waiter almost NEVER came by, and when he did he forgot items. I asked for a drink and never got it. not to mention their seats in the back room, after sitting in them for a while, socked my pants (and I wasn't even sweating, the seats just seemed to get wet out of nowhere). For what I hoped would be a good experience, wasn't. Honestly this place is too crowded and if you're wanting good Mexican food, I'd go somewhere else.

Anne S.

Yelp
Cute space, although it looks a bit more run-down in reality than the photo on their homepage. DRINKS: - Texas Solstice: unanimously declared the best drink of the first round (out of four), but not the best drink I've ever had - Bling Bling: tasty, fruity, refreshing, a bit of spice...my second favorite - Snow Cap: tasty, fruity, refreshing, sweet, but nothing unique - The Coffee Nut: I didn't try it (not a coffee drinker), but everyone else gave it a thumbs-up - Que Rico: interesting, but I have yet to see a drink that utilizes sage in a balanced and delicious way...this came close but still wasn't quite there FOOD: Well, first of all, we placed an order for appetizers and told them we were in a rush (had dinner reservations elsewhere). After 30 minutes, with about 15 minutes until our dinner reservation, we finally were able to flag down a waiter and ask where our food was. He at least was honest enough to admit that somehow the order hadn't been put in... ...and I wish it had stayed that way. I'm sorry I was too rushed at that point to take pictures of the food, because it was...jaw-droppingly bad. The guacamole was pureed mush; I'd be willing to bet good money that they'd just dumped it out of one of those containers from the grocery store. Totally flavorless. The salsa looked like marinara sauce, and the taste wasn't far off...totally bizarre, like at this point we were sort of wondering if we were being punk'd or something. Then the pork belly came out so horrifically overcooked that it was crunchy. Chicken empanadas were the best food option simply because they were bland and non-offensive, as opposed to pureed guac and tomato-sauce-esque "salsa" and burned pork belly. Unfortunately (but also fortunately?), we were in a rush so didn't bother sending anything back. Maybe we hit this place on an off-night, but it was frankly horrendous. If I ever get dragged here again, it'll be for drinks only.

Yelp
I was looking forward to trying this place. Like everyone else, the hype was higher than the reality. My biggest issue is the gratuity they force on you. It is 18% and I don't feel I should have to pay what the employer should pay. Plus tipping was based on going beyond your job function. My waiter was nice and got our orders right but he did not go 18% tip worth. That tip was the price of a whole meal. I don't know if that's their holiday thing but I will pass from here on out. The decorations for Christmas were cute and the snow was cool. Yes, there's potential it may land in your food but it dissolves and they give you paper plates to cover your food. Reservations were needed and we arrived 20 mins early. We were seated pretty quickly and waters were brought to the table a few mins after. The food wasn't horrible but it lacked an ingredient or was missing the "mm" to make it delicious. Some reviews called the food mediocre. The pozole verde was salty. But I believe the red version is salty in comparison. My guest had the steak breakfast tacos and said they were good. However, they looked basic. My take home meal was said to be alright by the other person who couldn't make it. My breakfast burrito was nothing to dance about and wasn't very flavorful. The salsa and queso were pretty good but the waiter never refilled them like he said he would. The drinks seemed very low in the alcohol content as well. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed about this outing. I thought i would at least have a 4 star trip but I didn't. I won't be back due to the forced high gratuity without the service to match, and the lackluster flavored food and drinks. I'll save my 150 (with 18% tip) and go somewhere else. Ooo the coffee was pretty good. I'll have a glass of that again.

Barbara H.

Yelp
Went during the holidays with our family. Great atmosphere and good food. The drinks were delicious.

Beatriz S.

Yelp
I was surprised how good the food was. It's 100 times better than vidorras. I got the papa y huevo breakfast tacos and I can you not I was almost licking the plate once I was done eating lol also the chipotle salsa they bring with the tacos is so yummy they give you complementary chips and salsa, which was amazing and the salsas were tasteful. My friend got the Chilaquiles and they look so yummy and the taste was pleasing. We order the mimosas and got the orange juice and orange Pedialyte it was so good, they have awesome brunch specials and the aesthetic is warming and Mexico/modern vibes. They had live mariachis playing which was cool. Our server was very attentive and nice My experience with yellow Rose I was very good. I will be returning back.

Reena G.

Yelp
I did not have a good experience. First we were asked if we had reservations. Then told they usually do not seat without reservations but they would seat us. Then no one came to greet us and asked for our order. We had to flag someone down. The drinks were good. The queso was really good. The street tacos are good. We got the Carne street tacos. It was flavored really well. The negative also we were never given utensils or napkins. We asked for them and were only given napkins. I doubt we will come back. Oh they automatically had 20% gratuity to all parties. I understand it goes to a tip pool but our experience just sucked.

Catherine C.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant that took us back to Tulum! We loved it here. Excellent food and service. I got the birthday piñata shot which was so much fun. We are going to come back to try their brunch. Looking forward to listening to their mariachi.

Emily L.

Yelp
Well the food was not so bad. It was the mariachi band which was a trio. They forced us to do dance when we told them no multiple times. And they charged us per song request, which they did not mention.3 songs for $50??? WTH?? I just came here to eat. I don't mind mariachi bands playing, but what you're not gonna do is charge me for songs when you didn't mention it to me and force my friends and I to dance. No means no. We will not be returning.

Adeola W.

Yelp
Sorry but I have to reduce this rating by a star. Last time, I gave it a 4 for service and this time the service was terrible. We went during happy hour and ordered queso, salsa and guacamole and a lot of drinks. I wanted to also order a taco plate but it was Friday and they weren't doing the special - I wish they would make the happy hour the same for both Thursday and Friday, since it only lasts 2 days. I did not receive the drink the manager promised on my previous experience, our waiter refused to go and get her lol. Also, he put down drinks on our table that were not ours. We told him that they were not ours and he said - it's ok it's on me. Not more than 3 minutes later he came and took the drinks and said he was going to deliver them to another table. We had not drunken them yet but still - That's unsanitary. Then he was rude because we told him so. I hope they rethink some things because Federales is literally across the street and is almost always full while this place is often empty. Same cuisine. Different vibes. I don't know how many chances I can give this place.

Paige L.

Yelp
Very limited menu, but it is a speakeasy so I can't fault them. Their drinks are fun and I love the decor, super unique and rustic. I've been a handful of times and I've had subpar service each time, but it's okay because the live music and complementary chips keep you occupied while you wait.

Onjenice B.

Yelp
Must visit place!!! This was the best place I took my mom to she was visiting from San Antonio and we stopped in. Must see Christen the bartender SUPeR sweet and AWSOME!! Very attentive and best drinks! Atmosphere amazing in snowed every 30 mins!!!

Lindsay L.

Yelp
Note: they DO already add a 20% tip. You can tip extra, but don't add a tip if you don't want to. This place was amazing. I had quesabirrias - these amazing tacos with a dipping sauce. The whole menu looked great. My party of 5 tried like, 8 different drinks and the frozen Paloma, cool as a cucumber and the espresso martini esque options were delicious. The el Tigre looks super cool, so it's a good Instagram option. All in all - great Mexican restaurant, way more mex than Tex. Would 10/10 come back and try everything on the menu. The chips and salsas were bomb and that's how you know it's good.

Chia B.

Yelp
Wow. Just wow. Yellow Rosa is such a fun culinary addition to Deep Ellum. I like an experience with flare and that's what you'll get there. The interior decor, plating, and design enhances the experience. Guac & chips - Delicious. More guac than chips. Empanadas - Bitesized halves. Theres not much chicken filler which works because of the toppings surrounding the empanadas. Tacos - Impressive. Every taco we tried had a good amount of spice and flavor. We both enjoyed the asada and al pastor the most. You need to get reservations because it is a small place. Easy to miss. Since it's a small place we had to put a card down with our online reservation and there's a stringent short notice cancellation fee. Overall - I can't wait to go back!

Anik D.

Yelp
Honestly the drinks were very good. They really did a good job with it. The food was ok. It was not spectacular. But the service was absolutely horrendous. We had a group of 10, they had bills incorrect, food incorrect, and didn't ask for second drinks at all. They asked if we wanted checks before they even put our food order. For the price, it was not worth going. I will go back to order only drinks at the bar.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service was excellent. I suggest to do reservations. The place is nicely decorated. I would like to come back for their brunch with mariachi.

Yelp
Went for girls night and had a great time! The dancing was so much fun, they had a 360 photo shoot to take selfie/video/pictures with your friends! They even had it snowing inside which was the coolest!! Went back the next weekend for Brunch and mariachi with my mama and everything was delicious! We ordered huevos a la mexicana, my mom had pozole verde, and my son had Waffles (which I had to steal a bite from)! Mariachi guys were ‍ good to look at as well! They hit all the songs they sang pretty spot on! The waitress Zanie was quick and funny! Will definitely come back soon!! Such a vibe!

Yelp
Let's start with the food was good. We went for Sunday Brunch. The menu has something for every palette. The ambiance was nice. The Mariachi band was playing which added a nice touch. Unfortunately, the service was bare, after about 20 mins of waiting we actually had to ask for a waiter to service us. They do have a full bar.

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere! The best queso I have ever tasted along with amazing cocktails! Not to mention the entire staff + the owner are super nice and make it a personal experience. Had a girls night here and will definitely be back for more! 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
Went to Yellow Rosa on a Sunday for brunch and it was amazing! They had a mariachi band which made Sunday Burch so lively! The service was immaculate. 10/10 will tell all my friends and family to go. Will go again Thursday for Mexican bingo!

Yelp
I did not like this place. The sign outside is little so it's easy to miss. Food wasn't bad but nothing special either. same for the drinks.I ordered the molletes de chorizo and a frozen Paloma. Service, the host was very accommodating, the waiters weren't great. Our food got there, we had no silverware, they forgot to bring part of our order, they kept coming back and asking us if we were ready to order...I felt rush...Yes the place was packed and it's not big at all so I understand the need for tables. It was very crowded in a little bitty space, people walking way too close to you and mariachi singing on top of you basically. This is definitely not a place to conversate, it's very loud. Sorry but I don't understand the hype.

Yelp
The flavor of the food was absolutely AMAZING. The meat in the guiso was so tender and juicy and I can arguably say that they have the best rice I've tasted.

Yelp
YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT THIS PLACE!! I came here for brunch on Valentine's day weekend and they had it decorated with flowers everywhere, so gorgeous! They also had mariachis from 1-3pm which made the whole thing an experience! When it comes to food, I ordered the chilaquiles with carne asada and my husband got the bistec y huevos. Both plates were delicious! Their drinks were also amazing, my personal favorite was their tequila mango drink which I got with mezcal. Other than that, the service was amazing! The owner and manager came to made sure everything was ok and gave us the best recommendations on places to check out in the area. Ah! And one more things! If making a reservarion through open table, add a comment requesting to be seated at one of the sancho booths! I will absolutely come back! 10/10 place! Only thing, good luck finding the entrance! It was not easy!

Yelp
It was a bit difficult to find but once inside I was very impressed with the vibe and decor. The dining area is very open with unique artwork and dim lighting. We were seated at a bench and round table. I like that it was a unique seating arrangement but the bench and table were a bit small. Would not recommend sitting on the metal bench if you plan to have food & drinks but it would be perfect for cocktails only. I had the elote for starters and it was really good! Would def recommend as an appetizer. For dinner I tried the shrimp, puffy, and asada tacos. The puffy and asada were my favorites. The are street taco sized roughly so feel free to order several. Overall I thought it was a really nice spot for date night or just to grab drinks. Menu is very limited which was the only real drawback. If you're in the area it's worth a try!

Yelp
Loved this place! When you walk up it's kind of hard to spot because there isn't signage but look for the rose! Walking in this place looks like the space is huge and used well! Tables aren't cramped together even though it's small. The decor was definitely instagram worthy! My family and i came in for brunch and they had mariachi! they were the best and fun!! Our server Zanie was amazing as well. The staff made it a whole experience and very personal. 10/10!

Yelp
Service is not so good. Ambiance is nothing appealing with a horrible chlorine smell. Food decent

Yelp
Food was pretty good...service was awful. Got appetizers and food at the same time, drinks came 15 minutes after the food. No dessert offered. Plus side is they had Mariachis and good drinks. Food was decent but not worth the price...
