To be honest I’ve never eaten here since they don’t have anything vegan. Apologies if you are looking for a food review! But its been a nightmare since this place opened. There is constant problems with their sewer. It leaks all over the sidewalk, actual raw sewage. No one cleaned it. The smell from the sewage was outrageous. Actually gagging sitting in my house bc the smell was so heavy coming out of there. And it happened on multiple occasions. Not to mention the random jackhammering on any day of the week. Needless to say they are not the best neighbours. The girl who works at the counter seems very nice, but besides that there are no redeeming qualities to having this place nearby.

Meh.... This place won't last. Very very average and pricey for what you get. Overcooked vegetables. Food tasted old and boring. There was things that tasted like they had been sitting around and reheated. The design is nice. The staff is friendly but the food is very unappealing . Had been hoping for more from a known establishment. Definitely caters to an older crowd who don't really care how fresh their good is. Will see what the next incarnation is for this location in 2 years .

Loved the food and vibe here. Good sandwiches and sides for takeout for a beach day as well. The local neighbors have written bad reviews for issues that involves the owner of the building and traffic which has nothing to do with the small business owner who leases the space.

Super close walk from our Airbnb house. Friendly team. Food and drinks came out fast and delicious. My hazelnut latte tasted great!

happy to see a neighborhood style cafe finally open at this location. Staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. The coffee is excellent. Great food as well.

Amazing very beautiful upstairs with a beach view, this family owned business has an amazing tomato bisque soap and very good breakfast wraps. The Macha and espero is also very good.

MB location is so cozy & comfortable. Breakfast is always great! Good coffee and pastries too!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff wouldn’t even let me use the toilet.
