Absolutely delicious! Loaded with flavor! I bought the Blue Agave Sirracha on a whim, and after tasting it I went back to the store and bought one of each flavor and 4 more Blue Agave! It goes great with anything! I enjoy sipping it from the bottle!

I'm a hot sauce freak. I put it on everything except ice cream. I have tried them all. I started with the variety pack years ago. I liked the habanero but man it's hot. The blue agave Sriracha is the best Sriracha I have ever imbibed. It's not hot but man it's flavorful. Sometimes I'll just put some out on a spoon. Seems like everything that comes from Texas is great!

I discovered the Yellowbird habanero hot sauce while perusing the hot sauce aisle at my local grocery store here in Colorado Springs, Colorado. And boy was I surprised when I read where it was manufactured!! San Marcos, TX!! My old home!! 💗💗💗. Thank you for spreading some San Marcos love all the way up here in Colorado. This sauce is a new House favorite and we went through our bottle very quickly. We pretty much have been eating the hot sauce with almost every meal.💗💗💗☀️☀️

I absolutely love all the sauce. I just wish it was easier to get where i live in North Alabama. We only have 1 place that sells it. Even then, you're lucky if they have any. Personally, i just bought their entire supply of the habanero bc I've only seen it twice. Serrano is good and the agave goes well with sweet foods.

guys, a lot of flavor. what's with the excess sugar though? less is more.

I order the variety pack. This was my first time trying Yellowbird hot sauces, after hearing about them online. I was not disappointed! The variety pack provides a good offering of sauces, ranging from quite hot to fairly mild. Even my wife, who is not a big hot sauce fan, loves the Serrano sauce. The sauces are well balanced and complex, and not just pure heat. They are thicker sauces, which is great when slathering on eggs, pizza, and just about anything else! The sauce speaks for itself, but the customer service really makes this company standout. My initial order was lost or delivered to the wrong house. I contacted Yellowbird, and Joyce responded back to me with an hour or so of my email. Even though the lost shipment was no fault of their own, Joyce sent me another variety pack at no cost. The customer service, combined with the excellent quality sauce, will keep me coming back!

Great range of sauces, we tried them whilst on a trip to the USA and the best thing is we can now buy them in the UK. We have also shared our liking by reviewing a few of the sauces on our YouTube channel. Thanks Yellowbird for the heat/flavour and glad they have flown the nest and arrived in the UK.🇺🇸🐤🇬🇧🌶👍😁

My husband loves the blue agave flavor & makes us homemade vegetarian Mexican pizzas that rival Taco Bell. We recommend this stuff.

Offices only, you can't get your Yellowbird here. Instead, find it at better restaurants and retailers in the Austin area and on those Amazon people. I got mine with breakfast at Phoebe's in Austin and wooohooo, all three flavors I tried are hot hot hot. Green, made with serrano peppers. Red, made with jalapeno peppers. Yellow, made with habanero peppers. Hot, hotter, hottest. And they produce a ghost pepper that I'm going nowhere near. Wow. The thing is, these are hot but they actually have a flavor of peppers. The jalapeno on my poached eggs tasted like jalapenos and eggs, not like some other sauces that simply taste like "fire." Good stuff. Get some. [Review 10184 overall, 1770 of 2018.]
