1 Star – Extremely Disappointed! A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I visited the YETI store in Denver. He bought himself another YETI and surprised me with my first one, which I absolutely loved. While we were there, we asked a male employee with dark hair about their in-store engraving service. We explained that we weren’t sure what we wanted engraved yet, and specifically asked if we could come back later once we decided. He told us “absolutely.” 2 and a half weeks later, we returned to the store excited to finally personalize our cups. To my surprise, the store manager (a woman) told us that engraving isn’t possible on cups that have already been used. I completely understand policy, but I explained that we were told otherwise by one of her employees. Instead of making an effort to make things right, she just kept repeating that the information was incorrect and offered no solution, even after I described the employee who gave us the wrong information. It’s frustrating because I was ready to buy another YETI that day, but after this experience, I’ve completely lost trust in the store. A good manager would have cared enough to make the situation right instead of brushing it off. I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled. YETI is known for quality, but that should include customer service too. Do better.

Greeted immediately by who may have been the mgr. Another associate Collin offered his help right away. A cool regular dude. It was refreshing to deal with an unpretentious human in the Cherry Creek North area. The store atmosphere is pretty cool.

Super helpful and friendly staff that provides excellent customer service. I popped in during my trip to Denver. They shipped my purchases to my home in Vegas free of charge. Super convenient! They made excellent recommendations on places to eat in Cherry Creek. Store is clean and well stocked. Love the bar! Definitely worth the trip. My purchases that were sent to my home arrived in 2 days. They were wrapped with care.

YETI LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY I purchased a yeti hat from the Austin flagship store. Upon returning to Denver i realized that the inside brim was dirty, most likely because i had grabbed it off a mannequin in TX. Manager on duty the morning of 9-27-25 at the Cherry Creek store refused the return even though I had receipt. Had she taken the time to search my account in the POS, she would have realized to amount of life time spend i have with YETI. Instead she treated me as though i was returning a box of dirty diapers at Walmart.

My wife bought a one gallon insulated jug for me as a gift. Sadly, I never use it because it makes my water taste like chemicals. I tried everything, scrubbing the interior thoroughly, multiple times. My guess is that the lid is off-gassing or something. It's a shame, because she spent $135, ON A WATER BOTTLE. I reached out to customer service, but it would have required shipping the bottle off, and I'm not paying even more money for a substandard water jug. Apart from making my water taste downright undrinkable, the bottle performed well, in terms of temperature and the magnetic holder for the cap is genius. Too bad I never use it!

First time in the yeti Denver retail store and wow they have almost everything there! Staff was super nice and helpful. I came in there specifically looking for a half gallon jug, they helped me find one and gave me recommendations for other stuff. They even offer discounts for military and medical professionals I love it! Highly recommend checking out this store it was a great visit

If you want an indoor place to have a drink with your furry friend this is the place! We stopped by for a mug & stayed for a drink. I didn't know there was a bar inside & we had our dogs with us so we pulled up a seat & they gave our dogs the royal treatment. They brought them a dog bed, a bowl of water & treats! We had margaritas & they were great.

Sure Yeti is pricey but their products are top notch. This store is amazing and is well stocked and has great service. I have bought a dog bowl and thermos here and really happy with both.

A friend told us to check out the store and we were interested. Yeti is one of the best known brands in drink ware and I needed a new water bottle. They have a bar with beer, wine and cocktails. Everything is served in an appropriate yeti cup, ie wine cup for wine and lowball for cocktail. Great idea because I could actually witness how my wine stayed cold!

YETI has standards. You already knew that though, right?! What retail store has a bar inside? YETI does. Who's bathrooms fool you into believing you're actually in a four star restaurant? YETI does. Well made, indestructible products that will likely outlive both you and your kids? YETI. It's YETI. We would've had a drink but we needed to be in and out of this adorable, luxury store.... before we came home with more, lol. Haven't been? It was a fun trip. Go, have a drink for me too. And, the customer service and attention? Just like you'd expect: impeccable.

I'm a Star Fleet Captain and needed to augment my ship with additional consumables cooler space before leaving Near Earth Orbit. I heard from engineering that a Yeti Tundra 35 would hold up well to the stresses of intergalactic space travel. Couldn't find my Yeti of choice at my local REI, so discovered on Yelp that Yeti has a brand new store in Denver in the Cherry Creek Shopping District. I beamed down to find a full array of all Yeti supplies in stock, including the new colors for year 2021. Luckily, the store accepted Energy Credits currency transmitted through my iPhone communicator!! The life forms assisting customers were quite hospitable and knowledgeable about their products. And everything in every color was in stock. I completed the transaction for a beautiful teal Tundra 35 and beamed it aboard. Parking can be difficult for star ships, so I recommend using your transporter when visiting but parking on the street is available. Fare well and prosper.

I feel like I've been waiting for this store to open for.ev.er! Finally at long last I can go stare at floor to ceiling displays of hard and soft coolers, tumblers, thermoses, travel bags, and dog supplies with my own two eyes! The space is massive and rustic feeling. They do have a wooden bar inside that, covid willing, will hopefully get some use in 2021. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but don't stalk you around the store if you want to browse. Anytime I have needed help, I've received the 5-star treatment, but because they don't appear to be fighting for a commission, I don't feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. My most recent experience was to return a cooler I'd been gifted (sent in the mail, not purchased from Yeti Denver). They returned it no questions asked, and provided my new item (The Hopper Backpack!) from the back room still in the box rather than pulling one off of the shelf. Their products work as they guarantee, which is so nice when you're banking on items staying cold, frozen, unspoiled for days at a time. I do recommend "conditioning" your cooler the night before travel and using the Yeti Ice blocks if you really need items to stay partially frozen. ' COVID: all employees wear masks properly, hand sanitizer is provided, touchless payment is an option.

I was responsible for placing a bulk order of Yeti's Tundra 65 Hard Coolers for a company incentive program, so I turned to the online system thinking it would have been an easy process. I called Corporate Sales and the rep Hannah was not helpful at all. She was short in her responses. She did not note any of my concerns about ordering 20 to a construction site nor give me any relief on shipping and delivery. I almost pulled out of my order but decided to go into the brick and mortar store. Greeted by Sales rep Jason and the Assistant Manager Rebekah, they helped get all 20 coolers ordered, paid for, shipping and delivery confirmed AND we walked away with even some they had in stock. Overall, the Denver store was way more helpful, friendly, and went above my expectations! Do not order online - the corporate world of customer service is horrible! If you are in the city, always go into their stores as it promotes business locally as well. Way nicer to see their merchandise in real time anyways. Thank you Rebekah and Jason!!

My husband and I are leaving the country soon and wanted to get a panga 100, I called an hour before they closed asking to put it on hold and the lady on the phone was so sweet!!! We were a couple minutes late and she kept the doors open and was still so incredibly kind!! 10/10 highly recommend going when Mary Beth is there !!

What a unique, fun outdoors gear experience. The store is rustic chic and similar to a Costco in that you will leave with something you entirely did not intend to buy, but, like, just hadtohave. My most recent impulse purchase was a new portable coffee mug attachable handle. So practical. Haha. The displays are over-the-top but do get the creative juices flowing for what MAY be needed for that one camping trip you take a year. Also, there is a projector screen showing football on Sundays and a fully functioning BAR with indoor/outdoor seating -- perfect for sunny relaxation and people-watching. Maybe it was simply the novelty of having a beverage at a sporting goods store (first one is free with purchase!) that made it taste that much better, but it certainly made me forget how much money I had just spent. :-)

Yeti Denver was my first ever store front I've gotten to go to after using the yeti products for some time I was able to finally make the trip. The staff was amazing and super friendly helping me and my fiancé pick out a new 45 tundra with Maroon latch unfortunately the first one was lost after a miss scan with ups and the second took a few more day to ship but Rebecca( I hope I spelt her name right lol) was amazing and super helpful all of the staff was but she takes the cake!! If I could give them more stars I would!!

after getting a recall on a cooler we received a gift card. we went hoping to use it, workers were less than helpful. they provided no help, never asked if we needed anything again. never buying yeti again after the store experience and the recall.
