Best Chinese Hot Pot and Korean Barbecue in Charlotte | Eater Carolinas

"Perhaps the restaurant that most captures the ambiance of hot pot restaurants in Asia, this colorful spot in the GMart strip mall in Pineville has both a karaoke room and a robot that brings your selections to your table. For $30, dine from a diverse Chinese hot pot menu, where you can choose from six soup broth bases and proteins like spicy beef, aorta, lamb, duck, and chicken, premium seafood like lobster and crab, and traditional fish, meat, and fried fish and shrimp balls." - Shindy Chen

Google
it was mine and my fiancé's first time experiencing a hot pot. the service was excellent and the staff was so nice. our server was very kind and helpful with everything we needed and kept the conversation flowing and friendly, the robots were absolutely adorable and gave me and the fiancé a good laugh. everything was tasty and i especially enjoyed the chicken and bean sprouts. if your looking for an affordable date option this is a good choice! highly recommended!

Google
Great food, love hot pot but I'd never seen it other than in Taiwan. Great selection of options, easy to understand menu and figuring it out was easy. Love the automatic food delivery robots, they are really cool and keep your table entertained just watching them! I'll definitely be back!

Google
I love this place! It has a LOT of options and the food quality is very good for all you can eat! The pricing for HotPot and Sushi is really good for unlimited EVERYTHING! You only have to pay for a few things like special drinks, sashimi, and dessert. A couple of flies or nats pop up every now and then, but the door is kind of hard to stop them. That is the only downside side!

Google
Fantastic! This was an amazing experience from the moment we stepped in all the way up until we left. It was our first time at a hot pot and the server was super friendlyin explaining it to us and being kind and patient. I love that you get to customize your meal. It's such a fun experience to cook your food in front of yourself. The atmosphere was nice. They have a projector that has a moving display. It's a very clean place too.

This was a First!! I so enjoyed it. Angel (our server) was Wonderful and made my first Hot Pot experience Fantastic! Everything was fresh and delicious. We will be back!

Google
Such a fun experience. Fixed price. You pick your broth (bone or veggie), if you want your broth to have a flavoring and then you pick your meats, veggies, dumplings and noodles. Apps and dim sum are included. The table has cooking element at every seat. They put a pan of broth and your broth boils in front of you and you cook and eat your food as you go. The passion fruit tea is AMAZING and you should get the pitcher. Finally there are robots that bring your food. Yep, robots. Fun and tasty meal!

Google
We’ve been to Yiding twice and each time we enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and how full we were afterwards. Everything was fresh and delivered quickly by robots. Both times there were newly hired kids serving us but if anything was accidentally neglected, an experienced staff member would come check on us and fill in without any fuss. I recommend the Hotpot Sushi combo because for +$5 how can you go wrong having both menus to choose from.

Google
We'd never had authentic Chinese, so Yiding Hot Pot was a treat! We opted for the all-you-can-eat buffet along with the hot pots, which are built into the tables and filled with our choices of broth, veggies, proteins, etc. The service was out of this world, and the entire restaurant was spotless! I need to mention that the buffet tables had lobster, Alaskan king crab legs, and many other wonderful choices. And the bathrooms were well kept. As always, that's important.

Yelp
Yiding Hot Pot is an interactive and communal experience in a casual environment. That's what the adult in me is quoting. The child in me says "Wow! We get to play with our food and have a fun time with our family and friends all while making a mess! Plus, robots!" There are so many dining choices to make here but we really can't go wrong especially since it's "all you can eat". Pick a broth (simple? mild? umami? spicy? very spicy?), and then select among literally dozens of raw meats, seafood, veggies, tofu and noodles to cook in it. Each person gets their own pot, so be selfish and choose your pleasure. Order some dumplings or other dim sum "appetizers" Order various sashimi or sushi rolls. Go to the cold bar and stock up on Asian salad options and various dipping sauces. For us big kids beer, wine, sake and soju are also available. Then as the broth in the buckets boil in front of us start adding and scooping out ingredients. Eat. Repeat. Did I say robots? The food is delivered to the tables by these cutesy things. Just don't stiff the bots on tips - I hear they'll run you down and tase you (just kidding - I think). Did I say messy? Seriously, don't wear nice clothes. Broth gets distributed, well, pretty much everywhere. Needless to say, Yiding Hot Pot is a place best enjoyed with a group. Approved and recommended for children of all ages!

Yelp
This place was a really fun dinner. We had never been there so we needed a bit of help navigating through the process. Our server was amazing and patient and helpful. The robot delivery was fun but beware you don't get in their way or you may get bumped! Fun atmosphere and delicious food made for a great experience! The hot bar food was delicious! Definitely recommend! Two thumbs way up

Yelp
My first time trying hot pot and Yiding set the bar high! Great selection of proteins and vegetables. Didn't get too adventurous for my first time but would be open to in the future. The robot server was a fun touch to the experience. Staff was attentive and refilled our base broth regularly. Made a rookie mistake and ate too many noodles to start due to being hungry. Will definitely stick to proteins and veggies as the main food group.

Yelp
My family recommended this hot pot spot due to their good pricing, and honestly during Thanksgiving they were open and no one wanted to cook. What we got was a tasty broth, good price, and we filled ourselves to the brim. I would have to say it was a lot better than some dry turkey. I was thankful that this place was open during Thanksgiving. Service was great, we were served by a robot that brought the meats out, and while their sauces were a little bit limited, they had a good amount of the essentials. If you have never had hot pot before, you get a pot of broth, you order your meats or veggies, and then you cook your meats in the broth. And you just keep doing that, dipping your sauces with the meat until you're stuffed! It's great for a cold winter or fall day. Hence, I thought this meal for Thanksgiving was amazing. I would recommend you coming here if you want to try out hot pot!

Yelp
My second or third time trying hot pot, first time here. This was quite good. Quiet on a Monday night, my friend with his wife and young daughter had a positive experience. Lots of options for broth and then the all-you-can-eat menu was great. We got five different meats, a bunch of veggies, different noodles and then supplemented it with a few items from the buffet. Of course, there's also a big self-service sauce bar so you can spice things up. Service was good and attentive. Our waitress did a great job of clearing dirty plates and of course, the robot that brings out orders was a hit. [Review 254 of 2024 - 3520 in North Carolina - 21289 overall.]

Yelp
Started off the new year with a delicious and filling meal. My friends and I dropped by this unsuspecting hotpot place for the first time since it opened just a short while ago. We all opted for AYCE HotPot and were thrilled to be seated right away despite our large party. Service was wonderful and the owner and staff came to check on us frequently. For $30, you can select unlimited meats, veggies and desserts. There is also a hot and cold bar that offers lobster stir fry, crab legs, salmon sashimi and more. I would say this is a great deal for someone that likes variety. We were all pleasantly surprised by how seasoned the broths were. Highly recommend getting the Spicy Tomato Broth if you want a little kick of spice and a little bit of sweetness. The thinly cut hotpot meat was very tender and good quality. A cute little robot came out and dropped off all the orders, which made for an even grayer experience. We ended up missing a few orders here and there but it was the day after new years and the place was seemingly packed and staff was busy. A very solid hotpot place in Charlotte and a great bang for your buck if you are able to eat a lot.

Yelp
I love Hot pot and this place really made me happy. A few things that I was surprised to see was the cold bar and hot bar that included unlimited crab legs, advertisers meets and other things that you could eat while you waited for your hot pot ingredients to come out or to eat with your hot pot. One of my favorite features was the spice bar. Everyone has their own preference for how things taste and I made a spice mix to add to the Hot pot broth and it made it even better. They have robots that deliver your hot pot ingredients to the table which was really fun and it's all you can eat so you can try pretty much anything you want though you cannot order more than you're willing to eat because they do charge if there is a significant amount of waste.

Yelp
Tried lunch here today. The hot pot experience was new to my family and we chose this restaurant specifically because they have robots and my son really wanted to dine where robots brought you food. That said, the experience of trying hot pot was a fun one but I doubt we'll return to this restaurant again. While the food we received was ok, many items that we ordered based on the menu picture did not look at all like the picture when they arrived and we had to ask repeatedly what things were. It was unclear and no explanation was offered until I asked about the food we had ordered that was missing that we were told that some of our food had to be cooked before it was brought to us, hence the delay. Additionally, there were some food items that although we ordered them (order by picture), never were received. This was disappointing and because food is brought up by a robot there is no explanation as to what food is what when it comes to you, you just take what is delivered, and assume that maybe the rest of your order will arrive soon? The robot and sauce station needed cleaning. Many sauces were near empty and just didn't look fresh to us, although we arrived one hour after opening for lunch, leading me to believe that many sauces are not made fresh daily, but are kept refrigerated overnight. I began to wonder about health and sanitary standards. The variety of foods and broths and sauces to choose from was nice, but I wasn't wowed as I'd hoped I may be with this particular restaurant. Look forward to trying other area restaurants with similar concepts in the future.

Yelp
I love hot pot and I think I love the DIY sauce station more!!!! Went for lunch and the price was $21 per person. Ordered all our items for the table through a QR code on my phone. Each order is enough for about one person so if ordering for more be mindful. I ordered a few items and saw what we liked and then ordered more the next times. Remember they will charge you if you waste. The little robot is so cute but make sure the table captain or adult is sitting close to the end of the table to get the items off the robots tray. When going with a large group you can get a table with a cooking slot for each person. I noticed the smaller tables only had one pot so you need to decide on the broth. Now the DIY sauce station is where I got hooked. There are so many combinations to be made and the sauce really affects the item you are eating. I loved each of the combinations I created and had fun making sauce creations for others. Yiding Hot Pot 10610 Centrum Pkwy Ste I Pineville, NC 28134 (Review 40 in 2023 and 780 overall)

Yelp
Before going in, I was thinking to myself why go to a HOT POT during the summer, it Is going to be HOT and I will not enjoy it. But I was wrong, they have really good system that kept it cool for this hot summer night. So I been wanting to try this place since they opened however I learned that you have to order each items separately and it can add up quickly with each items cost about $5 to $7. But as soon as I found out about the ALL YOU CAN EAT, I am happy to come and try. This new deal is $30 per person which includes some ready to eat food at the hot bar, DIM SUM, and all the hot pot items. You might say it is expensive for each person, but being all you can eat you don't have to worry about not enough food. Food from hot bar tasted ok, nothing too great or too bad. It has good variety. You can also ordered some dim sum not on the hot bar, I ordered some soup dumplings, fried bun, fried fish, ad fried pumpkin cake, they are with great flavors. For the hot pot, each person got to pick their own broth. The broth is what makes the hotpot good or bad. I am happy to say that I tried three broths, they are great. The mushroom one is creamy, tomato has a hint of sweetness, and my favorite is the Yiding Mala. Yiding Mala is perfect for me, I like spicy broth on hot pot but I don't like it too hot, this is just prefect with enough spicy for me. There two other more spicy broth if you are into spicy. Overall this is a great place, will come back again!

Yelp
Food is good for the price, but we're disappointed the crab legs are gone. That's what brought us in. Otherwise, friendly staff, clean, and good food.

Yelp
Came with my friends and didn't know what to expect. So happy that Charlotte has an all you can eat hot pot location! It's nice to see that Charlotte is expanding the Asian cuisine! Our party ordered the all you can eat, and we all strategized on what meats and veggies to order. We also wanted to try the different soups, so we strategized with that as well. Definitely come with a crew. There's also a few hot bar options while you wait for your soups to heat up, and several sauces for dipping your meats/veggies. If you don't know what to mix there's a nice little suggestion recipe next to the sauces. I tried it it was good. The staff were pretty attentive and responsive when we asked for more dishes, our robot was also very cute and timey. It's a new space, so very clean and modern. Highly recommend checking them out!

Yelp
Service was table, the tables were literally dirty when we got seated. We had a large group that half wanted sushi and the other half didn't, very snobby They told us no because the whole table has to pick so they literally lost money because of it. I don't think they could make it more complicated if they tried.

Yelp
The food is always so good and they give you a lot compared to other hot pot places! Always one of my go to hot pot places and it is so much better than Kpot/ other hot pot chains.

Yelp
This used to be our go-to spot for authentic hot pot. The meat used to be exceptional quality, the sauce bar had the freshest ingredients, and the hot bar was as good as food you'd order from an ala carte highly rated Chinese restaurant. On our most recent visit we left with our heads hung in disappointment. The hot pot meat was stringy, similar to cheap hot pot places. The sauce bar was lacking basic ingredients like peanut sauce. And they removed some of the best hot bar items like the lobster. Moreover their delicious desserts were replaced with lower quality factory-made items. For example the icing with the golden little buns (my previously favorite dessert item on the menu) tasted suspiciously close to sweetened mayonnaise. I suspect they are going through some management changes, as they are soon planning to swap out the hot bar with AYCE sushi. It's such a shame to see a once exceptional establishment cutting corners on quality. We will unfortunately not be coming back.

Yelp
6 in our party and we just showed up to try out this place. Didn't know we needed reservations til we got there. Plus she said if u have 5 in a party they charge gratuity %. Um ok. Never tried hot pot in me life. Here goes... when the waitress asked us if we have been here or have tried hot pot and we said no, her face showed disbelief... where have u been hiding people?! lol There are 2 stations, one hot and one cold, plus the menu is simple with pictures so u mark what u want then the AI Robot brings our food on his trays! Cool. She told us we have 1hr 1/2 to eat before the other party arrives since we showed up. We had 6 burners at our table. If you are tall like 5'7 having a long torso and short legs, also lean then this booth will be perfect. They r design quite strange. The food was good, cooked in soup based broth. My favorite was the unlimited crab legs & stir fried garlic sauce crab legs! Yum. Will I come back? Um only for the CL! Price all u can eat is $35? Not bad deal at all!

Yelp
Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The price was very reasonable for the amount of food. The Sushi was great and hotpot was also very good. The service was super friendly! There were also robots bringing a lot of the food. And the ambience is nice with marble tables and lux decor. I would have liked if they had that one brown soup some Japanese hotpot's have but everything was great and we will definitely be back.

Yelp
I really like this place! I have been here twice and enjoyed it both times. It is located in Pineville next to the new Super G Mart and there is plenty of parking. My first time there, I went with a group of 20+ people and they have private rooms with karaoke to cater to large parties. It is $300 food minimum for the smaller room and $500 for the larger room. We were in the larger room and $500 was easy to hit with so many people and such a great value to have karaoke included versus paying per hour at Seoul Food. I love being able to order food off my phone and the little robot server delivers the food. Service as great and very attentive. My favorite broth was the tomato one. There is a sauce bar in the back and I felt like the ingredients were all fresh. I personally am glad it is not an all-you-can-eat hotpot place because I hate stuffing myself into a food coma to get my money's worth. My family and I also came here on Mother's Day and I love how you get your own individual pot. I didn't mind sharing in the private room but having your own is pretty nice. Overall, such a great addition to the Charlotte food scene and hope to return soon!

Yelp
Read about the news and announcements for this place before going there with a group of friends, and felt disappointed after the meal. - I attended two parties there. The first one started at 4:30pm in Room Y and the second one was booked for 6:30pm. Around 6pm, the party organizer was told by the restaurant that the room was not ready and changed the reservation to 7pm. Then near 7pm, the reservation was moved again to 7:30pm and to another room. By then I was told that the two parties were intended to be in the same room. Question for the restaurant: when you organize reservations, why and how could you be confident that a 30-people party can end in 2 hours that you book one for 4:30pm and the following one for 6:30pm? - We ordered the soup base with 5 hot pepper rating, which is the most spicy one. However, it is not spicy and just basically lack of flavor - more salt would help. We ran to Super G nearby and purchased some hotpot soup base. - We had a lot of "self-serving". Our server was nice and I would not blame him, but the restaurant should think about how to improve service for big groups. Need more effort on cleaning up empty dishes, adding broth, etc. There is a call for service button in the room; however if we really want to have a complete service, the server pretty much needs to be dedicated to our room without worrying about other tables. - Edamame, which is one of the appetizers offered at the self serve bar, was not cooked fully that day. - Even though each dish is under $10, the portion is not impressive thus overall it is easy to reach $40-$50 pp. Comparing to other hotspot places in NC, it is on a more expensive side. - Karaoke is okay. It is not the best I've experienced, but it worked. It is a good option for large party gatherings, but I will not choose this place if I just want to dine out with a few friends to enjoy food. As the only Chinese hotpot place in Charlotte, I wish it could improve from all perspectives and offer better customer experience.

Yelp
Excellent hot pot! Fresh vegetables and meats-great selection! Love the spice and hot bar. Fantastic hand pulled noodles. Attentive staff! The table set up is so user-friendly. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Food was great, I like the individual hot pots built into the tables. They also have a lot of great dipping sauces to choose from. Another great addition to the menu is the Dim Sum selections, really enjoyed those! It has a nice modern atmosphere. They have a video wall that was projecting a 30 foot long underwater scene, and they have Robot servers that bring your food selections to the tables, an interesting and fun touch.

Yelp
We stumbled upon Yiding accidentally, but I love hot pot. It was everything I'd hoped for! Lots of options and an all you can eat choice. The sushi and the hot pot were both delicious. Service was great too.
google avatar

Christine L.

Yelp
Yiding continues to develop new delicious authentic Chinese dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by the new Authentic Chinese order menu, in addition to the core All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) hotpot choice. We love to go back to Yiding often knowing the variety of food and changes over time. It's also extremely flexible, from 2 people to 4/5 people small group, to 10- 30 people party, family or friends, Yiding is our top choice.

Yelp
DO NOT COME! Last month I visited NC and went to eat hot pot here. After I came to my hotel, I started to throw up and had very bad food poisoning!!! Not very clean! Super rude staff! Also they put 18% charge SECRETLY on top of the tip regardless of how many ppl are in your group! We were (2of us) never informed about the 18% charge and after we left tip, on the receipt we saw the 18% charge and when we asked they pretended no one speaks English! Scam!

Yelp
Right next to super g mart, if you're hungry try this all you can eat Chinese hot pot. I love the spicy tomato broth and thin sliced lamb. I throw in quail eggs and corn. I also paid my meats with white rice and lettuce. There's a sauce bar too which I like to dip the meats into the peanut sauce and spicy chili. A hot bar is included as well if you opt for it. Food is brought to your table on a robot. There are a lot of different options of meats, veggies, sides and this location also offers fish

Yelp
I could give this place more stars than just 5. Phenomenal service, staff, food, etc. My family and I found this hidden gem on a whim. We had never had hot pot. The staff was very welcoming and willing to go into great detail explaining the process and foods. We all decided to go with the AYCE menu which gave a great amount of options. The food was VERY fresh and delicious. The food bars were always stocked with fresh hot food. The food bar is also a small bar, which is not a bad thing because most of the food items are delivered to your table fresh. Everything was served in decent portions and with AYCE you certainly can request more. Because we didn't know the wait staff suggested and created dipping sauces which were amazing. I honestly could eat here everyday. The place was well lit, clean, and they had the cutest robots serving food to the tables. The robots even sing Happy Birthday to those celebrating life. All the recommendations were on point and delicious. I plan to go back very soon. THIS IS A MUST TRY.

Yelp
My wife woke up wanting hot pot. We have been eating hot pot or shabu for the last 3 weeks while we were on vacation so surprised when she asked. In Charlotte there is not many options for hot pot. We decided to give Yiding a shot since it's newer. Came in 30 minutes after they open and it was pretty busy already. The restaurant was clean looking and laid out well. They have all you can eat hot pot. It included their sauce bar and their app/dim sum bar. You order everything by phone through toast. They had a good selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables. Our server Sue was very attentive and nice. The sauce bar was not hugh and the hot bar had maybe 10-15 dishes. Most of the customer were fighting over crabs. I have to give them props because they kept filling up while people were running to grab them. We don't really eat crabs so we didn't care about it. The only downside and why I couldn't give them 5 star, because every time we ordered the robot never brought out everything we order or it brought something we didn't order. Oh yeah they also have 2 vip room where you can have hot pot and sing karaoke in private. Overall for the small amount of choices of hot pot places to eat in Charlotte I would recommend.

Yelp
I went out to lunch on a Saturday with two friends and had a blast. It was 1pm and there was no wait so were seated immediately. We were greeted quickly with water. Since this was a first experience for us, the server explained the process for us and I'm glad she did. We gave our drink order and went to work delegating the ordering process to our most controlled friend so that we didn't over-order. The process was to use a dry erase marker on the menu to select your broth base, meats, veggies, noodles, and other things. From there, we made our way to the buffet where there was a sauce bar for you to make your own concoctions. This is pivotal in the experience and ensures everyone likes what they get and you can also try out different combos to have fun with your meal. They also had salmon sashimi, dim sum, pork ribs and a few other select hot items. Sooner than later, the little robot and the server arrived to hand out the food. It is adorable and adds to the whole experience. This was a great experience and made eating out a lot of fun. I recommend going with friends. There are a lot of menu options that I'm not used to and it's a great way to try new things. I would try some new things if you come here. My broth was the mala and full of Szechuan peppercorns. It says very spicy but is tamed because you are cooking in it, not slurping. Plus, you have control on the sauce you use to make a good balance. Our favorite selections were probably the beef, the hot pot noodles, and the mushrooms. I can't wait to go back with a bigger group to try more things.

Yelp
Good Asian food is hard to find in Charlotte, but if you're in the mood for some comforting hot pot, I highly recommend checking out Yiding Hotpot. The standout dishes for me were undoubtedly the golden mantou (黃金小饅頭) and the mala seasoned beef. The golden mantou were perfectly fluffy and had a deliciously crispy exterior, and they wereso good with the sweet sauce! In terms of the broth, surprisingly, I found myself enjoying the house bone broth that my girlfriend ordered even more than the spicy broth, which is saying a lot since I love spicy food. To me, the spicy broth tasted more like a sauce (a bit thicker and oilier, with a strong flavor) that I would dip my meats or mix into my noodles/rice than something I would drink on its own. But the house bone broth was well-seasoned and perfectly savory, and its taste was amazing both as a complement to our meats as well as on its own. The customer service was great as well; the staff was attentive and friendly, and we got all of our food in a pretty short time. I think I'd especially recommend this restaurant for groups or kids where you want to enjoy the experience of cooking, customizing, and sharing a meal together, as it's pretty fun to pick out all the different meats and cook them as a team. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
The service was great and atmosphere was incredibly clean and spacious. Each person can have their own personal broth. Menu and ordering was through QR code. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not AYCE and ended up costing me and a friend around $120 including tax and tip (no drinks). Overall, I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Only downside is the price.

Alexa N.

Yelp
The food was delicious. Service and hospitality was fantastic. Very kind and helpful waitstaff. Will be going back next time we are in town. The crab legs on the AYCE hot bar were such a treat! The hand pulled noodles were amazing. Great service and good quality food for the price.

Yelp
Food was ok but the service was bad. The waitress kept rolling her eyes at us every time she came to our table. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Yelp
It nice to see a robot bringing the food, plates, etc. Food was different but simple.

Yelp
Everything is pretty fresh, crab and lobster included, for the price, it is pretty good!. Will recommend and go back again.

Yelp
My wife and I have been waiting months for this place to open! We attended their soft open and we were fortunate enough to be the first customers in the building. The ambiance is very nice and welcoming. Well lit and spacious, there is plenty of room to traverse through the restaurant. The tables are large and spacious allowing for plenty of room for any coming plates of food. The menu is A La Carte and prices per item range from $3-$9 and we ended up spend around $100 including tip on a variety of meats, noodles, vegetables, and seafood. We chose the Milky Cream Broth and the Mushroom Broth. Both were amazing but the highlight was the Milky Cream Broth, and when we added some spice and udon noodles it absolutely blew us away. In addition to the broth we ordered the Mala Beef, Beef Tongue, Lamb, Udon Noodles, Yam Noodles, two orders of dumplings, an order of Takoyaki, Enoki Mushrooms, Baby Bamboo, and Abalone. Everything came out very quickly and the quality on the meats and seafood were high. Overall the restaurant was extraordinarily clean. The service was fast and great, and the food was amazing. I could recommend this place enough.

Yelp
Spot on Hot Pot. Lots of options, for hot pot and more! Did I mention there are karaoke rooms you can rent?

Yelp
This is our go to place for hot pot! The soup base is on point and spice level is perfect. The food is delicious and the lobster and snow crab legs are a bonus! They may be a short staffed, but nonetheless, their current staff is friendly and do their best to keep the customers happy.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I could not finish our food! The broth was too salty and the service was slow. We were also charged for food that we didn't receive, and this place is NOT cheap. I give it 2 stars because the dumplings were delicious.

Yelp
I've been supporting this place since they were soft opening. The first time i came, there's so many seafood for you to order by scanning your phone if you do ALL YOU CAN EAT. Second time i came when they first opened , i noticed they served less food than the other time. I still could able to order food on phone by scanning the barcode but they didn't bring out enough of what we had ordered. Service was still ok. Today is the third time I came, I brought different group of friends each time. I got to the table around 8pm. While we were eating, the waitress kept coming to us to remind that they'd closing soon, one time is good, and we already knew. But they did that many times. It's kinda ruin our dinner. Then the manager guy also gave us weird look. We felt so uncomfortable. We got up and paid ALL YOU CAN EAT price. When we're about to step outside the waitress came up and asked us to pay for extra food we ordered. I had to pay for more than $30. So What's the point of paying ALL YOU CAN EAT for? What's a bad experience for us. Very bad service too. I won't ever come back. And i would tell all the people I know about it.

Yelp
10/10 with amazing service! We were greeted immediately, sat and were explained in detail I how the hot pot system works. Our server and all staff were amazing and attentive. Food was fresh and came out quick. Run, don't walk, this place is amazing and fun

Yelp
Bad experience ever. First time i came here with my sister and brother for ALL YOU CAN EAT food, the food came slow but that was ok to me. The IMPORTANT thing is they charged us extra fee for 4 LAST DISHES?!? So what ALL YOU CAN EAT mean? So weird. Never come back again.

Yelp
Slow service, me and my girlfriend only got one round of food on the all you can eat menu because the server would not come back for 20 minutes at a time so we couldn't put our order in. Everything in the buffet bar was old and stale and their prices are ridiculous for the service they provide. This place really needs to clean up their act. Definitely the worst dining experience I've ever had.

Yelp
I can't give 4.5 stars so giving them 5 instead of a 4 since it was more towards a 5 star. First off I love how updated the technology is here outside of even the robot. The way you can place your orders online makes it easier to spit the ticket if you are with a group. Also, love how we all get our own pot so we don't need to worry about keeping seasoning of the broth neutral. You can really make the broth to your liking because of the individual pots and the seasoning/sauce section towards the back of the restaurant. I went by recommendation of bone broth and added the spice. I was happy I did because the broth was amazing. The food was also delivered fast and the service was great despite it being very busy. The pricing is also cheaper than I thought it would be. We took my husband's parents here for a late Mother's Day gift and the total was less than $120 even with drinks. Very affordable and great value in my opinion as we still had food leftover. I am already planning on bringing my parents back here and trying out the karaoke rooms. I took away .5 stars as the alcohol selection could have been more varied but since they are fairly new I am assuming they will have more as time progresses. Also, wasn't a fan of the shrimp balls as it was filled with a yam textured filling inside. I wish it was noted on the menu it would have filling.

Yelp
This place is very awesome. The broth was flavorful the Mala beef was fantastic and the wait staff was attentive. The owner stopped by every table and asked how things were. I have to say I am welcoming a hot pot to Charlotte. We will be back again.

Yelp
I love love hot pot but this one wasn't great. Nothing was very good at all. Kinda yucky. Lots of Asians so I thought it works be good but it wasn't. Spices were nasty. Small pot which didn't really fit the food, difficult to understand the menu so I got the all you can eat option. I won't go back there again.
