Loved this unique experience. You go in, get assigned a table by the server, and then you get to make your own hotpot. You start by getting a bowl and a pair of tongs and there is a buffet of ingredients you can choose from and put in your bowl. There were a good mix of familiar and unique ingredients. I personally loved the large selection of mushrooms, baby corn and the kelp bows. There were also things like tripe, blood sausage, lamb, and fish cakes when I went. They also had a good selection of noodles, like ramen, vermicelli, rice and glass noodles. The pricing is done by weight. You choose a broth and they cook it for you in the back. They put it in a fancier bowl and get it to your table. The service was pretty fast. They also have a sauce bar if you want to add anything to your pot. You pay at the counter after your meal. The pricing was affordable compared to the large portion size, and it's a good place to bring both adventurous people and people who stick with their comfort foods.
