Where do I even begin? Nicole Johnson was our real estate agent and she was just a super star the whole time. We were purchasing our second home and selling our first home…that is nerve racking in itself! Well my husband is a 10-99 employee which makes the loan situation a little different!! Nicole sent us to an amazing lending team who killed the transaction! She recommended a wonderful attorney who was knowledgeable and very nice! She sat down with us and reviewed the ends and outs of both sides of the transaction and even gave us realistic expectations. She was always very prompt and never left us hanging with questions. If a hiccup or concern happened she was on top of it and really supporting us with it all! She was super friendly and knowledgeable!!!! I am a very prompt person and on top of things person…she exceeded my expectations of what I was wanting in an agent! The photographer with this company did an outstanding job showcasing our home and really making it look how it did in person! That was the biggest compliment that was given bc the potential buyers weren’t walking into a photoshopped home. Me and my husband were just all around extremely happy and felt comfortable during a hug process!!!! I love Karen and her team! We are moving from out of state and she has made the process of buying so easy. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and always goes the extra step to provide very detailed information to make it easier on you to make your decisions. She’s extremely busy but she always makes herself available and is usually thinking ahead to make sure any obstacles are addressed before they arise. I always had the information I needed and she is so helpful. When we did virtual tours I was offered videos if I wanted something to watch to refer back.
