I love Karen and her team! We are moving from out of state and she has made the process of buying so easy. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and always goes the extra step to provide very detailed information to make it easier on you to make your decisions. She’s extremely busy but she always makes herself available and is usually thinking ahead to make sure any obstacles are addressed before they arise. I always had the information I needed and she is so helpful. When we did virtual tours I was offered videos if I wanted something to watch to refer back. This review is for Christine Wells… She has been my realtor for some time even when I decided to rent out my house… She is really great with communication..really good with keeping me in the loop and I do feel like she has went above and beyond with not only this process but even when I was renting out my house… After renting I chose to sell my house. I worked with Karen Yip to sell my house. Karen is the best agent you could ever work with. She was very professional, kind and caring. I moved out of state and needed to sell my house as soon as possible. I could tell right away that my urgency to sell the house became Karen's urgency which was very appreciative. Every 3-4 wks we had follow up calls to share status. The market was slower and we had to work against the newly built homes. Despite of all the obstacles we had to deal with, Karen was always very positive. Karen was very proactive and always ahead of me. She always shared her new ideas including strategies. My house was vacant during winter and Karen always had someone to check our house after storm or cold weather to confirm everything was good. I wish I could have Karen every time I sell/buy a house.
