Phenomenal customer service. I called their store one morning to ask about a bracelet and made the payment over the phone. McKay personally delivered the bracelet to my place of work within the hour, beautifully wrapped. The bracelet is beautiful and I enjoy wearing it daily.

One of the best shopping experiences ever! Friend and I purchased some of the least expensive items in the store and still received A+ treatment and a generous amount of time from the sales person. Everyone was friendly and attentive and the selection of jewelry is truly stunning!

Lauren was super helpful and patient as I looked through all the displays in the store... twice. She had great insight and style and was able to help me find just the right piece! Thank you all for supplying such fun and artistic jewelry to Dallas for years!

The only online shop that I trust for mile stone jewelry. So many special pieces purchased here that never disappoints. Very reasonable price range they don’t price gouge above MSRP like a lot of other retailers do. The designers they carry are incredible.

Dropping by Ylang 23 is always a wonderful experience. Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have an outstanding mix of designers. It's an iconic boutique in Dallas and it deserves its icon status!

This jewelry store gets things right! They have excellent customer service and genuinely want you to acquire a timepiece that is a good fit for you, rather than trying to steer you in another direction just to make a sale. They treat customers with the utmost care. The whole experience - start to finish - was positive and seamless. I cannot recommend them enough!

I made an appointment to get a piercing, which requires a $20 deposit. Their store called to cancel that appointment because they weren’t going to be open on Memorial and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I declined and asked for the deposit back. It’s been 9 weeks with three emails and a call, with them saying first they were having issues with their cc vendor and then saying they were sending a check. If you can charge me $20 for the deposit and charge $100 for the jelwery and another $40 for the piercing.. surely you can give me my $20 bucks back! Really didn’t want to leave a review like this, but it’s just annoying and frustrating.

Before you even start reading this, I have never been to this boutique. I follow these guys on IG because I'm a jewelry fan and love a lot of the designers these guys carry. I have a gorgeous pair of Raphaele Canot earrings and they have two tiny little diamonds hanging from them. One morning when I was putting them on, I looked closely and saw what looked like a scratch or chip on the surface of one of the diamonds. I was shocked and my heart sank. Maybe this is the same feeling you would have if you see a scratch on your freshly detailed car. You stare at it thinking that it can't possibly be. But it is. Sounds dramatic right? It's not. I emailed the customer service people on the Raphaele Canot website to see if they could fix my babies. (Yes, I don't do pets but when it comes to jewelry, I'm all about love.) I waited a month and got no response. I was racking my brain trying to think of what I could do to get my earrings fixed. I knew that Ylang23 carried the Raphaele Canot brand so I took a chance and called. I spoke with a man named Marcos Camberos. From my initial conversation, he assured me that he would be able to get a hold of the brand to see what they could do. It was the start of an email thread where I sent over pics of my babies (earrings). When he asked if he wouldn't mind if I sent them to their store in Dallas so they could take a closer look, I instantly said yes. This guy was offering to take care of my earrings that I had not even bought from their store! I couldn't believe it. I shipped them out and once they received it, this is where the story gets a tad embarrassing. Marcos emails me and says that after a good cleaning + steaming, all of the diamonds are perfect. He tells me that the spot where I *thought* that the diamond was scratched was really just a speck of dirt. Talk about best news ever. They are now on their way back to me and I can't wait to put them on. I can't give Marcos Camberos a hug personally but I would. If they can take care of a customer like me who didn't even purchase my earrings from them, how much more if I was a paying customer. This is how it's done folks. Best customer service ever. I may have to bug Mr. Camberos for a zoom meeting to talk about some new jewelry possibilities. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!!

My new favorite shop! I can't even describe how much I enjoy coming here to shop all the Maria Tash ear candy! The Ylang team is a wonderful group of ladies who provide outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to help you select the best pieces to curate timeless style. I consider Lauren and Erin to be more like friends! They are always happy to answer my many questions and they have all the patience while I look around. I highly recommend this shop and the talented team who run it!

incredible customer service! I'm in California and really wanted a pair of earrings from Alison Lou but couldn't find them on the website. Did a little hunting and found them on Ylang 23's site! Great selection and free, super quick shipping too.

I have been working with Miss Erin and Miss Anne via email inquiring about a ring for a potential client for a one of a kind unusual engagement ring. In no way is working with a potential client over email ideal, they have made this process flawless and fluid. Responding to emails quickly, sending over photos and videos when asked, these people go ABOVE AND BEYOND and I'm looking forward to continue to work with them on this piece. One of a kind and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been in this store numerous times. The staff is very friendly (not sincere, just friendly.) I have purchased piercing earrings and had them pierced by a wonderful young lady Amelia, who has since moved to Wildlike on Oak Lawn Avenue. Today I found a gorgeous turquoise lock by Marla Aaron, attached to a heavy link bracelet. The bracelet was too small for my wrist. The owner happened to be there and came over and attached another link bracelet to make it fit and work. I asked the price and was told the link bracelet was $735. After finding this gorgeous piece, she continued to show me a $10K necklace I may like for a future purchase. I was attempting to finish my bracelet purchase when she came back to me telling it was a mistake, the actual price was $2400. The owner herself took the tags off the link bracelet and lock, and put it on my wrist to admire. Clearly not my error, she did offer to give me a $500 gift certificate for a FUTURE purchase, which I refused. I believe since the tag was attached to the bracelet, that was the price I should have been able to pay. After all the OWNER herself took the tags off. Not my error. That's the end of my visits to this store. Beautiful items, very pricey, friendly staff but beware of the price switch that could be in your future !!!!

One of the worst online purchase exp I ever had & worst of the return policy , will not shop here anymore. Purchased a couple of bracelets for family, but one of it doesn't fit the size, so I tried to return it, thought this will be just like returning in the real world like in bloomingdale, neiman marcus or any other place e.g. Amazon. Only after I make the call ~10 days later ( out of town) to them to find out they have a 7-day return policy if u r more than 7 days, first u will need to pay the return yourself and second they will only give you store credit back, how is such rude return policy exists, on their website, they only bragging about `FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING ON ORDERS $150+, PLUS FREE RETURNS.` This's nuts. Plz be very cautious about this hidden 7 days return rule. I feel hurt as a customer. Lesson learned as a customer and I'll never shop here Ylang 23 and remind other folks to be mindful w this 7-day return policy. Also the customer support is rude and to make the feeling worse

I love this jewelry shop. It has the most unique and also trendy jewelry selection in Dallas. Anytime I have a friend in town I take them to ylang 23 bc it's fun even just to look. They are always sweet and gracious about letting me try on even if I'm just looking. They never make me feel pressure to purchase anything which is why I come in more than I should. One of my favorite things is the designer redline from Paris. I also love when they do parties or pop ups. A few months ago I went for a Maria Tash pop up and bought a gorgeous earring and they even had someone there to pierce my ear, it was so fun and I get tons of compliments!

Bhvanni is Incredible! I came in and was looking for a simple but stunning piece for mother's day and to be honest, I was not quite sure of what I wanted. I gave probably the most vague description of what I was looking for and my mother's taste in jewelry, and after coming out of Tiffany's prior I thought I would give up and get my mom something else. However, I stopped here and had the best customer service. Even though the store was busy that day, I had a personal experience that felt like I was the only one there. She took me through each designer and picked out pieces she felt would work. She has made me a customer for life!

I purchased an earring from Ylang23 online as I was searching for something unique and unusual. I loved the earring so much (it is a single earring) that I called to see if there was another earring by the same designer that would compliment the one I bought. I called Ylang23 and spoke to a wonderful sales associate Alina. She recommended an earring that she thought I would like based on the one I purchased. She was right on!!! I absolutely love the earring. It arrived in just a few days. I am looking forward to Alina's recommendations in the future. I love this jewelry store.

That was a very good online purchase experience with Ylang23. :) I love the cute bracelet that I ordered. The shop processed my purchase very fast and shipping was very fast too. I received my bracelet earlier than what I expected. :) Also thank you for the cute card as well. I really enjoyed shopping in Ylang23. Nice shop, nice product and very good service. :)

After hearing that Ylang 23 carried some unique items of jewelry, we decided to stop by on our girls' day out. My mother and I prefer unusual, imaginative pieces and what they carry seem to fit the bill. After being greeted pleasantly and taking a look at some pieces that were lovely but not to our taste, it went down hill. As we migrated over to see other things, the associate seemed to take our lack of interest in the previous product as a budget issue and quickly pointed out that the case we were viewing was more modestly priced if that's what we were looking for...I don't believe we ever mentioned a concern over pricing... As we continued to make our way around the store, we lost the interest of the sales person, and then my mother was nearly physically knocked aside as the owner rushed toward the door to admit who appeared to be regular customers. I found a particularly interesting item for myself and something for a possible gift for a good friend, but was summarily ignored when I wanted to make an inquiry. As we watched a few clients come and go, I realized that this store clearly preferred to cater to a certain demographic and we didn't fit the profile of their ideal customer. It's a shame as I could have easily found a few things we'd like to add to our collections, but I did learn that there are other sources for some of the designers they carry, and I'll gladly take our business elsewhere.
