My go to spot for froyo! This location is always clean and organized even when it’s packed. All flavors usually available and a good variety of toppings. Staff is always friendly and welcoming when you first enter.

Came here after work to treat myself to some FroYo. I pretty much got all the flavors, and my favorite ones were fruity. They had mango, coconut, pumpkin and cheesecake. I added my go-to toppings (mochi and those bursting fruit balls - I don't know what they're called). The guy working there was super nice and easy to talk to, and that was a really nice way to end the day! Love this location. I need to stop here next time I finish hiking at Red Rock. PRO TIP: Combine the Tangy Mango with the Creamy Coconut to make MANGO STICKY RICE. Thank me later ;)

The parking space for this yogurt location is tight. The decor is simple and has less yogurt selections in comparison to the other locations. The number of toppings that is offered is the same. The service is very good. There is limited seating at this location too

I was very surprised after eating at another location I was saddened to see that they did not have as many choices as the first one I visited it seemed like a lot of the machines were out of order

This is the best Yogurtland in town, thanks to Eric, the manager, and his warm, friendly service and personality!!! I come here regularly-- both hot and chilly days-- with my little nephew, sister, and mom. We all love it because Eric treats us like family, welcomes us in, and lets us know if there are any new flavors he thinks we'll enjoy. Of course the yogurt is always reliably delicious as the toppings are well-kept, and the little plastic spoons are adorable. But this Yogurtland is particularly special to us because we've been coming for years and still get a warm feeling when we step inside for our cold treat!!

We were picking up dinner nearby and my grandson wanted dessert. Frozen yogurt for the win tonight! The cashier was nice, the place is clean and they were pretty busy. Our total came out to about $13 for 2 and being the piggy I am I couldn't finish mine because I added so many toppings. . They need to offer smaller cups. I had to choose whether to finish my yogurt or have my Chicago Style Pizza that I can only get on vacation.

This is definitely my favorite Yogurtland location! Eric, the manager, is so warm and welcoming that I feel such positive happy energy just walking into the store! My family and I love Yogurtland for a sweet treat that fits all of our individual dietary preferences. Some of us opt for healthy toppings while others prefer the candy and chocolates. There is a good variety of flavors of frozen yogurt as well as toppings. The toppings always look neat and freshly topped off!

MOST friendly staff. Clean tables, floors, toppings area. I love coming here for a sweet treat and if we're lucky we score some of the stickers! Tons of toppings to choose from as well as flavors. I love it!

We found out about National Spoon Day, and the kids were so excited and begged to come here. They rung us up and refused to give us a spoon for our qualifying purchase (over $12). The cashier told us the manager said you have to buy $12 worth of ice cream all in one cup to qualify. I could have been a jerk and dumped all 3 of our yogurts into one large cup, and paid for it that way, but chose to try to be reasonable and just showed him the terms on the website, which clearly states that a $12 purchase qualifies for the large spoon. The cashier still refused to budge. What a dumb hill to die on. They probably lost lots of customers going forward- we saw him doing this to every single family who came in specifically for this promo. We definitely won't be visiting this location again.

I had to make a pit stop since I hadn't treated myself to something yummy. Honestly, this hit the spot and I questioned why I don't come here more often. I pretty much got a little bit of everything and I topped it off with some gummy bears and my favorite - mochi and those fruity little ball things. It was perfectly satisfying. I need more frozen yogurt in my life. The guy at the cash register was pleasant and genuinely nice which was a perfect way to end my long day. #FroYoToTheRescue

Not too busy and the frozen yogurt taste great as usual. They have a nice variety of yogurt and toppings. If anything, it can use more seating. It's also very clean inside and has a nostalgic feel.

When the yogurtland on lake Mead was closed for maintenance, I decided to go to the yogurtland on Charleston at Boca Park and boy was I glad I did! It's cleaner, has lots of selections in the takeout Frozen refrigerator (only $6 /pint for a quick pic and go) but most of all you will probably be greeted by Eric the store manager who has customer skills that are very rare these days. Eric is friendly and outgoing and has excellent people skills and most likely he will remember you when you come back and you will feel like you've made a friend.

FANTASTIC service. They were able to accommodate a large order for the Faith Lutheran MS Volleyball team and did an amazing job. Thank you to Eric who arranged it all the girls loved it and it was perfect for our bonding event for 53 girls!

I went for free spoon day and per advertised it is free spoon per $12 transaction. They refused me a soon because they said each individual tub needed to be $12, not my total purchase. Clearly they can't read. Also, the vanilla was completely out, and several flavors weren't frozen enough and were the consistency of a slushy.

Best ice cream ever! The service is amazing and they offer endless flavors and toppings! Loved the service.

This place is always clean, and mostly every machine works when we're there. The employees are all nice, especially the manager, Eric. He always greets us with a kind word and smile.

All I can say is me & my son absolutely love this place. The yogurt is not soggy and lots of sweet toppings. I go with tart original & chocolate and cover that with crushed butterfingers and brownie bites! Yummm

This place is always clean and Eric the manager is always very nice. My husband and I rarely visited Yogurtland until we came across this location and met Eric the manager he is always on top of keeping everything clean and is very friendly and kind and helpful.

The manager Eric runs a tight ship! The toppings are always fully stocked and plentiful. This store is the cleanest and everyone is always polite! The new flavors are on point!

Never been to Yogurtland before, walked in and was immediately greeted by this super kind girl named Audrey. She explained how everything works and was super helpful & understanding. The environment was super friendly and clean. The toasted coconut was very delicious, I recommended that one. 5 stars!

First of, i love this location because its like 3mins away from my place. I always come here late at night and i love the crew shift here. But just today it was the first time ive seen this lady she has curly hair, i was observing her filling up the spoons and taste test cups without gloves. Regardless her hands are clean or dirty always assume that its dirty that you have to wear gloves. For the sake of people around you and that you guys are being observed especially if we dine.

Options were limited when i went. Understand with covid they are required to scoop the toppings for you. But the other yogurt land I normally go to does not do it this way and they end up scooping way more even after I ask for a light serving.

I've been trying to find Peach flavored yogurt at any location I have not found it as long as I've been in Vegas this is very disappointing other than that they have the basic flavors and not all locations have the same flavors so you have to really go on the locations menu and see what they offer. Also I used to go to his place in Los Angeles and they used to actually make the waffle cones fresh for you this should be an idea that Yogurtland incorporates

Fair price and the place is spotless And they yogurt well it is really good! They have a very large variety of toppings. Can't go wrong. The staff was friendly and efficient

I had a frustrating experience during my first visit to this location yesterday. I normally love Yogurtland, but I had never been to this location and thought I'd give it a try. Usually I load money onto the app before I go -- since I use their rewards program, it just simplifies the transaction a bit because I just have to scan the barcode in my app and it simultaneously pays and earns my rewards points. I did that last night like I normally do, only to be told by the two girls working that they were new and didn't know how to allow me to pay with the app, and that they would have to call someone. (Mind you, there are signs posted EVERYWHERE inside this location with QR codes to scan so that you can download the Yogurtland app.) After they called two different people, the girls working told me that this location does NOT accept the Yogurtland app! Really -- a Yogurtland location does not accept the Yogurtland app, an app which they so heavily advertise all throughout the store?! So not only did I waste money that I had loaded onto the app, but after all the time wasted waiting for them to call people to try to figure it out, by the time I got home my froyo was totally melted. What a waste all around.

I am definitely a frozen yogurt girl! I can't remember the last time that I went to get actual ice cream. My usual spot is Menchies at Downtown Summerlin. We were over at Boca Park and stopped in here. In the past, many Yogurtlands that I have been too had really icy yogurt. Their yogurt was really smooth which is what I like. They also had a ton of toppings to choose from and were clearly following Covid protocols. Great place for a treat!

It's good. I love the options with the fun toppings. I just wish it tasted like it used to. Like actual frozen yogurt instead of powdered made ice cream. It's a bit too sweet for my taste. I wish they had a diabetic friendly real yogurt choice

I'm always very happy and never dissatisfied the staff here is Always amazing I love my lychee and kiwi and even though they don't have it they are quick to update me when they will have it and always very sweet!!! Thank you I will always choose this location! It's number one! - Robert and family!

I like yogurtland, but I won't be back to this particular one. Young gal w/ red bangs working barked at us immediately to, "put our masks on!" I let her know that the mandates had been lifted but apparently they don't trust the science here. I think it's hilarious when small biz shoot themselves in the foot w/ attitudes like these, especially when I spent all day patronizing larger businesses living life as we used to and they were so polite and hassle free there. Tsk tsk.

Staff is nice, very clean establishment. Yogurt is yogurt to be honest they do have occasionally good flavors but then they're gone. I'd love if they'd keep peanut butter all year round. There's a new ice cream spot in boca we've been going to and love. It's definitely more flavorful than yogurt here in our opinion But the kiddos do get their yogurt cravings

Was so excited about this store's opening! It is locating so close to my house and yogurt land has always been my favorite dessert place. This new location is so clean and fresh! Customer service is great! I met the owner when I came in to the store, and they were super nice and sweet. Yogurt tastes delicious and I saw there are many different flavors to choose! I picked the original and caramel flavors and it was on point! Will definitely come back every week!

Amazing service and so delicious!! I work right next door, so having yogurtland close is dangerous for me because I am addicted! I came in today with my coworker and right away was greeted by Pooneh/Poonah (don't remember correct spelling) and she was so sweet! I typically feel like an inconvenience at other locations but not here! She was super nice and portioned the toppings perfectly for us! The flavors here too were all of my favorites. This location was so clean too. 10/10 will be coming here on my breaks all the time!

I showed up to this location at 9:48 on a Friday night to find the employees already closed down the store. Little disappointed i rushed over to make it before what was advertised on the website that the store closes at 10pm. Not 9:48

We've been to many yogurt shops before, but something about this small yet welcoming YogurtLand was amazing!! Came in for a sweet treat on a rainy night and loved the staff!! I dropped our spoons by accident and the girl kindly gave us new ones. This is our favorite one now!! We'll be coming back :)

ISABELLA was SUPER rude. We were just in 9:00 pm 7/29 and she was helping out with another guy who was nice and normal. Isabella was slamming trays down and talking under her breath had zero customer service skills and was obviously stressed and overwhelmed because they were busy, and she couldn't handle it.

Best yogurt around! So happy this opened up in Summerlin. Great customer service! Kayleen was very friendly and helpful. Owners need to add capability for customers to tip their workers via card payment for a job well done.

Isabella was so rude to me. Customer service was definitely not there and she was so mean to her co worker. Someone like that should not be able to treat customers AND coworkers with disrespect. I saw a previous review talking about her too, I guess it's not a one time thing. I will never return to this location and that's so upsetting knowing this place is brand new too.

I'm sorry but that granola was just not it. Keep the raisins out pls. no thank u to that. Everything else was ok I guess but ppl were pretty nice

I went in there tonight at 5pm ish and they were out of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. When I ask the young man who was working there why are they out and are they going to make more he told me, they won't make more because they need to clean them at night so they have to be emptied. It is 5pm on a Sunday and about to be peak time and you have the nerve to say you are not going to make more of the most popular flavors. I run a business and I sure hope my employees would make sure my most popular items were fully stocked at all times so I don't run the risk of missing out on revenue, and not leave them empty just because you want to clean them at the end of the night 5 hours from now!! You close at 10pm!!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The two boys working were very polite especially Teagan. However, you could tell that they were overworked, it is quite evident that the owners do not treat their workers well or fairly. Also, it was unfortunate that I was unable to tip them through my card.
