The cashier, a very nice and sweet asian girl, greeted us and put a big smile on our faces, All the workers there are so kind and make sure everything is just right. The place is always clean, and the yogurt is delicious and flavorful. My wife and I love coming here every week, it’s one of our favorite spots!

Best frozen yogurt spot around. Great flavors and toppings! I do wish they had a machine with hot fudge and chocolate but, other than that, love stopping by!

Best frozen yogurt in town! The place smells nice and is very clean. You can get different selection of flavors and toppings. The employees are very friendly and and smiling. The price is accessible to everyone. I always come back here. My recommendation for this place.

If I could give them a 0 I would.. not sure what happened to this place.. it used to be so good and flavorful.. today my daughter and I went and the chocolate flavor one really was just water .. waste of money.. not sure if it’s the place or the ppl that work there :/ I get it they are just highschool kids but come on!!!! Each time I go it’s worse and worse .. just save yourself the trouble and go th Braums.. it’s juts down the street from there !!!

Yogurtland! We had a fantastic time at Yogurtland! The variety of flavors was impressive—everyone in our group especially loved the mango, chocolate, and coconut. The only one I personally didn’t enjoy was the mint, but that’s just a matter of taste. The toppings selection was great, and the pricing was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Overall, a great place for a fun and delicious family outing. Highly recommend!

The frozen yogurt, was of course frozen, they should have had a person dedicated to wiping the machines down instead of having messy dispensers. There was only one person in the front. He was trying to be as pleasant as possible. Ambiance, well it's loud and people were trying to talk over the music so even louder.

Self serve, they weigh your yogurt. Lots of space and chairs for seating! Fast and friendly!

Yummy!! Love the topping and flavor selections. They had Lychee!! Delicious. Very spacious and clean. I was very impressed how clean it was. They were wiping down and cleaning the counters, table and the dispenses regularly. Looking forward to returning.

Way over priced. Low quality flavor and the frozen yogurt isn't good without adding toppings.

This was a great way to cool off on a hot Texas day. After playing nearby at an indoor kids place, we came in to get some Fro yo. Some delicious options for your tastebuds. Lots of yummy toppings! The place was clean and there were a few other patrons. Some lemon-lime water nearby available if you become thirsty. It was a nice treat! Stop in if you need to cool off or want a nice snack or dessert.

Closed 20 minutes early and refused the 20 people who walked in. Whats up with all these stores closing before they say they do?

The yogurt is delicious! However, the AC hasn't t been working the last three times we've been in. Too hot to be outside. There are only teens running the place. Need I say more!

The employees were very helpful! There is an option to buy a premade cup which is exactly what I was looking for to take away for others.

This is my favorite yogurtland because it is so clean and the sides are always fresh. I always visit when they have their mango yogurt (which you can see what type of flavors they have on their app), topped off with the mochi! I love how yogurtland is always coming out with new flavors and they are really good at rotating them out too

So glad they were open until 11pm tonight! Loved the assortment of flavors especially peanut butter marshmallow and rocket pop sorbet! Sugar free flavor was all gone! Wished they had Heath topping. My 8 yr old liked plain tart the best! Really nice staff! Clean and was very happy to see they offered free water! Well managed!! 4/9 The overbearing odor of Pinesol ruined my experience here tonight! Sorry but I left.

My first visit since they opened approximately two weeks ago, and it is not my last. In fact, I'm going to try to convince my parents to go back this very evening *wink!* I love the fact that I found a new froyo spot close to home. One that I LOVE. It's creamy, healthy and the toppings are incredibly fresh. Customer service is very friendly. What I love more is that the froyo tastes exactly how it's labeled. They currently have a pumpkin pie froyo and the sweet taste of cloves lets you know that you don't need to wait for Thanksgiving for some pumpkin pie. There's also blood orange, which I stole a scoop from my husband's bowl. It was like biting into an orange. Awesome. The price is incredible. $0.30 per ounce. A family of four each had their own servings of froyo for under $10. That's a first we've encountered in our journeys into froyo goodness. If there's somewhere cheaper and just as delicious, if not, better, tell me. It's clean, close for Sachse & Murphy residents, cheap and delicious. What other reasons do you need to try it out?

I find myself here at least twice a week with my 5 year old. It's clean, they have a sanitizing station and gloves for you, if you'd like. The popping boba is great and my personal favorite. I can say, they have some competition for me with Menchie's in Allen. They have much better toppings here but Menchie's flavors, particularly the vegan pineapple and vegan mango are my favorites! Yogurtland also offers a mango and a pineapple flavor, but they taste a bit more milky than the actual fruit flavor. For the most part, this place is awesome too. The girls up front are always sweet and friendly. PLEASE TIP THEM!

My goodness! This place smells like sewer!!! I walked into the Yogurtland thinking I was able to get the $5 cup (for Yogurtland Day) and was disappointed when I was told that it was "not here." It smelled so bad in there that I couldn't stay there for too long. Try using cleaning product rather than chlorine. The smell is terrible! Let's try to get better than this.

Very good self designed frozen yogurt concoctions. It can get a little pricey, but the topping selections are many. They charge by weight of your finished product

I love yogurtland during any time of the season! The lines are always quick, never a shortage on the toppings and the tasting cups come in handy. I'm kind of bummed that my favorite flavor (toasted coconut) has been taken out though. Although the plain tart has been a nice replacement!

Two stars as the clerk was nice Lost three stars because the overpowering disgusting heavy scent of Fabuloso cleaner was gag worthy. We couldn't sit to eat. We left and ate in the car. Both of us took about two bites and stopped. The scent of the cleaner felt like it clung to us, the yogurt and the cups. Just horrid. No restaurant should use cleaners that invade the food or overpower customers.

I went in at 8:30 and it was slightly busy but the line moved very quickly. They had many options to choose from and at 47 cents an ounce, me and my friend filled our bowls for under 10$. Highly recommend Stoping by.

I think the picture says enough! :) Yogurtland has been a favorite of mine since I went to school in College Station. So glad there's a location close to home. Definitely recommend.

Yogurtland is your typical self service froyo place. They offer a lot of flavors and plenty of toppings. Be sure to sign up for real rewards program to earn points on each purchase and to get free 3oz on your birthday. The employees here are all teenagers so customer service doesn't exist. Yogurtland is not my favorite froyo place but I will definitely stop by when I have a reward to redeem. I have never noticed cleanliness to be an issue as other reviewers point out. Maybe this issue has been addressed.

Always a great selection of flavors, always lots of fresh add-ins in well-stocked bins, and always a treat!! Yougurtland is a fave treat, especially on a hot day in Texas!

Hello my fellow Yelpers!!! Its been a while since I have actually reviewed something life has been busy for me. Let me tell you about this place. This place is located in far Garland area. This place is located where I normally get my hair done at. I love frozen yogurt and the toppings that come with it. The workers greet you when you first walk in...but don't look for any type of extreme customer service. They have a small variety of flavors. They also have different type of toppings as well. The prices are fair me and my fiancé spent $19 on both of our yogurt. All in all this will be one of the spots to go for a treat

A frozen yogurt place, self-serve. A clean (if a bit sterile) set-up with a few tables and the row of different yogurt flavors (plenty of choices - if you can't find any you like that's on you). I liked that they had some sorbets as choices since I love those even more than frozen yogurt. The prices are in line with other yogurt places (you pay by weight) and the quality of the yogurt is very good. So, if you like frozen yogurt, you can't go wrong here.

Have you ever gone into a frozen yogurt place and they have 3 flavors to choose from? I hate that! You don't have to worry about that problem here! This place had a variety of flavors dairy and not dairy based. Many topping and sampling cups. I would visit again when I'm in that area.

Yogurt good, but smelled like bathroom cleaner..Need smaller cups for kids..too tempting for my 8 year old grandson twins to fill up the large cups.

What happen with this location? Trash can outside the front door fill to the top, yogurtland cups all over. Inside multiples flavors were unavailable, when getting to the serving bar, half of it was empty. I look up and the 3 employees working were all standing talking by the register.

I had this delivered by a service and it was melted when it got here but other than that I didn't have any complaints

It smells like a toilet and half of their yogurt machines are broken, and the floors were stickyyy! Staff is very cold, i can tell they hate their jobs.

Love coming here to enjoy a cup of frozen yogurt! The yogurt is dairy based (unlike the other powder based yogurt chains in the mall) with great quality and delicious flavors. The toppings range from fresh cut fruits to candy, cereals & cookies. Overall cleanliness is good & don't forget to try the lemon/lime water provided.

Always love coming to this place! I mean it's frozen yogurt, hard to mess up, right? I usually get the pistachios, but I tried some of their new summer flavors today and it was great! Good amount of toppings, clean environment, and nice employees!

We love everything about this place except for all the crazy kids who run through the lines put their hands and fingers in places they shouldn't be. It's always clean and bright. Loving all the new flavors but keeping the favorites. Great young crew of workers just wish they smiled more.

The app is useless when the people operating the register don't know how the process works. App was out, but operator didn't know to scan it first. Then Mgr would do nothing about it. Another lost customer!

One of the best yogurt establishments around. They offer 16 flavors with real high quality yogurt with authentic flavor (their strawberry flavor has REAL strawberries, etc) along with plenty of different toppings to choose from. The staff is friendly and maintains a clean environment. It's self serve and sampling is available, giving you freedom to create your own dessert masterpiece. The reasonable prices are a plus. I've loved this fun place for a while and would recommend to anyone!

Typical conversation at my place: Boyfriend: "Do you know what time it is?" Me: "No, what time?" BF: devilish grin... Me: "Oh...yogurtland time..." Out of the frozen yogurt places I've been to, this place is tops! However, I'm not giving it five stars due variety (or lack of) toppings. Althought their yogurt is much better than yogurtville, they do not have as many toppings to choose from. They have a good selection of yogurts to choose from and always have new flavors to try (my current favorite is the caramel almond bar...yum)!

Good yogurt and lots of variety, but seating is lacking and the environment is not all that inviting. I would like almost a Starbucks-type of environment when I choose to go someplace specifically for a treat like this because it's just that- a treat. So, I want to lounge and enjoy it as well as enjoy the company I'm with, but this is barely suitable to sit (if you're fortunate enough to find a seat since this place has only a few) for a quick gobble of your yogurt- and I think that's the intention, but I don't like it.

I love their yogurt and that is all fat free! The flavor choices are great and they add new ones often. The fresh fruit is good, also. My favorites are Devil's Food Cupcake Batter, Peanut Butter, Madagascar Vanilla, Caramel Almond Bar, and Dragon Passion Fruit. I top mine off with a few fresh berries and small chuck of banana. If I was not watching my weight, you can choose to top off with the typical sprinkles and Ghirardelli Chocolate, Caramel and White Chocolate Syrups. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the large amount of teens and unsupervised children tasting the yogurt, on occasion without using the sample cups. I have never seen them be stingy with the cups and we go there at least 3/week. The sample cups are by the register, so when you walk in, take some so you can taste what you want before you buy. There are mostly young, but inexperienced college aged adults behind the counter and they do not know how to handle the issues regarding the unsanitary patrons. I would like to see an adult manager there to supervise the public at times when they are so busy the line is out the door, this seems to be the time when the kids are at their worst. Other than that, don't go there during the busy times if you want the place to not be "sticky" and overtaken by teens! When school is back in session, during the weekday would be the best time. And I have to add, most of the teens that we see are acting very well and just having fun sitting with their friends enjoying the yogurt and visiting. They have been very polite to me and my family and friends, but I have seen the few that make it look bad for the rest.

OK, so I went in again today, and there were still no sample cups out for people to try flavors. Thus, THE NASTY TEENAGER IN FRONT OF ME WAS SWIPING HIS FINGERS UNDER THE MACHINES TO TRY EACH FLAVOR!!! I'm done with this place until they address this issue. The yogurt is tasty, but the management isn't promoting sanitation. I've mentioned this before both here and to the cashier, and nothing has changed. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!! Don't be cheap with the sample cups!

A pretty girl took me to this place one afternoon after a turn around the Firewheel Mall. Men, in general, are only slightly less nervous about being seen in a frozen yogurt place than Victoria Secret, but you get an instant pass if you're with your gal. You will take a serving of vanilla and add a lot of fruit, thinking about empty calories and such. She'll get something good with Butterfingers on top. You'll eat some of hers and you'll laugh about it.

Whenever I am craving froyo, I always hit up yogurtland. They have a pretty wide range of flavors and toppings and everything seems nice and fresh. My favorite flavors would have to be the plain tart and the vanilla bean flavors so yummy. Price is pretty reasonable and service is great!

This is my fav yogurt place in the area. The have so many toppings to choose from, and a ton of fresh fruit!! I like that they offer dairy-free sorbet options year round, and also rotate new flavors. My current favorite is the acai pear sorbet, so good!

NEVER COMEBACK!!! My husband dropped his wallet at the store and when he came back, all the cash were gone ( $100) They need to check the camera to see who stole the money, but they didn't. The reason they returned him the wallet because it had the Tile inside, the record showing the last time it was in the store. If we didn't have the tile, I don't think they will gave us the wallet back. All their employees need to take ETHIC class.

I love me some fro-yo. Yogurtland probably has the best combinations of sweet and tart flavors out of all the fro-yo chains. They offer seasonal flavors year round (Blood orange right now is off the chain) and have great toppings. Some Original Tart, Blood Orange Tart, and Pistachio with some frosted animal crackers and mochi? I'm done.

To be honest I have not had frozen yogurt since last time it was trendy, which was sometime in the early 1990's and different than whats out now. It's frozen yogurt, and no matter how hard it tires it will never be the same as ice cream. Making is soft serve as all the places do now only worsens the problem. Sure it tastes good, but its never quite satisfying. Yogurtland has a pretty good selection of flavors, and the do rotate them every couple weeks or so. They have toppings as well, everything from fresh and canned fruit, to cereal, mochi, nuts, and sprinkles. They even have chocolate and caramel sauce if that your thing, though neither sauce would compliment many of the flavors. Yogurt and toppings are self serve, which I like. It also allows one to try different flavors without getting a full serving. For you adventurous eaters I would suggest the Taro froyo. Yes it sounds odd, but I was curios and gave it a try, its is very tasty. This is definitely a hangout for teenage mall rats. I have been in here several times and its always filled with mall rats sporting their trendiest threads right off the rack.

Lots of people on a Friday night but the line went fast. Great toppings and a variety of flavors. Staff was fast and efficient. Very clean. Will definitely be back.

I love this place! It is so clean and had so many choices of frozen yogurt. Along with a good selection of toppings anything from sprinkles too fresh fruit. I am a nanny and I will be bringing my kiddos back here!

Don't have anything bad to say. Large enough parking lot. Yogurt is good, toppings were fresh and tasty. Employees were very nice and helpful. If I had one thing to say it would be that there can be a lot of kids that stand around and can get in the way. Not the business' fault though.
