I go every weekend with my family, and the last few weekends we've found the store in very poor condition. The floor looks extremely dirty; it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The tables are very dirty, as are the topping containers. I hope this can help return the store to the way it was when they first opened. If what we see is in this condition, I can't even imagine what it's like inside.

Yogurtland is my go-to spot whenever I'm craving a refreshing and customizable treat! The store is always spotless, and the layout makes it easy to grab your cup and get right to the good stuff. The variety of flavors is impressive—whether you’re into classic vanilla, tart, or adventurous new flavors, they’ve got it all. What I love most is how fresh everything tastes, especially the seasonal offerings. The toppings bar is always fully stocked with fruits, candies, nuts, and sauces to make every visit feel like a new experience. I can easily make a healthy bowl or indulge with all the sweets depending on my mood. Staff is super friendly, quick to restock anything, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Plus, it’s self-serve, so you can make it as light or loaded as you want. Yogurtland never disappoints, and I highly recommend it for fro-yo lovers or anyone looking for a delicious treat.

UPDATE Jun 2025: Back for buy one get one free. Been here many times since last review. See photos of everyone who came today. Always good flavors and change often. 2023: We were having lunch and doing errands nearby and SHE who cashes my retirement check said let's go here. It's been on our radar for awhile and things added up to come today. Nice to have now three yogurt places in Collin county and one way over in Denton that we don't get to much. New flavors, see photos. Located right next door to Panera bread so have lunch there and step next door for dessert. Added bonus if your timing is right on hot summer day you might get shade close by.

Be prepared to spend over $60 for a group of 4. I was stunned when the cashier rang us up for over $65 for 4 bowls. Of course you pay by the oz, but the website has set prices for their yogurt which leads to confusion. The Cupcake Batter Yogurt was also sour, like cream cheese. I’m not sure if the flavor was incorrect on the machine but spending over $15 per bowl for a sour yogurt is insane. The toppings are also self-service without any coverings, so cleanliness also leaves me concerned. If you’re going to charge these prices. Ensure the toppings are being covered. The website is deceptive about prices and honestly you can get 5 gallons of ice cream and all the toppings you want for cheaper. Big disappointment. Just go to Braum’s.

Came here on a Saturday night and pretty much every flavor machine was out of order/not dispensing. The place was kind of messy and employees didn’t really seem to care. We left!

Google
LOVE Yogurtland - great flavors, excellent toppings, nice place. You get to sample the froyo before you buy, which is really nice. Little small and not enough seating - this place is going to be hopping in the summer!

Google
absolutely ridiculous! first time ever there. sampled the flavors, made my yogurt & once i paid & left took a bite in my car & it was not what i sampled. went back in & asked to exchange it was told no. i paid 10.00 & was denied exchanging it. was told i could get a discount if i purchased something else. absolutely no customer service at all from time i walked in the store!

Google
This location has the best workers, and I love that yogurtland always has new flavors to try. Their original tart is the best though, always a staple!

Yelp
Stopped by this particular location cause it was more convenient for me than traveling 20 plus miles to the other one advertised on my Yelp Event page. It was PACKED!! The yogurt machines couldn't withstand the pressure of being used every 2-3 seconds. The machines were basically crying out, All I heard were loud screeching from them. The place was wall to wall. However my Glam daughter enjoyed her creative display of gummy worms, Reese's pieces, etc. She also ran into her class mate. He was yelling her name as we were exiting. They had an huggable moment and we left. Nice little Yogurt spot overall. It just happened to be packed due to the By one get the other FREE marketing event. Cleary everyone everywhere knew about it. Great promotion for the company.

Yelp
Impressive selection of flavor and accoutrements to along with the yogurt. Remembering this is self-service the staff person was very pleasant and accommodating. The shop was clean fore and aft. Nice.

Yelp
I ordered their new seasonal flavor, Matcha/Strawberry. It's delicious. Server is nice and friendly. Well lighted place and clean too, inspite of construction being done outside.

Yelp
We loved Yogurtland! At the relatively same spot that housed TCBY years ago we see the new kid on the block. With choices galore, you'll marvel at the options available to soothe your sweet tooth. First, there must be about 16 different yogurt flavors, with the yogurt flavored soft serve yogurt being our fav. Next, choose from a myriad of 48 topping choices including everything from gummy bears to peanut butter cups. Then finally, top off your creation with one of the over 20toppings and handmade whipped cream, which is a must for your palette. Service was friendly and the shop was clean!

Yelp
So happy that they opened in Plano . We used to frequent the one in Alhambra, Ca. They have the most amazing flavors. I love that it is not too sweet, so it takes some of the guilt away when I indulge. We walked in, and the store looked very inviting. It is self serve , so you get a cup, choose the flavor you want and then add toppings ( i like mochi) , you go to the cashier, and they they weigh the cup and you pay. If you are unsure of the flavor you want, you can ask for small cups for tasting. For this visit, i had the birthday cake batter, and my husband got the coconut sorbet. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Yahoo, Yogurtland has finally opened in Plano and it doesn't disappoint! The employee was so friendly and helpful. The entire place (even bathrooms) was clean and welcoming. Our kiddos were delighted to find so many yummy flavors they had a hard time choosing. They were all very pleased with the flavors each of them chose. Next it was on to adding toppings & oh my!!! The choices didn't disappoint, there were so many to choose from! Being dairy free I put a few toppings in a cup to enjoy while the family had cups overflowing with yogurt and treats. Even I was pleased with my choices - fresh fruit, brownie bites, marshmallows, etc The cost was equivalent to other yogurt places, but this was is set apart by the plentiful seating indoors, the cleanliness as well as the fact that the toppings are self serve NOT in individual containers. The kids are already asking when we can go back.

Yelp
When the machines are working it's good. Today is like the third time we have come and more of the machines are broken than working. Also peanut butter is no longer a staple :(. Managers should really work to improve the selections and functioning machines especially during peak hours.

Yelp
Bright & clean location. The workers were friendly and I was greeted upon arrival and departure. Four tables inside and four tables outside, spacious enough for groups to congregate around the round tables. There are sample cups readily available for you to taste away. The toppings are self serve and you pay based on the weight of your dessert ($0.65/ounce). They have a loyalty card which rewards 2 points per $1, although I'm not clear on what you can redeem the points for. They didn't have the special Boba Milk flavor when I went, and my favorite is the pineapple (tastes like Dole Whip) which is not out at the moment. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Staff is amazing! I love vanilla and most likely all their flavors are rlly rlly good. I go here once a month! Cause I made it up and I just can't wait to come back in June! But they have a lot of toppings, I think they give stickers because one of my classmates had Yogurtland stickers. And go pick your size! They have alot of flavors like 100 flavors mostly when I come in no one's around. Peaceful, Quiet and that's it! Bye. I cannot wait to see you next month yogurtland!

Yelp
Back again. Getting a birthday discount works every time. New flavors yummy. And we got shaded parking spot on hot summer day.

Yelp
New shop with fresh look . Great selection of fo-yo and communally topping bar choices. Shop floors and bar needs a little more attention - can be messy at times and could use more active cleaning thru out the day. Love their seasonal themes and cute partnerships.

Yelp
Location was convenient, store seems clean. ALOT of choices but I chose the new Cherry Bomb flavor with butterfinger and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It was fabulous and just what I was looking for.

Yelp
This place is appalling!!! My daughter pulled a hair out of a spoonful of yogurt, I walked it to the counter and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't do anything about it. I told him it was disgusting and he said Well what am I supposed to do? I asked for my money back and he said he couldn't do it and we weren't offered another yogurt and he walked away.

Yelp
This is a very good frozen yogurt place. They had a large variety of flavours and very large variety of toppings and syrups. I had watermelon sorbet and coconut yogurt, which were excellent. The server was also very friendly. I recommend.

Yelp
I absolutely love this yogurt land store. The staff especially Tanya are professional and keep the place immaculate. They go out of their way to be friendly and professional. This is my go to when I use to frequent other yogurt stores in the area. I love the matcha and strawberry flavors . Would highly recommend.

Yelp
Won't be returning to this location. The cashier willingly allowed a family to bring in a puppy to the store. She also allowed the puppy to walk around on the floor while I was eating with my family. And before anyone jumps on me, this dog was not a service dog. It was just a pet. The cashier also fed the puppy frozen yogurt. The cashier also allowed the family to call me an explicit name in front of my 3 year old. Don't come here. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. Paid 18 bucks for 2 yogurts. Overpriced for a terrible experience.

Yelp
Stopped for dessert after eating out. The flavor wasn't as good as other yogurt places we've been to but it's still worth it. I would probably go back but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Yelp
My wife and I went to the grand opening event. What a great experience! Clean and inviting layout-you can eat inside or outside. Lots of delicious yogurt flavors and even more choices of toppings. The staff was also amazing. They were very friendly and helped make the experience totally awesome. We will defiantly be back again and again. Thanks for opening your store in such a convenient location.

Yelp
Love me some Yogurtland! The place was clean and fresh. AC is on blast which is an escape from the Texas heat. Bathrooms are clean :)

Shanda S.

Yelp
I have to say we have been coming ever since they have been opened. Love frozen yogurt!!! But ... just left there and the place is sooooo dirty!!! Trash cans over flowing right when you walk in. The trays were the yogurt is served need to be wiped. The toppings need to be restocked. Looked like there was only one employee there and she was doing the cash register. The place has definitely went down hill since they first opened. Not sure what's going on .... Hoping they get it back to where it was when they first opened.

Yelp
It's the little things that set us apart. As a customer service trainer, I look for certain details. So with that said .. Wow!!! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with such gratitude. Their customer service is excellent. The yogurt is delicious and that is why they will have me as a loyal customer for life. Come on by and say hi to their staff and you will know what I am talking about. The District Manager is Autumn Bradbury and she makes sure that everyone is trained to make their customers feel valued every time. Kyle, the shift lead, was excellent and he answered every question with the eagerness to help in every way. The rest of the staff was awesome too.
